We had food delivered. The food arrived nice and hot and was cooked to perfection. I would highly recommend. Will definitely making a visit to the restaurant very soon.

I’ve visited Turkuaz restaurant in Doncaster three times now, and each experience has been delightful. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, perfect for a relaxed meal with friends or family. One of the highlights for me has to be the cold starters. They are fresh, flavorful, and a fantastic way to begin the meal. The meze selection is diverse, with each dish bursting with authentic Turkish flavors. Another must-try dish is the Ali Nazik. It’s simply delicious—tender meat served over smoky, garlicky eggplant puree. It’s a perfect balance of flavors, and it’s hard to resist ordering it every time. Overall, Turkuaz delivers consistently excellent food, and the friendly service just adds to the whole experience. Whether you’re craving something light and refreshing or hearty and satisfying, they’ve got it covered. Got grill for two, it has great potions and types of meats. Everything is tasty. Will definitely order some again.

Starter was good, main course of lambs liver was awful and mixed kabab was so dry spitting feathers oh well!!!

This time a bit disppointed, usually I order and food is perfect. First thing there was no bread with food what I usually get, second I ordered rice separately and it came bulgurary rice, u need to specify it in menu. I was expecting normal rice, as my child eats only normal rice. If I knew I wouldn’t be order separated for her. Salad very dry unfortunately, otherwise chicken as always perfect.

A little more than I like to spend on a takeaway, and the other half said I was mad for paying it. But I must say it was well worth the money and the quality of the meat spoke for it's self, beautiful and when it arrived it was HOT. Perfect will order again.x

Had the Dolma, with Tzatziki, and Moussaka with Bulgar Wheat...wow absolutely stunning...my hubby and daughter order fish and chips...🤣...not in future!...we will 100% be either ordering again, or going to the restaurant... fantastic!

Gave this a try cos I had an offer on just eat....was dubious as never tried this food....but omg.am.i glad I did......had lamb shank and it was beaut....plenty of good tasty food....good portions beaut food quick delivery.....order early as they get so busy....definitely ordering again....well recommended.....couldn't eat it all n I tried ...delicious

On the whole food is good but sucuk was dry and charge of £5.30 per dip (hummus, tzatziki etc) is SCANDALOUS for the amount of dip you actually get ( I reckon 180g with the plastic tub weight).

More than an hour late freezing cold and the lamb was pure fat - total waste of money went in the bin !

Fantastic Turkish cuisine - aromatic dishes and melt in your mouth chargrilled meat. Especially recommend the mixed kebab, sucuk and hummus!

Delivery was 20 mins late. The food was tasty, only issues. . the chips were cold, and there was so much oil in one dish i had to pour it off of my plate, though it was still tasty.

We went today and ordered Creamy Chicken and it was so watery looking more like a soup and tast disgusting we can't even eat it,as well we ordered Kleftico which wasn't cooked enough and the meat was like plastic so hard to chew and its was smell so bad lamb. So disappointed, but we paid 77£.

12 of us went here on Friday night, for a works get together, brilliant amazing amazing food and the belly dancer was the icing on the cake.

This was the first time I had visited Turkuaz Bar & Grill and it’s safe to say…I wasn’t disappointed!! The atmosphere and setting felt warm and vibrant. The team from the front of house to the kitchen were super-friendly and attentive and the food…wow! Utterly delicious and authentic Turkish cuisine. My friend and I sampled the hummus to start, followed by lamb shish and spicy minced lamb. For dessert, the lady (who actually made the desserts) recommended a traditional Turkish poppy seed cake…I would have taken a photo, but it was demolished in about 2mins flat! Outstanding! I would highly recommend this restaurant, it will leave you feeling like you have escaped to Turkey for an hour or two, wonderfully full and hopelessly content! Thank you, we will be back 🫶

Food was cold. Portions were small and items were missing. Similar reasons as most of the other reviews which I wish I’d read before I ordered. Will never order from here again and I suggest you don’t.

Turkish food is one of my favourite foods My visit to turquaz was not as good as I had expected Long waiting time to order drinks even though we had a reservation The food was disappointing items on the set menu missing or not available Long waiting periods during the courses Not like the restaurant was packed My expected level of expectations is based on the countless Turkish restaurants I've been in and the level of service received and the quality of the food served I will stick with the restaurant that I know will offer the best service and food

Tukuaz has been fully renovated since my last visit and now feels fresh and modern. We sat by the large bi-folding windows on a warm evening watching the comings and going of Doncaster! The food is still fantastic and the meal deals really good value. Its a good idea to try as many of the starters as you can to get a real taste of Turkish food. Service was very efficient and friendly but if I had one small criticism, it was that we felt a bit rushed. I don't like having main course served whilst I'm still chewing my starter, and I think from sitting down to paying the bill was under an hour. As I said, a minor criticism and next time we will ask for a pause between courses. Otherwise a very enjoyable restaurant.

Went for my wife's birthday. Food is excellent, and relatively cheap. Metite kofta, and sucuk for starters, both just the right amount of spice. Recommend both. Et Sote and Tavuk Sote for main course. Very well cooked, and generous portions. Staff are friendly, but not pushy. The only downside is where it's situated, not the nicest area of the city, however, it's worth looking out for as the food is excellent.

Absolutely awful quality for the price of the food. £5+ for two tablespoons of humous and no bread delivered. Also £16 for a mixed kebab with 5 pieces of meat. If you are paying restaurant prices you expect restaurant quality. This was far from it. Not a good value for money at all. When I phoned to complain, they offered to send me the bread and a cold mezze platter but we declined, as we had already started eating and we weren’t impressed with what we had already. Do not recommend at all.

For the second time in a row some of the items ordered didn't arrive, food is always good but unhappy that they can't read and send the right items.

Sadly the food was COLD not the great experience we enjoy in the resteraunt they need to consider how the food is packed and delivered

If I could give minus stars I would. Walked into the bar and used the toilet facilities first as I was desperate for the loo. As I was walking out to get my partner who was smoking outside I was shouted at by one of the staff in front of other customers saying "next time...ask". Safe to say we walked away and went to another place for food.

Delicious food and even got complimentary beetroot coleslaw. Portion was big enough for me to be full and everything was well packed so the food did not leak anywhere l. Definitely recommend!

The food was delish we ordered lamb, chicken nuggets and strips and chicken oh and don't get me started with the atmosphere of the place it felt like magical the choice of music is like an angelic harp I loved it 10/10 recommend.

Ordered the food and wrote in the notes if we could have plenty of bread (they send some but never enough for us) and two portions of the chilli sauce and we would pay whatever extra this is. Got a call from someone asking what bread, we explained just an extra portion of the bread the restaurant provides, they didn’t understand so asked me to text them. I did and they offered to go to the shop and buy me a loaf of bread and some chilli sauce, I replied with no thank you, it was just what the restaurant provided. They messaged me back and told me to hurry up, they should have delivered to me already and time is money basically. I said it’s okay to just leave it thank you. Driver arrived about 20 minutes later, food was stone cold. One of our starters hadn’t arrived and when we called the restaurant they said they didn’t sell it anymore and have tried to get it removed from the just eat website to no avail. But we didn’t receive a call or anything asking if we wanted something different or even our money back for the things that were missing. The portions have seriously gone down, the main was half of what it used to be. Really disappointed with the whole experience. The restaurant offered us free starters but we would have to go get them, but we have to go through just eat for any money back as they couldn’t do it. Still waiting for a response from just eat. Won’t be ordering from here again which is a shame as it used to be great.

The driver dropped our food all over the floor outside. We took the bag in, but none of it was edible as it had spilled everywhere. Refund requested through justeat

Turkuaz is a brilliant restaurant with great food at reasonable prices. Ken and his team were friendly and professional and made sure all of our food was with us very quickly. I had the Chicken Iskender which was stunning and I would highly recommend it. Definitely worth a go if you live nearby or are visiting the city!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. We are in Doncaster for a few days having specialist work done on our car. We decided to get take away and came across turkuaz, after reading previous reviews, we decided to try it. Wow the food is amazing, really tasty. The staff/management were lovely and friendly. Definitely recommend it

Really nice place to visit. Atmosphere was great, service was good and was child friendly :). High chairs available. Clean place. Food was great! Starters were amazing from the meat to the dips we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Mains we got sharing platter - wasn’t too bad but I found it quite dry. Deffo needed sauces.

Really disappointed tonight. We preordered for 9:25, and asked in the notes to deliver any time after 9 which they did. The issue was the food was stone cold, and I mean all of it. I don’t expect a preorder to be cooked immediately and then be sat over an hour til it’s delivery time.

Went there with my 3 friends and the service experience was worst at the door label was appeared as open we engerd and ask for the table then a guy comes to us and said that sorry we are close then we decided to left then suddenly he asked us to serve some of the stews if we want then we oreder Siem chicken Some lamb and pasta food was good but they were treating us like we are having dinner at some charity then we asked for bread then he said no more bread even more than half of our stews are remaking them they serve us the cold nam bread really disheart from their behaviour and service may be this was first and last experience at turkuaz for me here in Doncaster. 😒😒

Staff were always on hand but not in your face. Had a nice laugh and a chat with the young waiter that served us. Great guy. Service was quick, but we didn't feel rushed. We were a party of 7 and everybody enjoyed all their food. Both starters and mains. Cracking restaurant. Cheers!

Amazing place to go for a meal , date , Xmas party etc . Food is gorgeous. I am not fan of lamb . This is the only place I eat lamb ribs and lamb chops . I treat this place and staff like family . The restaurant is running by amazing owner who will always greeting us with smile on his face . We will see you this Sunday guys . Set for two : beetroots , calamari, Albanian liver and two lamb chops well done lol :) :)

The place was really cold, got freezed. It is OK for British people who can walk in a T-short below 0 but for me it was not warm enough there. The toilet door behind the restaurant was open and not nice smell with a draft was coming from there. Maybe it was down to the table place in the restaurant but they should think about the heating and the smell.

The food is top notch, it's all really fresh and the bread and dips to start with are a real bonus... just don't overfill on the bread or you will struggle to eat your main meal! The £48 deal for two is excellent value.

All in all a great experience, food was well proportioned and reasonably priced. Service was quick and friendly. The premises were clean and tidy, plenty of room between tables so you don't feel packed in, wasn't rushed after the meal either. The only small criticism is the somewhat limited veggie and vegan options, owing to the type of restaurant, I was there for a family outing so the venue choice wasn't mine.

Delivery driver was very rude!!!

£15.95 for chicken /lamb skewer and bulger rice with no side or sauce like you’d get in the restaurant is a lot of money for things to be missing.
