KFC Stretford - Chester Road in Trafford

Ordered a bottle of drink but this wasn't received.

Standard KFC, one employee was very unpleasant

There was this person who worked named caitlin she was very nice and very very polite and kept asking how was ur day very nice and polite 😊😊

I’m not happy about the driver he was very rude, if in the future this man will be the rider I will not do any order. Very bad service!

After 10 months of having a stop at this very eatery. Nothing positive (change) have been noticed. Stopped by today and the chicken remained very salty. The take out order wasnt co.plete as the sweet corn etc ordered were not in the packed bag like the biggest drum of chicken. Just sad that my hope of a +change would be met. 10 months ago The chicken was salty. There wasn't a tomato sauce ketchup, pepper, etc, in the package of a mighty bowl of chicken and chips meal.

Really horrendous KFC and we usually love KFC. Service was rude, food was cold and the tables were disgustingly dirty. How this place is still open is beyond me.

Regular missing items. Why can the staff read and double check the orders?

My late evening visit went perfectly fine. An empty establishment, the staff in a neutral mood. Food according to the traditions of this global brand. Absolute comfort and peace.

Nice venue. It's a KFC, you know what to expect. Theres not a lot of seating compared to other sites though. And as far as I know, the drive through is closed when they get very busy on Man Utd match days... and they get REALLY BUSY, like queue out of the door busy.

Order says delivered and I have been waiting at the door . No food has come !

Wasn't busy, but 99% of the tables were dirty in some way. The girl serving was nice and helpful. Food was hot and fresh, but there wasn't any rice available. Toilet wasn't very clean either. Get it cleaned and would be acceptable.

Didnt recieve cookies, rang just now a guy answered as soon as I said we didn’t recieve a part of order he hung up. Rang again another person answered and MEOW’d and hung up. Rang 10 more times and they are not answering. HOW DO YOU EMPLOY INCOMPETENT PEOPLE LIKE THAT?!!!!

Rubbish half the order missing and what did come looked like it had been in the oven for 2 days

WARNING WARNING Went here 2 days ago, ordered 2 meals and watched the man in the kitchen pick up the cheese and chicken BY HIS RIGHT HAND WITH NO GLOVES ON TOO AND THE PRONGS IN THE OTHER LEFT HAND.... YES UNBELIEVABLE.. I immediately raised this with the staff manager. He looked totally disinterested and Never apologised. He didn't seem shocked or surprised in the least.for a refund. Place looks disgusting and filthy. Just look at the review scores..... says it all. we left Never to return. Toilets also filthy.

This establishment doesn’t don’t take cash when trying to order I think a million pound corporation should do better also the floor and tables were not clean and the bathrooms smelt and there was no soap to clean my hands. NOT HAPPY!!

Absolutely terrible, never delivered anything we ordered or payed for but instead dumped a bunch of random chicken, some beans and some popcorn chicken in a bag and sent that. Clearly feels like they had run out of everything and panicked.

Very dirty place, was told drive thru is not working and to go eat inside. When I walked in, there wouldn't be even any space to sit as everything was dirty. Bins were full so people left their leftover food on tables and looking at the amount of trash, it had to be for a while. If that's front area, where people are eating, I don't want to think how disgusting must be kitchen. I don't recommend and some health control is definitely due

Just can’t believe I am here again and will never, just think they might get improved but disappointingly it only gets worse. A big sign at the counter ask you to order from the machine (which is fine) but only 1 of the 4 is working. Food is ridiculously bad in temperature and freshness. popcorn chicken are old and hard like rock. Fries are cold and dry. Unbelievable. —————————————————— Been here second time just because it is close. Can’t believe the chickens are small and dry like being done for an hr. Total below KFC standard. Dire service whether it's busy or quiet... clearly training, customer service and speed not on the menu for staff... poor attitude for most as well and often get the orders wrong or not available.

Honestly probably the worst KFC in Manchester

Ordered a fillet burger, 2 pieces of chicken and gravy. The burger had zero lettuce inside and the hash brown looked old and withered. There was no gravy. When I got home I had to add my own salad and make my own gravy. Not fun.

Food ordered at 17.20 with a delivery time of around 18.15-18.35, food delivered at 19.43. Food had come loose in the bag, cold items put in same bags as hot food (kids meal pineapple stick was in with the fries actually touching) , bucket had emptied and had cans next to it making everything cold.

Had a poor experience last time i ordered, but thought i would give it another chance tonight.. However, after ordering online they ring me 1 hour later and tell me they have ran out of food so they need to cancel!! What a joke, KFC has gone badly downhill. Do not waste your money on thjs Stretford branch. No wonder it has so many negative reviews!

This KFC misses items on your order every single time. It’s shocking. Every time I order the only consistent experience is that something will be missing. Terrible service.

Waited over one and half hours, contacted them to cancel which they gave me a number for Just eat which is useless. Then order appeared as delivered which it wasn't. Appalling.

Went on a Tuesday afternoon with a friend, very quiet yet took absolutely ages for food to come (drive through) and items were missing. Absolutely laughable.

They changed the delivery time 5 times. They prepare the food and pack it, let it stand for over an hour because as they said “been waiting for the driver”. The food arrived after 2h, cold and wet.

The food was cold and bag was damp. Busted when i collected it and food fell. When i checked it the food was bamp in grease. Wouldnt give it to a dog

Absolutely filthy…bins were overflowing which meant there was rubbish and spills left on every single table, rubbish on the floor. Staff slow and making no attempt at all to clean up. But you could see it wasn’t just a recent thing because the corners of the floor and the place in general had a look of it hasn’t been properly clean for a very long time.

I am browsing sofas today and that makes me very hungry, so i decided to stop by for a quick snack. I was not disappointed; the chicken is delicious, fresh, juicy and warm! So are the fries and the gravy is a good extra to get. Next time I need new furniture I will come here and have another snack.

Worst KFC I've tried. Literally one drop of mayonnaise in my cold chicken burger. Unfortunately I was in a rush so I couldn't speak to the manager and I went off.

Very pleasant atmosphere and the staff were very friendly and helpful it's been a disaster in the past but it's com changed direction which is a massive bonus

Came a couple of weeks ago and ordered 2 tower burger meals. I had to use the kiosk machine and order there which was extremely inconvenient. When got order home it was wrong with just chicken fillet burger meals. The chicken was so over cooked and tough it was absolutely horrid. This place has been down hill for several years I’m surprised it is still going however I will never return again. Over priced mediocre excuse for food and no matter how many bad reviews on here, it still hasn’t got its act together!

Snack boxes very very small, service was normal.

The place is spacious and the staff are very friendly and welcoming, some tables were not clean and the mess from previous quest was still there ,may be they short staffed?! Anyway I will be back

Chicken was uncooked on the chicken burger andccrunched whem i bit into it. Really disappointed. Only got two Really small chicken drumsticks also. Really poor experience.

Food was as expected with kfc but the burger bun was solid like it had been left out awhile and the salad looked brown and had clearly gone off!

I ordered mash and received corn? If you don’t have the item available, why is it allowed to be ordered? Courtesy is to call the customer before you decide on making your own substitutions - I would know, working in food myself. Poor. Would rather order from another KFC and wait double the time to make sure I get what I paid for!
