To the owner instead of showing a modicum of humility by demonstrating some degree of shame about how terrible your food was. You instead try and insult my taste buds further by having the audacity tell me that was Thai Food! That slop was not! I have been to Thailand so many times and their cuisine is actually my favourite food. You should be ashamed of yourself not everyone in the local area can tell the difference between good flavourful Thai food and that awful food I had the misfortune of eating. I would suggest it’s best you do not respond as your response shows how unprofessional you are which is reflected by the poor quality of your food.

Good food, but portion was half the size it should have been. The tubs were half full and very small sauce pots only a drizzle.

Food was good but delivery was awful, the driver kept cancelling and in the end I had to leave my house and drive to pick up my own food, because of all of this my food was then cold so thanks just eat!

Food was much later than anticipated. We would not have ordered had we known it was going to be that late

Amazing Thai food, everything was fresh and the food was surprisingly hot for a takeaway.

I was a regular customer here and placed more than 20 orders usually by phone or ubereats. but many times now they just hang up the phone when you call them and say hello. that's so disrespectful for the customers!!!! and twice they cancelled orders in Ubereats after 10-20min of me waiting for the order. shame on you. will never order from you again!!!

Amazing mouth watering food, highly recommend

Food was very expensive for a takeaway, so I was looking forward to a high quality and tasty meal as we love Thai. What we received was incredibly disappointing. The portions were very small, but worse than this, the meal was inedible as it tasted quite horrible. I am not convinced that it was authentic as the food did not even look appetising. We were unable to eat it.

Never in my life have I had such an awful experience at an establishment, the food was expired and the portions were awful we tried to speak to the owner and he told us “your review is wrong go somewhere else”. Save yourselves the trouble and do not go to this scam of a place.

Terrible...AVOID. Missing items, food is tasteless. Waste of almost £50 for hardly any food...that barely got touched. A total let down

Just got a thai green curry, and egg fried rice. I've never eaten a more delicious Thai meal ever. It was extremely flavoursome and authentic.

Myself and my wife visited this place today and ordered a pad thai and a green curry, and some chicken gyozas. It was absolutely delicious - I was already drooling while waiting for the lovely lady cooking our food, it smelled soooo good. It tasted absolutely amazing. Highly recommend this place!! Definitely deserves good reviews.

Twice we drove to this place in strength of word of mouth; first time turned away with a very apologetic - “sorry we are closed” over an hour before their advertised close time. After the first time I was lightly miffed but giving them benefit of doubt I tried again three days later. Same outcome. Open but very, very, very shut indeed. Shame as the place looks and smells heavenly….

Delicious, really hot, packaged well and I would order again

Chicken was over cooked, rubbery and burnt. The nuts were burnt. The rice was gloopy, the gyozas has a weird slimey filling. Only 4 prawns in a prawn dish. It just all seemed like left overs thrown together. Very disappointed.

The jungle curry was incredibly water, it was seasoned water with pieces of chicken and vegetables floating in it. Highly highly disappointed - won’t be ordering again.

Absolutely delicious Thai food, best I have had in the UK and transported me back to the street food markets I used to eat at. Will definitely order again!

Thai home cooking, delicious. For those of us missing the Thai ladies who used to be in Maidenhead. Back in 2022 for my regular weekly Thai hit.

Very small portions - but we were especially appalled by the portion of rice we received...come on, it's freaking rice, how expensive can it be???

Very disappointed. Food was fresh and tasty but, the portions were very small and hardly had any meat in... 3 x prawns and about the same with the chicken. Will not use again.

2nd time ordering from Khon Thai and 2nd time food missing. Only 4 dishes ordered but driver handed me 3 in a bag. 4 on receipt...Same dish missing again, chicken gyoza £6.50!

Bit pricey and Just eat charge too much over the prices 2 times over Loved it just what I needed to warm me up Delicious Highly recommend

I received the wrong order and on calling to get the correct food delivered I was told it’s Friday and will take too long. The food you’ve got is more expensive than what you ordered anyway. Wasn’t too impressed won’t be ordering again.

Ive never seen such an oily curry in my life! It leaked all over. The egg fried rice was such a small portion and was so salty. Spring rolls Were burned. Never ordering from here again, first and last time ( angry upset face)

Dissapointed. I like spicy food but this is too much spicy. Nobody wanted to eat it. I don't understand why there are no spicy levels on the website. Think about it

Ordered 3 items never received the third item which was the starter. The food was not what you thought would be Chinese, bit more what you would cook at home..

Food was very disappointing. Starters were hard and cold, pad thai hardly had any prawns in it, red curry there was only a bit of chicken. Moreover I did not get the sweet chilli sauce I ordered. There was a pot of chilli oil which had leaked into the bag. Very disappointed overall.

We ordered a takeaway via U-Eats. It took nearly two hours to arrive (with the time continually being pushed back by the restaurant). We called several times to find out what was happening and no-one was answering the phone. The restaurant missed off 1/4 of our order and the food that did arrive was largely tasteless, nothing like quality Thai food we've had both in Thailand and at better restaurants / takeaways. We certainly won't ever order again and would advise others to look elsewhere.

Ordered 4 items via Uber Eats at 7.15pm. The food took nearly two hours to reach us, and one item was missing. No-one at the takeaway was answering the phone (multiple attempts over the evening). Of the three items that did arrive two were completely tasteless, with only the Tom Yum soup being "ok". To top things off, portion size was poor and the pots were 1/3 unfilled. Definitely avoid - hard to believe that this was cooked by someone with genuine experience of Thai food.

Very poor. Moved to the area recently and we were looking for a nice Thai take away. Ordered at 7.20pm but didn't receive order until 9pm. Restaurant kept changing the delivery time on Uber Eats by 10 mins each time. Driver was just sitting outside waiting! Ordered Chicken Pad Thai which had very little chicken and was padded out with tofu. Husband had a tasteless beef in oyster sauce which had all leaked out in the bag as it hadn't been packaged properly. Ordered fish cakes to start which came without the sweet chilli dip. Definitely won't be ordering again.

Delivery was a bit long and portions was ok but could have been a bit better but the food was very nice and very tasty … Happy customer

Pad thai was ok didn't have any veg in it, cashew stir was very thin. Red curry was not great at all. Tasted like a tub of thick cream. Not worth £37

Delicious, totally underrated food. When I had my first tofu Pad Thai here, I was blown away. It was stunning. I remember trying the same dish at Wagamama a few weeks later and it being tasteless in comparison. Service is quick and cooked right in front of you. The ladies who work there are all very talented chefs and I want to say every time I'm there how much I enjoy it! Prices aren't the cheapest, but honestly, the quality is off the charts, so it's worth it. Not a wise choice if you're a strict vegetarian (though they can make accommodations), as they often use fish oil, but pescitarians like myself and meat eaters are fine.

Tonight was our first time ordering from them and I’m so glad we did. The food was delicious! We rang up to order and the food was ready to collect within 15 minutes. I look forward to ordering again. It’s so important to support small local businesses right now and so I’m happy I found this gem!

We decided to order lunch in the office, and found this restaurant. Placed our order about 10am ish which was before the restaurant opened but this wasn't an issue as we were ordering for lunch. Before placing the order the website advised us delivery would be approximately 12.40ish which was acceptable. Upon placing the order and going to pay we got an earlier time of 12.25 so we selected it. At about 12.10 checking my app and my account on the website there was no update apart from order had been created and was being processed. Due to selecting 12.25 delivery I contacted the restaurant but no answer, so I contacted Just Eat who I believe updated the order and I got a load of updates on my account on the website and then got a delivery time of 12.43 which was fine still. At about 12.30 I got a call from the delivery driver who was at the restaurant awaiting collection of my order and he advised me that all the starters of my order were unavailable I got annoyed and unfortunately the driver got the brunt of my anger not his fault, I ask the driver is my mains are available in full to which he asked the restaurant who I heard confirm yes due to the time I accepted this. Then upon ending that call the ETA for the food changed to just before 1pm over 30 mins late than originally agreed and for only getting a fraction of my order totally unacceptable. I then contacted Just Eat to get a partial refund for the items not available and for some reason Just Eat cancelled the whole order. Extremely bad service from the restaurant and then again from Just Eat. So for an order that was placed well in time, poor communication, from everyone bar the delivery driver.

Last minute order when we could not get food from anywhere else, they were the only takeaway able to deliver and it was fabulous.

It was luke warm when it arrived like it had been sat on the side a while before being delivered.

Although the food came on time it was too cold and the beef was as tough as leather, we could not eat the meat. As there wasn’t much vegetables either with the nudels the whole order was a waste of money and time, will not order again.

We had ordered once before (a long time ago) and found all the food very spicy but this time everything was perfect. Delivery was also really fast and everything was tasty and delicious. Great value too!

My partner and I fancied Thai food for a change and after reading the reviews on TripAdvisor I decided on khon Thai and from the moment I stepped up into this tiny establishment I just new I had made the right decision from the welcome I received and the amazing smells coming from the kitchen. My partner and I had a green curry with chicken, red curry with prawns and a massaman curry with beef and all I can say is that after the first bite I was instantly transported back 25 years to my first ever Thai curry in Bangkok. The food is quite simply delicious and now we have tasted this amazing food I know we will become regulars. 10 out of 10.

Nice to try some new dishes, the fishcakes were delicious. The chicken cashew was ok but a little too much on the sauce side, the pad thai outstanding again. Love the food here.

The food was of reasonable quality, worth the money, but was European 'heavy' compared with Thai 'light' and fresh. Menu selection was the let down, so many great dishes not offered. The delivery fee of £2.50 and a Service charge (50p) are a little irregular? We would use again, but because of limited selection, not as often as we would like. But thank you for a very decent meal!

No way this is authentic Thai. Watch out. Flavours poor. Beef dish was like ground beef. Food was cold (wouldn't have stopped me ordering again if it was just cold food but taste , quantity and Quality all are let down) had read reviews and seems like Thai flavours are not commonly understood.
