Absolutely disgusting takeaway food looked terrible and tiny bit I tasted nearly mad me sick not like the old tuktuk only problem there was the waiting for delivery

Didn’t even make it inside the restaurant. We was reading the menu and after we seen it was stuck to the window with bits of tissue and squished mosquitos we decided to turn around and get back in the vehicle. How this place is up and running I will never know. Very unhygienic

would not recommend can wait up to 2 hours some times unpredictable delivery waiting well beyond what we was told, the prices have gone up and the standards have dropped significantly. Poor food some times not hot on delivery but my last order is the final nail. somoa's soggy and tasteless, sauces bearly half full, chips taste like dirt and under cooked, somosa where also soggy no crunch and not nice, hardy any meat in my Naan bread wrap just overall very poor and with all the competition in tamworth I'd rather take my custom else where if it had been a one off I would just put it down to a bad day but I have been disappointed repeatedly now, my last order litterally went in the Bin and I ate weetabix for dinner instead, my advice is just avoild it's not worth it

No impressed for the money to be honest. A curry for £8.50 that doesn't include rice is a rip off! Any other takeaway would give you little pots of salad and sauces as well. Nothing like that sent. Not even a slice of lemon for the scampi!! Won't be ordering again

My review was taken off! I didn't get what I ordered and when I had to ring up I was given a lot of abuse!! Very homophobic and I must be mental!!! It was taken off for telling the truth yes I have mental illness and disabled and gay I don't deserve to be treated like that

Poor service! Don’t order!! I ordered my food via Uber eats and called them one hour after it was meant to be here, the guy said 10 mins it’s on its way! Called again 20 mins later and the guy said 5 mins, so we asked has it actually left and they were unable to say and talked over us so they could hang up the phone. The food did not arrive for over 3 hours and then when it did, it was cold. I called the restaurant who said that it was hot and I asked them to come back and check and they refused! So many better Indian’s in tamworth so avoid at all costs!

Please do not order. Customer service is awful, we were left waiting over 2 hours. We understood on a saturday it was busy, but on calling for updates, they could not say for sure how long it would be and would not offer an alternative other than a credit note or cancellation of our order. On calling the restaurant (finally getting through after another 30 mins of trying), the gentleman could not give us any other option than to wait (with no e.t.a) or a cancellation. On arrival, the food was bad, lukewarm and definitely not worth the wait. With the restaurant really not bothered on customer service and the length of the wait, what a shambles of a restaurant. Sorry guys, but never again and there are plenty of other restaurants to order from with food x10 better.

Total says it all from time of order took two hours and multiple complaints to get my food which was cold even thought they said it was freshly cooked

3 hours in total we waited for food. Phoned after it twice and was just told it's on it way! No apology or explanation. Ridiculous. Will not be ordering again simply because of the attitude of the staff when chasing. Surely they don't think ordering at 7PM and receiving at 10PM is acceptable

Waited over 2 and a half hours, no food. Rang up and told on his way like you always here, was not prepared to wait any longer after initial time told was 1 hour. cancelled the order.. Will never use again

I’m shocked at the bad reviews. The food is amazing and the only Indian takeaway we use. Ok so sometimes delivery can take a while but this proves they are busy because the food is lovely. You just have to factor in that there could be a little wait but in my opinion it’s worth waiting for. Well done Tuk Tuk keep up the good work

We have ordered delivery from Tuk Tuk twice in the last fortnight. Bothe times the food has been excellent but this is letndown by really poor delivery. First order was 1.5 hours late and second is nearly 2 hrs and counting. Won't be ordering from here again.

Ordered my food at 17.55, it’s now 19:45 and I’m still waiting for my food. Only ordered 2 Currys!!! They keep lying and saying the driver has it when we literally live less than a 60 Second drive away.

First time using TukTuk, and so after checking out the food hygiene rating, we were ready to order. The food arrived in about an hour, and wow.... The portions were huge, we all had well enough to feed us Saturday Lunch as well as Friday dinner. The quality was just amazing as well, the flavours the best in class. I am usually a Bluewater stalwart, but now - theres a new guy in town 😳 To top off a terrific meal, we ordered via Uber Eats and got 50% off our order as well. Now thats immense. Dont be afraid, if you want great foid at a blinding price point... Order tonight!

If your looking at this page to order then think again, save yourself the stress on waiting 2-3 times longer for your food and them taking the phone off the hook so you cannot get an update. My food was on its way from 18:40 it arrived at 20:20, the nann bread was doughy and tasted of flour and undercooked, the rice was hard overall the food tasted rushed, which considering it had been on its way for an hour and a half it shouldn’t have. Plenty of other quality Indian takeaways in Tamworth order from one of them, you will thank me later

Ordered from tuk tuk at 5.50pm. They estimated delivery at 7pm. It actually arrived at twenty to nine. Nearly 3 hrs wait for food. Carnt get through on phone. Terrible service. Food was not too bad

Really surprised by all the poor reviews. We used Tuk tuk for the first time being a take away that's delivered to Whittington by Uber Eats. Our curries were delicious hot and delivered in an hour which considering it was snowing we were happy with. Portions are a great size and I consider the whole menu good value. We will definately use them again.

To start with the website is confusing but we got there eventually...we were given a waiting time of 45 minutes.. This passed and an hour later after many unanswered calls to their 'restaurant' the website stated it had been delivered. After another unanswered call I drove to their restaurant (which is actually a dirty little kitchen on a carpark) where I found half of my meal still being prepared...I was refunded for the delivery cost. When I arrived a gentleman was complaining and his undelivered order....the food was quite good but I will never use these jokers again.

Sometimes having a large and elaborate menu can be a more of a hindrance than an advantage, and this was definitely the case with the meals we ordered from Tuk Tuk. The menu looked very exciting, but the execution was pretty awful. We ordered the "Indian Street Noodles", sang aloo, veg fried rice, and a chicken tandoori dish. While the food arrived on time and hot, it was a sickly sweet oily mushy mess and it all had the same flavour. We ended up throwing practically all of it in the bin. Its a shame because it could've been so much better.Tuk Tuk? Yuk Yuk.

Very disappointed food was worst Indian I ve ever had , although we didn’t have a problem with delivery time , it arrived early

All I can say is wow. We ordered the chicken tikka wraps and chips for £5.95 well worth the money.Food was amazing and most of all hot!! Will definitely be ordering again

Ordered 2 curries and a naan through JUSTEAT and Absolutely disgusted with how this order was dealt with by the restaurant! I put the order through at 6:30pm and was meant to be delivered at 7:50pm and it arrived at 10:15pm nearly 4 hours after the order was processed, very rude on the phone and didn’t even offer us anything for the circumstances, won’t be ordering from them again, such a shame!

Terrible service waited 3hours for my order via just eat twice it said on the app that the food had been delivered! Also tried to get hold of the restaurant and the phone was constantly off the hook finally got through at 23:15 and was told my order was on its way!! I asked for some money back and was told that I wouldn’t get any back due to them saying “The restaurant isn't going to give you any money back for your delayed order.They say:"We're really sorry your order wasn't delivered on time. Our restaurant was busier than we expected."It’s a shame as this was the first time I used this restaurant and was willing to give it a chance but will not use anymore and would advise people not to use it!!

After deciding to give somewhere else a try we found this place on Uber Eats. Never again the food never arrived, they don't answer the phone. Says delivered on the app. Avoid these clowns.

First time we have used Tuk Tuk, and will certainly be the last! Waited over 90 mins for delivery, and when it arrived....well if you like tomatoe stew then it’s great, we ordered different dishes, but it all tasted the same. Most definitely the worst Indian meals we have ever had!

Quick delivery, polite staff, food excellent fresh and tasty ingredients, makes a change from the normal take away menu highly recommend especially if your hungry the portions are huge.

Had a voucher, so tried this takeaway. Food was very nice, but delivery was a total joke! First quoted 45 mins on online order, called after an hour and 10, to be told they waiting for driver?? Called AGAIN 20 mins later, told 10 mins, food arrived after 2 hours waiting! Some lame excuse about drivers car? Do they only have 1 delivery driver?? Not good enough, won't use again

Had my first take out tuk tuk and they delivered food that was hot, tasty and plentiful . I now have their nimbler stored in my phone for next time . Give them try AAA service

Food is nice and there is plenty of it but delivery times are a joke was told it would be an hour but turned up over 2 hours later nobody was hungry by then and most of it got wasted

I have been introduced by a friend to this take away, the food is superb, but due to their own success the time it takes to come can be long, so book early for delivery, it is also listed 5 star from the council rating scheme.

I have had many of take aways from Tuk Tuk, I seriously wouldn’t order from anywhere else! The quality is excellent, portions are amazing, and most of all the food is always consistent whenever you order.
