The bar staff are all very friendly. Manager is so lovely! Music, karaoke nights and quizzes are always brilliant too! Best Guinness in Chorlton!!!

Called in on a Saturday evening for a quick pint, the pub was buzzing, a really friendly atmosphere for all ages.

I have always loved this pub and living in Sale we like to walk over via the water park. The pub is dog friendly as are we and the gentleman behind the bar tonight at 18.00 was very helpful and friendly. The locals seem very content in the pleasant surroundings and were happy to chat. Great local pub with a good feel to it. Nice in the seating area out the back today, comfortable and quiet. Back in today, Saturday afternoon, packed...no footie..so was a good place to rest.

We came in over bank holiday weekend as we rented an airbnb nearby, there was live entertainment on both friday and saturday and a really good atmosphere! Staff were very attentive and friendly and the prices were good! Would definitely come back and visit when i’m in the area

Decent for a brewery owned pub.

Visited for the all Manchester FA Cup Final. It was absolutely packed out but remarkably the bar staff did an amazing job in serving people very quickly despite the crowds. There was one tallish lady with dark hair who I think was the bar manager who was keeping it all running smoothly and I was very impressed with her efficiency and coolness despite the pressure and sweltering heat. Overall a great little pub to watch the football.

So family friendly, wonderful with our children, gave out balloons to occupy them. A lovely local pub!

Pre restaurant drinks. Visiting this part of Manchester for the 1st time. From Birmingham so if you know it the area this pubs in is like Moseley Village. Trevor’s Arms decor is traditional. Large red leather bench seats, dark green decor, traditional for places. Great mix of people. Drag act on the night we visited. 0% Guinness in cans so gets the drivers vote.

We hired out the majority of the pub for my fiancés surprise 30th. It was fantastic the staff were great and Naomi helped us with the planning of it and serviced it perfectly. Thanks for all your help. Would definitely recommend this pub

A great traditional boozer in a lively location. Staff need more training on how to make and serve drinks beyond a pint of lager or Guiness.

Really calm and friendly atmosphere, even during a manchester and liverpool match which is really saying something! Classical meets modern design with welcoming staff, and a great range of drinks. Great for a casual or a night out.

Used to live in Chorlton many years ago and have been here a few times over the years. Very popular watering hole. Only had two real ales on.Had a pint of Greene King Yardbird Pale Ale. Perfectly fine. Outdoor seating to rear.

Avoid extremely narrowminded people with sarcastic remarks especially if you are ethnic minority you are not welcome in this place and the staff and the customers don’t hide it all rude and arrogant the land lady was just as bad as her staff and customers staring at me and making me feel uncomfortable and I felt very intimidated in this place try the rampant lion on upper brook st it has to be the best pub in Manchester…… thanks for your hospitality landlady

Came in for the rugby on Saturday afternoon, really good atmosphere, beltin staff, all on form, and decent beer! Can’t fault the place.
