The order took over 20 minutes to come and there was only 4 customers in the shop. Then when the food did arrive, one of the servers left one of my sisters desserts at the end of the table and failed to tell us that the pan was hot, leaving me to burn my hand trying to move it to my sister. Other than that, the desert was well done and tasted great.

EXCELLENT. I can't praise these guys enough. We had one member of our party with a nut allergy and the service we received was amazing. They double checked all the allergens, used new scoops and even open a new tub of ice cream specifically for us. These guys are just the best with customer care and delicious desserts too. Thank you so much

My wife was craving waffles with all the trimmings, so we decided to take a drive down to Treatz to well, give ourselves a (waffle) treat. We placed our order (Treatz Kinder x 2) and waited to have our cravings sated. Our order arrived and to our surprise the waffles were borderline cold (more like the final ember of warmth was holding on to be noticed before disappearing). This was OK seeing as restaurants are allowed to make the odd mistake. The gripe with Treatz, specifically the outlet's manager, was that upon my taking one of the waffles to the till to inform of it being cold, the gent proceeded to argue that it couldn't be cold! Obviously, I, like any rational person, was surprised seeing as I was literally sticking my finger into a cold waffle (I invited him to do the same). He then proceeded to say he would give a refund (and literally started processing the same), to which I told him that I wasn't interested in a refund and that with all due respect, the first thing he ought to have done was acknowledge our disappointment and at least ask if we would like replacements. We eventually got a replacement order but the damage had been done to our experience. Sufficed to say we will not be visiting again.

I won’t deny that the milkshake was lovely but the cookie was stale like the woman’s attitude. Poor.

we ordered a personal fondue (3 toppings) and a red velvet cake! The fondue was yum, but the cake was only okay. It was a bit dry but good nonetheless. Would definitely go for the fondue again!

Had a great time at treatz with my 3 year old boy and cousins. Was served by Rachel, who showed great hospitality. She was so friendly and smiley which made us all feel really welcoming. She was fantastic at helping us choose what we all wanted and giving us alternatives, which was a great help. Icreams were fab. Thank you Rachel for your superb customer service and we all will be coming back again!

My friends and I asked to use the bathroom, to which they responded that they only had a staff bathroom but my (Korean) friend was allowed to use it. However, when I asked (a black woman) they refused. We were paying customers and it’s absolutely disgusting that they would be so blatantly discriminating towards black people with no shame. Never go here.

Staff were very kind and approachable, they changed our order and went over and beyond to make sure we were well! Definitely reccomend!

I go there quite often, they have a wide variety of desserts and all of them are really tasty and pretty big for only one person. It's a nice place to go with friends.

There MANY, MANY times during our visit to Camden in July. Little one loved it. Great selection and nice sit down area. You can see it is a popular place locally as always groups (all ages) at tables.

So we ordered food and it was a total of £20 which is a lot for dessert,however we thought it would be worth it because the pictures look good, sadly it wasnt we got two very small waffles and no sauce and the smallet amount of icecream for £20 , it was horrondos and the staff was very rude when we asked why are they advertising false pictures , never going or ordering again.

Okay, so when you think of a "dessert parlor" you would imagine divine, beautiful spectacles! Well, they sure know how to present but they may as well have frozen water! The ice-cream didn't have any flavor to it... very sad!

Also, the coffee is good and the big coffee is really big. Crêpes were perfect! Good taste, reasonable price! Recommended! Greetings from Germany!

We found this just by luck, and after we looket at the menu we just got blown away. Everything looked soo good and it was perf. Had to eat dessert at this place tje day after as well.

If you like sweet things and icecream you will enjoy this place like a kid. Its a sweet dream. I tried the red velvet milkshake and i honestly cant imagine anything better. And it includes an actual piece of red velvet cake on the top....

If you want a delicious treat then look no more. For £5.99 I had the chocolate chip cookie dough base with ice cream! I can honestly say it was yummy. Well worth a visit if you are in the area, they do take as well...

just an ice crwam parlour, but the service is below par, the food is average and the price is just a little bit crazy ...

Took my bubbas here to enjoy after dinner desserts. Their cookie dough is so delicious and melts in your mouth. The ice creams are amazing and creamy. Left with a mango smoothie. It is a must go.
