We went as a party of 8 for my son’s birthday. From the start the service was excellent, the man who served us was so helpful and accommodating as we had a large age range and some difficult recount nothing was too much trouble as a result we had an excellent birthday celebration. I have been to Wagamama in York and Meadowhall several times but this was certainly the very best.

We have just visited the Centertainment branch and the food was delicious as always. The service however could have been better. Our server was Dom and quite frankly, he made us feel as if he was annoyed that we were even there. He was huffing and puffing and rolling his eyes. We don't war out as a family often and we chose Wagamamas because it's my daughters favourite. It's very disappointing to spend over £100 and be made to feel like we were an annoyance.

We have just had a lovely meal served by Dom. 5th Feb, 14.30.He was very friendly and helpful. Thank you Dom! Great welcoming atmosphere. The food was hot and amazing. The coffees were great too. The booths are great for couples or 4 people. We found the restaurant very clean and warm during this cold February!

Over the Christmas break, we popped to Valley Centertainment, Sheffield, for some lunch after shopping and decided on Wagamama, an Asian-food franchise, inspired by the flavours of Japan🥢 It was Ben’s first time to Wagamama and actually only my second time. For a chain brand, we thoroughly enjoyed the food and experience here, and I can see why a lot of people go time and time again. I mean fresh “noods”, who doesn’t enjoy them? We thought it was a little on the pricey side for lunch, but it was Christmas, so we were treating ourselves! We enjoyed; beef + kimchee gyoza – these gyozas and the sauce they come with were exceptional. As an introductory offer to the Soul Club App, we got them for free (Usually £8) chicken teriyaki soba – a lovely dish with crunchy veggies and plenty of crispy chicken. Not gonna lie, I put the rest of the gyoza dipping sauce on top – scrumptious! (£15.50) pad thai chicken+prawn – you can’t go wrong with this classic dish. SO GOOD (£15) I thought the cans of coke at £3.50 were a bit expensive, though… What’s your go to Wagamama’s dish? Food is over priced, some of the servers were excellent, others seemed they were being held hostage. Food was nice, but it is over priced.

Dominik served me on Wednesday at around 6pm. He was great! Spoke so nice to us and advised us on what food we would like based on what we usually have. He helped my husband read the menu as he has poor eyesight. He is a real credit to the company. Thank you very much Dom.

Often quieter than the meadowhall one at the time we go making it a much more enjoyable sit down experience.

Our waitress Emily last night was lovely!! She went above and beyond to create a friendly hands on service. She even brought over a dish made by accident for us to take home after hearing it was my first time there! Food was lovely, hot and fresh; just a tad spicey for myself but that’s my fault for what I ordered! Emily was also really accommodating to us bringing our baby, and after seeing us with a bottle of her milk offered hot water in a jug to warm it up straight away! Could not have asked for a nicer waitress! The baby change toilet facility was spacious, the changing table itself though could do with a good clean.

came here for the first time on my birthday and regretted it massively, food wasn’t my taste or my boyfriends which i can’t fault them for but have since been ill and seen similar reviews of people being ill after eating here, as well i was handed someone else’s food by a completely different server, would not come back again

Order Pork belly ramen...requested rich broth, but it was watery and lacking flavour. The quality of the food have gone downhill. The saving grace is the friendly staff, giving great customer service.

Spacious place and so no feeling of being overwhelmed which other branches can do when busy and in the summer holidays Staff were amazing and food was yum! Finally found a dish i love here

Fantastic ramen and Katsu Chicken, service was ok, but felt a little robotic, what really disappoints me tho is the really poor selection of drink options.

The food is always delicious, and every time we visit, we feel welcomed as if we're part of the family, just like being at home. Today, thanks to Alima's impeccable service, our experience at Wagamama was truly exceptional. A heartfelt thank you to Alima and the entire Wagamama staff.

Service shocking…zero stars because they made you feel like a 5 year old…being pointed at and told to stand in a corner while we were waiting for a table. Every customer should be made to feel special at a restaurant…food was decent quality but my portion of pad Thai was tiny, I even asked the waiter if that was a starter portion…Wagamama should change its name to Waga…much of a muchness. It was bang average 4/10.

I have been to this branch of Wagamama a few items now. I like this branch as it is easy to get to from my place and parking is usually not an issue. I like their new app where we can collect stamps and pay our bill while sat at our table, all done online electronically which is nice. I have noticed though that the portion sizes have reduced a bit this was quite noticeable on my last trip. I hope they look into it as you spend a decent amount when you dine at Wagamama.

Absolutely love coming to this place!!! Some of my family’s first time eating here and what an amazing experience they had! The food was incredible to which we kept ordering more through the time we were there. The server Hayley could not do enough for us, nothing was too much for her! What a credit she is to the team. Thank you for making this the best experience for my mums birthday!

Absolutely love this place, staff are always helpful, smiley and nothing is ever too much trouble. The atmosphere here is also really nice, you don't feel crammed in and sharing your food with everyone. Food is always fresh and tasty.

Fantastic service and the staff members remember us from our previous visit which is great to see. They looked after us and even chatted to my very chatty and lively daughter. Great service and amazing food every time I go. It's our regular monthly treat at this point, plus new menu items to try.

Marius and his team are superb. Time after time, they go above and beyond to serve the most delicious food and providing the highest possible standard of customer service. We are regulars and are treated like family, we love our weekly trips to 'Wagas' and the whole team are extremely professional, accommodating and upbeat. Even when we order for delivery, we've had Scott ensure that our order was just as perfect as when we're in store! The most amazing restaurant that I'm sure we'll be enjoying for years to come :) thank you everyone

Grandad 3 daughters and 2 grandchildren ate midweek,had squid to start but if I'd have had 2 squid starters wouldn't have needed anything else!

After eating at this branch my wife and I were both violently ill with explosive diarrhoea and vomiting. It was so bad that for the first time in my life I contacted them to alert them of this food safety issue. Restaurant manager called to ask me the exact same questions I had answered in online complaints form and assured me I would be contacted within a couple of days after an ‘investigation’ - this was in March, still not heard anything!

The member of staff who took us to our table was so friendly and welcoming. Our waitress JJ was so very helpful, polite and attentive. Both explained the dishes on the new menu and the food was so good. Will definitely be going there again. Thank you for being so welcoming.

Our server Jian was so sweet, great customer service skills and very polite. Service is always very quick and food is always good. The lady who sat us down was also very friendly and approachable with a welcoming smile. The best Wagamama in Sheffield

We've been twice and both times have been so nice. Both times were around 5PM on a weekday and it was very quiet so we were served very quickly. We went as a couple and had a few different meals to try. 1st time I had Chicken Ramen and it was very tasty. This time I tried the Chicken and Prawn Pad Tai and was pleasantly surprised by the decent kick. We also had a couple of sides/starters and they were both great. Wish I'd taken photos to share but I've been a let down this time.

Nice restaurant, friendly staff, food is bit more expensive than other places but it's fresh and filling if your going as a family of 4 with drinks and main meal will average between £80 and £100.

Listen, it's a chain. I get it. But this waga's is better than most. Sure, it's not gonna change your life, but I do like a Pad Thai. Nobody wants a watery Pad Thai, I am not about that life. Service here has been good on both occasions, even though we were here after cl jdp...}pjnosing towards the end of our meal. The food was very goooood. Yum. 5 star. Up the blades.

Disappointed that the advertised new vegan Lion mane's mushroom dish wasn't available this evening at Wagamama Centretainment Sheffield. There were 5 of us and 4 people in our party wanted to try it. In fact that was why we decided to eat at Wagamama. It's advertised as being for veganuary. Serving staff told us they never get sent enough. There were paper mats on the table advertising the dish. The alternatives were quite tasty but another case of the vegans being disappointed

Really good food, service was quick and friendly, was very quiet when I went so can't say the atmosphere was the best, but would recommend. Had the duck gyoza which was delightful, wok fried greens (very nice but better when they had pak choy in it), and chilli squid, the squid is very nice but very spicy and was a little cold hence no 5 stars but otherwise great. Love their peach ice tea too.

Out of all the Wagamama's I've been to, the food at this one wasn't as good as other restaurants which is odd as its normally quite a consistent chain. I don't think I'd eat at this one again.

Portions are HUGE. I just felt they were over spicy a bit more than usual. There was a problem with the fryer which meant a couple of meals came out quite a bit later than others but it wasn’t too bad. Cheska was a great server and really helpful.

Let your staff serve us. My partner has some allergy considerations, but as a result we had to wait 10 minutes for a manager to serve us, which then took considerable time to get through. I appreciate the necessity to safeguard, but it's ridiculous and negatively impacted our experience. If also makes my partner feel self conscious and awkward for the servers who have to go out of their way.

We loved our visit to this branch. Very clean and welcoming decor. Our server Amy was just fantastic, helped us with selecting the best items on the menu, kind and just the right amount of chit chat to make you feel like value customers. Food was delicious and fresh. Only 4 star for us though as my son wasn't keen on the texture of the dough ball Dessert but that might just be a preference thing.

'Take away ramen and starter for two' Scott was very welcoming. While I was waiting for the food Scott offered me a free small glass of peach iced tea. 3 stars for the food because the two bowls of ramen felt like they were made by different chefs, one was moderately spicy and the other was highly spicy. There were also shavings of meat instead of slices. Chilli squid and other starter was cold and rubbery. The noodles had congealed. Tasty pickles and kimchi.

Good food, but staff always seem to be rushed.

Had a very nice meal here, food came really quickly and the Aircon was a blessing in the hot days. The chilli chicken ramen lived up to it's name on spice level.

Lovely visit, I always get the pork belly ramen but today was exceptional, best I’ve ever had! We sat outside and it was just an all round great time, our server Alex was so lovely and attentive. Thank you for a great visit, will be back!

when living with anxiety restaurants are usually a strong place to avoid however this comes with an exception! i first tried the restaurant around valentine’s day this year with my boyfriend. we both struggle from autism and anxiety and was most likely going to go to subway. however we have this a go and i recommend it to all my family + friends now! the staff are friendly and patient and take good care of you while dining. the food is cooked in an open kitchen and is all made completely fresh and warm!! healthy/vegan options available. it’s also a very calming environment when struggling with sensory issues loud music, overpowering smells and bright lights are very triggering however there is subtle lighting, enjoyable music and a calm vibe to this place on all occasions. dinner time is probably the quietest time to pop in. overall this is definitely my favourite restaurant/ wagamama’s! i reccomend the grilled chicken ramen with a cloudy lemonade!

I’ve been to a few Wagamamas. I had the ginger chicken udon today, it was a bit tasteless. I recommend the teriyaki donburi and pad Thai. The firecracker curry is lovely but too spicy for me

Food tasted beautiful as usual but did find a black hair in my pad Thai which I can only assume was from the beard of one of the chefs. Staff were excellent though. Offered to replace my dish. Once I declined they refunded the order and also issued me with a good will voucher. I will be back though.

Lovely staff, just a shame there aren't more gluten free options.
