Best salt and peppers chips ever! I’ve tried a lot of salt and pepper chips in Manchester and in London and this ones can’t be compared 🔥

Absolutely worst Chinese ever. Bland as anything had to add more seasoning to it so it tasted edible. Oily as anything, didn’t have rice??? What Chinese takeaway runs out of rice? Food was cold, flavourless & below average.

First time using these Never again!! Food was cold I have had a bad stomach since eating it We spent 43 pounds on a meal it was awful It was bland

A great place to buy food. The menu is varied, I have yet to have something I didn't like. The owners are very courteous and do their best to meet your needs. Highly recommended.

Asked for chicken fried rice with curry sauce. Got charged £9. Got home, no curry sauce on it FFS.

If I could give this 0 stars I would! Chips were hard and dried out as if they were re-heated. Rice was still hard, chicken was wet and dripping with oil. Curry sauce had no taste apart from cinnamon. Completely unedible. Worst meal I’ve had!

Where do I start. I ordered on the website, then I called 40 minutes later to be told they haven't checked their website as they aren't doing deliveries. I cycled over and then was told it was shut by a staff member leaving. They clearly rushed the food out in a last ditch effort and what was provided was horrendous. The pictures speak a thousand words. Beyond the fact that it was absolutely dripping in grease and oil, there was a giant hair bedded into the food. Absolutely shocking. I've been put chinese takeaway for life. Note how the giant 7 inch hair is infused into the food. They didn't even refund it properly. Paid upwards of 35 quid to be put off sweet and sour for life. It's quite unfair for takeaways on Maps that they get reviewed as often on poor delivery service than they do on the quality of the food. Most of the 1* reviews on the page seem to be about delivery waits. Anyway, we got food from here last night via Just Eat and it was excellent. Really nice prawn/pork dumplings to start, I had a really delicious Szechuan pork and my partner had a special fried rice that was packed with very nice and generous portions of protein. Very good all around, it arrived hot in the expected window. Looking forward to going back.

Rubbish food was tasteless rubbish. Says 4 star hygiene on the door but it is a 3. Beef was still mooing Asked for fresh chips as she tried to give me chips that had been left in a tray on the side. Tried charging me for takeaway tubs

Weird tasting chow mein for both of our orders. Like it had either gone bad or the oil they used was used to fry some weird meat previously. I'm a vegetarian so I would really hope not.

They have their own app ...easy to use and click and collect...tasty and fair portion

Had chips, cheese and onion pie, peas and curry sauce and we shared it between 2 of us. Was lovely but the only issue were the peas. Ok, so they didnt advertise as mushy but that's what we expect. Those cheap marrowfat tinned peas. If they wouldve been proper mushy ones then the food would've got full marks.

Food is late 40 mins now, delivery is not received and phone gets ignored. No way to contact the restaurant.

The driver gave our order to some random person out side our apartment block and then told us he was never given our order (despite texting me to tell me he is out side). After 3 hours, multiple calls ignored by the restaurant they said they couldn't give us a refund but just eat who we ordered through would have to issue it. Just eat confirmed that it was them who would have to do it so they lied about their refund policy. So I have been charged for food I never received. DO NOT USE!

Went to pick lunch at this place on 15 June 2019. Lunch first made me dizzy and then I had food poisoning. I think they used rotten oil.

Use go this Chinese everyday they have a really good lunch time special an it's really nice aswell was gutted when job finished there sweet an sour pork fried rice under a 5er! Try it guys won't be disappointed

Shredded beef and chicken wings were chewy rather than crispy, delivery was 30mins late without any feedback from the restaurant advising as such.

For the second time in a row ordering from this place, the chips we got were clearly made hours earlier and re-heated. They were brown and tasted of nothing. Not providing fresh food is disgraceful. The salt and pepper chicken was also overdone, and the fish wasn't actually fully cooked! Do not order from this place. I certainly never will again.

Came so fast and warm! Great sizes and tasted great. Can't argue.

The delivery was no problem at all, earlier than scheduled however, the food was inedible. The meal smelled off when I initially opened it, the meat tasted weird. Honestly the worst chow mein I have ever tried. Had to throw it away. I don’t usually leave reviews but this was awful - and I’m of course annoyed at the loss of money. Have tried the fish and chips from here previously and enjoyed very much but I’ve been so put off by this experience that I won’t be ordering again. Honestly I think a full refund wouldn’t go amiss.

The large fish came as two fish that when put together still didn’t make up a large fish. Gravy had dried into the chips as if it was pre made. The pie was microwaved. Will not order again

After waiting the standered 50 mins after ordering the food, I have now waited and extra hour and its still not here.

okay so the delivery time was great because was dead early HOWEVER (!!!), every single bit of the food was disgusting, I got chicken chow mien and spring rolls, chow mien tasted not like chow mien at all, don’t know why it’s so hard to find a good Chinese restaurant around here !!!! 🤬🤬🤬

The chips were awful, I couldn’t even eat them. I think they can only have been cooked in old oil or were old chips? really disappointed. The wontons were nice and the fish was ok. I won’t be ordering from here again.

lovely food...would recommend the dim sum starter..the chow mein was nice but could do with more noodles & less bean sprouts...arrived earlier then expected and was hot.

Our experience with this restaurant was terrible. When we ordered, it said an hour wait which was already annoying but when the food took about an hour longer to get here we weren’t very impressed. I spoke to someone from just eat who also tried to get in touch with the restaurant after I had, and I was told it was on the way, but he had no luck. We got in touch again and they said it was on the way, to which to got to us 15 minutes later. It really wasn’t our best experience, thankfully the food was okay but the service from the restaurant could’ve been a lot better.

Food was over an hour late, rang and told it would be 10 minutes. 30 mins later and another phone call it turns up. Ordered 2 portions of sweet & sour chicken balls, delivery came without sweet and sour sauce. Another phone call and this was delivered 15 minutes later but the rest of the food was cold as was the sauce on delivery. Driver didn't even speak or apologise, handed the sauce over and walked away.

Food tasty enough and salt and pepper chicken and chips is recommended and it was all still warm despite being 35 or so minutes late with no warning. Was in the middle of chatting to a just eat advisor when they finally rang. It was a Saturday night but no warning of delivery time and marked as delivered well before it turned up put a sour note.

When food arrived it smelt and tasted of cigarette smoke. No one answered the phone at the restaurant when we called. Disgusting really we couldn't eat any of it

Yes again food has not arrived on time. Set all to 1 as I have no idea what the food tastes like because its not here yet.

The best Chinese takeout in Manchester!

Absolutely love the food from here and order regularly but there is a real issue with them forgetting items and then offering to send them the next time we order instead of right away when I call to ask where they are. More care and attention needs to be paid when packing up and checking the order or having more than one driver so that items can be sent out quickly when a mistake is made (and for us not to be told that the driver is on a long run with many orders to do).

Delivery driver had no change leaving us with no option but to give him more money than required for the food purchased. I also found that the food was very expensive for what I had ordered. All food seemed to be reheated including the chips which were brown and tasted dry. The pies were soggy as though they had be reheated as well. Overall very disappointed and will not order again. Do not recommended.

amazing service. the food was outstanding, the service was amazing, and they went above and beyond to correct a mistake they made. they forgot my drink so the driver went to the shops for us to get the drink. Will be buying from here all the time, great takeaway.

Ordered mixed grill and satay vegetables. Vegetables were soft and the sauce did not taste at all like satay. Mixed grill came in a curry sauce with green broad beans and it was like a sausage, and lots of different meats in this sauce. Was not what was expected and did not taste nice at all.

Food was really nice and hot on arrival. The delivery was late due to the football which is understandable and the restaurant did apologise. Will order again.

I ordered Singaporean fried rice, and the food was just ok, the food came 30 minutes late despite the restaurant moving the normal time from 21.00 to 21.10. wouldn't order from this restaurant again, sorry.

Very speedy delivery. Ordered a chippy tea instead of Chinese. Chips were OK. Gravy, curry sauce and mushy peas were all good. Sausage was fine. Cheese and onion pie and steak and kidney pudding were both very poor though; change your supplier! All rubbery pastry, no filling. Very bland. Would pay more for better quality.

Ordered at 7pm, delivery was accepted then moved by the restaurant from 8 to 8.15. Had no problem with that, however the food didn’t then arrive until 9.10 and was poor quality, very oily and bland. In the meantime, called for an update on delivery, staff were extremely rude and refused to advise when the food would actually be delivered and instead just became argumentative. No apology, no reason for the delay, no goodwill gesture or anything. Will not be ordering from here again.

I waited over an hour past the time I was told the food would be delivered. I did ring and was told that it was very busy. When the food did arrive, there was stuff missing from my order. The food was good though

every time we order there always a drink wrong! you should change the menu so that if your out off a drink it can’t be ordered or if don’t have phone the customer to ask what they want instead

Early delivery of food and as usual a very high standard.

This was the first time I used this restaurant. Happy with everything except, perhaps, the spare ribs which I found a little overcooked and not much meat on them but the fish was big and delicious. The spring rolls were big but could perhaps have been a little crispier for my liking, but they tasted ok. I would certainly try them again but wouldn't order the spare ribs again. I notice STILL Just-eat haven't removed "restaurant service* from the options and still no "not applicable". This is a take-away service so how the heck do/can we rate their restaurant service?! This is the 4th or 5th time I've mentioned this now so my 1 star reflects this. Treat it as a not applicable rather than abysmal.

A beautiful piece of well cooked fish wraps in the lightest most delicate batter. An absolutely amazing takeaway we just loved it and would recommend it to anyone.

Fresh, hot chips always consistent. Large fish well cooked and crispy, however batter was thick this evening prefer it slightly thinner. Love the gravy although slightly lumpy tonight. Overall, nice tasting fresh fish and chips will be ordering again. Oh and the peppered steak pie was amazing!

I ordered fish and chips, steak and kidney pudding pie, drink and egg fried rice. The food came earlier than expected which was good however the food was absolutely disgusting Fish- didn't taste like fish at all it was mushy and disgusting. Pudding pie was awful the texture was also not right. The fried rice was was vile too, and top it off I never received my drink. The only thing I ate was the chips everything else I had a few mouth fulls then put it in the bin. Will never order from her again.

Good chips, nice gravy and well cooked crispy fish as requested. Really happy with this order, not often you find a chippy that does decent fish and chips. Will defo order again, just hope they're consistent. Thanks

Was surprisingly delicious though the fish could do with a little improvement. Certainly enjoyed the meal.

Late and food was absolutely awful.

Added 25 min to delivery time at point of order. Still took another 25 minutes longer than that to deliver - 1 hr 40 mins in all. Food was decent when it finally arrived.
