Nice little outlet in the high street. The service and ambience were good. Prices are reasonable.

Food and service are lovely, shame the table area is dirty most of the time

Poor customer service, ordered on Uber eats for pizzas as 430pm was then rang and told no pizzas available AFTER they’ve accepted the order. I was then told to contact under eats but no way of cancelling the order!! I’ve tried ringing the branch to swap the items but now I’m being avoided. AVOID

Really like that this Greggs is open later as I'm still able to get a coffee once I've finished work or out on a stroll in the evening. Warmth of food is a bit hit and miss. The less popular food seems to sit on the hotplate much longer so becomes cold and stale. I go for the vegetarian options so I'm often eating the cold, stale food! My partner tends to eat the more popular choices and his food is always warm! Coffee is coffee as you would expect from any coffee machine. Nothing special but nothing to complain about. My biggest moan about this branch is the island with doughnuts, promotion items etc that they plonk in the middle of the shop!!! Really difficult to manoeuvre a pram round this particularly when it's busy. Also it creates two queue lines when only one person is serving, as customers aren't sure which side to go on!! Also seems to be a good excuse for Uber Drivers to ignore the main queue line and barge straight to the front!

Nothing luxury or elaborated, just a very simple cheap coffee shop yet always good before work

I am livid, I got told I had to cancel my own order on just eat, due to them not having any pizzas. I used to work at a pub with just eat and when things went wrong we had to call just eat to make sure the customer got a refund. I tried explaining this and the man was understanding so I left it to go research. I rang back and a rude arrogant woman answered with an attitude. I don’t appreciate the way she spoke to me as if it’s all my fault they haven’t prepped pizzas. The foods always cold in this Gregg’s too. Just wanted a Saturday afternoon snack but got a whole lot of agh and still no refund

It's a shame the second Greggs in Slough closed in Mackenzie Square as the staff there were like members of your family. This one is bigger and you can eat in. The staff here are friendly.

Great addition to Windsor with very competitive pricing and good choice of sandwiches, pastries and soup.

The assistants are always polite, friendly & helpful. They serve a lovely caramel latte, which is my go to drink!

Bought a steak bake and tea! The steak bake was just warm but was hungry so just ate it! You have to ask to make sure it's hot!

Wrong opening hours, turned up & it was closed

They don’t even deserve one star. Almost a week ago I went there in the morning for some stuff and I pay £10 and my bills was £4 something. The boy on the till gave me fake £5 note I didn’t saw at the start because I thought they are proper shop but to be honest I am not going back again I don’t trust them. Fake staff 😡😡

It's ok if you have your own wet wipes to clean your table. Always the tables outside are dirty. So if you stop by make sure you have your own wipes . The products are always fresh and tasty though 🙂

This place is famous for western style food and other essential items but our side on street you can get mix shops for food and other essential items you will like walking shopping

Pretty much what you would expect, reasonable food at a pretty good price, I love the millionaires shortcake n the bacon cheese wrap. But I wish they sold the hot food hot. Its annoying to eat a cold pasty

I f you know Gregg's then you know its prices are the best if you want tea/coffee and a delicious cake. It has reasonable amount of seating inside as well as outside unlike some.

I'm a wheelchair user and Greg's at lunch time isn't the best place especially when customers tend to step back without looking and that made me feel unsafe people will be people and I realise its not Greg's fult but queuing habits can be influenced by good customer communication and social complaints

Good old Gregg's! Always handy and a must on every High street. They make good coffee and the pies always fill that hole well n good!

Greggs is a handy little place with outside seating to enjoy their delicious steak bake and take in the sun rays. If only the staff weren't so miserable. They take the shine off what is a very nice place.

Unfortunately, my Gregg's experience in the Slough High Street today was less than the usual amazing one that I have enjoyed in the past. The main problem was not in the service I received or the general state of the shop. No, the main problem was the with the two steak bakes that I bought after 09:30 this morning. They were verging on cold and the crust was overdone. I am sure that there are regulations on how hot food should be when served to customers. I suspect that my favourite pie shop is cutting costs by not hearing the pie selves in order to keep the products hot for customers. Keeping costs low is important; but not at the cost of our health and welfare....

It's ok...your typical Gregg food but I think it is wrong to charge customers to sit in and eat and not give them a throw away plate...you are still given a paper bag to eat from.

stop by occasionally for a cheese and onion pasty the only issue is they don't reheat food and the pasty only tastes nice when it's hot hence the lower rating as it's look warm on occasion
