Went today 24.08.22 and had wonderful service and great food. First stopped off just for coffee, then went back for a delicious and refreshing cucumber & mint iced tea, returned again for some scrumpies pasties, toasties, sausage rolls and a to die for crab salad sandwich and then returned one final time for proper dairy ice creams bigger than the kids heads!! 😆 Highly recommended by us all ♥️

Had some drinks here and would have ordered what looked like lovely food. However the man with the beard is not very warm and welcoming so we moved on elsewhere. Shame as well located just no warmth or sense of being welcome.

Visited on the last day of our holiday and wish we’d been sooner! The best ice creams and coffees we’d had all week!! Lunch menu looked great too. Lovely friendly service and tables along the seafront.

Friendly, welcoming service. Interesting and high quality ice cream. Add in a mug of tea with a great view and what more do you need?

Visited mid morning for drinks. Friendly atmosphere and great choice. Iced latte served attractively in a glass jar plus a flat white in a China mug. Loved the tray to carry drinks to the terrace up steps. Lovely relaxed atmosphere. Toasties have been enjoyed on previous visits. Excellent place and service. Great location

The food here is of great homemade quality and the drinks are hot and flavoursome. The staff are so helpful and engaging even with children who can't make up their minds what they want! This café is run by local people with good local knowledge. There is a good selection of gluten and dairy free including an amazing lavender flapjack. Service is quick and you have an option of takeaway cups or china mugs when sitting at the promenade tables in comfy chairs. Over the years we have tried all the seafront cafe's in Sheringham and have decided this is the best and the place we recommend to friends. The owner is a member of the Sheringham Lifeboat crew and if you hear a pager go off he might disappear out the door and down the promenade to the lifeboat station! I think SERVICE should be the strapline of this café!

Very good ice cream and nice view. A very generous amount of ice cream. The tea had a slight aftertaste, but it was ok. We’d return.

We had a weekend break in North Norfolk. Sat down outside with a cup of Tea and the best tasting Latte I had all weekend. Asked the owner who came out to clean the tables if they had any home made sausage rolls left. He said they had the last one left which he brought out to us and said pay when the queue was gone. It was nice and warm and when we cut it in half, the aroma was amazing. Waited till the queue got shorter and had another tea and coffee as well. Expected a high price for the sausage roll but was reasonably priced. My wife and I agreed that the sausage roll was the best we had ever tasted and told the owner. It looked like a small family run cafe and had that family atmosphere. The home made cakes looked great. There was a sign asking for 1 family inside the cafe at a time for Covid reasons so it was also being very responsible. Cant wait to get back to Sheringham again for another one.

We visited this café on many occasions during our stay in Sheringham. There are so many ice cream shops in this little town it is hard to choose which one to go to, but once you have been here you will go nowhere else! The ice cream tastes absolutely wonderful, with quite common flavours as well as different flavours such as rhubarb and ginger, Mini chocolate egg which is packed full of mini chocolate eggs – divine, marvellous and can’t wait to return!

Wouldn't normally review just a cup of tea but it was definitely worth mentioning when it's served in a nice large china mug and made with properly boiling hot water, milk in a jug and a decent tasty tea. Friendly service and could have easily managed any of the rather delicious looking cakes. Sat next to the cafe on the seafront.

We stopped for a quick drink and bite to eat on our walk along the promenade. Staff were very friendly and came out to see if we wanted to sit on the terrace with our dogs as it was out of the wind. Cornish pasty was tasty and had a decent amount of filling.

This was one of our favourite quirky finds when on holiday last year. Choose your own donuts...yes please! No arguments from the kids as they can choose their own. Lovely, entrepreneurial family run business. It was highly recommended to us by the Hotel we stayed at - i can see why! We will be back when we csn visit the area again.

Called in Today for a quick snack & drink as we have been here several times in the past. Unfortunately it was not quite the same as it was a couple of years ago. One member of staff was not as customer friendly as she could have been. Food was less than average. Sorry but we won't be returning

This is the second visit to the pub- after the annual Land Rover rally for the Norfolk firefighters charity. The first time we visited was just for drinks, this time we had a meal- a roast dinner in my case. We hadn’t booked and were very pleased with the service, the lady behind the bar took our orders promptly and was very helpful with the children’s menu. Food was served quickly and was delicious, proper “pub grub” The atmosphere was very pleasant too, it was a dark, wet November night and upon entering you’re greeted by an open fire, cozy bar and cozy restaurant. Will definitely be returning- more than once a year!
