Turkuaz is one of those places where you always get consistency. i have never had a bad meal or service from them

restaurant price but nothing qualitative and nothing tasty

If I’d ordered the same thing from Lalazar I would have gotten chicken wings, lamb chops and bread, this was absolutely ridiculous for what I paid for it. Won’t order again! DO NOT ORDER MIXED GRILL, rip off!

Ordered the mixed kebab tonight, so glad I did. The Adana was succulent and full of flavour. The chicken pieces were juicy and well seasoned. The lamb pieces were still slightly pink and juicy, just as I like them. The chicken wing was the best I’ve had, but the star of the show was the lamb chop. Perfectly grilled, still a little pink with delicious rendered fat. If I’d only had the lamb chop I would have been over the moon. Great portion size and outstanding value. Thank you

The order didn’t match the description on the menu. Items missing and smaller portions which made it expensive.

Hi food was extreme cheat because i ordered two portions in 36 pounds with delivery fee and what i got is one little kebab with bread pieces in it which looked like chicken in begging but when noticd it was all bread chunks. So i paid 36 pound just to eat their naan bread. So disappointed

Ordered £20 mix grill. Never arrived No idea how good the food is. It was never delivered to my address. Justeat only employee muppets as drivers, who can’t find the right location, in 2025 with an iPhone (probably on Android!) i almost feels like a scam. Staff tried to help but apparently I have to deal with Justeat…over email to get my refund. Not the restaurants fault, but I won’t be ordering from them again. Or using Justeat. Looking forward to my Nando’s coming via Deliberoo “It’s not my concern” 10-10 on the customer service front!

Gone down hill, always missing items off order and not just one thing, usually main parts of the meal. Won't be ordering or going in restaurant again.

It was our first visit (hopefully of many) and we went for a birthday celebration meal. Food was excellent, vary tasty. The 6 of us shared 3 hot starters, 3 cold starters, which we could quite easily have had more of they were that good. The mains were filling and very tasty. The restaurant bought our birthday person a piece of cake (which was that large we ended up all having a small piece). Excellent service as well. Many thanks.

Called in while meeting friends in Doncaster. The lady that showed us to the table was unsure of what we could have on the special £50 for 2 so what we believed to be the owner came and took our order. The food arrived quickly and was so nice and full of flavour. We ordered a second round of drinks that the owner said he would pay for but we insisted no. When the bill came we were only charged for one round of drinks. We will return next time in Doncaster and would recommend Turkuaz to anyone. We forgot to take photos as we were so enjoying the food 😂

Shocking service, spent the best part of £50 for the food to turn up stone cold! Delivery driver said he had 2 deliveries to make, mine ended up being last and over an hour delivery time. Straight in the bin, waste of money would never order from here again!

BEWARE !!! Ordered a take away FOR 6 PEOPLE , paid over £120 waited for over 2 hours no food tried to contact turquaz , basically not interested at all , tried to tell us it's the foreign delivery drivers fault why our food hasn't been delivered , offered no refund what so ever a proper scam !! We're in the process of trying to get a refund, just be very careful when ordering very very bad experience

Do not order from Turquaz. Scammers! We ordered £120 worth of food. They called to say they forgot the cheese and would send it with another driver. Next thing we get a guy at the door demanding a code for the food order but trying to give us 2 portion’s of cheese. Where is the rest of our food. Pure scammers!!!

most likely it's a delivery driver who damaged the product, usually its perfect, this time product was leaking and out of box.

Amazing food and wish I could rate it higher, but the delivery was a cyclist for a 4 mile journey. I don't think it's the restaurant's fault but was such a shame that such great food was going cold by the time we got it. Had it arrived quicker and hotter it would have been 5 star all the way.

Some items were missing, the food was dry, cold and not at all like what is served in the restaurant. The meals were thrown together as if leftovers had been packed up and sent. What was delivered for over £50 was disgraceful

Got grill for two, it has great potions and types of meats. Everything is tasty. Will definitely order some again.

This time a bit disppointed, usually I order and food is perfect. First thing there was no bread with food what I usually get, second I ordered rice separately and it came bulgurary rice, u need to specify it in menu. I was expecting normal rice, as my child eats only normal rice. If I knew I wouldn’t be order separated for her. Salad very dry unfortunately, otherwise chicken as always perfect.

A little more than I like to spend on a takeaway, and the other half said I was mad for paying it. But I must say it was well worth the money and the quality of the meat spoke for it's self, beautiful and when it arrived it was HOT. Perfect will order again.x

Had the Dolma, with Tzatziki, and Moussaka with Bulgar Wheat...wow absolutely stunning...my hubby and daughter order fish and chips...🤣...not in future!...we will 100% be either ordering again, or going to the restaurant... fantastic!

Gave this a try cos I had an offer on just eat....was dubious as never tried this food....but omg.am.i glad I did......had lamb shank and it was beaut....plenty of good tasty food....good portions beaut food quick delivery.....order early as they get so busy....definitely ordering again....well recommended.....couldn't eat it all n I tried ...delicious

On the whole food is good but sucuk was dry and charge of £5.30 per dip (hummus, tzatziki etc) is SCANDALOUS for the amount of dip you actually get ( I reckon 180g with the plastic tub weight).

More than an hour late freezing cold and the lamb was pure fat - total waste of money went in the bin !

Fantastic Turkish cuisine - aromatic dishes and melt in your mouth chargrilled meat. Especially recommend the mixed kebab, sucuk and hummus!

Delivery was 20 mins late. The food was tasty, only issues. . the chips were cold, and there was so much oil in one dish i had to pour it off of my plate, though it was still tasty.

We went today and ordered Creamy Chicken and it was so watery looking more like a soup and tast disgusting we can't even eat it,as well we ordered Kleftico which wasn't cooked enough and the meat was like plastic so hard to chew and its was smell so bad lamb. So disappointed, but we paid 77£.

Atmosphere was good but music very loud. Won't stop me going again though. Fantastic value For money. Kleftiko divine.

12 of us went here on Friday night, for a works get together, brilliant amazing amazing food and the belly dancer was the icing on the cake.

Very nice succulent meat and taste was 10/10 spices were just perfect as well
