因為離學校比較近，又位於市中心，所以節假日的時候，會跟同學或者朋友來這裡小聚。不錯的選擇。甜品味道不錯。價格不貴也不便宜。跟倫敦大部分甜品店一樣，外賣價格比堂食價格便宜。

El lugar muy bien ubicado posee una buena vitrina que invita a entrar. La comida y sus preparaciones italianas son muy buenas y a buen precio. Sus tartas para el postre, simplemente magnificas

Yo estuve en el de Regents Street. Muy atractivo desde el exterior, buenos pasteles y excelente decoración. Pero atención los precios de los pasteles indicados en el escaparate son "take away" (que lo indica muy pequeñito....). Si los tomas dentro suben al doble exactamente.

Estaba lloviendo, habíamos caminado a millones de kilómetros por el V&A;, su café era chocka, así que nos dirigimos por la carretera y nos detuvimos a informar sobre el restaurante. El servicio era rápido, el menú es difícil elegir con muchas deliciosas opciones. De lejos el ravioli era el mejor en el que me he comido. jamás! Absolutamente deliciosa, le recomiendo una visita. Bien vale la pena.

I dolci, torta soprattutto, sono buoni mentre l'afternoon tea non è niente di speciale; non mi hanno fatto scegliere il tè e i pasticcini erano un po curdi.

Lugar agradável, perto da estação de metrô Green Park. Pratos a preços acessíveis para o padrão londrino para brasileiros. Comida italiana de excelente qualidade.

Voor een lage prijs een heerlijk twee/drie-gangendiner. Het restaurant oogt wat duur maar dat is dus totaal niet zo. Personeel is ontzettend vriendelijk.

Perfectamente bien si estás cansado después de un día de turismo, que es por eso que normalmente se encuentra situado cerca de las principales atracciones turísticas. Y la comida, todo es impresionante, especialmente las tartas y pasteles.

Los pasteles en este lugar son muy, muy buena, calidad italiana adecuada y lo recomiendo totalmente a comprar una para un cumpleaños o simplemente por capricho. Están mucho mejor que Patisserie Valerie (que en mi opinión es de estilo sobre la sustancia, parece bastante pero sabor mediocre)

Been today and had a really enjoyable experience. We had two main meals, one risotto and one ciabatta, two cokes, two pieces of cake (which are huge) and a cappuccino, this came to less than £30. Food was of a good quality and we really enjoyed it. I found it to feel very authentic and the waitresses very lovely, smiling and attentive. We relaxed for quite some time, we only actually came in because it started to rain and we were glad we did!Thank you!

Esta Caffe Concerto era el mayor descubrimiento de mi reciente visita a Londres. Es uno de los de la cadena conocida por sus tartas y pastas. He pasado varias veces, pero nunca me detuvo. Por último, me forzaron a entrar por... repente ducha. Una vez dentro, me sorprendió gratamente una hermosa decoración. El personal era muy amable, atento y servicial, y pronto me pareció que la comida era deliciosa, también. Me atrajeron por un buen precio (9,95 ) para un menú fijo (después de las 6 p.m. ). Elegí una bruscheta tradicional con tomate cherry, ajo y queso parmesano virutas para un entrante y cordero con puré de papas y vegetales para el plato principal. Resultó ser una excelente elección. Las patatas crujiente, y el cordero simplemente divina. Después de esta primera vez fui volver una y otra vez. Se ha convertido en mi lugar favorito en esta parte de Londres

Abbiamo preso due diversi tipi di colazione, ognuna costava £ 5,50.La colazione "salata": in un vassoio di porcellana bianca sono stati serviti un uovo a occhio di bue, funghetti finferli fritti, bacon fritto, una salsiccia, due fette di pancarrè tostato e un triangolino di pancarrè ai semi di sesamo, fritto, una scodellina con fagioli al sugo di pomodoro e mezzo pomodoro grigliato, il tutto accompagnato da una bibita calda o fredda.La colazione "dolce": un caffè espresso (buono), uno yogurt ai frutti di bosco (non era possibile sostituirlo perchè era l'unico gusto disponibile), mezzo cornetto del tipo "vuoto" e mezzo cornetto con la marmellata all'albicocca;erano proprio due metà, servite in due piattini, una tristezza, mi pareva di far colazione con gli avanzi di qualcosa, per rifarmi ho chiesto una fetta di cheesecake al limone, non mi ha consolata affatto e da sola costava più di £4.Il personale molto gentile, il locale molto bello, piacevole, i bagni pulitissimi.

Good place if you just would like coffee and cakes. The cakes are mainly cream cakes - large slices. Chocolate gateau was nice. There was good number of choices. Service was fine - nothing special - but what you would expect in a cafe, perfectly fine. There are a few tables outside, which was nice in the evening - but I imagine a bit noisy as it is busy main road. I would go back if I happened to be in the area and just fancied a coffee and cake. £16 for 4 coffees and 1 slice of cake.

Conheci um dos Caffés Concerto de passagem pela Tottenham Court Road e fui atraído pelo lugar pela sua belíssima decoração. Bolos e doces multicoloridos se misturam a uma decoração que lembra ambientes clássicos antigos. Pedi uma torta e um chocolate quente e sai extremamente satisfeito. O preço estava dentro das média dos demais. Não é uma refeição barata, mas vale a visita caso você esteja por perto.

O atendimento é impecável. Fomos em outros da rede, tão bons quanto; mas este próximo à região de Oxford Circus por onde caminhávamos, tb fica próximo ao British Museum; é possível ir caminhando!O cardápio tem valores mto acessíveis; a comida é mto saborosa e preparada rapidamente!Além do ambiente, um clássico! :-)

wij trokken enkele keren naar het Caffe Concerto bij Piccadilly waar we zowel 's middags als in de namiddag iets nuttigden. eenmaal bleef de schotel van mijn dochter lang op zich wachten, maar dit werd gecompenseerd met een koffie van het huis of een korting van 50% op onze maaltijden! dit was verrassend en aangenaam meegenomen.

Atendimento impecável, comida saborosa e um ambiente chique e aconchegante. O cardápio é bem variado e as tortas são o carro chefe.

They had the most delicious cakes and scones we have ever tasted. They were very busy yet the staff were very accommodating and explained the items on the menu in great detail. Lots to choose from.

We ate breakfast at this restaurant on our way to the British Library. My wife and I both had omelettes with ham and gruyere cheese and we shared a croissant and it was very good. In fact my wife said it was the best breakfast she had in London (If she was writing this review I'm sure she would rate the restaurant EXCELLENT. Service was very good and we enjoyed sitting outside.

It's very local and two courses for under a tenner is hard to beat in Central London, so I really want it to be better. But it's average at very best and what is the TV all about?! Both times I've been in I've been treated to dinner by MTV. Turn it off! Service wasn't great either - very quiet, but still had to ask to order. Extra point for the cakes and desserts though.

We visited caffe concerto after arriving in London on a Saturday morning and wanting something to eat. Only a few minutes from out hotel we found this place and a offer of a full English breakfast for £5 each and this includes a drink! Service, food and drink was all of good standard and for the price we thought it was excellent value.

We visited last weekend after our eyes caught the site of some mouth watering cakes. Unfortunately considering the location I had high expectations which weren't met. Service was slow and we had finished our cakes before our drinks were brought over. Cakes were average priced and average tasting to be fair. I would however still visit again if I was in the area but it wouldn't be my first choice.

Wandering around Kensington, this place took our fancy.I had a gorgeous omelette and my boyfriend had eggs Benedict.We left feeling very full and the cakes in the window look lush.

Quick lunch with the significant other.Simple menu, not busy, everyone spoke perfect English. They brought my wife the wrong main course. Pressed for time she accepted what they serve - helpfully she eats anything.They did apologise but didn't offer to refill her teapot!Service was optional according to the bill - and it seems it was.I will stop dining at this rather fake chain of French style restaurants.

I visited here for breakfast when staying at the Radisson nearby. The surroundings were lovely and staff very polite. I had the continental breakfast for £5.50 which included a drink and my mom had toast, drink and yoghurt which was £4.50. The presentation was lovely with pastries displayed on a cake stand. The value was excellent. We couldn't, resist the wonderful cakes which were displayed therefore we returned at lunchtime to take some cakes home with us. Again wonderful.

Found this wonderful eatery, with lovely staff that were so helpful the food was superb and very reasonable, they also sold beautiful cakes and pasteries what a super place to eat.

We ate here because a local family-run breakfast cafe had become a Café Nero! We were very pleasantly surprised. The full English was lovely - not greasy, using high quality sausage and bacon and perfectly prepared. The pancakes with fruit and yogurt light and tasty. Good tea and coffee. A winning formula

We loved this little place. The room itself is appealing and attractive. I loved my afternoon Tea of Earl Grey with warm scone and clotted cream. Hubby was very impressed with his coffee..

We made Christmas Day reservations here about a month in advance, and no one ever notified us that this location was not going to be open on Christmas Day. We walked from our apartment about a mile (no public transportation on Christmas) to find the restaurant was closed. We were extremely disappointed to find that no one had notified us the location would be closed. We didn't understand why the reservation was even accepted if the location was not going to be open.

We has been in London on a Saturday and were looking to eat in a Prezzo or Pizza Express around Oxford St area on our way home via Kings Cross, but all of these places had queues into the street and we were not inclined to queue and also recalled our discount vouchers would course not work on a Saturday so we started a long trek back on foot to Kings X when out of the blue in Tottenham Court Rd we discovered Caffe Concerto which was not too busy and had a welcome pavement menu board. Once we went in we knew we had chosen well as we made welcome as if we were regulars. The service was friendly attentive and efficient. The menu had all the normal Italian dishes and the food came promptly and well cooked and nicely presented. There was the additional bonus that the Caffe has a beautifully prepared range of cakes, pasties and gateaux. I understand this restuarant is part of a snall London based chain so I would definitely use them again. It is always nice to find a good place by accident just when you really need it.

Här sitter man bra och äter gott. Det är mest turister som kommer hit, känns det som, men vad gör det. Personalen kunde varit lite mer med på noterna, man hinner faktiskt bli lite irriterad när det tar längre tid att få betala än att få de saker man beställt.

we went here today during a day out in london. The food was lovely but the service is terrible!! W went to the knightsbridge branch, and it was just awful. No one smiled, no one spoke as we were served, and the table was cleared before one of our party had finished eating. One girl sauntered around treating everyone as if she was doing them a favour just by being there!! I work as a manager in the same industry, and to be honest, if my staff were as bad as the staff in here, i would be utterly humiliated.I would stronly recommend complete retraining of all staff, as they obviously don't have a clue how to treat customers, and for the London prices they are charging, i expected far better!

In Piccadilly, which was the only place open till 11 p m we went against my better judgement. Restaurant is a tourist trap. Cakes look impressive until you take a closer look. Full of cream and truly awful. My hot chocolate had virtually no chocolate, but only milk and sugar. Of course milk is cheap. Not Long ago a visit to another branch proved equally frustrating. The money is spent on the decor and large profits made on the food. Difficult to avoid if you are looking for this sort of place in town.

Stumbled across this great coffee shop just off Oxford street. The coffee was really tasty and the cakes are to die for.

We come to London for the week end from Reading and after researching trip advisor decided to visit for afternoon tea, coffee and cakes. The tea and coffee were well prepared but service was slow.

Lovely staff and lovely meal of tea and cakes in a clean and pleasant restaurant which is both well situated and with good food which although pricey was well presented and tasty and again staff professional and well mannered. I would recommend this place to anyone.

this restaurant really okl. We ate on the (small) able at lunchtime, with tasty food adding to the experience. If you can't guarantee outside seating, I'd think twice as the restaurant itself is perfectly OK, but doesn't have the wow factor of the outside space.

Это небольшое кафе-кондитерская было расположено рядом с нашим отелем, поэтому мы заходили сюда неоднократно. И ни разу не были разочарованы ни кухней (она итальянская, из нескольких регионов Италии), ни обслуживанием. Все что пробовали, в том числе и десерты, заслужило похвал.Обстановка приятная, музыка ненавязчивая. При желании можно было посидеть на улице, но тут столики маловаты и круглые, нам втроем было не разместиться.Из пожеланий можно высказать одно - выбор мороженого мог бы быть и побольше. Но это все же не кафе-мороженое, а выбор например десертов весьма впечатляет.

We visited this place recently for late coffees and cakes as it looked very inviting from outside. The interior was lovely although the TV screen in a corner showing a fashion show at the time was a bit out of place and not in keeping with the style. The waiters were pleasant enough but the cakes, which looked beautiful and so inviting in the window, were a major disappointment. Rather stale, no doubt having sat in the window since the morning, and quite tasteless - having said that I am quite fussy about my cakes being French. Coffees were good but at £34 incl. service for 4 cakes, 3 coffees and a fruit juice I thought the decor was working out a bit too expensive!

This place is beautiful! Stumbled accross it really sitting among the 'usual' branded places like costa & greggs etc! After not having much joy over two days in london with nasty food this place was an oasis!!Pasta dish i had was 200% wonderful the cake & coffee to follow were devine. Staff friendly & attentive but not in your face. Prices very reasonable. The decore was quite stunning too, ladies loo a bit on the small side so the hand dryer goes off when u go in but it made me laugh.Such a great place, just sorry im so far away & cant go more often.

Stopped in at Caffe Concerto for a bite to eat, having already thought about the plastic chains of Costa; Starbucks; Pret and Eat and not been enthused by the thought.It was my wife who noticed Caffe Concerto so we agreed to give it ago and we didn't regret it. I had the Prawn and Crayfish Salad, which was fresh and as mouth watering as it was inventive, and my wife went for the plain and simple Tuna Toastie. The cost at the end, including drinks, was £20 and we both said that we would have probably spent £16 in Costa or Starbucks and the food would not have been anywhere as good as the Caffe.All meals are freshly produced and well presented and the staff were attentive to needs.Just be careful of the Website as this can be a little misleading when looking for a Caffe Concerto; it titles Tottenham Court Road as Tottenham which is probably about 5-6 miles away; likewise Shaftesbury Avenue is titled Shaftesbury, which is of course in Dorset - but it means the London street.Tidy up the website and I will give you full points next time!Some venues have live music!

Me and my partner visited cafe concerto today for sunday lunch as we had a wowcher for 2 roast dinners. To begin with the service was a little slow, we were asked if we wanted chicken or beef and then a little later told theres no chicken but i was offered something else off the menu. We got a nice warm bread roll to go with it and both had roast beef which came with two big slices, lots of vegs and potatoes and gravy. It was missing a yorkshire pud but could not fault the food really it was very nice and very good value too. Would say it seemed more of a coffee and cake place than a restaurant and the roast dinner we had was not advertised anywhere or in the menu so we think it may have finished now. Overall a nice place, good service and yummy food.

I went to the place twice same week simply because I quite enjoyed it first time. It is a very beautiful place unless you like minimalistic and simplistic design. Leather sofas in this Caffee concerto are red and white and this already speaks for itself. Beautiful mirrors, elaborated chandeliers and amazing cakes in the window is what you'll be sourounded by in this place. I quite liked this little island of brightness when a predominant colour outside is grey.Foodwise I enjoyed what I ordered on both occasions. Did not have to wait long and presentation was really eye pleasing.Service should be mentioned seperately. Waiters are very friedly, always smile and happy to assist you in choosing a dish if you are not sure.I really enjoyed myself and will be back.
