Me and my husband love this place. The food is amazing and always piping hot. The delivery driver is always so lovely as are the staff. Had a delay with the order last time we ordered and after contacting the shop the manager was so lovely and apologised and explained they were very busy but were on it. We then recieved the food which was amazing and they have us a free garlic bread for the inconvenience. Couldn't recommend higher. Thanks to all the staff you are amazing.

Collected 2 large kebabs salad and pot of garlic mayo must say the best kebab i have tasted for a while its absolutely brilliant salad fresh and garlic mayo spot on and fresh nan bread staff polite helpful and brilliant food definitely ordering again. Thank you for the beautiful service.

Great take away with the best cheese garlic bread I have had in a long time. Service amazing and really reasonable prices. Would recommend.

lovely food always earlier than expected and piping hot

I'm looking at price lists on you Google page since you haven't got any menus to send out on delivery for past three weeks I'm looking at ordering 12" to 14" pizza's, garlic bread, calzones, but no price list on here Google how do I know what your prices are before ordering those items above? Only prices are on there is all 10" sizes 😡

Always been a regular of this lovely takeaway. Recently it has been taken over and this is third time I've tried it. My feeling is that the people are really nice with the intention of offering a great service and good quality. I have to say though that the Texas Smoky pizza is so vinegary. I have had twice now and if they want to be as good as royals was they need to not make there barbeque sauce so strong of vinegar.

Iv never had such disgusting food in my life all cold, my vegetarian calzone was doughty, under cooked & a heap in the box it was a mush unable to eat, worse 36£ spent NEVER AGAIN

Ordered from Uber, about 5 mins drive down the road. An hour late (Still not arrived). Called them about 5-6 times at 11-11:30, no answer. Do not recommend at all Edit: Never arrived

Ordered from here based on the score rating on Justeat… I really wish I hadn’t. The chicken on the kebabs is bland and the “naan” is a horrible packet naan which was like cardboard. Dinner meat tasted fresh and wasn’t greasy but it is safe to say I will never order from here again.

Gutted!!! Not tried this place before read the reviews which were mixed so took a chance MASSIVE mistake, I can't speak for anything else but the pizza n garlic bread I wouldn't even say average if I'm honest the worst I've had in a while it's that thin n lacking in substance ( toppings) it's burnt n tasteless I could buy better from asda n save £30

I definitely recommend Royal pizza. I ordered couple of times and the food was always good quality and piping hot when it was delivered to us.

Phones at half past 11 and got told was was closed when it clearly states on website open till 11.45 why lie to customers

best takeaway ever ! My friend lives in the flat on top and I've tried almost everything , pizzas are amazingly delicious, professional staff. Everything is just wonderful . Definitely recommend it .

Known locally for regularly dumping their rubbish in side roads in middle of night. Rubbish includes customer receipts from Just Eat with identifying data.

So order from here about an hour ago, the food is now sitting here going cold due to bad service putting me off my food. I accidentally put my girlfriend's address (less than a mile down the road). I phoned them up and politle asked to change the address before I could finish they said I would have to pick it up and hung up. I called again and spoke to some who seemed a lot nice and made the change, I confirm I would leave money out in a sealed container for the driver. I request asked them to not put to many mushrooms and tomatoes on it but that's pretty much all they put in (Im guessing as some sort of revenge for me Puting the wrong address). I hate to admit it but what's left after picking out mushrooms okay.

Even though I have had nothing but good reviews for these guys for the past few years, i ordered food yesterday, stuck in bed because I was unwell and had injured my leg. I got a call from the delivery driver who decided that this time he would not deliver the food to my flat door like they have for the past 3/4 years and asked me to come downstairs to the main entrance, being in my bathrobe and being unwell I said I couldn't and he simply refused to give me the food. After calling the restaurant back I was told I was now banned from ordering from them in the future.. disgusting

At £8.50 for a chicken and shish kebab, I would expect quality, hot food. Meat ok, not plentiful. Salad quite rationed, just wasn't very filling. Packaged in a polystyrene tray with nothing wrapped around it, so when I got it home it was luke warm. Sauce quite runny. Had much better in Urmston, not revisiting.

Food is really tasty and fresh but sometimes they have got my order wrong or somethings missing. When I have called them back to rectify the problem they asked ME to bring the food back... twice!!!

Went here last night ordered donna & chips he said there is only 1 portion of donna meat left I said that's fine I only want 1 portion a girl then came in after me & asked for donna & chips he served it her & told me there was only one portion so he gave it the girl. Avoid this place they are cheeky bastards.

I ordered the chicken kebab from the Royal. And the food is ok, but it's not the best you can get in Urmston. (that's for sure) I think they need bigger pieces of chicken. It just didn't quite make the grade. But it was food and it filled me up.

The quality of food was ok as if it was from the supermarket, service was slow for a fast food cafe on a Wednesday night i ordered the royal burger the bunn wasn't even toasted and good lord when i said to him no salad i had a handful of wet lettuce this made the whole burger a soggy mesh of ground meat patty comprised of probably some sort of camel meat which was awful in all my time I've never come across a more disgusting excuse for a burger. The most annoying thing was the fact he cooked his bacon the night before to serve his customers in the morning!!! NOT ABOUT FOOD POISONING

Hygeine rating is embarassingly low and the food is a disgrace and 100% haram though it was served within a reasonable waiting time. Bossman is a stingy human who cannot cook a pizza properly and doesnt understand simple requests, certianly due to a clear language barrier. Me and my companion graced the doorstep, first of all, it isnt very nice being harassed about my hair, asking to sell my assets for his pleasure, to fondle with my curls, all in all this scat shack of bacterial cuisine can be labelled as floppy, soppy, ransid and disgraceful, bossman suggested the iconic donner calzone, he said it was sumptious and very tasty, but boyyyyyyyy was he wrong! It could be describes as a sand coloured strip of grease and grime, we also saw bossman clear his used cup of tea to put water in the donner storage, this is disgusting and should be seen to urgently and quiet frankly shut down for poor hygeine, customer service and the simple fact that it is an eyesore to the community. We thought we could give it a second chance as it was the only place open at the time, and boyy was i wrong again! The ringo burger was a comprimise of floppy bread, brown lettuce, 2 oniom rings and a very chewy burger patty. Again we would like to tboroughly request the council to look at this eatery and reconsider his culinary license
