Treaty Pie in Liverpool

I went to treaty pie and got a old school cake i got home I an furious I got a cookie with sprinkles and icing this was for my poor mother who has been in excruciating pain and I wanted to treat her the only treat we got was disappointment

Ordered 2 milkshakes online and only once payment was taken did the delivery time show which was between 90 - 120 mins. We waited an hour before we called to check the progress of the order. We were then told that it would be with us within the hour, meaning we would have to possibly wait up to another hour. When we called back to cancel they didn’t seem even remotely bothered or apologetic for the long wait and happily cancelled it without any attempt to keep our business. We could have ordered midnight delivery on Uber for half the time. Won’t even consider ordering again due to this terrible experience.

Never order from here but will be ordering again the Buenos cheesecake jar is amazing, nutella milk bottle shake amazing and the Ferrero cookie pie amazing... and it did cost a bomb really reasonable prices.

Amazing food milkshake are unreal

We order from here quite a lot, mostly later at night and it never disappoints, always nice and fresh and the best around and I Would never use anywhere else for desert delivery. 10/10 every time. Also, could you guys do an Oreo cheesecake jar ❤️😉

love this place but miss the old menu from years ago the variety was better and offers on cake.. 4 for i think it was £12

I order my deliver at 7:55 and it’s 22:41 and I am still waiting I have rang and they told me they would ring me back with details and I am still waiting

Amazing melt in mouth desserts! I'm a massive sweet tooth, so I've experienced many cakes/sweets/etc all over the world and treaty pie are genuinely one of the best. Even better that all of the staff are so polite and willing to go the extra mile for you. A great local business the Merseyside area should be immensely proud of!

Best dessert place around. We buy from them once a month minimum. Even used them for my brothers wedding! Would highly recommend to anyone. The staff who work here are friendly and helpful.

Owner is a gentleman. Not very often you get honest price cakes and shakes these days but treaty pie stays true to its roots. Outshines the rest of the local competition.

Ordered two cakes for my wedding day, delivered to the venue and wow! They did not disappoint. Absolutely delicious. All the guests were raving about them as well!! They looked amazing and tasted even better!! I’d leave more stars if I could. Fantastic service.

Such a great place for any of your dessert needs! Personally a big fan of the milkshakes and create your own waffles... so many options for toppings! Can't go wrong with a slice of the OG school cake either!

I love treaty pie but the delivery takes way too long every time I order it’s at least an hour before I receive my order. Even when I decide to order earlier it takes so long. I’d love to keep ordering from here but it’s putting me off now the amount of time I always have to wait.

Ordered as a treat for me and my partner. Ordering was straight forward online as was payment. Then I picked it up at the specified time and my order was ready as promised really top marks for professional friendly service. When it comes to the food I can say with 100% confidence THE PICTURES DO NOT DO THEM JUSTICE. Absolutely divine we both agreed. We will most definitely be back and so should you

My partner ordered me the Mother’s Day box & I was blown away by how much effort had gone into the box. There was a mix of flavours which is always nice, the cake pops were amazing as were the brownies & cupcakes, the large cake was gorgeous. I honestly cannot fault any of it, sometimes when bakes look so good they lack in taste but it wasn’t the case atall with these treats. They tasted just as good as they looked. Highly recommend

We wanted to order from a local business and get delivery. Delivery took what we thought was a while and we did need to acknowledge the sink hole roadworks. The Deserts came and were well worth any wait. The cheesecake jar s were delicious from start to finish as was the waffle. We will be ordering again very soon x

I ordered twice a few months ago and the second time, i had a phone call saying i hadnt met the minimum order so had to either buy something else on top (which i did) or come to pick it up. Person on the phone was somewhat friendly but the website i ordered from should not have accepted the order if the minimum order was not met. Found that somewhat rude

Best dessert place there is, always order from here. Now I’ve moved to Prescot and can’t order anymore, very sad.

Good quality shakes and cakes , ice cream but really slow delivery ordered it at 7:10 and got it and 9:05 and it said delivery time 45-60 minutes wouldn’t mind getting it at 8:10

Great shakes and the cheesecake jars are amazing. A unique twist on a classic desert. The website is a little fiddly having to always resort to the menu to swap category to order, but nothing too difficult. Have to applaud the low stock count on items though so you know how many are left, and shows the popularity of items! Prices are reasonable for the quality you get. Also have a range of rotating treats and specials available. A firm favourite of our household and guests. Definitely recommend this place!

Bought this and a rainbow cake, the rainbow cake was devoured before I managed to get a photo of it 😂 The rainbow cake is a bargain for the size you get for it! Both equally delicious and well recommended, 3rd time ordering here, never a problem and cheap delivery!

Tried basically the whole menu across lockdown - cookie dough, cookie dough pie, rainbow cake, cheesecake, salted caramel cake and all absolutely gorgeous. The white fudge sauce is sooo silky. Tip: I order a hot dessert to eat that night and another for the next night 🐷

Ordered a delivery and it was definitely worth the wait. You absolutely cannot go wrong with the milkshakes from here they were lovely and thick, also ordered a bubble slush and could not reccomend more especially if you enjoy the bubble balls you get loads! The brownies are very big so theres no need to worry about the portions being small, will definitely be ordering from here again!

Ordered a treat for me and my little sister, it was there within 60 minutes! Even in a lockdown. The food was delicious. The Make your own milkshakes are perfect, the right amount of thickness and full of flavour! I recommend chocolate orange and cookie dough!!

Great food, amazing service and lovely staff

We have just had a delivery from treaty pie, staff friendly...however we found are waffles to be very dry and hardly much taste to them. But delivery did arrive on the time they told us. Thanks

Wirral, Empty shop ordered 2x shakes, ten minutes later realised they didn't have the stuff to do order, and only thought we ordered one, next door make a pizza quicker than a milk shake, can't give no stars, top service!

Treaty pie. Negatives first... It's difficult to find the shop as the postcode isn't adequate for the location, and the shop is out of sight on a small retail/warehouse complex. There is not adequate signage, with almost unreadable signs on the main road stating who is retailing. We asked a local who gave a better description and we found the shop after 5mins of driving around. Ok, so there is every opportunity to fix those issues so onto the bits you are interested in. The shakes, cakes, and jars of sweet goodness. They are really nice! We bought 2 different custom shakes and 2 different jars of flavoured cheesecake. Kinder Bueno cheese cake... Gorgeous! So tasty!! Enough to share for 2 people as a desert. Same goes for the cadbury caramel cheesecake, just delightful. But us too much for one person, but worth the money for sure! The shakes were also very tasty, but had a taste of either cucumber or watermelon in every other sip. Which was a little off putting. But i must state that everything was still very nice. A very tasty selection, lots of choice. Great service and looks like it's a busy service when we collected the deserts. Everyone was wearing protective gloves and hair nets, which was great to see. And the suggestion to improve the Google search was accepted by the managers at the back of the building, who seemed open to suggestions for improvement. Will definitely be going back for more!

You get a full waffle and not just a quarter of one, unlike some of the other dessert companies.. the brownies and milkshakes are always delicious and the school cake is a particular favourite.

i ordered two waffles and i was expecting them to be really nice by the reviews but the delivery was 2 hours late,the waffles were tiny and even raw! now i know for a fact that im never ordering there again

The shakes were good and the staff were polite but the woman that served us smelled really bad of cigarettes which was the only thing that put me off abit but she was very friendly.

DO NOT BUY FROM HEAR unless you want nicotine all over your food. Very unhygienic place. Watched the girl in there making my desert and after she had just been smoking outside I assumed she would wash her hands she never! And the language out of her was disgusting. Slagging of the customers to one another I have never came across behaviour in a business like this in my lifetime. Really dissapointed I can't seem to reply to your response but what you have replied saying is not what I expected from a professional. And its pretty clear from your bad reviews I have seen that you don't value the opinion of your customers and you are clearly not willing to put a stop to your bad mannered staff so good luck for your business that's alls I have to say. Haha this is absurd!! I have never shouted abuse at any owner or any member of staff. I have a copy of that email that I will copy and paste you are telling lies! This place is amazing! they were a massive help in organizing cakes for a baby shower that was for 25 people on such short notice and they all went down a storm!!!!! All of the people who had either a slice of the big cake or had a mini cake jar LOVED them. The Mum-to-be was chuffed that Treaty Pie created a cake for her that had all of her personal favourites in there! The staff were helpful aswell, Jordan in particular, give instructions on how to store the cakes and also a guide on how to cut them properly. WOULD MASSIVELY RECOMMEND. Thank you for making a great day even better.

Not normally one for a review but had to share my recent experience with this shop. My friend recommended Treaty Pie so called in to order cakes for my daughters birthday party. The manager and the young girl were so helpful and give me loads of re-assurance for my daughters friend's allergy. Also she give me some amazing idea's for princess cakes that I've not seen anywhere else. I took some cakes away with and they were absolutely gorgeous. To have the taste aswell as such creative designs is amazing. I can not to see my daughters face !!!!!!!!! xxx

Afternoon delight! Some of the best desserts I’ve ever had, especially the cheesecake jars (and I’ve got to say I’musually not a lover of cheesecake but the were honestly incredible). Grateful to have somewhere like this right on my doorstep in Liverpool 👍🏾

We love to order from Cake shops around Liverpool and this is the best one by far. My partner is Vegan and says the cakes and shakes are amazing. If you's ever read this thanks to the girls in the shop for always being friendly and polite and getting our order to us on time !

If there's a dessert heaven, it must taste like the desserts we got from Treaty Pie. The staff were warm and friendly and dealt with my questions and indecision with smiles and laughter. It's going to be bad for my diet, but we're going back again soon.

Do not go here if you are vegan! Just been in for a vegan shake and caught the girl using normal dairy ice cream and when she clocked me looking she when to the other worker who then approached me in the car and said I'm so sorry we are out of vegan ice cream! Absolutely disgusting! I am going to report this place.
