The Bank Restaurant in Bromley

I went here for a works meal and it was a brilliant night, food, atmosphere and entertainment were all excellent. The staff were very attentive and friendly. I had the lamb chops, they were cooked to perfection and full of flavour. A FAB night in every way.

We booked the Bank for my Dad’s 80th birthday celebratory lunch. There were 26 of us including a 3 and a 4 year old. We were asked to pre-order, but even so I was worried that the food order would be wrong and we would all be eating at different times. How wrong I was, the service was impeccable, we all got the right dish and we all ate together. The food was outstanding! Portion sizes were so generous and all in all it was really good value for money. The restaurant decor is great (nice clean loos!!), parking is the only niggle, but that’s nothing to do with the actual restaurant. I would highly recommend The Bank, they made us feel very welcome and treated my Dad liked a VIP. Thank you.

We just celebrated New Year at the Bank restaurant. Amazing food, friendly and attentive staff and a fab atmosphere. Izzy and his team are brilliant and Craig Neil is superb and never fails to engage the crowd. Would 100% recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for fun quality night out 🍺🍺

A group of 9 of us visited last night for our works Christmas do. A great time was had by all. Staff were lovely. Food was delicious and hot, not easy getting it all out at once. And of course Craig Neil provided the best entertainment as always. Had the right mix of quieter songs when while we finished eating and the best party tunes later on. Thank you.

Travelled from Sussex after a recommendation and I was pleased I did. It was a birthday celebration and our Xmas catch-up and what a Brilliant night, staff lovely and the singer and entertainment were amazing! Food great too! Couldn’t of wished for a better night..Would recommend and I will be visiting again!

Saturday night for birthday celebration dinner. The food was great and so was the service, plus very friendly. Entertainment added to a lively and enjoyable night.

Amazing friendly service and food coming out at expected time. Made children very welcome. The lamb shish was so tender and all the meat was cooked to perfection. We ordered the Bank platter which would feed 5 adults easily. However the salad was tiny that came with the platter. The only thing I can criticise

First visit with friends. The food was amazing & there was a great atmosphere. Live singer & fire eating belly dancer. Staff were so attentive & never had to wait long for a drink. To top it off, the bill was so reasonable, which was really refreshing as the cost of living is so high now. I will definitely be back to try something different on the menu.

I would give them 6 stars if I could. Fabulous food, generous portions ( I couldn’t finish my main course which is unheard of) staff are really friendly and interact with the customers a lot of which must be return trade. We will definitely be back again. You must try the Baclava!

Had a family meal here tonight for daughters 25th. Staff were friendly and warm and the restaurant is immaculate and very nicely furnished. The food was amazing and the female host was absolutely brilliant with all our guests and my baby Grandaughter.. highly recommended this superb restaurant

This is a fairly average Turkish restaurant, it's no better than other local Turkish /Mediterranean restaurants. The calamari starter came out lukewarm and didn't seem well cooked. The portions are a good size though.

The food is ridiculously good and amazing drinks too. The best owner and excellent staff, book your visit, you will not regret it!

Excellent customer service they forgot the rice and salad on one of the mains we ordered and gave a partial refund after calling. Excellent and tasty food as always!

If you love Turkish food this is a must visit. With so many Turkish restaurants and takeaways popping up around where we live we can be spoilt for choice, however, The Bank is a cut above the rest. Consistently serving great tasty food in a lovely environment with friendly staff. Try it out, you won't be disappointed.

Great quality delicious chicken shish with salad and rice, chips were good too. Loved the free rice pudding!

First time here, was recommended by a friend as I wanted somewhere with some entertainment and this came highly recommended. It didn’t disappoint, all staff were happy, smiley & engaging. Our lovely waitress for the evening was called Valerie, big up to her! I am a veggie and I am often left disappointed at the lack of flavour when I go out for a meal, I opted for the mushroom casserole and my goodness it was wonderful - surpassed all my expectations. Everyone of us loved our food, generous portions as well. The singer was great, just my cup of tea, we had a fab night singing and dancing. Highly recommend for a fun night out and will be coming back. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great atmosphere, friendly staff but unfortunately did not enjoy my meal. I had sautéed prawns to start which were covered in onion slices. It really didn’t need them. My main was lamb kleftiko. It arrived looking extremely anaemic and was covered in onion. The meat was tasty but the whole dish had no colour. Our friends enjoyed their meals.

Fabulous food, wonderful staff and a restaurant I wouldn't hesitate to return to. We left as the night was getting going so next time we will arrive half an hour later and will organise an uber home. The singer was great, not overpowering and charismatic. It's a 10 out of 10 from us. Sincere tanks to all the staff.

Restaurant was 40% capacity at 820 pm last night. Restaurant manager who was seated with his laptop was quick to tell us to find another table but not given my choice. Fair enough if he assumed it was going to be at 100 capacity but that wasn't the case. Still, Frankie made up for the shaky start. The other issue was the main per adult rule apparently is in place. Not sure I am on point with that specially if my preference is having starters . Need to be a bit sensible over there as plenty of choices around and so I really want to be told what I need to do when I still spent over a 100 pounds. Again, Frankie to the rescue so I think if Frankie left, I probably would go to Ephesus instead.

Just a brilliantly fun evening with friends. Food is soooo good, fresh, hot and tasty. Drinks are good. The Friday nights with a live singer and belly dancer are just perfect, who doesn’t like a sing-a-long whist devouring a succulent lamb shish and a pornstar martini. Our waitress Frankie is an absolute gem and the manager Izzy is fabulous. I’d go every Friday if I could get away with it :0)

Lovely food and they have live music on a Friday and Saturday night, went last night for a friends birthday and she really enjoyed it. Will definitely be coming back again and recommending to other people :) I personally recommend the Mixed Kebab!

I went there 2 days ago and then today because the lamb was that good.. I’ve been to more than a few restaurants and most of the starred Michelin in London and I can safely say that the lamb here was amongst the best I’ve ever had…. Aside from that the starters where fantastic, the service was polite and efficient the cocktails are well Above average….. Excellent all round. Well done

Popped in last night for an early meal as visiting around the corner ! Warm welcome and promptly greeted and seated . As I said we were early but by time we left it was filling up nicely ! Obviously superbly led by manager and food was absolutely first class , have already decided to come back soon with friends . Eaten in The Bank a few times and food was delicious so thought we would try the take out. Just as good! Tender and flavoursome lamb shish, fresh salad, good bread. (Chips were not as good as in the restaurant so wouldn’t order them again. I haven’t found anywhere crust delivers good chips though). Definitely would recommend.

Went last night for a 13th birthday as a table of ten.. quality food, amazing staff, this restaurant goes above and beyond to make sure you’re happy with everything… catered well for the kids and just overall an amazing atmosphere! To the young waitress serving us you are amazing at what you do thanks for looking after us.. boys had amazing time flipping skewers on the fire grill!! Thanks again’

Best Turkish takeaway in Bromley

The best for a bottomless hands down. Frankie looked after us from start to finish. Not many bottomless leaves the bottle on the table. Can't recommend enough

Had a great night last month , lovely food , all staff couldn’t do enough for you , our main waitress was Frankie who was absolutely brilliant, warm friendly and a credit to the place ! Food was spot on , even someone who wasn’t a fan of Turkish food was blown away , great the chefs get involved at the end of the night as you can show your appreciation. Entertainment was great too with the singer and belly dancer. Shame it didn’t go on later with the music as people seem to leave to go on elsewhere possibly but we were up dancing until the end , maybe a designated dance floor area would work as we were just dancing around our table but all in all highly recommend this restaurant

Fantastic night! Food was spot on! The singer was just amazing and really made the night fun! I've never danced at a restaurant before. We went with another couple who had invited us and we will defantly be going back!

Food is great. But do not use delivery service it is utterly unreliable. If you can’t drive to pick it up yourself don’t bother. They do not answer the phones and you are just left in limbo.

Shame about the delivery service and the subsequent customer service. The food ended up being 45 minutes later than advised with no communication. At one point the phone number stated that the restaurant was closed. I then had to travel down to the restaurant to find out what was happening. Another person was in there at the same time complaining about the same issue. The person talked to us was basically smirking and not at all apologetic or helpful. It generally felt like he was not truthful about closing the phone lines except more than 1 person was there at the same time. It was all blamed on the restaurant being busy but it looked half full and would have been fine if they had answered the phone.

This is definitely one of the best restaurants we've been to. The food is cooked to perfection, so tasty and decent portions including extras including flatbread and salad. The staff are professional with great customer service and a big thank you to Frankie who was brilliant and a lovely waitress, so attentive and a credit to the restaurant. We will most definitely be visiting again, hopefully very soon as we can't wait to try something different as all the food looked just as good as ours was!

Well what can I say. What an utterly funtastical night. My friends took me there as a surprise for my birthday last night. All the lovely servers were just amazing. So friendly and attentive, even though they were so busy. The food was so good too. The live music was ace- Craig Neil has a great voice and is a brilliant entertainer. Another surprise was Crystal, the belly dancer. My husband got up and had a little dance with her! Such good fun. What a fabulous night. We will definitely be back!

A friend organised dinner here for New Year’s Eve. Both the food and entertainment was great. The food was tasty and prompt service, the waiters were attentive, and the singer Craig Neil, and the belly dancer, Crystal I think her name was were both fab. Would really recommend it if you’re looking for some tasty food and lively entertainment. Considering the restaurant was packed full, they did a great job getting all the meals out so quickly. Credit to the kitchen and waiting staff.

Our Christmas girly lunch, which turned very sour!! We were so excited and looking forward to it. We were rushed to drink up and leave when the 2 hours was up!!!! The starter took 15 mins to arrive. The main food was warm and the service was of ‘coffee shop style’ delivery. The waitress kept rushing us to drink up. I asked her to share my bottle of Prosecco , at the end, with my friends as I couldn’t finish the bottle and she said NO and took the bottle away!!!! The cocktail jug drink was watered down and we felt cheated of what was meant to be a good Xmas girly lunch. We found the whole service very aggressive and off. We tried to talk to The Manager but he was arrogant and dismissive and walked away half way through the conversation with him. What an incredible rude man he is!! DONT go to this little kebab shop (effectively that is how it’s run ) .

Decided to go for dinner the other day with my girlfriend. Was served by Courtney. Absolutely fabulous service couldn’t recommend more absolute credit to the company, truly made our evening the food was lovely but the service was truly out of this world, will be visiting again.

We went for a meal at the banks restaurant and it was incredible. The service by Courtney was amazing, a lovely women who had great understanding of her food and drinks and was able to recommend the best dishes. It was good prices for tasty food so 10/10. Definitely going back.

We booked a meal at 5:45 and were told after 90 minutes that our table was needed. We were not advised at the time of booking that we would need to leave the venue by a certain time. We were advised by one of the waitresses to try Chapter 1 restaurant. Found this extremely rude at first, however Best advice we could have received; wonderful evening. Thank you

Visited recently and had an amazing experience, the service was quick and efficient. The food was amazing and I have absolutely no complaints. All staff made me feel comfortable and at home and I think this is my new favourite restaurant! The food was great, well seasoned and my server was so sweet and helpful, I think her name was Inya or Aniya. Regardless, keep doing what you're doing and I'll be visiting many more times!

Early Friday outing before the entertainment started, party of 4. Food was very good, staff great very friendly and attentive. We could only get an early sitting as fully booked, and we tried booking days ago.

As a Turkish guy who is originally from Gaziantep (where the best kebabs are originated!), I can safely say that The Bank restaurant pffers the best quality and delicious kebabs in London. I had lamb shish and Adana Kebab and they were spectacular. The service is fast and the presentation is great. I strongly recommend this place

I booked The Bank Restaurant's private function room for my husband's 60th Birthday. The food was fabulous, the bar attender we had upstairs was on-point when it came to needing anything. The waitresses were extremely professional too. I am looking at the dates as we speak to book again. THANK YOU TO EVERYONE AT THE BANK RESTAURANT.

A thoroughly enjoyable Saturday evening was had at The Bank. The food an service was excellent, the gentleman singing was brilliant and had the whole restaurant singing and dancing, and the bellydancer was very entertaining. A great night had by the 6 of us in our party. Thank you.
