Bought a carrot cake, it was very dry , and cookies n cheesecake it’s average. Not a very nice experience.

Myself and a few friends had gotten the sweet tooth so we decided to go and grab some treatz. Went there and was not disappointed as the service we received from jameel and Freya was incredible and just all the staff was superb thank you very much. Highly recommend

Took over 15 min to get two sweet out if the staff spend left time on the phone and more time serving customers Might speed up the service a little bit more

Such a. Tremendous choice of desserts. I finally decided on the Treatz Nuts (pistachio ice cream and hazelnut ice cream in a waffle basket) it was so good! Friend had the Oreo cheesecake and he really enjoyed that too. My opinion is that it is better than Creams (just around the corner). Menu full of gelato, sundaes, waffles, crepes, cheesecakes and cakes. Order at the till and wait for the sugar rush!

I came to treatz yesterday to eat in and I would like to say the service alicja provided me with was absolutely amazing, I felt very welcomed and very well appreciated and respected such a wonderful young lady, with very good manners and a very warm welcoming smile, by fair the best service I have recieved in a very long time, she looks a hard worker and well committed, thank you very much!!

Treatz is my new love. I went there with my family last night, all desserts are amazing specially the cookie dough 😍. Staff is so nice and friendly, nice talking to them. Best place to visit ♥️

In terms of taste, nothing to say everything is brilliant , just had a bad experience that one of the working man in there out of nowhere starting to ask me some personal questions. I find that very rude and not professional.

Went here for mother's day 😋 was not disappointed. Staff were so friendly, we were able to have tasters before picking our ice cream which really helped as some of the flavours were unknown to us 👍🏾everything was well presented and delicious 🍨 will go again.

Good place for tasty desserts and a family outing. Portion sizes are very good, I don't feel it's expensive for what you get (especially nowadays) good selection, good service never have to wait too long and I have never been given the wrong order. Clean and tidy place never seen a table that hasn't been cleaned promptly after person has left. Good parlour to visit would recommend for a nice sweet treat for the family.

Always friendly staff when I go into this place for late night dessert even if I turn up 5 mins before closing I always get the best service from aqeel. This is how my strawberry and chocolate waffle arrived having spent £10 for it. Not only were the strawberries glued on to the lid, the chocolate had hardened over the strawberries. They can’t get a simple waffle right. Don’t order from here, they cheap out with poor ingredients.

Went to treatz and was looked after by Carla and haroon who helped me modify my ice-cream choices slightly and let me try them to ensure I had a lovely dining experience. I had the banutella American pancakes with white chocolate chip ice cream and my daughter had the brownie dream. I'm so happy to say the desserts matched the price as they were heavenly and hit the spot. I will definitely be back especially when the dream team are working!!!💞💞💞 Absolutely love the booths too so comfortable but I hate how everyone outside can watch it's a bit unnerving.

Excellent service and amazing desserts! The staff are very kind and accommodating and the desserts arrived quite quickly. Ordered the cookies and cream waffles which were very tasty and the mojito was so refreshing.

Have been a few times to Treatz and on the whole has been okay. I mean, what can exactly go wrong with Ice Cream and generally sugared items. Unfortunately rudeness from staff and contempt for customers is something I feel needs mentioning. Went in the other day and the staff seemed less than enthusiastic to see us. Pretty much lounging around the place. Ordered desserts and drinks only for drinks to be taken down wrong resulting in overcharging. Once aware highlighted the fact only to be told "Ive already made it". Several shoulder shrugs and huffs and puffs later stated okay I'll give you back the difference. Pressed a buttons on card machine and refund sorted. Have since checked bank and no money returned. Honest mistake or just getting a dig in? Who knows. Then made a mistake with the large Sundaes ordered. Cream on instead if Ice Cream. Took the wrong orders back, scraped off the cream and splurged ice cream on. I would have imagined in some places they would have been made again.. short cuts no surprise. Ice cream fine but if you would like courteous staff, professionalism just nicking of your money, maybe avoid Treatz. 2 stars for nice Ice Cream!

We came here for coffee and treat but my waffle came with rotten mango. And nothing bin done about it . I really would not recommend this place. For this money I would expect fresh fruits but they use frozen. Service is not good either. We ordered churos vegan and they bring with milk chocolate sauce

I visited during Eid. Despite it being a busy time, my friends and I were able to secure a booth right away, which was great. The service was prompt, and our orders were taken without any delay. We indulged in some delicious and piping hot desserts, which were simply enjoyable. To top it off, we had a refreshing mint tea that complemented the sweet treats perfectly. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would highly recommend Treatz High Wycombe to anyone looking for a delightful dessert experience.

Been here a few times. Went again recently for a quick cookie dough. Hits the spot every time. I think they should consider putting the ice cream separately now like most places do now with their cookie dough. However, staff are friendly and speedy service.

When I used to go to treatz, they would give me a full waffle. This time they have given me half a waffle. This it unfair. I know we are living in tough times but I was really hungry I would have preferred a full waffle

Hi, The menu is vast for dessert lovers with many options to choose from. The prices are ok. We had ordered Pistachio Gelato and Treatz Solero ( Ice cream shake with cream and mango syrup) . The Gelato did not taste like one .. it was gritty and didn't taste like Pistachio. The milkshake was good and the quantity was also sufficient for one. I had requested for a glass of tap water and it was acknowledged by a staff member . After I had waited for about 10-15 mins, I went up to the counter and requested another time which is when he recollected that I had requested for water. Given that the place was almost full and had enough staff who were just standing at the till, I felt it wasn't a big ask after all. Service sure can be improved. Friendly staff, child friendly, reasonably priced with large portions. Would pop in again. ALTHOUGH I wish all dessert shops would make ALL milkshakes vegan / lactose friendly - they could just use oat milk and vegan vanilla ice cream and open up to a larger audience. It would be a great addition. Staff were attentive, generous!

Sadly had a missing item when ordered through Uber Eats, called but was not resolved. Instead I had the money returned, which didn’t solve the fact I have a 5 year old who had to sit and watch others have a dessert.

Waffle, Ice cream and chocolate sauces not very special options the staff are not really helpful there are more then 10 girl standing behind the desk but none of care about customer satisfaction.

The lotus biscoff waffle is 10/10

Love them , so I always get the cookie do and it’s real cookie dough unlike others where they just warm cookies. Ice cream taste good too, I always order take away or online so can’t comment on restaurants.

Great service and great desserts.

I had ordered a strawberry indulge waffle and wrote in the restaurant notes that I did not want ice cream or chocolate sprinkles on my waffle as I am allergic. When my waffle arrived it had both ice cream and chocolate sprinkles on it. When I rang up the shop, a very rude and ignorant man answered the phone and was almost judging me for not wanting to have ice cream or chocolate on my waffle. I then told him I was allergic and he was not trying to understand or help. He told me that there was no restaurant notes which there was as I have a screenshot of it. Due to this he was not trying to give me a refund or bring me the correct thing that I paid for and told me that there’s no point as the shop was shutting in 3 minutes. he was very rude towards me and didn’t show any care and asked me to come to the shop if i wanted to sort this out. I just left it as he was being very ignorant towards me as a customer and Am very disappointed in this service. Please sort out your staff to know how to communicate to their customers and understand that different people have different preferences and allergies.

Friendly stuff and quick service

My second visit here, staff not fantastic to be honest, they could try a bit harder to be welcoming. However I ordered two scoops of sorbet in a waffle basket and it was a pretty generous serving. On an earlier occasion I'd ordered a sorbet sundae which was massive, so ordered a smaller version this time, but it was still a really good size for the money. Definitely recommend, I just wish the staff were a bit more welcoming.

Dessert after wagamama. Tried treatZ this time rather than Creams again. Friends had cake, I had the coconut and pistachio gelatos on a wafer. Absolutely delicious. Lots of space to sit, order at the till and they bring the dessert once it's done.

Ive been many times to treatz and no matter how many times i get there, how busy it is, whether dine in or take out, Aqeel is the best, very prompt service. Im a picky eater and whenever i go he remembers what i like and how i would like it so i don’t need to mention him every time i go. His attitude towards his work is on an entirely different level. Good going. I am sure you are a valuable member of your treatz team.

Terrible service and extremely rude staff with no basic customer service skills, the staff claimed to have hardly anything on the menu just couldn’t be bothered. An embarrassment of a restaurant, never again would rather spend my money elsewhere.

As I suffer from a disability it’s really hard for me to go into a restaurant and speak but I went into treatz between 1pm and 2pm on the 6th of February with my children and the young man who was working during the day didn’t manage to get his name was so welcoming. My children was struggling to choose over two flavours so he let them try a tester. And when it came to order he was so kind and understanding. Well done to the young lad keep up the good work.

We was greeted and seated the service was very good and quick. Great for deserts a big selection. We had 2 scoops of bubblegum and coconut, another strawberry and chocolate huge scoops. The milk shakes are so delicious.

I usually go to the restaurant which is brilliant - ordered on Uber Eats. Got the completely wrong order but oh well.. The 2 crepes I received tasted like cardboard covered in chocolate. Eat in - don't order out.

I was served by a lovely member of staff named Haroon. He provided me with absolutely amazing service throughout the whole night I was there. Even though the night got busier, the service was still fantastic! I would definitely recommend to visit Treatz in High Wycombe, and I will most certainly be back myself!

The atmosphere was not welcoming at all ! Staff was absolutely rude!! Nobody knew what kind of nuts they put on waffles, I would just like to point out that this is crucial as there are many people that have nut allergies. There was a hair in my waffle so I returned it straight away,and when we left they were just looking at us without even saying Goodnight. Really poor service recently!

This is my 3rd Visit here there was a long queue here so, we all queued-up. I was here alone I got my table I had Coconut and blue bubble gum ice cream on the plain waffle basket. Also I had Indian Chai tea. The Ice cream were in good portions.The staff were very friendly. I be back next time.

Although we as a family visited so many times and enjoyed it before Covid, we felt the place has changed a lot in friendliness and not being attentive staffs taking their time where a long queue waiting outside to be seated. However, the actual desert are well presented and delicious as always.

Lovely food and perfectly presented as in the pictures. However - my food was presented on a rather large chipped plate, the waitress was not very friendly who leaned over everyone’s food to serve the table and it appeared we were the only table given plastic cutlery when everyone else had metal. It’s a bit difficult to cut and eat crepes and waffles with cutlery that bends. We did really enjoy the desserts but was disappointed with the overall service.

Lots of choices Healthy, Vegan egg and dairy free options available. Good sized portions with the option to go Large. A bit pricey so ok as a treat.

Theres a great choice of icecream here. No rum n rasin thou ☹ but I am old fashioned 🙂 There is free parking outside 7am to 7pm but you have to be lucky to get a space. Nice friendly staff.

Walked in to what can only be described as a wanna be nightclub/ice cream place. No urgency from any staff. Big portion of the crepe but that is the only positive won’t be coming back
