Missing items, sandwiches wrong...what is the point of 'creating your own' when your requests are ignored? Is it really that difficult to follow a list?!

Ordered a tuma footlong with salad on.... was delivered a footlong with salad on but no tuna 😕

Matt was rude on multiple occasions and he put olives on my 12 inch teriyaki sub in a pattern of a phallic shaped object and winked at me.

Shop was nice and clean and the staff who served me was very nice. Her name was Alexandra and she was the nicest employee I have ever talked to. Definitely makes me want to come this subway more often.

Not bad but bit disappointed comparing to other store

Food came with hair in it and didn’t even apologise. Miserable staff. Unhappy to help, lack of approachability and bad customer service. This is the Worst subway I’ve ever been too.

Didn’t serve me 5 minutes before closure, whereas the ESSO subway always serve even if closing time is close. Be more like ESSO!

driver very polite and helpful.. due to disability i have trouble with the stairs and my buzzer is not currently working! the driver was happy for me to throw key fob down from my balcony and he let himself in. great service :)

They don't know the sandwiches they sell or how to make a good sandwich. The pesto pani looks like it's been ran over and the hot chocolate tasted of water

Payed for 3 cookies and they were not in the bag

Asked for garlic mayo on extra notes as you can’t find it in the menu but I guess my note was ignited as I got normal mayo

Courier was at the restaurant for 45 mins. Food wasn’t delivered in a bag and sandwich was cold had fallen apart in its box

Awful was waiting over an hour rang the restaurant they said it had been sat waiting had contacted yourselves to let you know. Good eventually arrived freezing cold went straight in the bin.

They didn’t allow me to redeem points and provided very poor customer service that did not subject to terms and conditions

I'm from the US & this Subway is the best I've ever eaten at , the ones back home aren't as good , the staff have been real nice to me here at the one in Mannchester , MATT is the best , I have joint damage in both hands & MATT has always helped me get the lids off my drinks , he;s even ask to help without me asking , Thank You Matt

I have never had worse customer service than I have from your manager Matt in the restaurant today. I am heavily pregnant, it is 30 degree heat outside and despite it being almost 14:30 I hadn't yet eaten. Therefore I attended the store and ordered my food, when going to pay the 2 cards i used kept getting decline despite the money being in there. The store tried 6-7 times contactless, then 2 times chip and pin, Matt told me that without apologising that the store was having internet issues, that there was nothing they could do, it wasn't his fault, that I would have to walk to a cash point and back to get the cash. I asked to wait whilst they checked if it was working for other customers and he said it was clearly an internet issue and i needed to get the money. I queried why the payments looked like they had gone through on both my cards, he said that banks automatically do that and it should be returned, and if it is not the onus is on me to contact the bank to get this sorted. I told Matt that I thought this was poor customer service and that I would get the money, he then remonstrated with me for 5 minutes in the middle of the store saying "i don't know how this isnpoor service, it's an internet issue, it the internet broke in your house that wouldn't be your fault would it" he said this repeatedly, despite me twice telling him that I needed to go to get the money as I was starving. Truly shocking customer service. Suffice to say my food was cold by the time i finally ate it.

Driver never delivered food, seemed to press delivered and drove off or gave food to someone else.

I ordered a sub from here. Unfortunately, ended up with too much sauce all leaking through. The old chap, who served me has a bit of a funny attitude. Didn't like the customer service. Food was nice.

If you've ever been to a Subway then you know what to expect. The decor is outdated but granted that's not the staff's fault. Consistent ingredient quality as you would expect, most of the staff are really nice and helpful but like any subway, the quality of your sandwich depends on who's making it. Overall good and reliable.

We were delivered the wrong food, when called the shop was told it wasn’t there problem and they wouldn’t bring out order and to throw the other order away as they weren’t going to send the driver back. And yet they have taken the money out of my account, and I had to order from another place coz the food that was delivered I wouldn’t have eaten and not subway and just eat are refusing to give me a refund. Very disappointed and will not be using these again.

If I could have I would have cancelled the order but the restaurant had made the food so that seemed wrong. Just Eat did not provide a driver in an acceptable time at all leaving me the customer and the restaurant with no options at all. Disgusting and I will not be using Just Eat ever again.

Nearly 2 hours to be delivered.

Sandwich was disappointed with, bread was rock hard and not much filling in the sandwich. Didn’t enjoy.

Too much bbq sauce (that’s all I could taste). Also, If you don’t have an item, then disable it so customers don’t request for it…

I was missing an item from my delivery, the flamin hot Dorito nachos, I shouldn’t have to pay over £16 for food I didn’t get

Everything came wrong. Wrong bread, wrong salad as in some missing and some extra i didnt order. Missing sauces on both too. And both completely freezing when I asked for warm/toasted. Tried to ring subway (was 25mins before designated closing time) and no answer! Absolutely appalling. You wouldn’t accept this face to face so shouldn’t be able to do this via delivery service. Awaiting a reply re refund!!!

Wrong salad on both meatball subs bit worrying these have been mixed up as one was supposed to be veggie.

Set on the main road through Altrincham Town centre, we decided to try this branch at my brother's behest. The service was very good and professional. However they did not have the meatless meatball marinara or the veggie chicken. That said we were happy with what was available.

Usual sandwiches (subs) plus drinks at the time I was their it was nor to busy

I love the manager here, he always makes me smile everytime I come he seems very friendly. Always get great fast service and have never been disappointed with the food.

Staff are lazy and dont check orders properly got food for everyone and only put the things we didn't ask for on them next time ill go in to the back myself and make my own.

Still outdated decor and the food wasn't at tasty that time. It's needs a little bit more flavour. At least the prices and cookies were still great

This is the third time now that I have requested sauce on the side, and each time they have chosen to ignore my request or leave it off completely. Very disappointed

I think its the delivery problem with just eat, dont know if they pay commission or not. I ordered the sub but even after paying extra for service and delivery i gor the sub with no cheese and just a hint of vegeies. I was hungry so i ate it but it was really bad and sad

Order was placed at a friends address not my home address by mistake. I tried to rectify this with the driver who was rude and would not let me explain. He didn’t deliver it even after saying I would FaceTime ring my friend to take the order for me. Tried to ring the driver back but has blocked my number. Tried to ring the restaurant to complain but no one answering. Absolutely appalling service and now I am out of pocket for the coat of the food that is no doubt now in the bin. Poor service poor customer liaison with no empathy. Everyone makes mistakes but when trying to rectify them you are met with incompetence. Disgusting

Never have the dressings and salads you order always something missing

A happy experience with very pleasant staff with his humour and customer service skills as well as preparation I wouldn't have said that about it a couple of years ago.

Coffee machine not filled up with milk as no demand at tea time.

Standard subway, nothing more nothing less

The wraps were perfect but the hash browns were soggy greasy and bitter and the nacho chicken bites were also soggy and full of gristle. Stick to the sandwiches!

Took nearly 2 full hours to deliver an ice cold subway order, near inedible due to items ordered.

The man who had been on Stamford road subway for a long period is always very rude. He seems very unhappy with is job. He is not willing to clarify customer queries and makes rude remarks. We love subway and only in this store I have come across the rude attitude. terrible service by this man needs attention.

We wait an hour from ordering until a driver was assigned - this was unacceptable!

After spending almost £50 in food to feed my colleagues in a busy salon on a Saturday lunchtime, only 1 of the 6 subs was right. The rest all had something missing of some description. As for the abysmal dusting of salad on them, they were an utter disgrace. I honestly don’t know how Subway can justify the £7.29-£8.88 each for the Subs we received. They weren’t worth even half of that. Will never, ever order from them again. Don’t waste your time, money or hunger on Subway Altrincham, unless you enjoy the bitter taste of disappointment.

My 'usual' at Subway is a BMT on toasted Italian with cheese, tomato, gherkin & Caesar sauce. And it is the Caesar sauce that really makes it taste great, in my opinion. That is what I ordered this evening, but my food arrived with an apology from the shop, "Sorry, our shop doesn't do Caesar sauce. Got you mayo." I wanted a tasty sauce, and I was given the most bland sauce there is. Not impressed. But it is more fundamental than that: If an item is on the online menu, (and it was definitely on the online menu), it should be carried by the shop. If shops can play loose with what items are available, then they shouldn't participate in online delivery. I will not be ordering online from this branch again.

Sell vegan and vegetarian options but manager said could not guarantee meat and other fillings were not being cross contaminated - disgrace, what's the point, don't advertise vegan/vegetarian options then. Note I liked his honesty even though one of the other staff members was pushy and rushy and just rude. The issue of contamination might apply to all Subways so be warned or ask your local branch. Honestly how hard can it be.

Order was nearly an hour late and when it turned up, it was missing the extra drinks, crisps and cookies from the two meal deals I ordered.

If you want to wait 20-30 mins for a sandwich to be made then come to this establishment. Staff are poor and prices are obscene.

75 percent of my order was missing. No drinks. Just eat won’t refund my money. Never use this for your lunch. Waste of money and my time trying to chase the money back

Very nice place,a long time since we visited Altrincham,on our way to north wales we called for a excellent subway and a very intelligent conversation with the manager (for the day) inbetween the team being Very busy,lovely area and will def call again.
