I reserved a table for 6 for our Family Christmas night out. I needed to ammend this to 8 people as we had family attending from far away. Over the next day and a half,i tried to contact Tuggra via phone and email but received no responce. I pre booked Gingers as a back up and continued to contact Tugra until 20 minutes to my reservation. We walked into Gingers and my partner walked into Tugra,just to see what had happened. She was met with a half full restaurant and an employee who when asked stated that he could accommodate 8 people. I was annoyed and embarrassed by this and stood my ground and stayed at Gingers,where we had a fantastic night. Obviously, buisness must be that good at Tugra. Seems that they forget the local customers who have been there from the start.

I love Tugra, good prices and quality food. In my opinion they make the best lambs liver hands down. The lamb stew was flavoursome and I came out of there stuffed. Loved the atmosphere also the decor is beautiful.

The service was awful. Not enough staff members. We sat with dirty plates for at least half an hour and it was so hard to get anyone’s attention to order a drink. Food good but service spoiled it.

What a great local Turkish restaurant. We have only had takeaway delivered from here so can’t comment on the restaurant itself, but all of the food we have eaten has been excellent, the quality of ingredients and cooking are all of a high standard as are the side dishes especially the bulgar. Our favourite dishes are the Adana, chicken beyti and the chicken shish. Thanks again

Food was amazing, fair prices and decent portions (we had to take some home as we couldn't quite finish it!). The lamb ribs were to die for. It was a shame the Aircon was broken, they had a portable unit but the restaurant was very hot. Service was ok. 5 star rating is mainly based on the great food and value for money, I'll be back! 🙂

I like this place. Food and service are always good and it's always busy but seldom rammed so you can get a table as a walk in.

Food was nice but portions were small and overpriced compared to similar Turkish restaurants in North London. Unfortunately, what let this place down was the very loud music playing. My dining experience felt stressful and it was difficult to have a conversation with my family over the music.

Just had lunch here, ordered sharing platter for 2 - so much food ended up taking half home. Everything was delicious but special mention for the lamb ribs, absolutely incredible.

Been going here for years, always been great but won't be going back. Shop bought accompements / dips / falafel etc. for sharing platters. Very boring & tasteless

Absolutely LOVED our evening here. The food, especially the hot sharing meze starters was amazing. We then shared the Grilled platter which was delicious, but big (we couldn't eat it all) eyes certainly bigger than our belly! The service, friendly and welcoming staff. We certainly will go back and highly recommend for anyone looking for a nice night out, great food and reasonable prices !! Thank you Tugra

Amazing restaurant, nice atmosphere, friendly and helpful staff, delicious food!!! My son said, best food ever and he is a fussy eater!! Strongly recommend!!!

Shephard's Salad is nice and simple. Hummus was tasteless. Not enough high chair for the kiddos, we needed to wait for it for long.... Toilet was very cold for changing diapers, also a bit messy, hand washing soap almost finished. Not really baby friendly. Stuff was really tired and we had no cutlery on the table when the food arrived. Needs to be a bit more organised on a busy Sunday too and it will be 5 star. Hope next time better experience!

I went here for the first time for my niece's birthday. Unfortunately when we arrived the balloons weren't on the table so it wasn't a great start. However, the service from the servers was brilliant. When the food come there was alot but it did match the price - £30-60 for a platter. I had the chicken Shish but the chicken was abit dry. However, the chunky chips were delicious 😋. During dinner a belly dancer came out and following that, a live singer. The diners were up and dancing and the atmosphere was electric. There was a private party downstairs and it sounded like they were enjoying it too. Cocktails and shots flowed all night. Brilliant evening. If you want to eat, dance in a loud restaurant, this is for you.

Used Tugra more than once now. The food is superb, delivery always good timed. My personal favourite is the Mixed Shiah with Bulghur wheat.

Kindly be wary of this scam. At the time of writing this review my order is over 1.5hrs late and I'm yet to be contacted by the restaurant regd my missing order. It is way too much to expect them to have the basic courtesy of receiving or returning customer calls. However, if you're fortunate enough to reach them against all odds then be prepared to be lied to your face that it is no fault of theirs although delivery is very much in-house.

We hired the function room for my parents golden wedding anniversary, The food was amazing and the staff were superb taking care of our 30 guest, Lovely vibe and settings to the place, We even had our own bar and speaker to connect our phones to, Really great night all round, Thanks again to the team here, Will be back soon for sure

My 1st visit to this restaurant. It was very lively and quite noisy but the food was lovely. We had a chefs sharing menu. With a selection of cold starters and a huge platter of meats on top of a bed of rice. Very good value for money, plenty of it and it tasted delicious. The service was good. Al in all a nice meal out.

I couldn’t not review Tugra. We simply had the best night! The service was 5star, the food was so fresh and tasted AMAZING… and the entertain was fun and super interactive. I’ve been here a few times and everytime we walk out so happy. 100% recommend!

We were welcomed into the restaurant by the extremely friendly manager and got taken to our table. From there on the waiting staff took over. I have to say, service wise, this was one of the best, professional and friendly, and most attention to detail service I have had in a very long time. The staff were friendly, with a nice sense of humour, very diligent, and worked very professionally. I also love the fact that you can clearly see the kitchen through glass windows, it shows how professional and hygienic the chef's are. Super clean, spacious, and you get a sense of warm and nostalgic feeling with the atmosphere, this is very rare. Overall 5* experience I can recommend this place to everyone desiring to have an unforgettable modern Turkish food.

Me and my wife have been to Tugra before and loved the food and the atmosphere. For my birthday I was given £50 voucher from friends who regularly eat there and spend a fortune. At the end of the meal I handed to voucher and my debit card as I’d slight gone over £50. I gave a male waiter the voucher he inspected, didn’t say a word gave me a dirty look and reluctantly took it handing me the contactless matching to pay the difference. There was no “ thanks for coming or “hope you enjoyed “. Sorry but if they don’t like their own vouchers why sell them !!? Disappointed and we won’t be going back #customersalwaysright#mannerscostnothing

I know restaurants have had it hard recently so I don’t like writing negative reviews but felt I had to this time. Had great expectations after seeing all the good reviews on here but what a disappointment. Embarrassing as I’d chosen this restaurant to meet friends. Went for lunch and we all chose from the lunch set menu. Everything we ate, apart from the fish, was poor. It felt like we were eating leftovers. Had to abandon my baklava dessert, goodness knows how long that had been hanging around. It was nothing like the fresh baklava in their chilled cabinet. Maybe ordering from the set menu was our mistake but if the restaurant can’t give its customers good value on that menu then they shouldn’t offer it at all. The restaurant looks like it’s had a lot of investment in the building and infrastructure, certainly not in the quality of food that we experienced. I hope they read this and improve.

We visited this restaurant on a Saturday afternoon with friends. It was ideal for a good catch up with excellent food and cocktails. The food was delicious, we all had the chicken shish and lamb kofta - to have the best of both worlds. We were offered more bread and they were very accommodating bringing yoghurt to accompany the chicken. The cocktails were well presented and tasty. There was no pressure to leave and the service was good. I always think the mark of a good restaurant is the toilets, they were clean and well kept.

Had takeaway before and really enjoyed it went for sit in the other day had the mixed grill but was underwhelmed at the portion size and the flavours 2 bits of chicken and lamb 1 kofte and some dry crispy wings , blugar was warm best thing was the free bread at the start and hummus might give them another try in future inshallah

After seeing the reviews my wife and I ventured to Hayes to grab a spot of lunch. We decided not to opt for the lunch menu and instead ordered Lahmacun , Chunky chips, livers ,a mixed , grill white and aubergine. Our drinks came all good so far. The whitebait came was ok ,deep fried not hard to get wrong . Not the freshest but ok. The livers were almost off . No flavours as you would normally expect from a turkish restaurant just old stale livers. The chips were HUGE wedges. There were inedible as so hard inside and looked like they had been toasted on a flat grill. No exaggeration. The aubergine was mush no flavour, needed garlic or onion something. Was flavourless. With the mix grill the wongs looked deep fried not barbecued amf non of the produce tasted fresh. The worst was the Lahmacun turkish pizza. My wife spat it out as was chewy and flavorless. I tasted and said the isnt fresh cooked. Eventually a waiter checked in and we told him the problems. He confessed the lahmacun is bought fron out side. I showed him all the stale looking tomatoes and accompaniments, which appeared to have been sliced days prior and refrigerated,. They had a frost to the decay. In fairness the guy didn't argue and he took all the problem itens away as he could see were pretty much untouched. I was still happy to pay for them. And in fairness he did remove from my bill unprompted. The I DONT GET It is what is all this talk about the great food. Honestly yoir local kebab shop will be a better bet than this place.

Amazing food, service atmosphere and value for money. Friendly and patient waiter serves food with so much pride. Large portions, fresh bread and salads. Lunch menu £11.95 for 2 courses 3 for £14.95!! Clean toilets and lovely designed restaurant, relaxing music and beautiful event space below. Easy meter parking outside or carpark to the right of restaurant. So happy I've found his space 💕

We went to the Tugra for the first time on Saturday 26th March, we had a fantastic time with great staff. And yes we had a Beautiful Belly 💃Dancer 💃 followed by a singer. Overall a Brilliant night out with great food and atmosphere. Thank you Tugra.

First visit, but was blown away by the food. The starters (sucuk sausage, hummus, bread and feta and spinach parcels) were absolutely divine. The main course of Lamb Iskandar was…unbelievable. Such tasty meat on a bed of potatoes served with yoghurt and tomatoes. Will definitely be returning. Excellent service too.

Tasty food, friendly service, pleasant setting and great prices on the lunch set menu L9.95 for 2 courses. I started with the boneless chicken wings in a spicy/sweet sauce. Main was lamb lofted with a grain pilaf and a salad of greens, tomato and pickled red cabbage, served with 2 sauces - spicy pepper and garlic yogurt. Will return to try more.

What a gem this restaurant is ! We came with friends who had been before. The food was fabulous, service friendly and warm ! We will definitely be returning - I have never had such deliciously cooked Turkish food before ! Impeccable !

Fantastic lunch time menu, 2 courses 9.95, we had garlic mushrooms and humus, both were beautiful, for mains we had chicken shish and lamb moussaka, again both were fantastic. Service was first class and I'd happily recommend Tugra

Next up we had the BEST Lamb Chops I've ever had! They were so fat and juicy I've never had a chop served to me this big, absolutely amazing quality! This was served with a side of Bulgar rice. We also had some huge tiger prawns, which were cooked to perfection and presented wonderfully with a side of wedges. Not forgetting the chicken kofta and lamb kofta in the Filo Pastry, an absolute winner! A burst of flavour and creaminess in one bite 😋 Lastly the refreshing Feta Cheese Salad to compliment all these dishes 🥗 This was all executed to the highest standard and served with a smile. They have an amazing private room downstairs, with catering, bluetooth speakers and your own private bar. This looked fab and I will be booking this in for the family get together 💜 We will defintley be going back to Tugra and I would highly recommend this restaurant you won't be disappointed!

We booked Tugra on a Saturday night to go with friends. When making the booking the restaurant did not inform us they will have live entertainment. When we arrived they put us on a table right in front of the entertainer. We asked for a...

Very poor customer service. Was almost forced out when the waiter was clearing up. Overpriced by far. Food was average, many better places around to go an enjoy. Would not recommend.
