We went for New Year,s Eve and it was fantastic.The atmosphere was brilliant ,the singer,Sweet Caroline was great,food excellent. We danced till 1.am.Staff were friendly, and efficient.Will definitely book for next year

Good location, good food, friendly staff

This is the second time we've visited Tugra for our friends Xmas night out. The food, our waitress and ambiance was brilliant we had a fabulous Elvis tribute. My only gripe is they forgot (again) to take the deposit off our bill. This is the second time it’s happened and it caused a bit of grief at the end of the night , which was a shame. Please Tugra remember to do this in future. We shouldn’t have had to ask

If you're looking to take family or friends to a nice restaurant for a celebration, such as a birthday or anniversary, this is the place to go. The ambiance is great, and the service is outstanding. The owner, Canner, even comes out to greet guests and ensure they are happy. The manager, Lauren, was incredibly patient with my large party and treated everyone with kindness. We were there to celebrate my beloved mother's birthday, and she truly enjoyed herself. The entertainment by the belly dancer was fantastic, creating an atmosphere that felt more than deserving of 5 stars. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. We even left with a doggy bag because there was so much food, and I enjoyed it again for lunch today! 🤣❤️❤️❤️

We love it here. The foods great however the last couple of time we've been, we've been asked to leave after a couple of hours. I understand the tables are needed but when there are multiple empty tables and we are there still buying drinks and catching up with friends I haven't seen for years it's very frustrating and pretty rude. We were asked 3 times by 2 different servers to leave before we had even finished the drinks we paid for. This is the second time this has happened and to be honest we probably won't be returning again because of this.

Shortage of the waiters,very noisy,people cannot hear each other.We were waiting for 45 min to be served Shame!

Food was good hot and tasty entertainment was really good had a belly dancer to start things of then a singer came on with some great classics that got everyone going

Went for a birthday celebration with over 20 people. The food and venue was very good. A special thank you to waitress Lauren who looked after us. She was amazing and looked after us all evening on her own. She couldn't do enough for us. To the manager of Tugra, you have a fantastic employee is Lauren. Lauren, thank you again for all you did for us and making are evening so enjoyable.

Hired the downstairs area for a birthday celebration & had an absolutely brilliant time. The food was good & the service was fantastic from booking through to the end of the night. Had previously dined here on the bottomless brunch option & thoroughly enjoy that. Again the service was spot on. Highly recommend Tugra.

We would highly recommend Tugra. 28 of us went for Brunch yesterday and the there was plenty of food and a good selection of drinks to accommodate everyone. At £35 per person it’s very good value for money. Good party atmosphere with space to dance. We all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves - Thank you

Bad experience food didn't seem fresh specially the starters,got a hair in the full platter rice we waited for quite a long time to be served although the restaurant wasn't busy. Wnt waste my money on zem again

We went yesterday for our Wedding anniversary the food is absolutely delicious! Every dish we tried was bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. The staff is very friendly and the atmosphere is so nice! Highly recommend! We will definitely come back! 🩷

Food was 10 10 but service was terrible this particular day! We went on Saturday to celebrate my sister in laws birthday. We loved the service and the food before when we celebrated my brothers birthday there in June so we wanted to come again. We were a table of 10 persons and we ordered four platters of the chefs special which we did last time. Servers somehow only brought out the meat platters with rice without serving the starters which was the dips with the pitta bread. Server(probably the manager for the evening) advised us saying he asked us several times but we pointed on the menu what we asked for and proceeded to be rude - we said honestly it’s not a problem you can bring it out at the same time we will have it alongside the meat platters that we had ordered. The sauces and dips came out and we all enjoyed the food - servers refilled tap water constantly which was great. My brother on his way back from the toilet after we all had finished asked if it was okay to bring the doughnuts we had given him and if he can put the doughnuts on a plate with the candles (in a tower form). We assumed they would clear our table before bringing this out like they had done before at my brothers birthday in June! However the server brought the box of doughnuts in the box with the candle without it being served on the plate to the table. At this point the table was not cleared and we had to manoeuvre all the plates aside on the table to make space for the doughnuts. This server went away and brought side plates and cutlery which is super nice of them but he proceeded to tell us that they would’ve normally cleared the table before bringing the cake but we had ASKED THREE TIMES to bring it over - which my brother didn’t he only asked the one time. I didn’t appreciate that he was trying to blame us - we tried so hard to be nice to the servers. We were so disappointed because we do love the food at this restaurant! We also usually always tip but because of this service we chose not to this time unfortunately. If anyone decided to go - maybe go on a Friday - because the female restaurant manager was amazing - she was so much kinder and made my brothers birthday special and amazing. Who ever was the male restaurant manager or server for our table this Saturday was shocking.

We had never visited before, and not knowing what we would like, we decided to have a hot mezze sharing platter to start and a sharing platter of mixed meats to follow. Well, first off, everything was delicious, but there was so much we had to ask for a doggy bag. I apologise that the picture of the mezze platter was taken after we had started to eat, so it was tidier and more full when we got it. We felt that the meal was good value considering the quality of the food. The staff were very busy but helpful and pleasant. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, and plan to come here again.

We went here for my son's 30th Birthday this evening 22/06. The restaurant accommodated a party of 20 at short notice, after being let down by another restaurant. The staff were amazing they were friendly and always helpful. They were absolutely rushed off their feet but not once did you see any of them without a smile on their face. There was entertainment which was really enjoyable. The food was fabulous and generous portions. There were 7 children in our party and they were well welcomed and catered for amazingly. No service charge or pressure to leave, and a drink on the house for all our party. Thank you Tugra we will be returning. Amazing restaurant amazing staff wonderful atmosphere. 100% satisfaction ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

First time I've tried Turkish food, this restaurant won't dessapoint you with their great dishes and generous portions. I would highly recommend it. The only coment I have is the pop music was loud on Saturday evening

Visited during week at lunchtime. Food was good with a cheaper lunch option menu with good choices. The mousaka was tasty although appeared to be filled out with vegetables as opposed to more traditional dish have had before.

Went to this lovely restaurant for a friend’s engagement party and the food was absolutely delicious! I was very pleased with the service and friendliness of the waiters/waitresses and my whole experience here. The manager was also very attentive to our needs and was very involved in helping his staff with the night. The food was definitely some of the best Turkish food I have had in the area in many years. The chefs did an incredible job! The starters, mezes and bread tasted great and then I had Lahmacun and we shared a mixed platter with rice. There isn’t one thing I can fault this restaurant for. They are fairly priced for the quality and services they provide. I would 100% recommend this restaurant for authentic Turkish meals and especially for events. They have space below for celebrations and their toilets are also downstairs and kept very clean. There is parking available outside and in a car park just next to the restaurant, however you will need to pay.

I left an incorrect review for tugra which was meant for another restaurant so just want to mention that the food here is always beautiful it’s one of our favourite restaurants.im trying to remove the incorrect review of tugra but just eat won’t let me. Try the food here it’s stunning.

Used this place for a few years and the portions are now a complete rip off for the price paid. £5.80 for “large chips” which wasn’t even two tiny hand fulls. Won’t order from this place again anymore. And the “large doner” had meat on the outside of the pitta but the inside of the pitta was more or less empty of meat. Definitely won’t order again. Shame because the food is good. Just don’t like being taken the mickey out of.

The best Turkish restaurant in our area. Brilliant quality food.

I reserved a table for 6 for our Family Christmas night out. I needed to ammend this to 8 people as we had family attending from far away. Over the next day and a half,i tried to contact Tuggra via phone and email but received no responce. I pre booked Gingers as a back up and continued to contact Tugra until 20 minutes to my reservation. We walked into Gingers and my partner walked into Tugra,just to see what had happened. She was met with a half full restaurant and an employee who when asked stated that he could accommodate 8 people. I was annoyed and embarrassed by this and stood my ground and stayed at Gingers,where we had a fantastic night. Obviously, buisness must be that good at Tugra. Seems that they forget the local customers who have been there from the start.

I love Tugra, good prices and quality food. In my opinion they make the best lambs liver hands down. The lamb stew was flavoursome and I came out of there stuffed. Loved the atmosphere also the decor is beautiful.

The service was awful. Not enough staff members. We sat with dirty plates for at least half an hour and it was so hard to get anyone’s attention to order a drink. Food good but service spoiled it.

Fantastic. Fresh, and full of flavour!

What a great local Turkish restaurant. We have only had takeaway delivered from here so can’t comment on the restaurant itself, but all of the food we have eaten has been excellent, the quality of ingredients and cooking are all of a high standard as are the side dishes especially the bulgar. Our favourite dishes are the Adana, chicken beyti and the chicken shish. Thanks again

Great food, nice staff and good atmosphere, love this place.

Food was amazing, fair prices and decent portions (we had to take some home as we couldn't quite finish it!). The lamb ribs were to die for. It was a shame the Aircon was broken, they had a portable unit but the restaurant was very hot. Service was ok. 5 star rating is mainly based on the great food and value for money, I'll be back! 🙂

Wow! Phenomenal food. We had the grill platter for 2 with the feta salad and some turkish bread. We got a free lahmacun as well. Enough food for at least 3 people there. All fresh, hot and amazingly tasty. Will definitely order again.

Food was nice but portions were small and overpriced compared to similar Turkish restaurants in North London. Unfortunately, what let this place down was the very loud music playing. My dining experience felt stressful and it was difficult to have a conversation with my family over the music.

Just had lunch here, ordered sharing platter for 2 - so much food ended up taking half home. Everything was delicious but special mention for the lamb ribs, absolutely incredible.

Been going here for years, always been great but won't be going back. Shop bought accompements / dips / falafel etc. for sharing platters. Very boring & tasteless

Absolutely LOVED our evening here. The food, especially the hot sharing meze starters was amazing. We then shared the Grilled platter which was delicious, but big (we couldn't eat it all) eyes certainly bigger than our belly! The service, friendly and welcoming staff. Food quality was beyond average. The restaurant atmosphere is really nice. But sadly it's still not worth the trip to go there.

The food and service was fantastic. There was a lovely atmosphere in the restaurant and parking just around the corner was super convenient.

We live in a Hayes, and we are proud to have Tugra on our doorstep. If we don’t manage to get to the restaurant then the take away is amazing. Great quality food, big portions, beautiful, well seasoned flavours, well packaged. We have just had the Chefs special for two, and it fed two adults and three kids with food to spare. Amazing restaurant, nice atmosphere, friendly and helpful staff, delicious food!!! My son said, best food ever and he is a fussy eater!! Strongly recommend!!!

Shephard's Salad is nice and simple. Hummus was tasteless. Not enough high chair for the kiddos, we needed to wait for it for long.... Toilet was very cold for changing diapers, also a bit messy, hand washing soap almost finished. Not really baby friendly. Stuff was really tired and we had no cutlery on the table when the food arrived. Needs to be a bit more organised on a busy Sunday too and it will be 5 star. Hope next time better experience!

I went here for the first time for my niece's birthday. Unfortunately when we arrived the balloons weren't on the table so it wasn't a great start. However, the service from the servers was brilliant. When the food come there was alot but it did match the price - £30-60 for a platter. I had the chicken Shish but the chicken was abit dry. However, the chunky chips were delicious 😋. During dinner a belly dancer came out and following that, a live singer. The diners were up and dancing and the atmosphere was electric. There was a private party downstairs and it sounded like they were enjoying it too. Cocktails and shots flowed all night. Brilliant evening. If you want to eat, dance in a loud restaurant, this is for you.

Used Tugra more than once now. The food is superb, delivery always good timed. My personal favourite is the Mixed Shiah with Bulghur wheat.

Kindly be wary of this scam. At the time of writing this review my order is over 1.5hrs late and I'm yet to be contacted by the restaurant regd my missing order. It is way too much to expect them to have the basic courtesy of receiving or returning customer calls. However, if you're fortunate enough to reach them against all odds then be prepared to be lied to your face that it is no fault of theirs although delivery is very much in-house.

We hired the function room for my parents golden wedding anniversary, The food was amazing and the staff were superb taking care of our 30 guest, Lovely vibe and settings to the place, We even had our own bar and speaker to connect our phones to, Really great night all round, Thanks again to the team here, Will be back soon for sure

My 1st visit to this restaurant. It was very lively and quite noisy but the food was lovely. We had a chefs sharing menu. With a selection of cold starters and a huge platter of meats on top of a bed of rice. Very good value for money, plenty of it and it tasted delicious. The service was good. Al in all a nice meal out.

I couldn’t not review Tugra. We simply had the best night! The service was 5star, the food was so fresh and tasted AMAZING… and the entertain was fun and super interactive. I’ve been here a few times and everytime we walk out so happy. 100% recommend!

*****Delicious food and great experience ***** I’ve had Turkish food in many places but this one was the exceptionally the best one I’ve ever had. Every dish we had was incredible. We were welcomed into the restaurant by the extremely friendly manager and got taken to our table. From there on the waiting staff took over. I have to say, service wise, this was one of the best, professional and friendly, and most attention to detail service I have had in a very long time. The staff were friendly, with a nice sense of humour, very diligent, and worked very professionally. I also love the fact that you can clearly see the kitchen through glass windows, it shows how professional and hygienic the chef's are. Super clean, spacious, and you get a sense of warm and nostalgic feeling with the atmosphere, this is very rare. Overall 5* experience I can recommend this place to everyone desiring to have an unforgettable modern Turkish food.
