Fantastic service and the staff members remember us from our previous visit which is great to see. They looked after us and even chatted to my very chatty and lively daughter. Great service and amazing food every time I go. It's our regular monthly treat at this point, plus new menu items to try.

Marius and his team are superb. Time after time, they go above and beyond to serve the most delicious food and providing the highest possible standard of customer service. We are regulars and are treated like family, we love our weekly trips to 'Wagas' and the whole team are extremely professional, accommodating and upbeat. Even when we order for delivery, we've had Scott ensure that our order was just as perfect as when we're in store! The most amazing restaurant that I'm sure we'll be enjoying for years to come :) thank you everyone

Grandad 3 daughters and 2 grandchildren ate midweek,had squid to start but if I'd have had 2 squid starters wouldn't have needed anything else!

After eating at this branch my wife and I were both violently ill with explosive diarrhoea and vomiting. It was so bad that for the first time in my life I contacted them to alert them of this food safety issue. Restaurant manager called to ask me the exact same questions I had answered in online complaints form and assured me I would be contacted within a couple of days after an ‘investigation’ - this was in March, still not heard anything!

The member of staff who took us to our table was so friendly and welcoming. Our waitress JJ was so very helpful, polite and attentive. Both explained the dishes on the new menu and the food was so good. Will definitely be going there again. Thank you for being so welcoming.

Our server Jian was so sweet, great customer service skills and very polite. Service is always very quick and food is always good. The lady who sat us down was also very friendly and approachable with a welcoming smile. The best Wagamama in Sheffield

We've been twice and both times have been so nice. Both times were around 5PM on a weekday and it was very quiet so we were served very quickly. We went as a couple and had a few different meals to try. 1st time I had Chicken Ramen and it was very tasty. This time I tried the Chicken and Prawn Pad Tai and was pleasantly surprised by the decent kick. We also had a couple of sides/starters and they were both great. Wish I'd taken photos to share but I've been a let down this time.

Listen, it's a chain. I get it. But this waga's is better than most. Sure, it's not gonna change your life, but I do like a Pad Thai. Nobody wants a watery Pad Thai, I am not about that life. Service here has been good on both occasions, even though we were here after cl jdp...}pjnosing towards the end of our meal. The food was very goooood. Yum. 5 star. Up the blades.

Disappointed that the advertised new vegan Lion mane's mushroom dish wasn't available this evening at Wagamama Centretainment Sheffield. There were 5 of us and 4 people in our party wanted to try it. In fact that was why we decided to eat at Wagamama. It's advertised as being for veganuary. Serving staff told us they never get sent enough. There were paper mats on the table advertising the dish. The alternatives were quite tasty but another case of the vegans being disappointed

Really good food, service was quick and friendly, was very quiet when I went so can't say the atmosphere was the best, but would recommend. Had the duck gyoza which was delightful, wok fried greens (very nice but better when they had pak choy in it), and chilli squid, the squid is very nice but very spicy and was a little cold hence no 5 stars but otherwise great. Love their peach ice tea too.

Out of all the Wagamama's I've been to, the food at this one wasn't as good as other restaurants which is odd as its normally quite a consistent chain. I don't think I'd eat at this one again.

Portions are HUGE. I just felt they were over spicy a bit more than usual. There was a problem with the fryer which meant a couple of meals came out quite a bit later than others but it wasn’t too bad. Cheska was a great server and really helpful.

Let your staff serve us. My partner has some allergy considerations, but as a result we had to wait 10 minutes for a manager to serve us, which then took considerable time to get through. I appreciate the necessity to safeguard, but it's ridiculous and negatively impacted our experience. If also makes my partner feel self conscious and awkward for the servers who have to go out of their way.

We loved our visit to this branch. Very clean and welcoming decor. Our server Amy was just fantastic, helped us with selecting the best items on the menu, kind and just the right amount of chit chat to make you feel like value customers. Food was delicious and fresh. Only 4 star for us though as my son wasn't keen on the texture of the dough ball Dessert but that might just be a preference thing.

'Take away ramen and starter for two' Scott was very welcoming. While I was waiting for the food Scott offered me a free small glass of peach iced tea. 3 stars for the food because the two bowls of ramen felt like they were made by different chefs, one was moderately spicy and the other was highly spicy. There were also shavings of meat instead of slices. Chilli squid and other starter was cold and rubbery. The noodles had congealed. Tasty pickles and kimchi.

Good food, but staff always seem to be rushed.

Had a very nice meal here, food came really quickly and the Aircon was a blessing in the hot days. The chilli chicken ramen lived up to it's name on spice level.

Lovely visit, I always get the pork belly ramen but today was exceptional, best I’ve ever had! We sat outside and it was just an all round great time, our server Alex was so lovely and attentive. Thank you for a great visit, will be back!

when living with anxiety restaurants are usually a strong place to avoid however this comes with an exception! i first tried the restaurant around valentine’s day this year with my boyfriend. we both struggle from autism and anxiety and was most likely going to go to subway. however we have this a go and i recommend it to all my family + friends now! the staff are friendly and patient and take good care of you while dining. the food is cooked in an open kitchen and is all made completely fresh and warm!! healthy/vegan options available. it’s also a very calming environment when struggling with sensory issues loud music, overpowering smells and bright lights are very triggering however there is subtle lighting, enjoyable music and a calm vibe to this place on all occasions. dinner time is probably the quietest time to pop in. overall this is definitely my favourite restaurant/ wagamama’s! i reccomend the grilled chicken ramen with a cloudy lemonade!

I’ve been to a few Wagamamas. I had the ginger chicken udon today, it was a bit tasteless. I recommend the teriyaki donburi and pad Thai. The firecracker curry is lovely but too spicy for me

Food tasted beautiful as usual but did find a black hair in my pad Thai which I can only assume was from the beard of one of the chefs. Staff were excellent though. Offered to replace my dish. Once I declined they refunded the order and also issued me with a good will voucher. I will be back though.

Food was gorgeous and fresh, soft noodles and crunchy veg. First time I'd been and I really enjoyed it. Had a cherry/rose cocktail, really moreish. Service was ok, staff were messing about and flirting with each other when it was quiet at about 4:30pm, was a bit distracting but not awful. We had a booth and it was busier when we were leaving at 6ish, the customers waiting for booths were sat staring at us opposite, sat on the windowsills. This was a bit awkward. Surely surely could have waited at the bar area and brought to their seats once we'd left.

Just would like say thank-you so much Nilda absolutely amazing person she is . My soba teriyaki noodles was nice but didn't get long beans with it also was looking forward to rose petals on my drink but didn't have any that's why I'm giving 4stars . Bcos Nilda was amazing I'm leaving this review she was apologetic about it and kept on checking on us to see we was OK also on the house smoked chocolate cheesecake with complimentary drink made it up to us we left happy . I will be returning back because of nilda her customer service was spot on thank-you NILDA .

When I want to go to a Wagamama in Sheffield this is my go to spot. Its always really relaxed, great waiting team, food is always out from the kitchen quickly. Every time I've been it's always been quiet with respectful patrons, which is something I really appreciate.

Had the food come in a sensible time and been hot it would have been great would go again but maybe when a bit quieter the front of house stagf were great and rectified the problems.

We were served by Alicia today and had a wonderful time. They were incredibly helpful and kind and as a result we ordered two puddings too! Great service and food.

Had a meal here yesterday and service couldn’t have been better. Was a busy time so took 10 mins to get seated which was understandable at 5:30. Got seated and ordered and food came about 15/20 mins after (can’t complain at that at such a busy time). Me and my friend ordered the beef brisket ramen, which I enjoyed as I have had it before. My friend however found it far too spicy and couldn’t enjoy it so didn’t really touch it. I asked a waiter on her behalf if it was possible for her to have another meal as she had barely touched it while I had finished. I wish I had gotten the waiters name who served us as he was more than happy to give her a different meal for no extra charge (original meal was taken away). And despite it being busy it came within 15 mins. Great service and great food so easily 5 star 😋😊

After a diabolical visit to Leopoldo square tues we drove to centertainment, from start to finish the service was amazing the staff warm and friendly… this is the waggamama to eat at 5 stars ⭐️…. Avoid Leopoldo square especially when Ellie is working unless u want to be ignored

It's a Japanese Restaurant!!! Yasai tasted great! But the ramen wasn't upto the mark. Peach tea was good!

3☆ because the food was average. It didn't stand out. Our starters and food were brought out at different times, which meant I had my starter first while the other 2 diners had nothing. Their meals came out, while I had a 5 minute or more wait for mine. Their starters came out halfway through eating their main meal... Some flavours were there, for example, in the Korean beef steam buns. But everything else was a letdown. I had the chicken ramen, and it was bland. The chicken tasted like it was boiled in water. It lacked flavour, which no amount of soy sauce could help. The others had the chicken gyoza ramen. The paste was so hot that one person could not eat it. I tried it, and the heat was so overpowering that you couldn't taste anything else. The bok choi wasn't even blanched it was raw and tasted as such. For the price paid, it was a very disappointing experience. Not value for money. Customer service was good, but it couldn't make up for the disappointing food experience.

Ok full disclosure, I'm bias AF. Wagamama is and has always been my favourite 'chain' restaurant, since before it was a chain back in London in the late 90s. It doesn't matter which Waga' restaurant I've been to (a lot) it's consistently great you always know what you're going to get. I've been to this one at centertainment a good few times now and the food and service has been even better than normal, although it never seems to get too busy here which may contribute to that. My only complaint could be that there isn't enough limited edition or guest dishes to mix things up a little, there always used to be something new to try but not so much lately. Oh, and bring back the budda bottles of beer, cans just aren't the same. If you haven't been before, I highly recommend getting the ramen (basically noodles in soup but these are no supernoodles), chilli steak is THE ONE but plenty others to choose from if beef ain't your thing. Also, get the edemame to nibble on as the other food gets prepared (pop the peas out don't eat the shoots). EVERY starter is damn tasty so just get them all.

Our first visit to wagamama and I'm glad I did, the food was excellent for quality, quantity and freshness The staff where excellent and very helpful. The visit was to celebrate my 10 year old finishing his chemotherapy treatment and the staff got wind of this, when I asked for the bill I was told it had been covered by our server, and she also encouraged others to respond to my son when he shouted 'Can someone give me a hiiyyaaa?, It made his day. So its a 5* for wagamama and a heart felt thank-you to all the staff who made a little boy happy today 💙. We'll definitely be returning
