Order was late. No update or apology until the day after. Food was cold

I recently ordered from this place, and I have to say, I was really disappointed this time. I've ordered from them before and was always impressed with the quality of the food, but this experience was terrible. The food arrived cold ish, and to make matters worse, I specifically ordered extra mayo and cheese, but it didn't come with extra as there was extremely little on already On top of that, my order was 2 hours and 30 minutes late! I understand that things can get busy, but that kind of delay is unacceptable.

What a joke! Ordered food and was over 2 hours late! No update from the takeaway so good job I rang. Didn’t do what I requested after ringing up to make sure they got it. Food came very cold not nice at all! Will definitely NOT be ordering again from this place. If a 0 star could be given I would have given it that! AVOID!

Unfortunately, as well as being late, the food wasn't up to usual standards with chicken being very dry.

Two hours to deliver. The food was cold and bland. The Chicken Nuggets were overcooked and hard to eat. A real waste of money.

The Man versus Meat kebabs are brilliant. These are travelling to Lincolnshire because there is no good kebabs down there.

Ordered a lot in the past but last few times delivery has been woeful - tonight was over 2 hours from placing order - food always nice though !

As always for me, brilliant food. Arriving warm enough, I personally don’t like food arriving piping hot. The prices are always good and the delivery people always great interactions. They always have a smile on their face and just genuine nice people. Would recommend

Had enough of buying close to cold food now. The food isn't too bad when it turns up hot but this has become rare. I shouldn't have to collect to get acceptably warm food.

I called numerous times, they even know us well in there and I’m just shocked at the poor service they gave us. I understand they were busy due to doing a 40% off deal, but they left us loyal customers on the back burner and didn’t treat us well.

contacted the shop and they said it was en route within 5 mins ,half the order arrived 1 hour late and the rest of the order after that, mixed messaged from the shop ,appealing customer service unfortunately

Order was about an hour and 15 mins late, when order did arrive the onion rings were missing so called the shop and they said they’d send them out with the next order coming to our area. They never arrived!

Absolutely shocking my order never turned up took my money and didn’t even deliver it rang up after waiting over an hour told me he was leaving with my order that was over 1 hour ago will never use again

Food was lovely the delivery driver did give us the wrong order but luckily we realised before he left

ordered halloumi fries and chilli cheese bites. i received my chilli cheese bites and some sort of cream cheese pepper bites? i requested a refund and they were unable to take me upon this offer for my £6. find it highly unprofessional that a takeaway can’t tell the difference between “halloumi” and “cream cheese pepper bites”. not on!

Unfortunately Food was luke warm on arrival and wasn’t very appetising, shame as it has been nice on previous occasions.

My order didn’t arrive. Ended up ringing and cancelling as it was over an hour late from when it should have been delivered. 2 hours from ordering and they’d still not set off with the food.

waited 90 mins for cold food...£20 on kebab chips drink and some sauce. kebab served on a tortilla? all cold...waste of money

The curly fries were great. The pizza has too thin a base and too much cheese. The delivery arrived cold but I think that’s more to do with delivery distance which is not your fault but you may want to consider distance from restaurant.

First REAL burger I have eaten in over 10 years...I thought they did not make them like they used to but I was pleasantly surprised....thank you.

Ordered food with a beverage in can, arrived just a few minutes after latest estimated delivery time which was fine, the only fault was there was no canned drink with the food. Delivery person said they would have someone deliver it to follow but never did. Food itself was good.

The food was cold when it arrived. Also the menu was misleading and said the burrito came with chips and drink but only a burrito came

All the food was cold apart from the burrito. The chips had definitely been reheated, tastes stale. The onion rings were soggy and cold. The mozzarella dippers were hard and the cheese inside was solid the outside was flaking off as it was that hard. How anyone could think this food was acceptable to serve to a customer is outrageous. Also received the wrong drink. The garlic mushrooms didn’t even have a hint of garlic on them. Awful. Definitely

Tractor run impacted delivery so not fault of Tuco's. Food as good as usual with requests acknowledged. Hubby reported great amount if meat.

Absolutely disgusting vile tasting cheap food! Cheapest chicken burger I have ever seen! Chips tasted Absolutely vile, your oil needs changing ! People save your money and buy from elsewhere.

Wasn't sure how to rate this the food was lovely but it did arrive freezing i had to warm it up in the microwave so for this reason I've had to mark it down sorry guy's 😞

Ordered a takeaway tonight , Pepperoni pizza, probably the best part of the meal just unfortunately the delivery driver had piled the other meals and drinks on top of the box and squashed it leaving the toppings attached to the box rather than the pizza. Salt and pepper chicken was shite and the kebab meat was literally floating on oil in a cheap wrap. And it took an hour and a half to arrive. Overall seriously unimpressed.

Thanks for acknowledging requests and hubby said chicken was really succulent and one of the best yet.

There was nothing saying what was on the food besides the label saying one ingredient, cause of this I’m unable to eat the food. If the menu included what was inside the food then I’d of requested it without or ordered something else.

Amazing food, such a generous portion. Even better there was a discount on, I got £50 worth of food for £30. Will definitely be ordering this delicious food again :)

Not the usual. Food almost cold, as all just-eat menus, needs more info about products to show allergens and ingredients. Literally no info on the Smash Burger. Have been given cheese on a burger with no cheese listed before too.

The donner meat and sauce was lovely would recommend but some of the chicken tasted tough and had gristle on it i ended up taking all the chicken out would order again but without the chicken

Absolute joke. Was told at 8:15 was out or delivery and received at 9:00!! Cold and wrong sauce on my munch box. Also Donna meat not nice as usual under cooked couldn’t eat it!! So disappointed as these were my favourite and will now not order from there again. Have requested a refund.

usually have no complaints, I order a burger that doesn't have cheese as I'm intolerant to cheese , so when the burger turns up with cheese like it did this evening that's just not good enough and totally ruined my meal! If you're going to add cheese make sure you write it on the menu so people are informed correctly!!!

My food arrived 30-45 minutes late. The garlic bread was thin and ice-cold. Additionally, my drink and chips were missing from the order. To make matters worse, I suspect the delivery driver had consumed some questionable substances due. When I called to address these issues, the individual I spoke to was polite but offered no explanation for the missing items, attributing it to them being busy. This situation reflects a lack of oversight when management is absent. Regrettably, you have just lost a customer.

Absolutely Beautiful Food. Service was on point. Servers were amazing. Food was nice and flavoursome. Would definitely Recommend.

Ordered at 9:30. Food didn’t arrive until 11:40. This is after telling us it would arrive at 10:30 and then 11:10.

3rd time now, late, cold, pizza has been smashed around in the box, things have gone down hill recently.

The delay in this delivery resulted in the chips being cold.

Absolutely disgusting how long our order took to come. Rang to be told the driver was just leaving (lies), half hour later still no food. Rang back up to be told the same and the drivers car messed up (I'm sure it did). Just to add this was the second time ordering and it being over an hour late when we live 2 minutes down the road. Not happy at all.

Food took 2.5 hours was luke warm at best and not tasty at all will not order again plus ordered 2 cans and only 1 was sent waste of £26.25.

Food absolutely spot on loads for your money only down side was I put the order in at 18.50 and food didn't arrive until 20 30 got a text to say food had set off at 19 45 but didn't arrive untill 20.30 driver did apologise for delay overall really good

First time ordering from here, We got the Greenies box meal and was genuinely surprised by the weight of it. Definitely more than enough food for 4 or 5 people in there and the quality was absolutely spot on! very impressed and we will be returning in the future.

By far my favourite takeaway place. Always deliver on time and the foods always piping hot. I love the masala fries 😋 thank you

order came an the grilled lemon chicken was flat cold an the portion was very very small especially for what it cost,an the Terry's chocolate orange geautux what I ordered wasn't even chocolate orange an the pizza was ok. overall I was very disappointed with my food an for what it cost wasn't impressed at all

Good food just too much to eat

This is a review for the 6/04/2024 i had a chicken fillet burger meal twice and it had paprika on it i wrote a note saying no paprika on chips cause am allergic to paprika so i called the takeaway today 12/04/24 cause i couldnt get hold off them on the 6/04/24 so today there were helpful and give us a replacement for free thank you very much tucos

thought we would try something new. food was on time but cold. im sure the curry was out of a jar and we were served wraps instead of chapatis... just for the record wraps and curry do not go together

Had to cancel first order (not Tucos) due to significant delay of 1hr. Ordered Tucos instead and granted was busy, but was still later than advised after ringing twice.
