Me and my boyfriend came here last Thursday for the 1965 priced pizza offer. We were served by Harrison. We received very bad service, as our initial reservation was changed due to them overbooking, so we were moved three hours forwards to fit a quieter schedule. Despite it being quieter at this time, the service was poor as our waiter was rude and our pizza was undercooked. Would not recommend.

We loved eating at this place. It was a random choice but when we came (mom+ baby + young child), we were warmly welcomed by Bella. She is fantastic and could give attention for my 6-year-old which made the whole experience better. Great good, fantastic service. It was the best way to finish the long day at the zoo. Recommend this place, especially for families. The menu is great!

I went there today. I'm really pleased with the service received. With their Birthday promotion run today, restaurant was really busy but received a great service from Synthea and the Manager on duty today. Nothing like a Pizza Express Pizaa. Keep up the good work.

We had a very good experience at Pizza Express yesterday. The food was delicious - fresh ingredients, perfectly cooked, and full of flavour. Every bite was a delight! A special mention to Busra, our waiter, who went above and beyond to make our visit memorable. She was incredibly helpful, made excellent recommendations, and genuinely cared about our experience. Her warm and friendly service left a lasting impression. Also, if you have the Pizza Express app, you can enjoy extra freebies, which is a great bonus! We’ll definitely be coming back if we pop into the area. Highly recommend.

I always feel welcome coming in to the restaurant to the most friendly staff who are always accommodating and serve me as soon as I walk in. They are extremely helpful and are the reason I come back multiple times every week! Bella is great!

We go to Pizza Express regularly and my kids love it, the food is great and the service is quick- shout out to our favourite waitress Synthia and waiter Aziz who are always so warm and friendly.

We had a great time and we tasted delicious pizzas and pizza doughs! The waiter Aziz was very kind and nice. I really recommend going here to eat and to relax

Rather cramped upstairs, we were put into a booth in the basement which meant we were some way away from servers. Food was so so and service lacking.

We arranged our work Christmas party here and had 40 of us, so it was a big order! The manager was very helpful with answering questions and making it as easy as possible before the event as well as very helpful during too. The food all came out together (as much as possible!) and it was all very tasty. We could pay for drinks separately at the end which made paying the bill easier too. We were booked in the downstairs area which was cosy and gave us enough space to eat and chat to each other. I'd recommend if you're thinking about a meal out or a larger event. Everyone had a great time and it was a lovely way to celebrate.

Italian food chain, with pizza and pasta, located throughout London, in many central locations. The food is good and the service is very attentive and friendly. Additionally, allergens are clearly indicated on the menu, with vegetarian and gluten-free options. Good option in London price-quality-service.

Came in for a work Xmas do in early December, 16 of us, brilliant service and food, very much recommend

We visited today for lunch before a nearby event and it was such a disappointing visit. I often pick pizza express when with the kids as the menu is good and the service is usually quick. Today everything was very slow, the food was no where near as good as usual, my lasagna originally come out stone cold inside. No-one came to check back with us, kept tabs on our drinks or anything that you would usually expect. We then had an issue with the festive menu, we explained we wanted to do it and have a main and a dessert, but the waiter failed to point out the small print on the menu that it’s only valid on a starter and a main. They did take the difference off, but feel like that whole issue could have been avoided if the waiter had just explained at the start. It’s really put me off future visits, when it used to be a go to spot. Would definitely suggest Pizza Pilgrims instead!

Pizza Express in Camden is a gem for pizza lovers! Bella, the manager, looked after us and made our visit exceptional. We enjoyed the new pizza American Hottest and the Mac& Cheese .
