Turkish Kebab Burger in Derby

Second time ordering from here and really impressed, great kebab!

Cold chips,pre made burgers and tiny kebabs, the milk shake and bbq bites were fresh and good but everything else was sub standard the kebab wasn’t big enough for 1 lack of meat salad and sauce, if the milk shakes made fresh why not the rest of the food?!?!

The chicken shawarma was very dry and hard, not nice, the hot dog was the cheapest sausage and the bread wasn't good either, the curly frys were nice but the rest of the food wasn't great, won't be in a hurry to order again.

What a bunch of morons. When I rang they claimed that a man at my address had said they had not ordered anything. There is no man at my house. They claimed that they rang me on the number they had been given. I received no call. They argued with me that the man at my house had refused the food and also refused when they rang. I received no call. They were with me within 5 mins and rang me on my phone to ask where I was on the number they had been given, the one they claimed a man had answered.

The service was excellent, very fast delivery. However the food is not. This was a £11.99 "Mixed Doner Meal" with "Chicken" Shwarma. This was very small ratty bits of chicken, that was severly overcooked, old and stale, just like the actual Doner too. The chips were undercooked too and soggy. The Salad, that seemed fresh. I cannot recommend this place at all. Tiny portions and barely any chicken and what was there was just like honestly, off cuts reheated. No doubt I'll be visiting the toilet a lot tonight, I didn't even eat 1/4 of it, was disgusting. Why even sell food like this? Never have I ever had this "doner" meat this old and chewy. No was is this a Turkish Kebab place, I know Turkish people, If I send them a photo of what I've had they'd cry.

Ordered from here, they accept the order and 10 minutes later we get notified saying that the location is out of their range. Why let us order in the first place.

Sorry but it was absolutely awful, the meat was dry and cold It came in a fish and chips box and was not very nice at all. The chips were chewy, not what I expected from them

So I intentionally ordered at a specific time to have my food whilst watching the France Vs Austria game but it came 20 mins early, I also didn’t get a notification that the driver was on his way. As well as the fact that my chips and cheese were of two different quantities if I had ordered one for myself and one for my brother one of us would have had a half the chips as the other. Disappointing

First order NOT impressed!The food was very nice BUT the order was wrong and fairly cold. The driver argued that we had provided the wrong post code and our address was in a different area. Donner should have been in a naan but came in a hard dried up pitta. i may try them again but I'd check the delivery before the driver leaves. Very disappointing!

Chicken shawarma was beautiful not dry at all, super succulent and juicy but not greasy. Curly fries were cooked perfectly and they didn’t sweat in the box so were still crispy. All the food arrived early and hot.

No salad tomatoes and still water instead of sparkling. Totally unacceptable and I will no longer leave a tip on the order and only give it in their hand if the service is up to scratch. I am currently in plaster on my left leg and so unable to drive. I should have listened to family who told me how appalling the co-op was at home delivery.

Don’t know why I paid for delivery had to walk 10 minutes to pick up my order

Regular customer normally consistently 5 star. However not sure what’s happened the last 2 weeks but the naans just aren’t the same. Flat and not fluffy and sweet. Bring back fresh naans! Chicken and kebab meat still 10/10!

food was burned, salty like a sea water and late about 20 minutes. they advertised as 30 to 35 before you place an order, then after you do the clockwork jump to an hour. overall food was late around 30 minutes.

Doesn't even deserve 1 star first time ordering from here the food was freezing cold. Order was over £30 delivery drive didn't even look at me when he delivered the food which is just rude, clearly knew he had brought cold food will never order from here again

With no doubt the best kebab wraps I have eaten in the UK. Always quick on delivery and amazing taste. Great place to get something quick after a long work shift.

Tried them out tonight and I'm now a life long customer! We loved the kebabs, so fresh, not greasy - proper tasty grub! The meat was tender, not too salty, the sauces were complimentary and the salad was very fresh. All delivered hot and in plenty of time. We will be ordering again- soon!

Ooo, not the best ! Very greasy and cold when arrived. Thought these were the bees knees for Kebabs….clue in the name but really poor food tonite !!!

burger meal deal needs to be reworded maybe , says choose chips,milkshake/drink but no chip option to choose so presumed they came as standard when meal deal is chosen ...I was wrong . other than that the food is spot on .

First time trying this place after being disappointed with others in the area. Lovely staff and quick service as we just walked in. We ordered a mixed kebab in a box and a chicken kebab in the box....both were very nice, if there is only 1 criticism its the chicken Donner ratio...mostly Donner! Fresh salad and soft naan. Also tried the pepperoni twists which were nice ....would recommend a try🙌👍

ordered 2 large mixed kebabs wasn't that much meat in them & the supposed large chips was a kids portion at best, very disappointed for the price as not cheap.

Happy with the food and service but there was only one problem i didn't get my can of Vimto with my meal deal.

If you order for home be sure you will never get delivery because driver or staff dosnt know how to read . Also you can find more the food inside like hair in order . When you call them they will swear you and will hang up . NEVER ORDER FROM THEM !

cancelled my recent order despite not closing for 40 mins. this is not the first time this has happened. be very unsure about using these again. Shame food was nice but service not so much.

Kid's meal cost 5 pounds and You get small box of chips and only 3 chicken nuggets . Kebab large but no difference to small which I ordered before

Kebabs and chips great as always. Tried the cookie dough tonight, completely burnt underneath which was disappointing as the burnt taste went throughout the cookie. Ice cream was delicious.

Absolutely amazing! The food looked and tasted fresh and not at all cheaply made. The burgers are the best I’ve ever tried from any takeaway. They tasted freshly made and non greasy. The fries were crisp and delicious and the hotdog sausages were quality meat and loved the brioche buns. The kebab chicken meat was plentiful and delicious.

Love this place. The family love takeaway night when we suggest here. Is definitely my go to. Thank you guys 👍🏼

I had made me really ill havent been able to get of the toilet throw entire night. Currently strugling with hight temperature and food poisoning it was the first and the last time I have ordered from that place will not recommend to anyone.

Burger was spot on and the cheese garlic fries are a must!!

Should have been a mixed kebab and the donor was bad. Half of the nan was rock hard.

EDIT - Back to full marks. 100% lamb doner EDIT 02/04/22 - I confirmed with the staff this place has changed hands recently and kebab portion sizes are now tiny! The same meats are being used which are delicious but the portion size has dramatically changed. Used to be 5 star now a 2 star as the portions are proper stingy. 2021 - Went for the doner kebab box. Spot on, always excellent quality kebab meat here. Can't fault them.

First time ordering and it was absolutely fantastic! Always curious where I order kebabs from due to them always being dry and tasting bland, however kabab from here was moist and had plenty of flavours. Definitely ordering again 😀

Very nice takeaway. Shwarma was good, garlic cheesy fries were very good. Hotdog was more of a sausage dog but it was enjoyable and had onion rings aswell. Couldn't fault it.

One of the best kebabs I’ve ever eaten portion size was perfect, great value for money and very tasty the nan bread was cooked to perfection, meat was very very good, salad Crisp and fresh garlic mayo full of flavour and the chilli sauce had the perfect kick would definitely order again However the loaded fries where soggy and like rubber cheese sauce tasted cheep and the bacon was awful good job the kabab was amazing

Firstly I apologise for ordering the food so late I thought this place closed at 2400 not 2300 so they got my order 15mins before closing it arrived within 30mins but it was inedible absolutely disgusting dried up microwaved we couldn't eat any of it the banana shake was a tub of vanilla ice cream no bananas at all the only good thing was the young lad who delivered with a smile unfortunately I won't be ordering from them again I've used just eat for a long time loads of times and this is the worst meal ever

Our food was delivered so late, the driver never came and the order status was saying delivery, had to chase it just to receive cold, and dripping with fat. Wouldn't recommend

Really good value for money & tasty

I've lived in Berlin so I've eaten a lot of really excellent Kebabs, this is the only place in Derby that I think comes close and I probably order this, once a month. My only complaint is I wish I could have it with rice instead of nan.

Really disappointing Our second order from you guys. The 1st very nice. However the second order was awful. The zinger burger wasn't a zinger burger just a mess with no spicy mayo and replaced with burger sauce. The dirty fries were literally fires chopped up burger and a small bit of spring onion sprinkled on the top. The burger crunch wrap was vile and wasn't eaten. The tortilla chips were literally from a cheap bag of normal crisps and were not tortilla. The bacon was certainly not bacon it was a slab of rubber certainly not real bacon. The only reason you have gained 2 stars is the milkshakes were nice. The delivery driver ( young lad ) was very rude i literally opened the door he passed food ignored me and walked off because he was having a social chat on his mobile phone. A thank you doesn't go a miss when spending £30.00. Very expensive for poor quality food and service. Will not be going back.

Sorry guys didnt do for me. I ordered doner kebab with nan on izpre cooked nan u Heat it on pizza oven. Kebab altesdy inside those hot trays. But the best part was salad. With kebab. 2 Halapenos chillies . Some kind of coleslow salad wifth the kebab. But wAs not expetinf pre cooked nan being heated up in pizzaa Oven with kebab inside barely warm. Salad was nice though. I was looking forward to it as most turkish kebab house r amazin. This aint.2 Star for salad . Kebab taste same everywhere

Donner kebab was great but a bit small even tho I put large. The chicken wings and pop corn chicken was banging. The chicken strips were alright. Definitely order from them again and try other food of menu.
