No food took money and left nothing

Probably worst takeaway I’ve ever had. Wouldn’t order again. Food was dry, to the point couldn’t swallow it. Sauce was missing, cheese was missing, donner kebab looked like come out of a fryer and was rock hard. Chicken pakora was a joke just undercooked batter. Chips were diabolical. Don’t bother

A glorified takeaway, not a restaurant.run by school kids with joggers and sweaters with no waiting skills whatsoever, and to top it off , very over priced with the itemised bill presented on a piece of cardboard,Far better proper Indian restaurants in Tamworth which are correctly priced and are legitimate restaurants. We won’t be back !

The poppadoms, starter and nan bread were ok mainly course was way to spicy .. even though I have the same dish often .. wouldn't return

I ordered late not realising they were closing soon but they took my order and i was not disappointed. I was trying to save some for breakfast but my son stole the rest. Epuld give more than 5 stars if I could

I have ordered from Tamworth Spice now three times. The first was for myself and elderly parents, used to ordering from their favourite Chinese Takeaway. I persuaded them to try something different, and turned their palette to Indian. My parents absolutely loved their meals, devouring bloody lot! Tamworth Spice has brought the same delights expected from Birmingham's famous curry strip 'Ladypool Road'. Well done guys!!

shashlik was very dry and no flavour, lamb shatkora was disappointing.. poppadoms however were fresh and crispy

First Indian takeaway in Tamworth, chicken tikka jalfrezi, think it came from a jar, been eating Indian food 40 plus years, this isn’t pro cooked! no fresh green chillies, chicken over cooked, nice paratha, wont be reusing

I'm sorry to say this was a disappointing meal. I couldn't eat the lamb saag paneer - had a funny taste to it & very fatty lamb. Rice & naan tasteless. All just seemed a bit 'off'. The delivery driver was polite & friendly, thank you.

parts of my order was missing, but what did actually turn up was all thrown together in a bag not a BOX which was not what it said on the menu. it's a sloppy 1/10 and I can honestly say I will never order from here again

Nice enough food and an okay delivery time, I just can’t give full marks because it certainly wasn’t vindaloo strength (as requested) and if I had required delivery for a special occasion, then it wouldn’t have arrived in time.

Food was cold. Notification on just eat said it was 'on its way' for ages. I suspect the chicken in the dishes had been added to them straight from the fridge as it was stone cold in the middle. Chips were stone cold. Naan bread had unmelted cheese on them. All items in the tandoori mixed grill were cold. The meat and cheese samosa was literally just a samosa with unmelted cheese sprinkled on top. Shocking. Really poor all round.

I found this restaurant via the Gourmet Society app, giving 25% off the total bill. I ordered lamb bhuna, pilau rice and garlic naan as in my photo. Everything tasted good, especially the bhuna. It was packed with tender pieces of lamb. Recommended.

Not happy food was cold. It left the resturant and didn't arrive for 20 minutes....

Long wait time to start with, but reviews looked ok so thought id try and then even late after that, very bland food,jalfrezi curry just rammed with onion and next to no meat and extremley bland, didnt resemble a jalfrezi at all, garlic rice was poor, wont be using again im afraid.

Food was delivered late as we wait an extra 15 minutes - food was nice, a few minutes later the driver returned to the house with more food to apologise for the delay on our order - we really appreciated this as they did not need to do this , thank you taking the extra mile to rectify the situation

Quite possibly the worst take away Ive had the misfortune to have in a long while. The onion bhajis were soggy balls of mush, not crispy and barely edible. The shish kebabs tasted of nothing but a huge amount of salt and were cold. The two mains we ordered - Butter Chicken and Chicken Rogan Josh, well, we could barely tell the difference and were overly greasy and tasteless. The Naan bread was thin to the point of being transparent. I won't be ordering from this place ever again. 0/10

Placed a order for a take away.fourty minutes before it was due to arrive it was cancelled by tamworth spice.no reason given. Will not order from them again.

Even though it was late and an error was made they sorted this out very quickly. And the food was delicious was worth the wait ! Driver was lovely and apologized for being late but they were busy ! Best to be busy and means the food must be good and it was ! Thank you all will order again Beats any other ones we have ordered !

Naan bread was cold and the 2 tubs of mint yoghurt had spilt over everything. Apart from that the food tasted good.

Worth the wait, but wasn't there fault as just eat drivers didn't start until 6 so we was told if we want to order again in future we should order at 6pm for faster delivery 😉

Shami Kebab starter excellent Ceylon curry described as fairly hot, I'd have said medium, would've preferred the level stated. Good quality chicken.

Well we’re do I start Nan bread cheese chilli chicken tikka no tikka 1little chilli cheese not melted and Nan not cooked next £7 chill garlic chips no chillis or garlic next nargis kabab we’ll half of one and burnt as though had fried a Scotch egg as only vey little meat around egg then paid for garlic chicken curry with cheese and mushrooms not a mushroom in sight and garlic never found any stay well away this is not Indian food as the wife’s had chilli flakes on I’ve never known any Indian restaurant to use chilli flakes in food in 40yrs so beware if you want a Indian go to a proper restaurant only giving 1 star as I have to to submit review

Onion Bhajis were very thick and stodgy - not a nice taste at all. Food generally a bit bland not that enjoyable unfortunately.

Superb host, couldn't of done enough for us, and the food was fantastic, 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ and you can take your own Alcohol which is always a bonus would go again and will soon.

I had a king prawn starter and they were very tough and chewy. The rest however was beautiful and would order again just choose a different starter.

Mainly overall the food was nice however the lamb pakoras wasn't cooked at all, it was still pretty stodgy inside and bits were cold, the delievery was quick though which was good.
