La señora que entregar y Russell le ofrece rápida y siempre dispuesto a ayudar! Estar en el mundo de adelgazamiento y Leigh es su increíble también, llamado en hoy y dijeron que utilizan luz fry, gran saben otro más delgado está preparando la comida.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS RESTAURANT ONLINE. Not in control of their delivery service, won’t contact you to say it’s late and haven’t been able to offer any type of refund. We had to come collect after paying for delivery, delivery driver never turned up but marked order as delivered and restaurant can confirm as they were never picked up. We decided to pick up the milkshakes in person and paid for them again in store as we were told we could just cancel our order online and get a refund for our delivery fee too. However ive now been charged twice and the restaurant have failed to offer any kind of compensation for this

Most confusing service ever. Not sure what we even got charged for in the end, didn’t have any prawn crackers, chicken balls, like the main dishes? Food was nice but the service was too much hassle. Not to judge, but the man on the till wasn’t clear in english whatsoever so it made it hard for us to understand.

Took 20 minutes to get a coffee. Three people working, no idea what they are all doing. Then asked for a nice small coffee and brought one of those horrible watered down large coffees. Worst coffee shop and service ever

Does it even class as a weekend away if it doesn’t start with a Vodka, a cooked breakfast and a massive hug with Kostas at The Grain Loft?! Our trip to Paris got off to a great start this morning thanks to Kostas who is ALWAYS pleased to see us despite it being so busy! Our breakfast was cooked to absolute perfection and delivered to us in record time. The booth was clean and spacious and perfect for us to relax before our flight. I will say it before and I’ll say it again; they broke the mold when they made Kostas - he’s definitely one in a million! Thank you so much for looking after us so beautifully as always.
