Very poor experience at high street store . We purchased one of the cream cupcakes with our dessert order and the cream stinks . It is clearly out of date . Out of date milk and cream products cannot be trusted in the store and are harmful to health . I will report them to the council for selling out of date milk products . I anted to give 0 stars. Yuck stuff🤮

Was looking for a dessert place on Slough high street on a Friday evening after dinner and Treatz seemed to fit the bill to be able to cater to our 5YO! Was welcomed with smiles and informed where to sit by our host and server Kayeem L, it wasn’t busy and atmosphere felt relaxed, tables, seats and floor were clean and we didn’t have to wait very long at all after we ordered! Kayeem suggested water with the desserts (some are very sweet!) so it was appreciated. Nice place to visit for families.

We have visited quite a few treats and creams parlours but this one beats them all in terms of welcoming nature of all staff members, freshness and taste of desserts. Service is pretty fast as well. We have our best memories here as a family. Would highly recommend!

The worst milk cake I have ever had . It was more like a sponge cake soaked in water . Nice staff very welcoming though . Couldn’t have have hot drinks because machine was broken . . Hygiene can be better and staff dress code .

Order 2 oreo cookie dough was sent biscoffe cookie dough I called to complain and the lady said we don't serve biscoffe cookie dough are you sure you order from the right place gave my order number she said yes you have the right store but we dot serve this order then passed over to another employee who said we do serve it and it was a .mistake it was terrible service but did not correct there mistake

I never received an order. I tracked an order and deliver driver was shown next to my road and then I got a message "order delivered". No order received. ZERO STAR.

It was not hot and its all wastage of money

Driver couldn't be bothered to find my house, clicked delivered and didn't even answer the phone when I've tried to navigate him. Get some better drivers!! Pure laziness!!

Bad experience i was going to took some shakes at 11:48 and they said sorry we are closed then why you put time at 12 for close online wastage of time

it was less than half sunday in there. I asked for soft scoop instead of whipped cream but typical slough treatz branch never listen and the amount in there was less than half

Mousin was amazing. the service was brilliant and desserts were really good.

I can get nhs discount in the hounslow branch but not slough, i can get extra cream on the top of my milkshake in hounslow but not slough.. how unfair ?!?!

Wonderful experience! The desserts were delicious and beautifully presented. The friendly staff offered excellent recommendations, especially Aryan. Service was quick, and the place was clean. Importantly for me, they have a Halal menu and are family-friendly. I will return.
