Georgia was fantastic. And the food was yummy too!

Delicious food (big shout out to Abdul) and brilliant service, so massive credit to my waitress Georgia and the rest of the team - Bushra and Lezchec!

Great place. Harrison, the waiter, was really nice and helpful with us.

We were served by a woman called Synthia who was wonderful 5/5.

Pizza Express in Camden is a gem for pizza lovers! Bella, the manager, looked after us and made our visit exceptional. We enjoyed the new pizza American Hottest and the Mac& Cheese .

Went for a collection, they said confidently it would take 20-25 minutes, when we came to collect 30 minutes after they didn’t even start the order, we waited over an hour and they they weren’t even apologetic, they said they were extremely busy yet we were the only people waiting. terrible.

It is my second time to visit the.CAMDEN STORES, Synthia is always helpful. When I was opening the app, she reminded me of the vouchers, when I showed her the app, she explained the rewards available. Food were served very fast. It is a five star experience.

Maybe one of the worst pizzas I've had delivered. Ice cold and just not good.

The pizza base was really thick and the toppings were bland and tasteless. The mushrooms tasted and smelt like they were on their last legs (expiry date wise). Definitely expected more from Pizza Express and won’t order from them again.

awful service. completely uninterested waiters, making us feel awkward for entering the restaurant. food was a bit undercooked but the awful service just made the entire atmosphere awful. i do not recommend and has put me off pizza express

Took my mother here for lunch before her Eurostar home. Food was good, the pizza menu was extensive and some of the new entries might not sit well with the traditionalists, but I say vive le difference. Our waitress was very attentive, and Mother and I enjoyed our lunch. Would definitely revisit if I was in the area.

Went here with my uni, got the leggera pizza and it was simply delicious!! However we arrived at 4:30pm and by the time they got my order and served my pizza it was 6:11pm. It was tasty so I can’t lie, there was a kids party on the table next to us which was super loud, screaming children. But I completely understand and was happy they were enjoying themselves. Then when we ordered dessert I got the mini brownie & tea, however it was forgotten and I never got it, I was with a group so we needed to leave. This was very unfortunate, despite the great food.

We are tourists from Qatar staying in London for some time. By far, this is THE best meal experience we have had. As soon as we walked in, a lovely waitress came to greet, welcome and seat us, and we had a toddler so she had prepared some colors for her. The pizza was so fresh; the ingredients were all perfectly balanced, and the food temperature was perfect. The chef offered our child some complementary cut up veggies and us some butter bread which had come straight out of the bake. Bathrooms were clean, cutlery was clean, nice music, quick service and comfortable atmosphere. I highly recommend this place for anyone staying in London!

We had my daughter’s fifth birthday party at the Camden location and we are so pleased with the experience. Cynthia and the whole team were so attentive and helpful, foreseeing all our needs and just looking after us so wonderfully. My daughter and her friends also loved working with Abdul who led the pizza making - he was so sweet and lovely to the children and they really had such a nice time. We could not have asked for a more perfect 5th birthday party for my daughter. Thank you so much Cynthia, Abdul and Eldi!!! ❤️

We've been to a couple of different Pizza Expresses lately and this one is best by far. Pizzas were perfectly baked by chef Aziz and Synthia made us feel very welcome and was very nice and kind. Highly recommended!

Weirdest experience we’ve had in a “restaurant” - basically a take away with a few tables inside. All the staff are grumpy, bored, hated their jobs. Constant stream of take away drivers turning up and waiting in the middle of everyone. Main waiter had a disagreement with a prospective customer, they left because he was so rude and then he spent the rest of the next hour downstairs on his phone because he was in a bad mood. Another waiter got his coat and bag on and went for a walk for a bit. Just shut it and do take away, other pizza expresses are great - this has a run down club vibe, everyone just wanted to get out asap.

Such a disappointing dining experience, We ordered a pizza and pasta. The pasta tasted pretty awful and when we mentioned this to the staff saying that the pasta wasn't cooked properly and that it tastes raw, he didn't bother to resolve the issue instead was mocking us for raising the concern. I was extremely surprised when he said the pasta is "pre-cooked" so this is how it tastes and walked away in such a rude manner. Neither the food nor the service were satisfactory, would never ever recommend it to anyone.

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience . The pasta we received was half-cooked, and when we brought it to the staff's attention, they mocked us and completely dismissed our concerns. It wasn't just about the bad food—it was the rude and indifferent attitude that made the situation worse. Customer service matters, and the staff clearly doesn't care. We won't be returning.

Recently dined at Pizza express near Primrose hill and my experience was really disappointing. The food was raw and on pointing this out , the staff made faces instead of addressing the issue . Such unprofessional behaviour. Definitely don’t recommend this restaurant!

My family and I went for lunch in this Pizza Express branch in Camden. The service was very prompt by our waiter Harrison and the food was very tasty. We highly recommend this as a family restaurant with the children's colouring activity sheet that's provided on the table. We will definitely visit this restaurant again.

The waiter was super friendly and helpful, finding us the best table that was possible given the constraints. Absolutely no complaint about him!! This restaurant upstairs is too small and congested, and the door to the street was left open by the constant stream of delivery drivers coming in. It was freezing! We also had to move because we were initially seated right by the counter and were crowded in by delivery drivers waiting and jostling us. There is a lovely cosy restaurant downstairs, totally empty which would have been much more pleasant. Unfortunately the pizzas were not up to the usual Pizza Express standard, too soggy. Shame

We were fans of Pizza Express in Shanghai but had such a bad experience at the one in Loughborough (e.g. undercooked tomato sauce) we swore off this chain for a few years. Decided to give the Camden one a go last night and were pleasantly surprised to discover that it was pretty good. The thin-crusted pizzas were good as were the baked pasta and Caesar salad. Prices were much higher than eateries in Italy but I guess this is London. Nice vibes in the dining room.

Padana pizza was fantastic, especially if you like goat's cheese! The dough balls were good starters. Our server, Georgia, was amazing. She was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the menu.

We had the loveliest waitress Georgia who was so nice and friendly. Enjoyed funghi di basco and the music. Overall highly recommend it!

Service was beyond awful. We had booked for 18:45PM were ignored for 45 mins after being seated, we asked after 25 mins if we could place our order then it took another 20mins before the he finally came to us. In this time the waiter sat and took two other tables & took their orders - making us late for our show at the roundhouse. I could understand if the restaurant was packed but it was barely busy with three waiters on. When the food finally come we ate then it was impossible to pay. He asked us to come Upstairs to pay when we were ready which was fine however when we came up we had to wait at the counter for 15 mins to pay the check. The Manger was just stood staring at us doing nothing. No one acknowledge we were waiting and that they would be with us in a min. The entire evening was a joke. We then started to walk out cause no one would take our payment. Suddenly they wanted to take our payment and had the cheek to ask if we wanted to leave a tip for the service. Will not be returning.

We had an amazing meal at pizza express Camden today. The food was top notch, and Harrison was amazing at assisting with our unique dietary requests, and looking after us throughout our visit. We look forward to our next visit!

Really disappointed with our visit here. It was suppose to be a birthday treat after a trip to the zoo. I had exchanged Tescos vouchers totalling £75 for food. On arrival we checked with our waitress that they were ok to use and redeemed against the £17.95 for 3 courses and were told it was fine. When we paid our waitress had left and we were told we could only use one. This was really embarrassing and awkward, we ordered based on the info provided by the waitress and would only have had 2 courses had we been advised correctly. So it ended up costing us £71 instead of £16.50. This completely ruined the visit, my birthday and now I have vouchers that will only cover the cost of half a meal (probably won’t ever return to a pizza express now though) Feel completely ripped off, I could understand if we hadn’t checked but I made sure i did before we ordered and did everything right. I even ordered food I was that keen on to fit in to with deal ! Very poor customer service, very bad birthday
