Superb service and great food and coffee. The pancakes with Nutella were a hit!

We stopped by for cake for carry out. I don’t know where they store their cakes, but they tasted awful. They have absorbed whatever environment they are stored in. Was nearly sick after trying a bite. I had bought two different items, so then tried the second item, thinking maybe my tastebuds are off, but nope, had the same taste! Would not recommend!

the service was absolutely amazing!! the people were so kind and the atmosphere was so beautiful, definitely brilliant to take pictures in, i got the rose mousse and the dark chocolate amor mousse, it was an 7.5/10, abit too sour but it was soft and delicate if your a fan of raspberry or sourness then you would like it. it was £8.95 for each mousse, it's instragrammable, but a bit too expensive, but loved the service!

The savoury dishes were honestly awful, especially the chicken schnitzel burger which had a weird smell and was served cold. The side potatoes were ok but also had a strange taste. The chicken and mushroom pasta was boring. The food overall was quite terrible. Staff were nice. Seating area was very cold, however we appreciated the overhead heaters.

Great experience at the EL&N Trafford Centre. Nice coffee and bakery. The service is great and affordable prices.

Lovely aesthetic and very helpful staff. Always checking up on our table and polite. We really enjoyed the focaccia it was delicious.

I had high hopes for this café, it's beautiful but unfortunately, the experience did not live up to expectations. The cakes were stale with horrible aftertaste that made them inedible. For the price, we expected fresh, high-quality desserts, but we couldn’t even finish them. The hot chocolates were just average, nothing special, and certainly not worth the premium price tag. Service was fine, and the staff were pleasant. Given how much they charge, we expected something far better. Sadly, this was a disappointing visit, and I wouldn’t return for the food.

varied menu but food quality does not match up to price - chicken schnitzel burger was not only bland but had a weird fishy smell. i asked for sauces to add a bit of spice but they only had ketchup and mayo :/ - parmasean potatoes were crunchy and tasty - gingerbread hot chocolate was decadent but not worth £8!! - pretty place to sit + good service

Freezing cold in spite of the heater above the table. Ferrero hot chocolate was tepid, friend's coffee was barely warm, chocolate cake was straight out of the fridge (as if I wasn't cold enough!) and my friends strawberry dessert had a weird taste. Those 4 items cost just short of £30!!! £1 more than our entire lunch at Archies (which was delicious)! Really disappointed and soooooooooo cold in there! Our server was wearing a thick padded jacket! The place itself was really pretty and pink and inviting but didn't live up to appearances 😞 Maybe some blankets for customers going forward........take the chill off the cakes and make sure hot drinks really are HOT! And move premises to a warmer part of the Trafford Centre! 🤷

Alejandro and team are great. Very freindly. The bogtrotters cake is AMAZING! GENUINE chocolate cake. And the spanish pistachio latte is DEVINE! It Actually tastes like a pistachio latte. Ive tried many and many have failed except El&n!

Alejandro was an absolute star, very welcoming and so accommodating to me, my friend and my baby. We had a wonderful lunch, coffee and cake and appreciated the heaters at the table! Will definitely come back to this gorgeous cafe.

Super disappointed for the price, paid £13 for a slice of cake and a small coffee. The cake was lovely, albeit it came with icing that wasn’t shown on the picture so left half of that. Coffee was not nice at all, tasted quite chemically, I struggled to finish the cup. The worst part was that it was absolutely freezing, 40minutes into the hour I was there, they put a small heater on above the table but this made little difference. A heated blanket or something that was table level would have been great, my fingers were literally freezing up at the table, nearly as bad as being outside on a cold winter day. They give you the price at the til without a receipt, and when I asked for it to be printed afterward, they’d automatically added a service charge. You order the drinks on the tablet, and only see a server for 10 seconds when you get your food/drink and pay, what service am I exactly paying for here? The whole experience was all style and no substance, with no one thinking about the guest experience.

It was our 2nd time. The first time we ordered avocado on toast which was a great disappointment eggswere raw &served on half cooked toast. Coffee was served in a very smelly cup. We went again 4 days ago and ordered what came as a tomatoe base with2 raw eggs. I then ordered 2 slices of sourdough which arrived with frozen butter.i asked for softer butter and was served melted butter. I won't be visiting again A big disappointment The service is slow and unhelpful

This is a very pretty establishment with lovely pink aspects, however it is due some maintenance and is falling apart. Me and my boyfriend went for coffee, cake and lunch. We both ordered pasta that came undercooked, and potatoes that were overdone! My chai latte came in a dirty mug that clearly wasn’t washed properly. The service was SHOCKING. we waited 20 minutes to be seated and once we were seated there is a tablet device that you order off, and when you need service there is a button to call over a staff member, however once we pressed it no one came over. The table next to us was served cold food and coffee. Overall we had a bad experience. No idea how they are charging this much (extremely overpriced it makes Starbucks seem cheap).

Alejandro was a prefect waiter and had the charisma and charm to make you feel welcome and comfortable whilst enjoying your food, we had coffees and turkey bacon maple stack pancakes and they were 10/10 The maple butter was the perfect amount to be able to keep dipping your pancakes into and to top it off on a cold morning the heaters were on for us too! Perfect start to the day!!

Make us stand in queue for 30 minutes even when seats were available,very understaffed,staff running around everywhere,prepared food waiting to be served too long getting cold,drinks were not too great!

I recently visited EL&N, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The food, specifically the pasta with cheese, took over 30 minutes to arrive, and when it did, it wasn’t cooked well. In addition to the long wait and undercooked food, the staff were not welcoming or attentive, which made the experience even worse. Overall, the service and food quality did not meet expectations, and I left feeling quite dissatisfied. Given these issues, I’m not inclined to return unless there are significant improvements in both the food preparation and customer service.

Got 3 hot drinks asked for them to be hot in temperature via the app and they were literally luke warm.. 1st and last time, only Decor nice that's it. It is overpriced

Outstanding! Service was great and food was magnificent. Potions were big and considering Trafford Centre prices it wasn’t expensive by any means. Would come again

Lovely little meal this evening as a last summer outing for the kids. Very attentive and welcoming staff. The kids really enjoyed them showing how the Bubble Tea was made. They took good care of the member of our group with an allergy. Service was outstanding. The children and adults had a great time and they want to go back for breakfast every weekend.

Very bad service😡Ordered 2 cups of cappuccinos and it took more than 1/2 hour and weren’t delivered to us😡then I requested to cancel the order. The Barista was careless and awkward. The waitress was stressed and she was the only one who served all customers. Awful experience and not recommended place to dine in or have simple cup of coffee

Coffee was good. Coffee cup was dirty. Nutella and Coffee Cake taste nothing like Nutella & Coffee.. very disappointed. Floor/Table/Chairs was super dirty.

Really gorgeous place. Lovely decor and grey atmosphere. All the staff are really friendly and the food was delicious. Unlike most places the drinks look exactly as they did in the pictures. Definitely will be returning.

Thank you for your lovely service Sandra and because of your lovely attitude i came back and bought a cake however the manager Kinga was rude and disrespectful.That is unacceptable if it was not for Sandra the desserts i would have not come back. Management should treat customers with respect

Took the kids for an instagrammable brunch, nice atmosphere and design in the place. Food was OK, was disappointed they didn't warm the croissants. Drinks were nice - but pricy. We enjoyed our visit but don't think we'll return as for the price they really should warm the food. The oreo cube croissant was nice but very sickly as the middle was solid.

It is very beautiful and I recommend it. The atmosphere is excellent, as is the service, food and hot or cold drinks..

The food wasn't that good. But it was presented in a really nice way! The music in the mall was also pretty bad and echoed super bad sadly.

Just popped in for a coffee and ended up having Eggs Benedict and Turkish Eggs, both superb. We will definitely be back.

The french toast in pistachio sauce was awful and burnt. We asked them to replace it with another new one. Croissant and Oreo cake were nice. Staff were friendly.

Had a lovely time here with my partner. Food was top notch and it feels very special. The decor is beautiful very pink, and floral. I liked being able to pay on the tablet. Our server was Katie and she was great. Only thing I would prefer is a less public location and somewhere more intimate.

Fantastic warm welcome from Alejandro today who made sure we were seated promptly. Our server Tina has served us before and she has previously made some excellent recommendations- the Spanish Latte is my favourite! The staff are super friendly and very attentive. As someone who has worked in hospitality for many years too, Alejandro seemed to be doing an excellent job at managing the floor well and had a constant smile on his face! Thank you for your excellent service today Alejandro and Tina!

To be totally honest we didn’t expect much from here just wanted a coffee and a bite to eat but, it was unreal! I had the melted cube croissant which was delicious, and my mum (who has coeliac disease) had the pistachio cake, which she describes as “the best gluten free cake she’s ever had”😁

Came in with my brother and my wife and was greeted very rudely, the staff at the entrance was not bothered and very rude to my younger brother when he asked a simple question about the cakes. Got seated and waited a long time even though there were 3 staff clearly free to take our orders, standing around joking around, they then went on to serve the table next to us whilst we had to wait for someone else to serve us. Asked for water which was not given to us, left on the counter. First time in Manchester but definitely not coming back to this cafe.

Will definitely be going again very soon. So many temptations, didn't know what to choose. Great service by Luis. Milkshake gorgeous, pasta and then cake. Had to take most of my cake home - too full. Excellent value for money.

Ordered a chicken schnitzel burger - this was processed chicken. Absolutely disgusting! Also ordered a chargrilled chicken sandwich and there was hardly any chicken, it was disguised with mozzarella, bread was hard and soaked in grease! The Mojito didn’t even taste like a mojito, had a strong taste of ginger and was told this is how they make it. Would not recommend this place, it’s one of those “boujee” places for the instagrammers and ticktokers. What a waste!

Delicious food and drink. Dealt with allergies really effectively and with a welcoming approach. One issue with a croissant being dry and it was removed from the bill without asking.

The food was really tasty, also the waiters were really lovely especially Kinga.

Professional, clean, nice vibe, friendly staff, nice menu, god service, seating area, nice selection of breakfast items and treats. A little pricey, but good for a treat or special occasion. 😉

Was a good experience however the waitress wasn't on her "A" game. we ordered 2 cakes and 2 mojitos. The drinks came and tasted amazing but the waitress forgot our cakes on top of the glass container were the cakes normally is for display and she started serving other customers while we wait. I had to tell a different waitress to bring us our cakes from the top of the glass and put them on our table. But overall a relatively good experience.

We enjoyed the Cafe here with great welcoming and service by Louis who were very kind and much polite The Cappuccino was extremely great and honey cake must be tried Don't forget to charge your phone😂

Went for a quick coffee and cake. The food didn't disappoint. It was quite good and was presented very well. The staff were quite attentive and brownie points for the ambience as well.

The service was great, had a small issue with the temperature of my mocha they rectified it immediately without any quibbles, had the shakshuka with extra feta 10/10.

We came over from Dublin and found this beautiful place for coffee and cakes. Alejandro and his team were so friendly and welcoming. I would definitely come back and I would recommend to any of my friends coming over to the Trafford Centre from Ireland.

Partner and I wanted to taste their nice-looking cakes before going to an appointment. We thought 20min would be enough, we were obvs. wrong. Took quite a few minutes to get their attention, eventually ordered but the two slices of cakes (not even drinks) never made it to our table within the following 15min, unable to cross the 6 feet from the showcase so we left without getting anything, disappointed. There were only a few customers in, and 4 staff members were chatting whilst waiting at the entrance. The cakes are already made and just needed to be set on a plate and served, 6 steps from where they are displayed so unsure why so long. The staff seems polite and rather friendly, and the cakes appear delicious (judging only by sight) but the service is clearly slow. Be ready to spend some time there if you go, avoid if in a rush. Leaving 3 * because I have not tried the cakes so will not judge on that, but the service clearly needs improving.

Located in the middle of Trafford Palazzo, EL&N is a must try! The staff are that good, they remembered our names from last time (we come here often). The drinks are delicious. I had an ube bubble tea which I recommend because it is very tasty and the tapioca is yummy (in my opinion) and my dad had a flat white (excellent quality of coffee bean; smooth and strong to drink!). I recommend at least coming here every time you visit the Trafford Centre!

Too cold 🥶 there may be good place to be for the summer Sweet potatoes fries not to my taste but the rest very well a delight
