Treats in Bristol, City of

This was how our food arrived, this isn’t the first time this has happened when ordering from treats.

I got a Waffle, ice-cream and a milkshake. It is all amazing food like oh my god it's so nice. The waffle was nice and soft with a little crunch which was perfect, the fruit was perfect on it. The ice-cream was not even melted! The milkshake was really good and wasn't too sweet but when it was delivered it was spilt in the bag a bit since there was a hole in the lid, not much spilt out so it wasn't a huge issue. I highly recommend getting stuff here, it's so nice and satisfied my craving for something sweet late at night.

Absolute gorgeous food .. never had chicken cooked so nicely and steaming hot when delivered .. perfect in every way.. waffles are amazing too .....this place is bloody amazing.. fast delivery... Great team well done guys your smashing it

Treats is nice but they've put their prices up and it's ridiculously expensive. £10 for cookie dough is a joke. I won't be ordering from here ever again.

Ordered online burger( that was delicious) and a milkshake . Sadly it was not sealed with clingfilm or anything like that so was thrown about when being delivered and spilt everywhere :(

Me and my friend was looking forward to trying this place. A catch up and dessert. Firstly a slight struggle to get a buggy through the door but did it. No customer greeting like a simple "Hello" had to look for the menu, there were none on the table. Ordered our desserts and like others have said, they then told us that they only take cash, ( as a suggestion maybe put a note by the till and the entrance as this will save any embarrassment). Although we ordered both desserts at the same time only one came out and then had to wait about 5mins for the other one to come out. Customer services need addressing, as we said thank you, goodbye and no response. Manners cost nothing. I'll leave on a positive note, we liked the desserts.

Got in there to eat with some friends bare in mind we aren't a bad group just out was about to go to a club but it was closed so we went to treats for some food but got in there for them to say you can't be in here in a big group because your teens after I specified we weren't a bad group we were just out to eat as we were tired, cold, hungry and thirsty. I am horribly disappointed how they can openly criticise us for being a bad group just because we are teens I understand some teens are aggressive and horrid but who are the treats staff to judge a group that came in peacefully laughing and talking wanting to warm up and eat. I don't have any photos as it was all done but words but I feel they shouldn't be able to judge us as we are teens. (Not everyone is bad!!!)

Ordered pizzas online, wasn't expecting to recieve a square foot of pizza, but of course I was pleasantly surprised! The garlic mayo is also 95% garlic, which is fantastic. Also arrived half an hour early, a Brucie bonus.

Decent amount of fresh and tasty food at affordable price. Good idea with square pizzas. Ingredients were fresh and order took only 10 mins to arrive at the counter. Will be going back.

You wood think you wood get fresh cakes but you serve them stell! I ordered 2 Hot choclates and got 2 Coffee 🤣 i do not no what happend to you guys but you gone down hill the last 5 orders ive had have been rank. Only thing i can rate is the delivery time. Never buying your skanky food again! Selling cakes that have been on display for over a week shame i can give you zero star
