Cold and was horrible throw it in the bin

Not the usual. Food almost cold, as all just-eat menus, needs more info about products to show allergens and ingredients. Literally no info on the Smash Burger. Have been given cheese on a burger with no cheese listed before too.

The donner meat and sauce was lovely would recommend but some of the chicken tasted tough and had gristle on it i ended up taking all the chicken out would order again but without the chicken

Absolute joke. Was told at 8:15 was out or delivery and received at 9:00!! Cold and wrong sauce on my munch box. Also Donna meat not nice as usual under cooked couldn’t eat it!! So disappointed as these were my favourite and will now not order from there again. Have requested a refund.

It came an hour late it didn’t state that the the wings were spicy and I didn’t order wedges I ordered curly fries very disappointed I won’t be ordering form here again

usually have no complaints, I order a burger that doesn't have cheese as I'm intolerant to cheese , so when the burger turns up with cheese like it did this evening that's just not good enough and totally ruined my meal! If you're going to add cheese make sure you write it on the menu so people are informed correctly!!!

Food arrived 40 mins late. Pizzas were barely warm and very dry. Like eating cardboard. Won't be ordering again.

My food arrived 30-45 minutes late. The garlic bread was thin and ice-cold. Additionally, my drink and chips were missing from the order. To make matters worse, I suspect the delivery driver had consumed some questionable substances due. When I called to address these issues, the individual I spoke to was polite but offered no explanation for the missing items, attributing it to them being busy. This situation reflects a lack of oversight when management is absent. Regrettably, you have just lost a customer.

Absolutely Beautiful Food. Service was on point. Servers were amazing. Food was nice and flavoursome. Would definitely Recommend.

Ordered at 9:30. Food didn’t arrive until 11:40. This is after telling us it would arrive at 10:30 and then 11:10.

3rd time now, late, cold, pizza has been smashed around in the box, things have gone down hill recently.

The delay in this delivery resulted in the chips being cold.

Food took 2.5 hours was luke warm at best and not tasty at all will not order again plus ordered 2 cans and only 1 was sent waste of £26.25.

Absolutely disgusting how long our order took to come. Rang to be told the driver was just leaving (lies), half hour later still no food. Rang back up to be told the same and the drivers car messed up (I'm sure it did). Just to add this was the second time ordering and it being over an hour late when we live 2 minutes down the road. Not happy at all.

Food absolutely spot on loads for your money only down side was I put the order in at 18.50 and food didn't arrive until 20 30 got a text to say food had set off at 19 45 but didn't arrive untill 20.30 driver did apologise for delay overall really good

First time ordering from here, We got the Greenies box meal and was genuinely surprised by the weight of it. Definitely more than enough food for 4 or 5 people in there and the quality was absolutely spot on! very impressed and we will be returning in the future.

By far my favourite takeaway place. Always deliver on time and the foods always piping hot. I love the masala fries 😋 thank you

order came an the grilled lemon chicken was flat cold an the portion was very very small especially for what it cost,an the Terry's chocolate orange geautux what I ordered wasn't even chocolate orange an the pizza was ok. overall I was very disappointed with my food an for what it cost wasn't impressed at all

Good food just too much to eat

This is a review for the 6/04/2024 i had a chicken fillet burger meal twice and it had paprika on it i wrote a note saying no paprika on chips cause am allergic to paprika so i called the takeaway today 12/04/24 cause i couldnt get hold off them on the 6/04/24 so today there were helpful and give us a replacement for free thank you very much tucos

thought we would try something new. food was on time but cold. im sure the curry was out of a jar and we were served wraps instead of chapatis... just for the record wraps and curry do not go together

Had to cancel first order (not Tucos) due to significant delay of 1hr. Ordered Tucos instead and granted was busy, but was still later than advised after ringing twice.

Took 2 hours to arrive but great food!

Absolutely love the food normally but the delivery person stank of cigarettes and so did the food it actually made some of it taste like cigarettes. Won't be in a rush to order again.

The food here is spot on but tonight is was cold when it arrived so we had to heat it up before we could eat it! Also, the delivery man needs to wait a bit longer at the door before he decides to walk off - he must of been at the door for less than 1 minutes tonight.

Great service and hubby was trying new kebab which he said was great. Jalapeño poppers as good as ever and some free cake which was a lovely surprise!

2 hour delivery, food nearly cold.

From order placed to food delivery time was 1 hour 50 minutes. Food itself was good but most of it was cold. “Driver on the way” text was received over an hour before we actually received the food which suggests he had made a lot of stops before ours which probably explains why it was cold. He was apologetic but I’m not particularly impressed this time. Had good experiences with tuco’s gourmet in the past so it was a little disappointing to say the least.

Good food, took an hour and 10 minutes to arrive and when it came it was missing an item. It then took another 30 minutes for the missing item to be re delivered.

Took 2 phone calls to establish when the order would be delivered. Both times I was told driver was coming straight to us. Very little sauce either. Sorry Tuccos, not good today.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but the food I received deserved a review. The food took 2 hours to deliver! Ordered the naga box which is pretty much a donnar meat and chips with a small splash of chilli sauce (must be why they warn you it’s spicy) and the stingiest amount of salad. There’s nothing special about the masala fries, tastes like chips covered in small amount of sweet chili and coated on with a thick layer of cheese, so you’re basically paying for some cheap cheese.👎🏽👎🏽

Took nearly two hours to arrive. Thankfully I have an air fryer, the otherwise rather fine food was stone cold.

Said thin Italian base on pizza menu- was a thick one tasted un cooked, base was very very doughy , toppings were good the only part I ate threw base away

I made a mistake with my order and didn’t realise until it was delivered, I thought I ordered Sal and pepper chicken and chips but I ordered salt and pepper chicken and chips pizza deal and what a happy mistake it was, what we had was awesome.

Delivered food to door and didn’t ring the doorbell, just left the food at the door to get cold.

Food was cold, mixed up one of the pizzas with another order. Driver came back with correct one only for it to be stone cold and excessively burnt. Not impressed on this occasion as had no issues with all my previous orders.

Great food as ever, with a generous amount of peri peri sauce tonight which made a real difference. Good amount of cheese in the jalapeño poppers too (there are only 6 though, as opposed to the 8 advertised)

Would like to express our thanks to Westy and apologise for the bad review After last weeks order was late and arrived cold. He personally contacted me and apologised and we have just had a delivery which he delivered himself at no cost. He apologised for the mistake and it was appreciated that he did that. Not many business owners would have done that. Thank you again. We will still be coming back.

Unusal for Tucos but not impressed at all with the delivery time and three phone calls I've had to make tonight. There were also peppers on the salad that I'd made a request not to have. That said, the food itself was delicious as ever.

Found a metal scraper in one of my meals, was very sharp and unexpected but other than that was very nice !

Quality of food has really gone down over the years, it used to be worth the premium price but not it's about on par with your standard takeaway. Burgers are still better than most takeaways though.

Not too bothered about the lateness but when delivered the chilli bites were burnt and mangled looked like they have been scraped out the bottom of the fryer.

I was offered a 10% discount on food over £20 and then was offered a free piece of cake. However when I went through to payment I was charged for the free cake and the discount disappeared. The name Gourmet suggested something special, however, the smashed burgers were not smashed, the Burrito went straight in the bin as was unedible. The rest were acceptable but for a total bill of £84.27, which is way over the amount I would normally expect to pay for a takeaway, disappointing would be an understatement.

Tucos has always been that one takeaway everyone gassed about. Tonight I really can’t understand the noise. The steak burrito was filled with mince meat and was like a birds muffin leaving k2 at 5 in the morning un edible and felt like it was going to give me a disease. The chips were as about as stiff as me grans Sunday dinner parsnips. Food was hot so that’s a bonus but it heated up my can of not correct drink. When you’re hungover and you get this shambles it isn’t the one.

"Thoroughly enjoyed" (bought for the husband). The only point to say is that jalapeño poppers are advertised on the menu as 8 in a portion, but there are only 6.

Order was 30mins late, no apology from driver. Pizza and chips were stone cold and chewy and the kebab came in a soggy wrap rather than Pitts bread or naan and the jalapeño poppers were burnt and cold! Terrible

First time of trying mixed kebab burrito and whilst delicious, I was expecting there to be rice in it; this would be a good addition. I did request no peppers but there were a couple. The surprise oreo cake was very welcome - thank you!
