Excellent COVID precautions appalling service for breakfast today. Waited over half an hour from order to plate. Staff visibly arguing, chef moaning and gesticulating to himself. Not a good experience at all and made me late

I visited with family for a meal as part of a Birthday celebration. It was busy, I expect even more so due to eat out to help out. All social distancing and hygiene regulations were adhered to, with a hand sanitizer station positioned near the seating area. Emilia was not our waitress but she made herself available to our table as she walked past helping out with our order. She provided an efficient service, promptly replenishing drinks and asking if we needed anything else.The highlight of the evening is when I asked if there was any way I could take my meal home with me as I could not finish it. I was told by another member of staff that there were no take out boxes or foil, so they couldn’t help me. Emilia stepped in to help and not only provided foil, but wrapped the whole dish in foil so I could take the meal home on a plate.Her customer service,and attention to detail is amazing. She is A real credit to the team!

We went on Thursday 27th August early evening 6.30pm. It was not very busy at all, we waited 10 minutes for someone to come and seat us which was Veselin. She was dressed very informal in skin tight jeans and a pale blue shirt. No name badge, nothing to say that she was a staff member. Firstly she apologised that we had waited so long and then said that she was on her own. Sat us at a table and said that she would be back. 15 minutes later she came back to ask us what drinks we wanted, we ordered drinks & food. As we had waited so long. Again she told us that she was on her own. We ordered a bottle of red wine, lemonade, 2 x Ribeye steaks (medium rare) & onion rings. Well, when they eventually arrived was it worth it, noooo. The plates were cold, the chips were tepid, tomato uncooked, steak cooked medium!!! Everything started to congeal on the plate halfway through the meal. As it all went cold.... There was nobody to ask regarding our meal, it was all very disappointing and longwinded,for no reason at all. More so to say that our server told us at least 4 times, that she was on her own sorry, but that is not my problem. Our meal was not discounted in anyway. Would we go again - No. Would we recommend it - No.Soooo very disappointing

Had a fantastic visit with my family, Lisa was very friendly at the front and explained the COVID rules whilst we where taken to a table. The waiter was fast efficient and served with a smile. Steak cooked perfectly and left with a cheery farewell. Will be back soon :)

My wife and me used to visit this Beefeater regularly - at one time we visited 3 or 4 times a month. But quality and service went down and eventually we stopped visiting this venue altogether. But last week, we thought we would try it once again to see how things are now. We went on a Thursday as we suspected earlier in the week would be busy due to the Eat Out to Help Out promotion.It was certainly quiet - there was only one other table occupied!! Probably as a consequence of that, we received better attention than we might have done otherwise, and nothing was rushed.Our server was most helpful and courteous. Our food was prepared and served in good time, and we both enjoyed our meals. I had a fillet steak and it was cooked exactly to my liking.Despite the apparent lack of patrons even though our visit was at lunchtime, we had to wait a while for a host, who then could not trace our booking. Fortunately, I had printed out a copy of our booking confirmation and had it with me!Although this visit was definitely an improvement on our last few visits, it was certainly an improvement. This may have been because it was so quiet when we visited.

Me and my Partner went here for a lunch 2 times in the last 2 weeks the food was really nice. The waitress who serves us was so lovely and made us feel very welcome. She was a very happy person and she checked on us to make sure our food was ok and if we wanted extra sauce etc. I’d Personally like to thank Mary for being our waitress. We can’t wait to return and hopefully she will be our waitress again :)

Monday night very busy with incentive .we were greeted by a lovely lady Lisa at the door we were shown to a table and Mary our waitress was extremely attentive.we ordered three fillet steaks and a burger everything was cooked perfectly hot and well presented.So thanks for a lovely evening will be back soon

We been for a drink in this restaurant before but we never try the food, so this time we said let’s try some food and honestly the food was amazing we all did have steaks and was one of the best steaks I we had in a steakhouse! Definitely I recommend and we will come back!

We visited this Beefeater restaurant last week. It's upstairs to the back of large pub with hardly any windows.The lady that served us was really lovely hence the 1 star.Beefeater the quality of your food has gotten worse and worse, which is a real shame. I ordered grilled chicken breast with bacon and cheese and double cooked chips. It was cheap chicken which didnt taste like chicken and ordinary cooked chips, all for £14.The lack of people in the restaurant at 6pm on a Monday with the government 50% off should have been my warning.Whitbread you need to improve the food quality for the prices you are charging.

Always good value, and with the above scheme its an offer not to be missed. Great service, fantastic food in pleasant surroundings. A lot of work has gone in to making it COVID safe, tables well spaced out, hand sanitiser on entry. My fish and chips was delicious followed by a Churros Chocolate Sundae, what more could you ask for.

So relieved that they are open again, happy to see the outside seating has improved alot brighter. Team was excellent as usual very in control considering the circumstances. A limited menu but the food is a higher quality. Excellent!!!

Went here with a few friends the lady seating was so friendly and explained everything they are doing with regards to Covid. Lisa was her name. We were served by Mary and again her service was fantastic. The Menu is smaller but the food was cooked to perfection. If you are looking for a safe place with great food and service this is the place to go in Harrow.

Beefeater has always been a favourite of mine especially the one in Kenton road. It was good to see them open again and to see Lisa smiley face. The staff seem to have this Covid under control all seemed to know what they were doing. Not on top of each other like Wetherspoons. The food was of the usual standard. Thank you I look forward to returning.

Went here with my boyfriend and his family, does lovely food with good portion sizes, staff could be friendlier as gave some looks when the younger children were being louder but altogether lovely place with lovely food!

My family were stopping in the adjourning premier inn, we went into the Beefeater at around 10am and had a round of drinks. Being a Sunday night the the bar was quiet and we could see this from our seats. Around 10.50pm a bar tender walked past our seat and said the bars closed please leave, our group asked when last orders had been called, the bar tender stated he had been too busy to call this!! I went and questioned this with another member of staff when a manager came over claiming she was on the phone and walked away, whilst talking to the bartender the manager just then went and stood behind a till, I walked past and questioned when why as a manager she had left an employee to deal with a complaint, she then claimed she was on the phone to the police, but again walked off when she had no answer to provide us, other than the bar was busy! Terrible customer service from the “manager” in charge

The ribs there were amazing!! The young waitress I didn’t catch her name was fantastic couldn’t do enough for us and recommend the ribs and how right she was. Refill chips as well can not go wrong. The manager Lisa was great come and asked how my meal was.

Unfortunately I have been to this restaurant a few times over the past few years, all for special family occasions. Every time I have been, we have always had poor service (normally wait a long time to get served, attitude of staff is rude and not polite and last time they forgot to write down everyone's orders and so got them wrong), food is served at best lukewarm plus the cutlery is often dirty. Been to many beefeaters before but this is the worst one yet. Definitely do not recommend for a meal out, especially for special occasions!

There did not seem to be enough staff for Sunday lunch. We waited a long time for our orders to be taken and again for it to appear.

Reheated crap. My partners food arrived not even luke warm and it was chicken of all things. The server brought it back to the kitchen where the "chef" laughed when told the food was cold. My food was barely passable, the chicken melt was ok but anything else that came with it was crap. I am from Northern Ireland and realise we have a strong accent. That is no excuse though for one of the barmen to look at me like I had just dropped out of a dead cows ass at the third time of asking for a pint of Guinness. The food at best is below average, at worst it's rotten and dangerous. Ah yes, I almost forgot. My partner asked one of the servers for some vinegar. This simple request seemed to swamp the fellas mental capacity and motor function skills. He said they only had one bottle of vinegar. One bottle, for the entire restaurant. That was at another table. We thought he had went off to ask if the other patrons had finished with it, nope. He just buggered off. Which was especially nice when after we finished with the food we found a bar at the back of the restaurant. Almost every table in the bar has a bottle of vinegar on it. Just in case I haven't been clear, the food is crap and the staff aren't much better.

This was my first visit to this Beefeater, though my partner had visited before. The layout was easy to negotiate and the facilities were easy to find. The restaurant area was seperate from the bar, but food could be eaten in the bar area as well. The waiter was very friendly, polite, attentive and looked after us well. The menu was comprehensive and varied, but some choices were unavailable when we visited (3rd January) as some items had not yet been resupplied to the venue, probably due to the Christmas and New Year break. This was a little dissapointing. However I must stress that my second choice from the menus was excellent (mixed grill). The food was cooked perfectly and the plate was not too overloaded to be off-putting. My partner had the fillet steak and enjoyed that too. Overall this is somewhere that I would visit again.

We came for breakfast after staying at the Premier Inn and we really regretted it. The staff were very friendly but boy were they under-staffed. No one greeted us when we arrived, no one gave us menus and no one took our order. Coffee and Tea were empty and bread had run out. We were presented a bill, which we had already paid. When we chased down staff, the food took ages but when it finally did arrive it was decent. Shame as the staff were trying hard.

Had a fantastic time here! They had a disco and it was fun and they had a small but great crowed in. I would definitely recommend going here there was no entry charge and was just great for all ages! Thanks everyone.

Brought my whole family to the travellers rest for a meal. The food was amazing and the waitress Emily was just lovely. All my family enjoyed it and we will be back.

So, so very sad that this once fine pub has descended in to a cold sad and lack-lustre eatery/ pub. I grew up and live in the area and I really want this place to do well so please buck your ideas up or you will close. Over priced drinks, err if you had any! No London Pride, no Doombar, no Tetley Creamflow (yuk anyway) and no Guiness so actually not one single pint of ale of any sort got poured last night. The staff are nice enough but no one knew how to tap the beer. No wonder on the Friday night before Christmas when most pubs are screaming busy and barely have standing room only, at the Travellers Rest you could hear a pin drop it was so quiet.We were in the back room for a private Christmas function. The room is nice enough but with one very small electric heater in the corner, it was so cold we sat with our coats on until we collectively generated enough heat to remove them.Christmas menu was good but the food did not match it and was average at best. Sirloin steak that was 8mm thick and never was 8oz unless the weight included a significant amount of packaging. Nothing like the pictures on the Beefeater website. 2 'Posh Prawn Cocktails arrived. Tasted reasonable but one was very much smaller than the other so consistency is an issue too.The so called 'warm bread' that had been toasted was cold and served with the tiniest bit of pate for my starter. Overall.....School report; HAS GREAT POTENTIAL, MUST DO BETTER.....MUCH BETTER!

Room quite cold and lacking in atmosphere, food was average fish was not properly cooked crisp on the outside but quite slimy on the inside. Staff were very pleasant. Will not use again.

A very good value for money Christmas dinner was enjoyed with around 50 friends. The staff coped well with taking the orders and delivering hot and tasty food. The salmon with pea risotto was good and made a welcome change from turkey. A fun evening at a good venue.

We stay at the premier inn next door to this beefeater, and have always had our 1st meal in London here. So when my hubby saw fillet steak matured for 28 days and 12oz his mouth started to water at the thought. I ordered the same and we both asked for medium rare however the both steaks came out rare and my husband could not even get a knife through his for all the grizzle. In fact he said if a lion tried to rip this with his claws it could’nt be done. The waiting staff were very nice and offered us replacement meals but after the incident neither of us would want another steak that was going to be just the same. They did take the steaks off the bill after i had a word with manager on duty but for £25 you expect to have proper fillet steak not a chunk of grizzle. Also chef needs to learn how to cook steak to customers liking as medium rare does not come out freezing cold and raw. Shame as we have always liked eating here.

I have been visiting this restaurant for 40 years and it's not as good as it used to be. However it is still worth a visit if you look for a decent meal at a reasonable cost. I had the chicken wings with the piri piri sauce to start and the fillet steak for mains which was quite nice. I was disappointed that one of the cask ales was off and when I had a pint of the other cask ale it was like vinegar but managed to swap it for a bottle ale. The saving grace is the staff we had our usual waitress who is always friendly and attentive.

Visited with family and our waitress Mary could not have been more attentive. She was the only one on duty and kept calm and professional the whole time with all the tables.Food was good although the strawberry yoghurt cheesecake had a much thicker base than the actual topping which wasn’t very nice, we chose from the saver menu and portions were large. Clean and nicely decorated. I would definitely come again.

We visited this venue one Saturday morning before an appointment. Needed to refuel as had a long journey to our destination. Unfortunately found the breakfast to be of very poor quality. Portions were ample ie., continental breakfast, but it was quite stale. The fruit salad looked dry and not fresh looking at all. The other member of my family had a full breakfast which was so oily it was literally swimming in it. The bacon was overcooked the sausages were sitting under a hot plate for so long they were dry. The whole experience of dining in this restaurant was horrible. We were literally thrown into our seats and the customer service was definitely lacking. We weren’t asked at any point whether we were happy with a meal. I have been to quite a few Beefeaters around the country and have never, ever experienced anything like it. I wouldn’t go back because it’s not near where I live. But I would definitely would not recommend this venue. It needs to be definitely cleaned up because there was remanence of the meal the night before on the floors in different parts of the restaurant which made us feel quite sick avoid at all costs.

We went for my sons 11th birthday and we had a wonderful time, the staff couldn’t do enough for us and even the manager made an effort to come over and wish my son a happy birthday.The food was fantastic and we will definitely be returning.

Had an absoulte fantastic dinner at the Travelers Rest. We were welcomed by happy faces and was given exceptional service. The manager Lisa went above and beyond for our party. Will definitely be coming back and would recommend to anyone.

A disappointing visit to this beefeater for breakfast. Firstly an issue with the barrier to get in the car park so had to park on the street, no problem fortunately. The main issue was the lack of food items. The staff were not able to replenish items quick enough despite it not being so busy. So you either had a choice of eating a few bits at a time or waiting for new stuff to be brought out so you can eat a ‘full English’. It wasn’t just the hot food, took a long time for the bread and pastries to be restocked also. The food quality was generally ok but not acceptable to have such little choice at one time.

Was pleasantly surprised at how good the service was there was quite a bit to choose from including cereals and pastries and full English breakfast The staff were very helpful and friendly it was a very pleasant experience and so decided to go and try and evening meal with some friends we were not disappointed Will definitely be back again

This place typifies just what’s all wrong in the catering industry in the U.K. You know as soon as you walk in that it’s not going to be great, as it’s bereft of any charm or atmosphere. The menu is far too expensive for what’s on offer and when the food does come, you get exactly what your’ initial feeling warned you about. Even the chips were rubbish. The staff, whilst not rude were inattentive and look like they’re as disillusioned with the place as the customers.You’ve got more chance of warmth and hospitality in an unpopulated part of Greenland than you do in here.And it’s worth noting that no manager takes the time to reply to the reviews on this site. Perhaps they’ve given up too.

We stayed next door to this and we were very plesently suprised at the standard of food here and a bargin too ,mon to thurs special offers on 3 course meal and we thought with such an offer portions would be small ......wrong !massive! !! Steak cooked to perfection and all had it different ways brilliant

Have only eaten breakfast here, but the food was hot and very tasty. Very good value for money. You can help yourself to as much fruit, yogurt, pastries, toast and cereal as you wish.

Such a shame... visited one warm Saturday lunchtime and wanted to have a meal and drinks outside. Use other local Beefeaters and can set up a tab by pre authorising a card - never a problem. Asked if we could do the same here by pre-authorising a card and was told they don't do it at this restaurant by the Duty Manager. We decided to eat inside and I asked to speak to the Duty Manager. I asked why local restaurants offer that facility and this one doesn't. Was told it was a decision by the Area Manager because too many people had walked off without paying. I explained that surely if a card was pre-authorised they had the details and therefore could charge appropriately, after all, that's the purpose of pre-authorisation. I said its a shame the actions of some penalise others and the Duty Manager replied 'well in life we are all penalised by the actions of others'! I Understand the reasoning I guess and the explanation but there was one word missing... 'Sorry'. Had the response been more engaging and including an apology I would have been more satisfied. However, the service from the server and the quality of the food was good in the end. Just a shame the Duty Manager didn't have the same qualities.

With being Gluten free most times when I entered the restaurant and asked for the gluten free menu the staff had to go off and find it why they can't be left with all the other menus is a wonder. The staff were great but just felt I was a burden and didn't seem welcoming to some one that has dietary requirements.

So Sunday morning we decided to have breakfast family of 8 .. no big deal right Wrong asked if they had anything for a table for 8 the later said “not really “ Very rude anyways she then asked us all to pay before we ate and then left us didn’t bother to get us a table ! So we found our own !!The breakfast considering you pay £9 was pathetic the size of the breakfast area was a joke !!! Had hardly any food so there was a big que of about 40 ppl waiting for them to replace food . Bad service bad attitude don’t bother with breakfast here at all !!!!!

Frequently attend here with my family due to the great food. The staff are always extremely friendly and accomodating, especially as some members of my family are visually impaired and have hearing problems. The 40% discount is always great, but is a bit pricey without the discount. But overall, lovely food, good atmosphere and great service.

All went well till our last drink order. 2 came wrong. When we came to pay, we were taken to the bar, whereupon our waitress died what we were doing. There was problems between staff. We felt extremely uncomfortable.The following night we were told that all wad booked and we would need to wait. We left only to return shortly. We were completely ignored. Eventually left and managed to get a pizza at a closebuy chicken shop. Wouldn't go there. Obviously got staff issues.

Just had a fantastic meal served by Mary W. Great service, great hospitality. Couldn't have wanted more for a lunchtime meal... thank you...

Had an early dinner which was delicious and good value. We ate in the bar as the restaurant was busy and there was only 1 waitress and the manager Nicole, working. We were served quickly and efficiently. Nicole deserves a mention for her efficiency and calm professional manner when working in a very busy restaurant and bar.

if Norman Bates of Psycho fame had decided to move into the pub business instead of running his mom's motel, he might well have come up with something like this. It seems that this place has not been redecorated etc for perhaps about 30 years. The colour scheme and general decor is grim . Also, the woman who seved at the bar declined to serve me even though the clock had barely struck 11 pm , so keen was she to finish and go home. Bearing in mind the depressing work environment, who can blame her ? I displayed poor judgement by taking my wife there for a drink on a Sunday lunchtime; her cappuccino was so lukewarm she had to return it. But at least they served the San Miguel at the correct tempearature and in its proper glass. We were only visiting but actually I feel sorry for those who live in the area to whom this is their 'local'.

Visited on my way home from work. Had a delicious sirloin steak & chips. Steak was rarer than the medium I had requested but I did enjoy it - knife glided through like gliding through butter. Restaurant filled up very quickly & the waitress was clearly overworked as the restaurant was clearly understaffed.Ordered a chocolate brownie & pot of tea for dessert. Pot of tea arrived & I started to drink, believing the brownie would arrive shortly. 30 minutes later, having drank the whole pot of tea, I decided the brownie obviously wasn’t coming and requested the bill. After leaving my bill on my table, the waitress informed me my brownie was on the way & seemed put out when I said I no longer wanted it as I’d long finished the tea I’d ordered to drink with it.The slow service was a real shame as the dinner was good. I don’t blame the poor waitress but the management for not ensuring there were enough staff to cope with the amount of customers.

I have been here before and I can honestly say this is not my first, second or third choice of place to eat however when working from home and you need a place for lunch that’s within minutes to home this was the only option. I must say I didn’t leave disappointed on this occasion. We sat in the bar area to eat which was a nicer ambience than the restaurant. We had the battered haddock and chips deal which was good. I actually really liked the chips which I find can be hit and miss in these types of places. The fish was even good too. Well cooked and not too oily. I’d come back for a fish and chip lunch, although knowing my luck it will be a different chef and a far worse experience. Not sure I’d actually try anything else on the menu - but I must admit the pictures do look great! My mum had the macaroni and said how good it was too

EXTREMELY POOR experience in the Beefeater restaurant with which all hotel guests are expected to have breakfast. We unfortunately had to have four breakfasts there during our stay and found the attitude of the staff to be very discourteous and unhelpful and down-right rude. We also witnessed several instances of this rudeness to other customers as well as ourselves.For example, on the first day that we arrived for breakfast we had not pre-booked it with the hotel room. This meant that we were not on the list and we realised that we could pay after eating (as we have done many times at different Premier Inn hotels across the country). The lady serving breakfast made it very apparent that she did not like this and repeatedly and quite aggressively told us that our name was on the list. Eventually she allowed us to eat after some protest, but when my wife got up to go to the toilet she came running after her telling her she had to pay for breakfast. This was despite the fact that I was still seated eating and my wife still had food at the table. Clearly we were not attempting to leave without paying!

Stayed in the premier inn which is attached for a month or so Every time I’ve came in to the pub the staff are friendly and welcoming Food is very nice every single meal we have had hence, why I’ve kept booking the same hotel Will definitely keep booking and coming back A really nice place 5 stars

We visited as a group of 5 and when we asked for a table we were met with a scowl as we hadn’t booked. The food was poor to average - the chicken came with a white wine and garlic sauce which was so strong it was inedible. Overall it was poor and non of us would head back!

Hell kitchen needs to help out here!!! restaurant was barely half full. Was told it would be 20 minutes before we could order as the system couldn't handle any more orders. Returned to the bar 25 mins minutes later, to be told it would be another 15 to 20 mins. I would of left but had a meal deal from the local premier Inn. I work away alot and stay in Premier Inn frequently. This has to be the worse service and meal plates are still waiting to be collected 30 mins after meal.. I left without my prepaid pudding due to it being closer to breakfast time. Save some life eat else where..

The food was appalling, meal was burnt and the meat was tough.Service was not good had to look for someone to service drinks at bar.Had to look for waitress service in the restaurant. Although restaurant was very quiet.The whole experience was not good. Resturant has had it hay day.Will not be going back

The lady serving us had no sense of humour at all, just looked she wanted to go home already. Took our order wrong, was told after I had ordered a sirloin steak, paid, and then was told there was non left. Had to go with another which was couple quid less, wasn't even offered a refund. Was not offered cutleries. Steak was cold. Lady was screaming everyone to get out when it was closing time. Would totally avoid.

Even for just drinks this place has gone downhill over the years. Surprised they call last orders at 10.30pm on a Friday night! They need all the custom they can get. No customer service skills from the staff.

The Premier Inn is fine and does what it does but The Beefeater Restaurant was appalling! No staff, barely any food, no order taken for food or drink, stacks of dirty crockery on every table and surface. I to go behind the bar to find any clean glasses and we ate what little food was available and left without anyone asking or checking what room we were in. Just glad I didn't pre-order my breakfast. I will not be using their restaurants ever again!!

Recently we stayed at the Harrow Premier Inn and decided to try the buffet breakfast on offer. For each adult, it costs just under £10 and children eat free. We paid for both the English breakfast and continental breakfast buffet. We were the first customers to arrive at the restaurant and the English breakfast on offer was very good. The continental breakfast offerings were okay. I was a little disappointed with the hot beverages, as they were kept warm in flasks. Overall, good service and reasonable value for money but the coffee and tea service could be improved.

I went here 3 or 4 times from Jan this year and it was fine, on one occasion the food was a little dried out but still okay. Went here on Mother's day and will never go back. When the food arrived at the table I picked up the cutlery and it had other people's food still stuck to it but backed on and dried out so went for the next set and that was worse, the lumps of white stuff at the back of the cutlery was so bad it stuck to the napkin. I couldn't find our waitress so I asked another for another two sets of cutlery, she asked where we were sitting and went off. After about 10 minutes I found our waitress and explained we were still waiting for the cutlery and how bad the service is. By the time we actually got clean cutlery our food was cold but due to having to go to work I could not wait for food to be cooked again. Upon getting the bill three deserts were added totalling over £17.00 when we had not even asked for desert. If you are brave enough to go here, check the receipt!

We were a party of 9 people out for a birthday firstly we were told we could not be fitted in despite the restaurant being empty eventually they found us a table staff were rude 2 fillet steaks were burnt then had to be sent back Food was awful so was service

Unable to comment on the food as we didn't get that far, waited 10 mins to be seated, asked for a kids menu twice and still waiting 20 mins later in the meantime, a couple next to us waited 40 mins for there starter (she could actually see it sitting on the counter), another couple opposite complaining about there meal came out cold and a table of 10 were just about to leave too, 30 mins in and we decided to cut our losses and go to the takeaway a few doors down, poor staff and management,

Service was beyond slow.Staff were rude and disinterested especially the manager.The couple next to us waited over 45 mins to be served.Staff just walked past and refused to make eye contact.Tables weren't cleared.Customers were constantly walking up to the till trying to get served.I have never been to such a badly run beefeater.For a well known company they should be embarassed about this restaurant.

By far the worst experience at a premier Inn restaurant I have ever had. We sat in the restaurant, the service was ludicrously slow, to the extent that we collected our own beer from the bar as we watched it sat there for 15 minutes with no waitress seeming to feel the need to bring it over. The steak was meant to be rare but this was on a whole new level of rare, it was disgusting.My colleague ordered a sticky toffee pudding and ended up with a Sunday. I stay in premier inns with work every week, this was terrible

Had a great time with Ricardo and Emilia. Excellent meal for my Clients and we were all happy. Thanks for the meal and the fun.

Brilliant service. Especially behind the bar, your employee Ves was very friendly. Very nice food and drink. Good atmosphere.
