Turk Naz Sutton Coldfield in Birmingham

Staff were attentive even though it was very busy. The food was amazing, generous portions, came out on a reasonable time after ordering. Cannot fault it and will be going back.

The price of the food has significantly risen from the last time we ate here, the portion sizes are huge, would prefer a smaller portion and a smaller price. When the food arrived there was one meal missing, so we didn’t all eat together, plus there was what looked like a Turkish stag party going on, about 25/30 men, all very load and music too loud that you couldn’t have a conversation.very disappointing

We visited early Friday evening and had Great food we really enjoyed our starters and main - would recommend this place . The waitress was prompt and took our drinks and food orders. The staff were very friendly and attentive which was lovely. Food was served hot and tasted incredible - compliments to the chefs. The only reason I didn’t give 5 was for the toilet. It was shared male/female - ok fine. it wasn’t as clean as the restaurant disappointingly. The urinal plumbing was dirty which was off putting and a new door needed perhaps as well as tiles cleaning. The toilet seat needs fixing when you sit on it moves. There were hand written signs up in the toilet to not flush paper towels and to dry hands with the door closed. I’d print these to make them look more professional.

Welcoming and friendly. We had four different meals and we were all impressed by the taste and quality. And excellent meal . Something for everyone, good variety on menu . I would recommend this restaurant to friends.

First-time visit, and we’ll be back! We had the shared platter for 2 which was delicious and plentiful. The staff are lovely- thanks to the young male waiter (sorry- didn’t get his name) who was very friendly and helpful. We’ll definitely go back!

Very bland pre cooked food and a ‘2’ out of 5 hygiene rating, how do these places survive? I wish I had read the reviews and ScoresOnTheDoors prior to going, really not great.

DO NOT ATTEND HERE. If you want your money’s worth, please don’t attend. Their portion is ridiculous. I spent £32.70 and received food worth filling only one person, their food is tasty so is many turkish places such as antep that will give u double the quantity. The ribs were so small it was embarrassing! Anyway the manager didn’t even offer a refund. We hadn’t eaten and were more then willing to give the food back. They also only gave one bread …. Lol how ridiculous! Seriously tight for a turkish place!

Staying close to this restaurant so decided to go local one night and found it to be a fantastic find. The head waiter/owner was very helpful in selecting what to eat in every way, and what I had was great. was totally stuffed afterwards. I thought it was because I was given complimentary bread for two when I sat down (and of course I ate it!) but on another occasion I saw that they gave the same portion to everyone. they had some Turkish beer and also wine which I must say was very good. in general the place has a nice atmosphere and the staff were very friendly, and each time ive been in ive been given something complimentary

Outstanding. Had the mixed sea food. Generous portions of tuna, scallop, prawn and sea bass. Delicious marinade. My partner had pan fried king prawns. Both dinners came with vegetables, salad and roast potatoes. the kids enjoyed their chicken wings and chips. Service is excellent

My daughter and I have just left the restaurant after a brilliant freshly cooked meal. The whole atmosphere in the restaurant is great.The staff are efficient and very friendly.The food and presentation is faultless.Portions are large but absolutely no problem if you want a doggy bag. If you want to feel welcome and special this is the place.

Exceptional customer service is what makes this place. I can’t remember the last rime I went somewhere and was made to feel so welcome. I visited Turk Naz with my husband and two kids for a Sunday lunch. We were promptly greeted and the waitress kindly introduced herself. We were given some bread and dips whilst we were deciding on what to order. Eventually we decided on the platter. It quickly came and was absolutely delicious. A good portion size and meat was delicious. I ordered a mock tail which was lovely too. It’s a lovely place and we definitely will be back again!

We recently tried the Turk nazz. After promising ourselves a treat , we ordered starter the mixed hot mezzo for two £ 16.90 and a a minced chicken kebab £12.90 for a main .I collected the meal myself as it would be quicker ,I got to the restaurant put my mask on and noticed delivery drivers and other people waiting without masks or social distancing ,They noticed me outside and beckoned me in I said no the man came to me and opened the door and said come in it’s okay ,I again said no no of you are wearing masks so I stayed outside they brought my meal to me I paid and left ,I should have just walked away and left it ,! But to my mistake I paid and took the meal which was very poor and very cold the mezze was two falafel balls ,two pieces of Hallumi two minute type of spring roll and some salad it was disgraceful and bloody cold , the main a minced chicken type of kebab on top of bulgar rice again tasteless and cold ! I know it could have been a wrong choice but if that’s what they serve it’s disgraceful ,and I for one won’t use again !

Lahmacun was great, even for Turkish standards it was really good. The staff was very welcoming and polite. Mücver was also delicious, easily recommended. We will definitely visit again, it is comforting to know you can have these great dishes after a long walk in Sutton Park.

Delicious turkish food, made by fresh ingredients, followed by Turkish tea, great customer service, lovely environment, nice staff Highly recommended and will visit again. Take away is available too
