I brought my daughter here for breakfast, and we were not disappointed. The staff were helpful snd we could choose what breakfast items we wanted. This is perfect as my daughter doesn't eat eggs. We will be back

Lovely welcome and quick service. Delicious sandwich. Could do with updating menu online as prices and food well out of date.

Visited today for breakfast prior to going to Birmingham Airport. Really warm welcome. Order taken quickly and food served promptly. The breakfasts were brilliant. Good quality bacon and sausage. Selection of set breakfasts available all of which include toast and tea or coffee. Fantastic value for money and friendly efficient staff. Highly recommended.

Have been visiting this traditional cafe for around 6 months now, each time for a breakfast. Food is consistently very good and tasty and I would thoroughly recommend. The ladies working @ Tracey's are always very friendly. You have the option to amend/swap individual breakfast items if you wish

Visited this morning fr a bacon and egg sannie. Sandwich was ok, nothing special. two sliced of bacon and an egg. My biggest grumble is with the lady who served me.... (short woman, red apron and glasses) She had ZERO customer service.... What I expect as a customer "Hi, can I help you", Her: what doyu want Ask her a question, and all she could say was "Yeah" No please or thank you from her.... very bad manners for someone working in the customer facing service. I've had the same service form this woman in the past!!!! Please train your staff to have good manners

Lovely little place for a quick lunch. IGNORE the reviews about messy tables, those people clearly don’t understand how hospitality works and that there will have been other guests in before them!! But as I was saying nice pleasant place and staff were all lovely

Been using this place for the last couple months for getting the workers (builders) breakfasts. Decent portions, fair prices, clean place, friendly staff, simply phone your order through & pick it up 20 minutes later (or less) No complaints all good

Found this gem on trip advisor after deciding not to have the overpriced overlooked offering at the Birmingham Airport Travelodge. Fantastic unpretentious full English with toast and tea for under a tenner. Friendly hosts, fast service 5 minutes from the airport.

Had Tracey's special cheese-topped cottage pie. When i hesitated when offered chips with it, the nice lady offered me salad instead. It was delicious - recommended! Good for an inexpensive tasty lunch.

Wouldn't return, nobody was in there and all the tables were dirty, food took along time to come. Lady was friendly enough but my friend was nearly finished there food by the time mine came. And there was minimal filling. Like one strip of ham for the whole panini, will not be returning.

Stumbled upon this greasy spoon on my travels.. and i reitterate the words Greasy spoon. Its horrific. Dirty tables. Grimey knifes and forks and Scummy staff especially the old haggered manager (if you can call her that) caught her having a fag before dealing with the "fresh food" in the small skanky kitchen you can easily see through to at the back. Disgusting little place and i wont be going back. Terrible experience

Friendly and polite staff creating a fun and jovial atmosphere cooking and serving quality ingredients at very reasonable prices, the age old battle of quantity over quality is none existent as both are met to very high standards.... A very pleasant and satisfying experience.

This is the 1st time for me that a site has failed to live up to it's Tripadvisor rating, it gets no score from me,Dirty tables,no soap, hand towels or hot water in the toilet, raw food left out next to the washing up area, and if all this was not bad enough the food failed to deliver as well, cheap ingredients make for dull and lack lustre eating experience. If this is the best the area has to offer or so the claim goe's then i would hate to see the worst.Do your health a favour and stay away.

Simply the best café for eating in or taking away in the Solihull/Birmingham border area, reasons being its friendly, clean & most importantly the food is all freshly & lovingly made by the good looking lady called Tracey.

Great breakfast and Trace is always hard at work at the weekend selflessly slaving away often to a packed shop, that is when her dad's not there also giving a helping hand (Sundays usually)! Love breakfasts from here, always nice to get service with a smile!

Tracy's full English breakfast comes in 3 sizes. Baby, Mummy and big Daddy. It's well cooked, has quality ingredients and is delivered quickly with a smile. Good value too at £5.90 for the big Daddy. Perfect for an early morning bite before visiting Landrover which is just 5 minutes away.

This little place does really good food in a friendly & pleasant way in very clean surroundings. You can sit in or take away & you cannot help but keep going back to this place in a nicely run parade of shops next door to a popular off licence.

Walked up to The White Lion for an impromptu Sunday lunch today and had a great roast dinner at a decent price, plenty of food, piping hot and tasty! We will definitely be back!

Been going to the Manor House cafe for a long time but was very disappointed with today’s visit (06/11/2024). Whilst the food is still good they have brought in a new policy with the tea they serve. Instead of getting a pot of tea you now get a tea bag and a pot of hot water. Fair enough you might think. However when I asked why they were doing this, the answer was ‘people ask for more hot water and are therefore getting an extra cup of tea for free’. How petty and how bad for business. £1.95 is not cheap for one tea bag and a little milk. The staff should not refuse extra hot water (after all, they can’t refuse a glass of tap water) or begrudge an extra ‘free’ cup of tea to customers who are also spending a decent amount on food. I was not alone in my thoughts, several other people were making the same comments. Also, new cafes and coffee shops are opening all the time in Solihull so there is a lot more choice. The Manor House should not be alienating customers like this or they might find they will go elsewhere.

Firstly our server Paula was just fantastic, she was totally on the ball, knew the menu well and checked on us frequently. The food was superb and some changes made to the burger to suit my daughter. Really lovely evening, lovely food and we returned on the Saturday evening for another family dinner as we were there for the weekend. We have visited twice before and are never disappointed at the service and delicious food! We will be back
