Honestly the best burger my hubby has ever had!!! I was a bit gutted the pulled pork baps were unavailable, however I brought a blue cheese and bacon burger instead. Apparently it was a delicious burger, really tasty & succulent 😋🍔 5 stars. Will definitely be back!

Andrea and the team ( Bexhill)are absolutely amazing!! the service was incredible and met all my needs for what i wanted. the quality of the food is the best around east sussex! i ordered, one big breakfast baggette, two bacon and brie and cranberry baggettes! all cooked fresh infront of you with top quality bacon sausage and eggs!! i also got a homemade rocky road, portion size is huge and still yet to try! thank u Truely Team Bexhill!

Terrible experience today, a shame as we use this van often as food is usually superb! Went today to order a burger the American one! Upon this burger being handed to us I asked if I could add sauce! I was told it already came with sauce, burger sauce and bbq sauce! I said I didn’t like bbq sauce! And if advertised I would not of had it! The young girl was awfully rude and said it’s advertised on the board! It’s not advertised anywhere on the boards on the outside or inside of the van! The girl was exceptionally rude to us, and basically called me a liar! In front of other customers too! I said it’s not advertised as that and it’s false advertisement, once again I was called a liar and this girl got very rude to us, I looked in the van as the other lady said they would sort it, she was scraping the sauce of to wrap the burger to give it back to me ! I buy this point had, had enough and asked for my money back! I work in retail and that is not how you talk to your customers!

My wife and I had to visit Bexhill from Polegate as I had a NHS appointment there. We had been told about Truly Scrumptious by one of Sisters who lives in Bexhill and loves the food here. So having wanted to go here for a while and having to be nil by mouth for my appointment we decided to try it out. We both had the 6oz Sirloin Steak sandwich with onions, mushrooms and cheese. Well, WOW!!! One of the best breakfasts we have ever had. It was delicious and the service was brilliant. Needless to say I am going to get my GP to refer me to Bexhill every week and when he can't we will be visiting their branches in Eastbourne and Hailsham. We recently used Truly Scrumptious (TS) for a garden party where we needed catering for 50 x guests. I can't recommend TS highly enough!! Responsive, able to tailor what we wanted to suit the event, excellent pricing and a fabulous team! So lovely in fact, they'll be invited as guests to our next event ;-)! I will definitely be using TS again, a really fabulous local business who deserves a huge 5 x STAR recommendation!

Cheese burger in a brioche bun with burger sauce was banging! Husband had Breakfast roll with Mexican sauce and said it was delicious 😋 staff friendly and wrapped food to take back to hailsham and was still warm enough to eat!

Just had the hawaiian burger and it was incredible. If you like slightly spicy & slightly sweet, you'll love this. To the man behind us in the queue that didn't like the sound of pineapple in a burger (the salsa dressing had pineapple in it), its nothing like a 1980s Hawaiian Pizza.

My friend and I decided to try TS and I had the hog roast in bap with apple sauce and stuffing with a black coffee - it was so delicious! The bap was replaced with focaccia bread (have I got that right?) and the portion was generous and absolutely gorgeous! As I'd tried them for the first time 2 days previously, I recommended the toasted sarnie of brie and cranberry (my friends vegetarian and left out the bacon that I'd had in my first visit). Cheerful staff and delicious toasties with great coffee, definitely be making this a regular spot to visit!

We had the big blue burger and the big breakfast roll, great value for money. Will definitely be back the service was excellent

Me and a few others came for a bacon bap, the food was fantastic and the service from Ben was phenomenal. 100% coming back.

I had a vegan burger which included salad and a homemade vegan burger sauce. Delicious. Super friendly staff and fresh homemade food. Definitely worth the stop.

Visited Eastbourne van - my locak is hailsham. fantastic quality and high level of service, the same throughout. ingredients used were delicious. I have a bespoke order which can take a little longer but well worth it. I chose sausage with cheese, onions,burger sauce and bbq sauce. combo is delicious and staff happy to go off menu. nothings too much hassle. thank you.

I rate it, pulled pork was sufficiently pulled, apple sauce tasted like apples. What more could you want.

We had amazing French burger , American burger & 2 Bacon cheeseburgers xxx soooooooo yummy x staff were great x didn't wait long but would be worth waiting a few minutes for as absolutely the best burgers we have had . Will definitely 💯 go back there

This is a review of the Eastbourne outlet, in Wickes car park. I don't usually frequent burger vans - maybe I'm doing them a general disservice (haven't really been to many since the 90's), but in my experience they can often be overcooked, solid discs...

I ordered two full houses and it couldn’t have come better, exactly how I wanted and enjoyed every morsel until it was finished.

Always a big fan of this family run business, often use Bexhill when working, Eastbourne when shopping and oh my days now in home town Hailsham! Not sure about negative reviews on here, think they've got wrong place. In the last 10 years I've been a customer they've never sold chips?? But I'm sure if they did they would be fantastic like every thing else. I never mind waiting for fresh, quality locally sourced products. Keep up the good work and best of luck to Taz in Hailsham!

Found this little gem today whilst working along the south coast. Service was quick friendly and efficient. I treated my team to a burger and was tempted to go back for another! As key workers no working in the area we will be returning often as possible. Places like this keep us well feed through these difficult times and provide a far better quality than your usual burger van.

Rude, poor service. Walked up to order my food, the large girl serving on a Sunday said hello then served the person behind me. Once she cooked his food she then greeted the person in the queue behind me again and once again served him before me!! It was so blatant even the guy apologised.

As to the person below,the van doesn’t even serve chips so perplexed as to how they can leave a bad review on a product they don’t sell!! Love this place!! The Mexican burger is out of this world!! Staff are awesome and everything is so fresh Best place in Bexhill for a burger by far!!

This little burger van does the most delicious burgers & onions that I've tasted, along with excellent hot dogs & drinks. It says it all that the nearby Macs complain about them..I happily go 5 miles out of my way to enjoy the delicious food & friendly service on offer here.

If we are shopping in ravenside at lunchtime, we always eat here. Fresh cooked, friendly staff, seated area, and a proper mug of tea. Devine.

We hired Andrea to cater for my partner’s 60th birthday, just amazing! We had beef burgers, sausages and pulled pork, with various salads and vegetarian options too, she also supplied plates, cutlery etc.The weather was dreadful, so had to scrap the original plan to cook outside, so Andrea cooked out of the garage, which she somehow managed to do! Everyone commented on how good the food was.She arrived on time, cooked brilliant food and tidied up after.I can throughly recommend her.Thank you so so much.

AMAZING in every way!!!!We had Andrea and her team do our Wedding Catering & Drinks on Saturday 4th August 2018. There were 120 people in the day and 250 people in the evening!They were fantastic start to finish, served the most delicious food, served 100’s of guests so quickly and were genuinely happy to be there. We have had so many compliments from our guests raving about the food and also about how nice and friendly they were. Andrea met with us twice before the wedding and was always in contact leading up to the wedding, she was able to do specific food which we requested (salt beef bagels which were incredible!) as well as the menu food such as pulled pork etc. Some catering companies seem to lack passion for what they do but Andrea and her team at Truly Scrumptious genuinely enjoy what they are doing and it really shows and creates such a lovely atmosphere. Andrea, Chris and Max worked so hard the whole time to make sure everything was just perfect for us Ros, Caroline and Nyla were also so fantastic, they ran the bar all day and all night, they had everything under control the whole time, when we needed welcome drinks they were one step ahead and when the speeches were near they were running round making sure everyone had a toasting drink.I want to say a Huge Thank you to the whole team! We have already said we will book them next year for a garden party. I would 100% recommend them for any event and especially wedding food. Also amazing value for money. A little bit overpriced for what you get, but compared with the nearby McDonald's, it is a street above. Tasty and filling and the smell of fried onions does make your mouth water. If the prices were dropped a little, I would probably use it more.

Again what can I say? Lovely food, great price and they accept card now which is awesome, the two girls gave great service and were really funny

Poncy nada o de última moda wanna-ser. Simplemente cerrando de tocino, cerdo asado bien tirada divina y hamburguesas adecuadas y, en mi caso, hamburguesa con queso asado, tocino y cebollas fritas. Para rematar, hay siempre un montón de chiles y salsas a mano.
