Lovely meal as always , tasty meals , we always choose the set meal for two and portions are that good they cover another meal

Been ordering from here for years, recently they've not been as great on service, ie. Took an 1hr 45m last week and food was getting cold by time it arrived. Tonight they missed out a naan bread, I called and they came back with it quick time. Nice people, nice food, just getting a little inconsistent recently or I'd give it 5 stars.

£70 order place for deli ebery,said 45 minutes,called after waitting an hour to be told the driver had just left,after 20 minutes after calling I called again to be told the driver is busy,food delivered at 8.15pm half of it cold and a meal missing,called and was told they will make a note of this and take it off the next order,i asked for a refund,said someone will be here soon and they put the phone down,after waiting 25 minutes no one came so I called again to be told cause it was a online order it been done threw the bank and he doesn’t know when it will hit are bank,told him how disappointed I was how the food was cold and how long the order took and all he said was sorry your see it in your bank .

Tbh the flavours were perfect the only issue I had was the curry was dry, I know it’s personal taste but I prefer more of a sauce btw I had a jalfrezi.

Don’t get my Indian from anywhere else!

Don’t read the 1* reviews… we’ve always ordered our curry from here and it’s always perfect! They are by far the best curry around!!! We tried another curry near our house (as we moved about 20 mins away from Oldfield) and regretted it straight away, we will never go anywhere else now as Oldfield is 100% the best! Thank you for the yummy food

Love this place. I order far too much but I cant help myself. Lovely food and lovely delivery drivers. The prices are so reasonable and the stamp card has saved me so much money.

Ordered food at 9pm, delivery did not arrive at 10.55pm. Called the shop and asked to cancel the order as we didn’t want to eat something that was cooked 2 hours ago. The shop refused to refund and told us to heat up the food ourselves and it would still be good. They blamed the football match in Manchester which finished at 10pm but we actually ordered at 9pm. Was on the phone multiple times for an hour and was told this nonsense each time.

The best Indian takeaway for miles. Got a friend who travels 18 miles for a veggie curry as it's the best he has had.

Family have been ordering from here for years but last x2 times I've ordered not great I ordered x2 set meals for 1 for me and my son nan bread all burnt at the bottom couldn't eat it after a few hours of eating this chicken madras I ordered I started to get serious stomach cramps and nausea I will never be ordering from here again absolutely disappointed and so ill now waste of money

Twice now the delivery took over an hour, this time was exactly 1 hour and 20 minutes the food was completely cold and the chicken had gone dry. Over priced for the quality

I have ordered from here 5 times in total now, the first 2 times a few months back was close to a 5 out of 5 for the curry's but low ratings for the starter meat , most of the meat was charred and black. More recently every order has been worse and worse... from all 3 curries looking like spicy chutney to the meat being dry or burnt to the point it gets picked out, the keema in the nan was all put into 1 small section in an air bubble, the nan was also burnt on the bottom... also the delivery driver added on £3 after the quote was £24 on the phone, he was acting very wierd like he didnt want to give me the food untili went back inside to get the £3. 5th time and will definitely be the last. Also will be reporting the thief driver for forcing a tip

My local Indian takeaway. Have bought before, had seen mixed reviews before buying this time which almost put me off. Glad it didn't though because food was amazing (set meal for 1, Chicken Rogan Josh), quick and friendly service and good value for money. Will be back again. Cheers.

Best Takeaway by far, never had a problem with anything at all. Customer service is always 100%, deliveries are always on time. The good list can go on and on. Would recommend to everyone if they want a guaranteed proper meal with no messing.

Great value, staff are brilliant, kebabs are tasty

The food was late, it was cold, the curry sauce wasn't madras as ordered but was a bland substitute, the shish kebabs were much smaller than usual. The food was very unsatisfactory and to top it off the delivery driver forgot to bring a menu for the third time which meant that my friend couldn't collect loyalty stamps. The delivery man also tried to push for a bigger tip by asking for £12 when he had clearly heard my friend quote £11 a number of times.

Missing food. Food that did get delivered hard and not cooked. Very rude when phoned . Not hygenic do not wash cooking utensils,or hands in between. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

My partner's food was fine but mine included a three inch black hair which has left me eating no evening dinner . Such a shame as a take away is a treat for ourselves what with having two disabled

I used to think this was the new best local takeaway but over time they have become one of the worst my partner only ever orders madras. Two times in a row the send masala not to mention as I was going to the door I seen the driver full go goz on my lawn I opened the door and asked him what he thought he was doing very rude response. I spoke to the manager as I was very upset he told me the next time I order he will give me a free madras for the wife saying he wrote it in the book. When we rang they said refused to stick to there offer I for one will never spend my money in this place. Not to mention the cooked chicken in buckets on the floor very unhygienic 🤮

I had a delivery of food for 5 of us and the food was so sub standard, chips were white and soggy wet, 3 garlic nan breads were solid dough I could carry on and on... I rang the manager and I offered to return all of the food for a refund and he refused!! Being completely rude. Such a waste off my money . I certainly wouldn't order from here again and advise everyone else not to neither.

Just had the worst Indian takeaway ever absolutely swimming in grease could have caused an oil slick after 2 spoonfuls threw the lot away waste of money...dont go there

We ordered a takeaway from here and although the food was nice I can only rate two stars as the delivery was half an hour late and there were items missing. Although I messaged them to advise that items were missing I have had no response. We won't be using them again.

Got to try the chicken jalfrezi and their mixed kebabs terrific value

Lovely guys, fantastic service, delicious hot tasty food. Great prices, Definately value for money and even better when we get our free meal after saving up our stamps. Never go anywhere else.

King Prawns are to be avoided. Made me vomit the following morning. Stick to chicken and lamb, and it's ok.

Sorry very disappointed curry just tasted of cumin and cardamom will stick with the fabulous Mela in Urmston

Worst Indian takeaway by far gone down hill massively! Don't waste your money go else were! Absolute idiots

Unfortunately the food has been going down hill for a while to the point where I have just binned £36 worth of delivery in the bin due to the amount of grease in the kebab and the actual carrier bag the food came in, I phoned the shop they apologised and say I could have a stamp, cheers.

We ordered from here tonight and yet again extremely disappointed, we have been ordering from here for years, but the last 3 takeaways have been absolutely terrible, the starters are always dry as if they are pre cooked and left in a heater cupboard for hours, we always collect so its not as if the food has dried out while waiting to be delivered, such a shame as this was once the best takeaway around.

Used this takeaway for years but tonight they let us down massively Used the online ordering system for a delivery After nothing arriving an hour later I rang They'd lost our order Five minutes later they rang back and had found it and said 30minutes it will be there. It arrived an hour later 2 plus hours for delivery . No apology at all Tasty food as always but appalling service tonight Very disappointed

The best takeaway in Altrincham

Only my second time having this and yet again food was nice but tonight it was missing the poppadoms and a bottle of Pepsi when I rang to ask about this I was told we will phone the driver and send him back and no one turned up so even though the food was nice they have stolen from me

Not had a bad curry from here yet. Always hot and quick. Would recommend giving it a try.

Poor experience, forgot to deliver the rice then tried to charge me again when the rice finally arrived, kebabs considerably lacking meat, pretty poor experience, won't be using again.

Never ordering again haha £50 on food and my chicken was black in middle the nan on Donner was burnt and they forgot the naan bread and brought wrong drinks and gave attitude on phone saying he don't believe chicken was black and I said I showed the delivery driver and he agreed it wasn't right
