This is our go-to dessert place when we are craving for sweets. Today, i brought my bestfriend from London bc i know she will love the place as it is instagrammable. Our server Marina is so nice, she even designed the plate for my friend’s birthday🥰

WORST customer service ever place might look nice foods frozen and staff are RUDE

We went there last sunday with the family. The food was great the kids loved it but I have to mention that Louisa's service was absolutely fantastic! She is a very friendly and helpful person! Thank you

I highly recommend this place as the atmosphere was very welcoming , beautiful and well organised and is the best for special occasions. We had free desserts and cake as a birthday present for my daughter, we were served by Luisa.

Customer service was amazing, i ordered a Ferrero Rocher cookie dough which was one of the best i’ve ever tried. Definitely coming back again to try more of the range of their desserts. Thanking the staff for their exceptional service. :)

Visited Treatz Dessert in Brighton on Monday, 7th April 2025 with two friends and it was honestly one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The woman working there was glued to her phone and chatting away, completely ignoring us — we had to literally raise our voices just to get her attention. No greeting, no smile, just pure attitude like we were an inconvenience. She served us broken ice cream cones without even an apology, then gave us the wrong order — we asked for strawberry and pistachio waffle and ended up with mint and something random. When we pointed it out, instead of fixing it, she got defensive and blamed us for “ordering wrong.” It was shocking how rude and careless she was. She clearly doesn’t want to be there and shouldn’t be serving customers. Don’t waste your time or money here — plenty of better spots in Brighton that actually know how to treat people.

Have been visiting this place since they opened. Having visited all the other places including the new one's that has opened i can honestly say this the best dessert place in Brighton and Sussex area. Well done team staff always recognises me and welcomes with genuine smile.

Avoid This Place at All Costs – Worst Service Ever! If I could give zero stars, I would. I had the worst experience ever at Treatz Dessert in Brighton today around 8 p.m. The waitress on shift (dark brown hair, wearing white) was beyond unprofessional. We walked in and stood there for a while before she even noticed us — and even then, only after we literally had to raise our voices to get her attention. She was completely absorbed in her phone and chatting with people at the back instead of doing her job. When she finally decided to serve us, it took ages — and then she gave us broken ice cream cones with no apology at all. Even worse, she got our entire order wrong. We asked for strawberry and pistachio waffle with ice cream cones, and somehow ended up with mint and some random flavor nobody asked for. We tried calling her back over, and guess what? She was still busy texting on her phone and didn’t even look our way. When we finally told her the order was wrong, instead of apologizing, she got rude and accused us of ordering the wrong thing. It was genuinely shocking. No professionalism, no courtesy — just attitude. Treatz, if you’re reading this: your staff desperately need training in basic customer service, especially the one on duty tonight. She clearly doesn’t care about the customers or the reputation of your brand. To anyone thinking of visiting — don’t. Save your time and money. Brighton has way better dessert spots where you’ll actually be treated like a human being.

Treatz is my favorite dessert restaurant in town and I came in yesterday to try the new Dubai taste experience and was a totally blissful surprise!! While the desserts were so delicious their staff also super friendly.

Huge Menu and lovely food go hear when hungry and not instead of dessert at a restaurant as the portions are big , you need an empty belly haha

This place looks incredible from the outside and inside. Lots of light, super cute and comfortable. There were a fair choice of ice creams as well as cakes. The service was really friendly and approaching and the lady who served us didn’t rush us at all, even tho they looked a little busy. I had a scoop of the Toffee ice cream and a Red velvet cake. I was looking forward to this as the presentation looked spot on unfortunately my ice cream wasn’t very flavourful nor my cake very fresh, hence being a little dry. I still recommend this place tho as my overall experience wasn’t too bad, and it was reasonably priced. Plus there was other stuff on the menu that looked nice too and Id still like to give it another try. Just not the cakes for me.

Bit of a shocker. Went in to check out and treat myself to an ice cream. Had a good look at the flavours but ultimately chose my favourite cookie dough. It’s been my choice for 30 years and I never change. Walked as far as the door and noticed I was given caramel. I went back and explained to which she shrugged and said “well I got it from the cookie dough box” clearly pointing at the caramel ice cream. It is CLEARLY caramel/vanilla. I see that the labels were incorrect. I said I don’t like caramel sorry. She asks am I allergic and I said no. And then she shrugged me off. I said it’s not cookie dough, and another shrug. She was not prepared to rectify the situation. I didn’t want a refund or anything, just my cookie dough. I feel like an idiot for walking out like I did but I hate confrontation, even though she was very clearly in the wrong. That’s £4 I just wasted but it was the interaction that left me feeling annoyed.

I would say the service its bad and not professional at all i ordered a flat white and it test milk they are just good in terms of dessert not bad but drink and service I would say zero

Very good ambience. We met a fantastic person ,Miss Sanju who served us our dessert She treated us very well.We highly recommend this shop for everyone. And the dessert which we order worth more than the price

The dessert was nothing special, definitely not worth coming back for. But the worst part was the service. As soon as we finished, a staff member asked us to leave because there were other customers waiting. The problem? There were people who had been there before us, but instead of asking them to leave, she singled us out. It felt rude and unfair. If this is how they treat their customers, I won’t be returning.

Very pretty place with great dessert options. Kids and grown ups will love it equally, especially if a booth is available.

The reason I gave 1 star is because I found the staff and shop owner to be very unethical. They will discretely charge 5% service charge even before giving you any food or service which is very unethical practice imo. How can I pay service charge/tip without getting the service first ? And if you decline to pay service charge then staff will make faces or look down upon you. Honestly not a good service at all. Apart from that Desserts are really good at this place but sad thing is they don’t have much options in dark chocolate.

The interior decor was absolutely stunning, and the icecream tasted so nice. However, the portion size for the cookie dough was a bit small ಠ_ಠ The vibes were immaculate though, maybe since I went a bit later in the day so it wasn’t as busy, it was nice and quiet ✨

I went on a date with a stunning girl and our goal was to find the best dessert place in Brighton. We arrived here and safe to say, we achieved our goal.

I went on a date here and the ice cream was the best dessert I’ve ever had . We had a great time and the service was fantastic.

They need to improve on the milkshakes. The Ferrero milkshake was the same thickness as water. Returned it back to the staff behind the counter and insisted they make another but thicker. The 2nd attempt was even worse. I really don't think they have tried a proper shake e.g Mr T's

Lovely warm reception, kind and prompt service. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to find comfort away from the biting cold!
