KFC Stretford - Chester Road in Trafford

Always get the order wrong and leave items out, happened on multiple occasions so I’ve decided to leave a review about it

Always closed and can’t collect 2 orders same time very bad

Poor service staff unhelpful with a bad attitude.

Went on a Tuesday afternoon with a friend, very quiet yet took absolutely ages for food to come (drive through) and items were missing. Absolutely laughable.

Poor maintenance and overpriced food

The food was cold and bag was damp. Busted when i collected it and food fell. When i checked it the food was bamp in grease. Wouldnt give it to a dog

They changed the delivery time 5 times. They prepare the food and pack it, let it stand for over an hour because as they said “been waiting for the driver”. The food arrived after 2h, cold and wet.

Great customer service, speed and taste of food

Absolutely filthy…bins were overflowing which meant there was rubbish and spills left on every single table, rubbish on the floor. Staff slow and making no attempt at all to clean up. But you could see it wasn’t just a recent thing because the corners of the floor and the place in general had a look of it hasn’t been properly clean for a very long time.

Food was very cold and had to be reheated

One of the worst kfc branch ever always something missing in my order.

I am browsing sofas today and that makes me very hungry, so i decided to stop by for a quick snack. I was not disappointed; the chicken is delicious, fresh, juicy and warm! So are the fries and the gravy is a good extra to get. Next time I need new furniture I will come here and have another snack.

Dreadful food, tiny portion of chips, gravy and coleslaw served in Thimble sized pots for £3 a portion each!!

Worst KFC I've tried. Literally one drop of mayonnaise in my cold chicken burger. Unfortunately I was in a rush so I couldn't speak to the manager and I went off.

Very pleasant atmosphere and the staff were very friendly and helpful it's been a disaster in the past but it's com changed direction which is a massive bonus

Came a couple of weeks ago and ordered 2 tower burger meals. I had to use the kiosk machine and order there which was extremely inconvenient. When got order home it was wrong with just chicken fillet burger meals. The chicken was so over cooked and tough it was absolutely horrid. This place has been down hill for several years I’m surprised it is still going however I will never return again. Over priced mediocre excuse for food and no matter how many bad reviews on here, it still hasn’t got its act together!

Good KFC. It was clean the food was delicious and the service was quick. The cookies from KFC are the nicest cookies you will ever eat

Snack boxes very very small, service was normal.

The place is spacious and the staff are very friendly and welcoming, some tables were not clean and the mess from previous quest was still there ,may be they short staffed?! Anyway I will be back

Chicken was uncooked on the chicken burger andccrunched whem i bit into it. Really disappointed. Only got two Really small chicken drumsticks also. Really poor experience.

Fresh and tasty. Food delivered early. Would use again.

Food was as expected with kfc but the burger bun was solid like it had been left out awhile and the salad looked brown and had clearly gone off!

I ordered mash and received corn? If you don’t have the item available, why is it allowed to be ordered? Courtesy is to call the customer before you decide on making your own substitutions - I would know, working in food myself. Poor. Would rather order from another KFC and wait double the time to make sure I get what I paid for!

Very bad rude staff , ask if we can order at the till one staff that yes give me 5 mins , we waited for her then another heavy staff member was free so told her if she was free to take our order she said but I can’t take it at the till as it not working but you can order the app and I’ll take cash here . Told her other girl said it’s fine to order at till , she went to find out . Other girl came back what’s your order I’ll take it here at the till 🤫 told her other girl said no you can’t take it here went to find out came back yes sorry you I can’t take it here 🤫 lazy b . Went and ordered at app , I came back sorry I forgot to give you my code for points when paying her at till in cash , lady - sorry too late, me - shall i cancel my Oder and do it again, lady if you do I won’t serve you again 🤫 so rude. Why you working if you have an attitude with customer . Never go back here again ! Unless you want to spoil you night

I live closer to the chorlton branch but happily drive further to this one as its miles better in service and in food.

Both meals were incorrect, took far too long long and was cold.

Was served by Ellis & Mary - wow their customer service skills were amazing. Even after I changed my order they were both cheery and were happy to make the new changes - thank you to you both.

Food was cold as they put a freezing cold can of tango in the same bag as hot food.

Been here second time just because it is close. Can’t believe the chickens are small and dry like being done for an hr. Total below KFC standard. After speaking with the manager she can only apologise for her staff for the the incident of pineapple being put in our order after I had infact stated not to as we are allergic

The staff couldn't seem to care less that there were people stood at the counter waiting to be served and blatantly ignored them, focusing on the orders from the kiosks

The chicken was hot and fresh and that was with delivery. Better KFC than the ones in my area.

Whoever is cooking this chicken needs firing they are totally cremating it, don't know what happened to this once delicious food to go down hill so quickly won't be ordering it again.

I asked for 4 mash and got 4 gravy... chuck was bland and chips were only thing that were done ok

The chicken was salty. There wasn't a tomato sauce ketchup, pepper, etc, in the package of a mighty bowl of chicken and chips meal.

They missed a part of my order, specifically some fries. Given that this is on the receipt and said in app, not super happy about that.

Bad environment and care, extremely poor attendant educated and xenophobic. I hope I never get back to this place.

This is the worst KFC in manchester. Every single time. Chicken old & dry must have been sat there for hours. Flamming wraps, 2 tiny pieces if lettuce, no sauce, old dry chicken. Sort it out.

No chicken ready except for legs ,told wait would be 15 mins for chicken ,turned out to be half an hour , when order came out it was thrust at me , no apology, and before I could say anything ,she had gone. Upon inspection I found it to be nothing like what I had paid for so had to go back in to the restaurant to sort it out, it was just sitting on the back counter , presumably waiting for......Christmas !! I eventually got what I had paid for , no thanks to their staff. What's a shambles, please get your act together, soon, food at best mediocre no extras not even serviettes but I had only spent £35 so probably didn't qualify for a tissue ,very unhappy

ordered 3 kids meals and not even 1 was a complete meal

Waited ages ordered a bucket stale chicken, overcooked at the bottom with a couple of fresh ones on top, couldn't be bothered to take them back too tired from work. I will not be ordering from this place again. Also why are the pieces so small.

I placed the order at 10am so that the order could be delivered on time due to my having a specific lunch time. it HAD To arrive so I could finish my lunch within the 30 minute window and the restaurant failed. As soon as the delivery time changed I tried to cancel, but no option for this was available. I even tried to call and received a rather turse response. Needless to say I am upset as my food goes cold on my desk while I go into a meeting.

I've been trying to get a refund since Monday as I didn't get the full order,I received half and the half we did get it was cold. this has been a nightmare just eat I would stay clear of.

I order 2 corn on the cobs,that I didn't get,the bottom off the bucket fell a part when we took out off the bag,and I have picture off it full of grease,they kept changing the delivery time aswell,

Nearly every time we order the party bucket something is missing.

Food was cold by the time the driver got here, had to direct him as he got lost somehow! On the phone for 10 minutes trying to direct him. Absolutely shocking, very disappointing

I have been using this Kfc for several years and I had the most worst experience as the chicken was very dark, overcooked and also burnt. The taste was horrible. Nowhere near KFC standards and quality that me and my family have had in the past. I brought this to my children who were very upset. Had a bite and would not eat anymore. I rang the restaurant several times to complain but no one picked up the phone. I am very upset as I have done a 12 hour shift at Work and bought a bucket home for my children that tasted awful, hard and overcooked. When I went to return this bucket with nine pieces because five went in the bin the manager ask me, what do you want.? So I replied by saying a full refund and she said I can not give you a full refund I can only give you a partial refund because there are five pieces missing. So I explained to her that I’ve gone home sat down, ready to eat my KFC. I’ve come back after an hour. Try to ring you several times for my inconvenience you are giving me a partial refund. Are you for real? And she replied by saying, that’s all we can Do. . She was very disrespectful with a really bad attitude With no experience to handle this situation. so I just left the piece of chicken on the desk very disappointed. I feel this could of been handled very easily if it was not for this manager with a massive attitude no experience. You can sell the rest of the stuff, they’re actually disappointed on how she handled the situation.

Second box meal contained tango instead of Tropicana,chicken wings instead of chicken drumstick and gravy instead of corn on the cob.While order arrived in a ripped bag and the good was cold.Not the best

So frustratingly slow. 8:30pm I am one of two people in the store, (the other guy is deliveroo) and it has taken 20 mins to get my food. The whole place is dirty. Bins overflowing. Toilets smell bad. Would have been better to travel to the Prestwich KFC which is 5 star lol! Will do next time :)

Actually a decent KFC, don't come across them often! The food was hot and the order was correct. The staff were polite and helpful.

I enjoyed the meal. The environment was peaceful. The staff at the KFC Stretford branch operated with so much precision and they provided timely customer service. I highly recommend trying KFC Stretford for a satisfying dining experience.

10 piece bucket contained 8 drumsticks and 2 unrecognised pieces and the rice box extra chicken, yes you guessed it a drumstick. Total 9 drumsticks for £40. Never again

Ordered the 6 piece bucket meal and it was very dry. Chips were cold. Not happy at all. Dont think I will order frm here again and 🙄
