Very friendly and welcoming owners/staff. Tried various dishes on menu including the Chinese in the evening all dishes were excellent and came to the table very fast. Would highly recommend eating here. Also child friendly.

This is the second of this type of fusion of styles in a restaurant. A Chinese style takeaway combined with a greasy spoon so offering tradition English breakfast and also offering Chinese meals. Food average on greasy spoons side. Standard fare of eggs, beans and sausages smothered in beans. Great stuff but nothing out of the ordinary.

Thought I'd try another local cafe this morning for brunch. The Town is located on a corner of Queenstown Road just before reaching the junction with Wandsworth Road and Lavender Hill and does not stand out so it would be easy to miss. Inside it is immaculately clean and the staff are exceptionally friendly. The menu is traditional and straightforward, food is cooked to order and efficiently delivered, breakfast is served all day as well as a range of other dishes. I sampled the eggs, bacon and mushroom with toast, set 3, which came with a coffee for less than £5! Just what the Dr ordered for a Sunday morning with papers, the serving was large, I couldn't quite manage it all, and tasty. Great local find!

...good value for money. Not tried the breakfast but looked good, however, tried the Portuguese dishes (mainly on weekend) - they have a good (from Porto I think I heard right) cook because they are authentic and tasty. The dried cod and prawn croquettes were very fresh and yummy. The coffee is as good in Portugal.

Have been regulars at this venue every time I visit London with a friend. we always go for the unlimited Dim Sum, and it is always high quality food at an outrageously good price especially for London! Would never hesitate for a second to recommend this place for anyone into their Chinese. I keep my chopstick technique good purely for this place! Staff are wonderfully friendly and remember us every visit. Most recent visit was for my friends birthday (his 31st) and once again they went above and beyond to try and make it memorableaand and special for us. If you're going anywhere else in London for dim sum, you're doing it wrong!!

Ordered the pork dumplings and they were just standard frozen dumplings you can get from any Chinese supermarket but pan fried (and poorly!) Chow mein was below average and swimming in sesame oil so lacked any real flavour. Starter and a main at £21.50... wish I hadn't bothered.

This listing needs to be changed to reflect that this restaurant is not Mrs Wong's. It went under new ownership and changed its name to 'Cozy Woods' many years ago. All the more recent and largely negative reviews reflect this new restaurant, not the Streatham institution that was Mrs Wong's, and frankly they are a stain on the good name of what was once an incredibly beloved community favourite. Cozy Woods, stop trying to capitalise on the reputation and goodwill built up by the real Mrs Wong's over many decades. Much love to the original owners and staff.

Ping Pong is a cool and bustling place. Food is great. They found us a table for two quickly though it was very busy. Zsanett, who had charge of our section of the restaurant and made sure we got everything we'd ordered (not an easy task given the tiny tickboxes on the extensive dim sum menu) was great - warm, friendly personality and very attentive, professional and thorough.
