Good food quality considering the price.

We went to Pizza Hut last night as we wanted to visit one last time before it closes.The service was good,very polite and fast.The atmosphere is nice,the decor is fantastic,everything is all clean and the music is nice.The salad bar didn’t have much,but what it did have was tasty and fresh.The bbq Americano pizza was delicious.The ice cream factory was also delicious,so was the chicken wings.I love it that it is a square base for the gluten free pizza so you can tell straight away if it the gluten free pizza which is good.A great experience,we are sorry to hear Pizza Hut is closing,thank you so much for all the great times.I hope to return before it closes.

Great food & venue for a Sunday lunch. Manager Zubair is a star! His service is superb & he fixed the problem of online ordering for us patiently. It’s really a pity that the restaurant is going to be closed soon. We will miss you guys.

Ordered online in the car on a journey home from London, was ready in the 10 minutes it took to arrive and was piping hot.

On Saturday afternoon me and a group of friends ventured over to pizza hunt in hopes of a nostalgic lunch as we haven't dined in a pizzahut since our early childhoods, a blissful experience. Upon entry we were greeted by a friendly group of staff lead by a lovely lady named Debbie. We were seated and sat by a lovely gentleman who offered us choice of table and explained the process to us as it had moved to barcodes and explained the bundles to us. He was a very friendly gentleman and we all appreciate his kindness. Throughout the experience the lovely lady Debbie made sure we were always content and made sure we were ok and happy. Very cheerful and happy to have a chat with us, very much appreciated. Always nice to see people so enthusiastic with there work and I hope wherever she may end up she has a wonderful time and continues to stay in good health! The manager on shift at the time was a bit funny with us at the beginning with paying and a few other smaller bits but our hero Debbie was there to smooth it out for us. On behalf of the group and my self I'd happy rate the experience a 5/5 stars, dare I even say 10/10 if I could. Would 100% come back if it wasn't becoming a mcdonalds.. Thank you for a pleasant experience, I wish all the staff there a pleasant departure when it comes to a close.

As I hate Pizza Hut for their traditional fatty pizzas, now I ordered limited edition of handcrafted pizza and......It's really NICE!!!!! Full of ingredients and dough is really nice, light and crusty. I would order again 👍

Food came cold, the delivery driver didn’t put our food in a hot bag to keep warm and came cold and the box for our two sides were wet had to put into the oven

Me and my family stopped for a meal at pizzahut Wycombe retail. We we blown away by the staff, polite, attentive, fantastic. We will be returning because of this. A real credit to the restaurant.

Recently visited this branch of Pizza hut, really its an amazing restaurant I been to all branches of pizza hut but this one is so good from all,its was a great experience the pizza the sides and desserts all well made and fresh. The most important and good thing of this branch is their service I must say an amazing service, the staff serves us so friendly, welcoming and such a good staff on earth specially there manager Patrick 👌, will definitely go there again and my kids enjoyed alot its such a very good experience

I recently visited this pizza restaurant and had a pleasant experience. The ambiance was very quiet, which was nice for a relaxing meal. The food was served promptly, and our waiter was polite and attentive, even offering us a bag for leftovers. The prices were reasonable, and while the pizza quality was good, it wasn't exceptional. Overall, a solid choice for a quick, quiet meal.

Gone are the days when Pizza Hut was a good destination for a quality pizza. If what you are after is the volume of food at a good price then this will work fine, otherwise perhaps try somewhere else.

The pizza was good and driver was friendly. I just wish Just Eat would get my location correct. the map always shows the wrong place! so normally have to go find the driver! I've reported the map multiple times but nothing gets done.

I love this place. I think a restaurant should be rated both by how good the food is and equally how well you’re looked after by staff. With Pizza Hut you know what you’re getting so the food is spoken for. The staff at this branch however always go out of their way to look after us. Always friendly, always attentive and even though their interaction is limited by the phone payment and ordering system, they’re always super helpful. A firm family favourite.

We arrived.. felt awkward as staff was halfway out the door and just said to go anywhere to sit so was abit confused. Continued to order and got food from the salad bar and sat down to it to see dead flies in the food. My girlfriend was disgusted since she was worried if any was consumed before hand. The food was disgusting, tasted frozen and pizza base was soggy.. dough balls were stuck together but garlic bread was decent. Talked to a member of staff about the issue and told they wouldn’t do anything about it and wasn’t much help whatsoever. The ice cream machine was also not working which was told to us last minute, Definitely wont ever be coming back.

Picked up a takeaway from the H/Wycombe branch. Excellent service and the staff were so helpful getting me the best deal. Very good salad selection, all very fresh and well stocked. 5 starts

I'm surprised to get a 5-star service from someone working at Pizza Hut. A big thank you to you. On the other hand, it is getting too expensive.

Ordering on line although impersonal, was quicker. The app was easy to use. The staff answered any questions about the app and were very knowledgeable.

Very nice waiting staff. New and improved salad bar which looked much more inviting with the white bowls not the silver kitchen type. Drink glasses arrived quickly and the ice cream parlour bowls arrived too which meant we didn’t have to ask for them later.

We had lunch here during a shopping / browsing trip around the retail park. We both had Melts which were okay and fries with plentiful salad fron the all you want salad bar. It wasn't exciting - it is Pizza Hut, not The Ritz, but was sufficient for our needs at that moment. The lady who served was friendly and polite and the restaurant was clean and tidy. A useful eaterie for weary shoppers' to chill and recharge.

We regularly go to High Wycombe pizza hut from Reading because of the nice atmosphere and the great service

Souless place but good value for a quick feed

My wife and I enjoyed a nice buffet luncheon. Pizza was all well prepared and plentiful; ideally some more thin pizza buffet options if I were to nit-pick. Very enjoyable and a nice stream by the restaurant was a delight.

Aside from the lovely food, brilliant service provided here, particularly by James. His customised, but excellent service really makes the experience 10 × better. A valued member of the team.

Standard affair from pizza hut cannot complain

And again, always something wrong with my orders, I’m thinking they are doing this on purpose place order for three pizzas, one pizza ok second burned and third totally different why???????? Will avoid this branch

The food was excellent, the starters and pizza were baked/fried to perfection. The desserts were delicious. Staff were friendly. I found it a little pricey, though.

The driver went to the wrong address and then needed direction on the phone even though I had stated in the notes what my address was. Food was cold. The restaurant is only 10 minutes from my address.

Sitting next the the stream being able to watch the wildlife whilst the kids are eating their ice cream. It's got a sort of American dinner feel and it's got friendly staff providing a really good meal. Check out the deal and you can also get drinks that are a refill.

We hadn't been to Pizza Hut for few years, and went for a bit of nostalgia. It hadn't changed inside one bit, which wasn't a bad thing. They have a great range of pizza and we chose 3 different to make the most of it. It was very clean and tidy, but also so quiet, almost empty. Ordering now is on the phone which I absolutely hate, why can't the staff just take the order?? I miss good customer service which I why I usually eat at local family businesses rather than a big franchise. Overall the food was delicious and made up for the lack of service.

I love pizza. I love buffets. I like Pizza Hut. This one was quiet and a really pleasant experience. Given I live in Plymouth, it's unlikely I'll find myself in Wycombe again, but if I did, I'd definitely come here again.

Came in yesterday with a few friends and got greeted by a man called Patrick. He seated us straight away and let us know about the qr codes and came over to check on us to see if we was okay. He was very polite during our whole visit and the conversation was great and very funny with a few jokes. He is an absolute credit to your team and will definitely be returning. Thanks Patrick :)

Chips were raw but pizza was nice, they don't take cash which seems to be happening alot these days

Ate at the Pizza Hut yesterday evening and the service was great from all staff including an employee named Dan. They were helpful and kind. Will be returning again.

The flush in disabled toilet didn't work. The taps in all the toilets was boiling hot, not only is this dangerous but it's impossible to wash hands unless you don't mind being burnt. Nice pizza hut, quite expensive though. No one takes your order, you order on an app online, you have to get your own plates & drinks too, since we pretty much do half the staffs job you'd think the prices would be cheaper. Nice clean restaurant, staff are nice. Salad bar is poor, selections not great anymore & the food doesn't look very fresh. Kids bottomless squash squirty bottles seem diluted already, then adding water makes them pretty much taste like water. Some improvement needed.

Went here today 9th Sept for a family meal for my daughters birthday, the gentleman that first welcomed us was lovely and even set up a table for 2 last minute guest, we was a big group. The youngish girl that then served us was brilliant and very accommodating, Im sorry I didn't get her name but I appreciated all she did.

This place needs more people to dine in! Located next to the river, plenty of parking, staff are great, clean facilities and the food is always perfect!

I normally find the buffet has limited vegetarian options but on this occasion I found the variety of vegetarian pizza toppings in the buffet excellent. There was also plenty of pizza available as they kept it well stocked and none were stale.

The best pizza hut we have ever been to. From to moment we walked in to the moment we left Malihaa and the manager were sensational. It was my son's tenth birthday and they honestly couldn't have done more to make it a memorable meal. All in all, the cherry on the top of a great day, having been to Legoland in the day time. Thank you Malihaa and the Manager (didn't get his name, sorry)

A clean and welcoming environment was a great start. We were taken to a table by the Staff. Mobile ordering was a bit messy but food overshadowed any other experience. We loved how every dish was cooked. It appeared that each food item was personalised for us. The food was freshly prepared and was smelling great. We never experienced it before and I am sure I am going to visit again.

Updated Aug ‘23 Visited with my brother, ordered pizza and delivered without the correct toppings. Managers servicing us was amazing. Made up a separate meat pizza at no charge and gave a discount on the final bill. Service doesn’t get much better. Well done! 😀👍 Nice food..although everything seems to be getting smaller..ice cream factory use to be served in a bowl, now an egg cup size bowl...

They were really helpful when I needed my collection pushed back to a later time!

Very good pizza hut, havent been to one in years, and this one didnt disappoint. Very good pizzas very helpful smiley staff sides werent bad and ice cream was great. Kids well catered for in terms of main meal and desert. Very happy would visit again

Really nice place to go eat, definitely try the buffet if you go before 3pm. Service was great, the food was lovely, couldn't try dessert as we were all too full after the pizza. It is a little pricey, i think for 3x 9inch, 1x 1inch & 4 unlimited refil drinks, i paid just shy of 80 quid but overall the experience was great.

Horrible manager. I will never eat at any pizza huts again. Their staff lack training from managers to lower staff. Google needs to invent 0 star for Pizza Hut. The manager at the high Wycombe retail branch lacks basic customer service and is putting the business down. It’s very unfortunate how he speaks to staff.

Buffet meal ,all freshly cooked .

Absolutely amazing restaurant. Whether you are dining in or collecting a takeaway, it's always a great experience. Every time we've gone here, the pizza has been SO good and well-made (full of toppings & cheese, and cooked perfectly). Stuffed crust & cheesy bites crusts are spectacular. The deals are great- you can get a lot of food for a pretty reasonable price. The service is great- the food is generally ready quite quickly and the servers are all so friendly, welcoming & polite. It really is a wonderful experience. We go here all the time and will continue to!

Family of 4, weekend buffet, spent £60, little to no service, pasta options were poor (worse than school dinners), pizza options so so, salad bar was OK. Ice cream was OK. Felt the value for money was zero. The menu is designed as such so however you order, the bill would be excessively high. Pizza express is similar cost but exceptional service, nice plates, nice cutlery and clean facilities. Our table was uneven too. Before we arrived we wandered why it had been so long since we visited? Left feeling very clear on why it had been so long! Such a shame, location is so good.

A little bit of quality grandad/granddaughter time. Her destination of choice for a dessert and drink. We were looked after by a super-friendly and hospitable lady who even brought an extra spoon for me to 'help out' with my granddaughter's hot choc brownie and ice cream! A nice to chill out; with a view of the river as a cathartic bonus.

I was pleased with the experience we had here. The welcome we received was good. We ordered thorough the website, which was quick and easy. If you have a taste card, you can put your number straight in. Food came quickly and was hot and well cooked. The restaurant was clean and tidy with not a bad view looking over a stream. Definitely one of the nicer restaurants in the chain .

Don't bother with anything other than JUST pizza. The pizzas were delicious and flavoursome. The starters looked like they came straight out of a freezer. It was the start of the peak dinner service on a Sat evening and the salad bar was bare with a couple of empty pots. There were no oils available and if you were lucky you could scrape out the container if you fancied a dressing on your salad. We ordered chicken bites, fries and loaded spicy cheesy bites for starters. Chicken bites were dry and lacked any taste, the portion size of fries seemed like a cruel joke and were burnt at the tips which gave an impression they were oven fried and not deep fried. Cheesy bites were ok. The restaurant was neat and clean and the staff were courteous and polite despite being busy. Overall only the pizza hit the spot.

I think all Pizza Huts are going down hill. They clearly are focusing on Takeaway. No longer taking cash, have to order on an app. Range of sauces has reduced. It like they are slowly running the place in to the ground and i don't mean at a local level, we visit pizza huts all over the country. Will we go again? Yes but less and less and I think that's the same for many customers.

The incredible service, friendly demeanour, attentiveness, generous portions along with great value for money. The staff went absolutely above and beyond and I wish I hadn't already paid for my meal as in hindsight I wished I had been able to tip more. The best pizza hut I've had the pleasure of visiting. We were on table 4 and seen to by a blonde girl and a man in a shirt (manager?) both were exceptional to us. Happy new year.

The staff were very accomodating and even when baby dropped our onion rings , they replaced it free of charge. The food was tasty and has enormously improved since I last went to a pizza hut. Will definitely be going back!

Pretty much everything to be honest. Food was piping hot (where applicable) and arrived promptly at a time when the restaurant was extremely busy, and the staff found time to make sure I was looked after when under what I felt was considerable pressure. I will be back
