Subway in Trafford

Food was absolutely fine, friendly stuff. Just the hot drink machine was 'out of order'. Not too many spaces to seat, but was quite empty on the morning.

Had voucher offer but as drinks dispenser not working I was expected to pay above the voucher promo amount for a bottled drink, no offer or compromise. Slow service as they are clearly bogged down in just eat/deliveroo/Uber eats & therefore walk up customers made to wait a long time. Also the delivery drivers sit waiting in the seats meant for dine in customers.

I came in with my boyfriend around 6:30 today and he ordered a cheese stake foot long, the staff were ready to finish as it was near their finish time and you could absolutely tell! They did not cut the sandwich in half and refused to add another sauce, have put it in the cardboard and it almost fell out! Got home it was dripping in sauce and falling apart. Disappointed and still hungry

Subway is a really good place to go for a sandwich and a drink. (SOFT DRINKS).

Generally like any other subway for what they provide but the service wasn't great - I was asked twice if I wanted the same extras (for additional cost) and part way through making my sub I was waiting while the staff were talking. Not great when I was hoping for a warm sub!

Richard has been very helpful today and in the past, he is very fast with customer service aswell as he is very polite. The food never has any mistakes and I am always pleased and satisfied whenever I come here. I will be back here and appreciate the subway staff for their service.

Shop is blatantly lying to me. On the subway website they are registered to do the free cookie promotion but in store they argue with me to say they aren’t. Poor customer service. Absolutely fraudulent and the staff have the audacity to lie to my face.

Very good food. Not much to say it's a subway. Good hygiene practise observed like removing disposable gloves when taking cash payments then putting on fresh pair before making next customers order.

As in the adverts. Have it your way. My wife and kids prefer to change to salad bowl. Good value for money.

They sometimes run out of things!

It's ok, sandwiches are what you expect from a subway, but the staff make it a less than pleasant place to sit in. If you get the quiet ones it is fine. If the louder ones are on shift expect tiresome banter, unfunny stories and over the top peacocking. To make it worse it often seems to be done for the benefit of the customers. Not great if you just want to sit and have a sandwich in peace. Remember to take something to wipe your own table!!
