Most confusing service ever. Not sure what we even got charged for in the end, didn’t have any prawn crackers, chicken balls, like the main dishes? Food was nice but the service was too much hassle. Not to judge, but the man on the till wasn’t clear in english whatsoever so it made it hard for us to understand.

I ate the spicy chicken and felt like I was going to die. Would recommend. Update: The spicy chicken has left me, furthermore I could feel it leaving. Quite unpleasant. Maybe would no longer recommend.

Raja was the best employee I have ever met, he was so polite and kind his customer service was out of this world, Raja if you are reading this your amaizng keep doing such an amazing job. Worth the trip just to meet raja. Food was alright

After a long day of work I had my first chopstix. Naseer was extremely helpful and patient since I didn’t know what to get. Big thanks and well done with your customer service Naseer.

we bought £53 value of food today at 4.15pm. The lady who served today she's very rude and they forgot to give one item as well. They didn't ask us for meal deal option. Not happy with their service

I am absolutely disgusted by the appalling service I received from Chopstix Noodle Bar in Manchester. After an excruciating over 1 hour of waiting for my food, I received a notification saying my order was canceled—no explanation, no apology, just a cold, impersonal message. It’s as if they took my money, decided I wasn’t worthy of their time, and left me at 1 Health Point.

The food here is good for the price and a good selection of options. The staff are clearly very overworked and working the best they can, but I feel bad for them. The place needs more staff.

Visited at lunchtime, the food was hot and tasted fresh. Caramel chicken was good. Waiting time was long, the person on the till was also doing drinks so had to wait, it was busy and understaffed. I wished they had a kiosk to order as the staff weren’t friendly and came across as rude.

If you're not overly fussy about your noodles and are just hungry, it's a relatively OK place to go. Don't expect anything spectacular.

I do enjoy chopstix, I think the food is tasty and fairly priced. However, when I order through Uber eats the amount of sauce that gets put on the noodles seems less then in store. So I have been ordering an extra pot of sauce with my meal, but when I do that a lot of the time sauce isn't even added with my noodles at all now, so I'm paying for extra sauce and still not recieving extra sauce. It's a small loss, so I don't go through the effort on Uber eats to claim I didn't receive something. But it's happened enough times now and it's becoming very annoying
