Come here regularly for needed breaks or for work. Great staff and service, food though is medioca, breakfast though always the best. There are takeaway places around and other restaurants. Premier Plus rooms are recommended.

Average. Well used accommodation, the pub attached was also well used. It was a business trip and it was ok for that but I wouldn’t want to spend a romantic weekend there!

Stayed for work and used the meal deal, had the most excellent service I’ve had at a premier inn restaurant from Nana and Vijeata, thank you both for your kindness. Room was lovely and the worth paying a bit extra for the premier plus.

I’d opted to be booked in for an early check-in a couple weekends back. However, I ended up arriving a little later than planned and worrying due to traffic. Sara was excellent with helping me out given the situation, being very helpful with the booking and understanding of the situation. She was really polite and gave great customer service, making my day better!

Good location in High Wycombe but can't really recommend, staff were polite and helpful but once during a 5 days stay I asked for my room to be cleaned, this wasn't done and unfortunately due to the multi-storey carpark nextdoor at night it's very noisy. Food service was acceptable but that's the best I can say.

Amazing hotel with easy access to Heathrow. The hotel is right next to a large Sainsburys and a large M&S AND a large mall with the central bus station attached to it with all of the amenities you could ask for. Stores, restaurants, etc. Breakfast was great and the staff took care of our every need. Great selection of food and everything was fresh and hot. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable and the front desk staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. For example, on our first morning, I asked for a straw for my kid and got 2. The next morning, we were greeted with a smile at the restaurant and 2 straws. We never had to ask twice for something. Highly recommend this place if you need to be in the High Wycombe/Beaconsfield/Hazlemere area.

Nice, clean. Pleasant reception team. Great location to the town. Ventilation and temperature control is ok but you will miss fresh air as the windows are locked. Parking can be an issue as it is ANPR controlled.

Very typical Premier Inn. Close to the centre and Eden shopping centre. Difficult to park, read the instructions very carefully. Bar opens at 6pm so not good for pre-drinks. Room and cleanliness great.

Rooms are lovely and clean, but there is no where to work since they removed the fixed desks and replaced it with a tiny round table. nor is there anywhere to put your open suitcases apart from the floor. really disappointed it the layout of the room now.

Great location, cental and close to Eden shopping centre. We stayed here to move our son into New Bucks Uni. We parked in the near bu Eden shopping centre and I had read that the Dovecote car park was used a bit like Brans Hatch!! - this was not a joke. We had to keep the window shut despite it being a warm night as the sound of engines reverberated around the carpark as boy racers tried to make the most noise. This plus the cackle of young people didn't help. The room was clean and tidy with everything we needed for a couple of days. Service was good, mostly self check in and out and the very occasional hello from a person in the desk as we left/entered. It may be different on the other side of the hotel but definitely a noisy experience!!

Area is a dive Room and especially bedding stank of cigarettes, not able to open window. Put up with it as tired on arrival. Left immediately on waking as it was grim. Explained to guy on desk, he could not have cared less. Immediately broke out a series of canned excuses which amounted to; it's not our fault, bye. Will not stay here again

The worst Premier Inn I’ve been to. High Wycombe Central was the fifth and last Premier Inn I stayed in on a week-long road trip. Initial impressions were not good - right opposite a McD Drive-Thru, the Inn forecourt was full of youths having an impromptu car expo with bonnets up. The Premier Inn carparking was extremely confusing: there were approx. 15 cramped spaces for a massive hotel, and the carpark was shared with McDonald’s. I managed to squeeze into the last available P. Inn space (a sign said another car park was available but I didn’t know the area and it was late, I was on my own and there were lots of youths around - it all felt a bit intimidating). A further irritation was that, unlike every other P. Inn I’d stayed in, you had to pay £8 to park. When I eventually carried my heavy and awkward luggage from the car park, through the youths and into the lobby, there was no one on reception to check me in. Eventually someone came and tried to take me and my heavy bags straight through to the restaurant (confused or pushy?), even though I said I wasn’t eating there. Eventually (after issues with the staff logging on) I was checked in. My room was on the third floor at the end of a corridor. There was a working lift but dragging all my luggage what felt like miles wasn’t how I wanted to start my relaxing stay. The room itself was clean and tidy with the usual comfy bed. However, it was boiling hot. There was no fan and the window was locked. A sign said “This window doesn’t open but there is a continual stream of fresh air through your room.” If there was, I couldn’t feel it. There was a thing that looked like air conditioning but it either wasn’t working or it was for making the room hotter (it was already 25 degrees C according to the thermostat). I tried putting in the bathroom light as sometimes that triggers a fan - that didn’t work either. I had a cool shower, which cooled me down a bit, but once back in the main room it was just as muggy. Premier Inn (used to?) guarantee a good night’s sleep. I didn’t get it. It was really stuffy and too hot. I kept waking up all sweaty. I wanted to complain when I checked out and say this was the worst Premier Inn I’d ever stayed in (as I said, the previous four on this holiday road trip had been great) but once again there were no staff at all in the lobby at 8am. I absolutely do not recommend High Wycombe Central and being so tired in the morning cast a shadow over the rest of my day (which happened to be the last day of my otherwise lovely vacation). On the plus side, no one stole my car. 1. Horrible parking that you have to pay for. 2. Lack of staff. 3. Hot and stuffy room with no fan/aircon. 4. Too hot to sleep properly.

Had 2 brilliant nights at PI High Wycombe Central. Our 5 year old loves PI restaurants and insisted on eating there both nights, rather than trying somewhere new. Sal, Maisie and Kajal from the restaurant / check-in team were all fantastic and deserve a mention. The new mattresses were wonderful and the room was spotlessly clean. Reu really appreciated the goody bag Sal gave him - huge thanks for this unexpected gift! It’s our first time staying at this PI but won’t be our last. Thanks for taking such good care of us ladies!

Stay at the holiday inn up the road This place is horrendous. Have stayed here a few times now for work (wouldn't off my own back) The WiFi at the hotel barely works and if you think you can use for 5/4G your wrong. The building must be laced in lead or something because you can't even use your phones internet Staff have always been pretty miserable here too whenever I have stayed and the food at the bar is the worst I've had at any premier in (and I stay in a fair few) Like I said, stay in the holiday inn 5 minutes up the road. It's in a nicer location and the rooms are alot nicer all for a similar price

This was a meal out for my daughter's birthday. Ge got a table at slightly short notice despite them being busy, and after a minor issue with a drink enging up not being in a glass (no-one's fault, these things happen), we had a lovely meal. It was nice not to wait too long for dishes to be served, and all plates were cleared. Deserts were laso served promptly and my daughter got a Happy Birthday message in chocolate sauce on her plate, which was a noice touch as we hadn't asked for anything special. Big thanks to Maisie for making this a special event.
