En el último momento nos queríamos encontrar un restaurante chino cerca de West Dulwich para celebrar el Año Nuevo Chino del Mono. Para ser sinceros, el Jade Garden parece mucho más como un restaurante de comida para llevar que un restaurante, pero hay espacio limitado para cenar en el mismo hotel. Tienen un menú platos ingleses bastante completas abarcan, pero un poco iluminada en auténtica cocina cantonesa. Lo que tuvimos fue bueno, recién preparado, muy sabrosa, y no demasiado caro.

I wouldn't normally take the time to write a review, but this was so good I just had to! Everything was hot, crisp and most importantly, delicious! Very good value and came about half an hour earlier than the estimated time. I was also impressed with the way they packaged everything, taking care over items which may become soggy. I'm very pleased and will certainly be reordering. So much better than some takeaways where you can just taste all the chemicals used, this was clearly fresh and beautifully cooked.

Food was nice and delivered before scheduled time, however not all the order was delivered. Disappointment when they forget your favourite dish!! :-(

I have ordered a couple of times now. They always arrive earlier than expected and the food is always tasty.

Good basic takeaway food. However the chicken in cashew nuts had zero chilli or flavour and added celery! Crispy chilli beef was not spicy enough but tasty crispy seaweed. Very fast to deliver and friendly.

i love chinese and I must have tried every takeaway in the area. Since I've found Jade Garden, I'd never order from anywhere else. The food is gorgeous, full of flavour and not at all greasy. I love it.

Would order again, cheaper than any I've used before but that had no effect on the service or quality of the food, just wish that the sweet and sour chicken HK style came in large. Great delivery.

Food was bland and overdone. Delivery time was well over an hour. It used to be my fav chinese takeaway but it has changed a lot. Won't be ordering again :(

I live 1 mile down the road & my food took over 45min to arrive. This would have been fine, if that 45min had been spent cooking fresh food, or at least food in fresh oil. Everything tasted either overcooked or old. I regret to say that I had to throw away the entire order as every meal we tasted, was shockingly bad. I will never order from this restaurant again. A big waste of money and what could have been perfectly good food.

hour and half wait, then the driver calls to ask where we are and was so bloody rude as if its our fault he couldnt find our flat! that was his reason for being late. the food wasnt worth the wait all dry and cold so chewy , the ribs are way to pricey for what u get little bits of bone yuck! never again! o and even the prawn crackers tasted like off oil. very disappointed

I tried Jade Garden as my usual Chinese take away place was closed. I'm very glad to have found another good local restaurant. Fantastic food and prompt delivery service. Easy to order online. I would definitely recommend and hope to use again soon. Thank you!

The worst food I have ever tasted. My family was trying to be spontaneous trying a new service but everything tastds horrible. They ought to be shut down or get cooking lessons. Not worth a penny

This is the first time we ordered from Jade Garden and we will order from them next time. The food was lovely and the quality of the meat was good which can sometimes be an issue with Chinese takeaways and there were lots of veges which I like! They also delivered quickly which was great.

Usually quite good but today the shredded chilli chicken was quite rubberised...but the overall very reliable and give decent sized portions.

Delivery man went to wrong address and got to mine more than an hour after ordering. As a result food was not hot.

It took 1h 20 mins to get the food delivered. They're based less than 5 mins drive away...

Food was great, ordered twice. Second time they forgot to add the vegetable curry, I called up and they said they would send it straight away, 30 mins later and after id eaten my rice along with my partners, it turned up. Shame but non the less lovely food

Food was really rather nice, what a shame it took almost one and a half hours to be delivered.

Food was pretty terrible - gluggy, bland and tasteless vegetable dishes, and the 'crispy' chicken was not at all crispy. Also waited an hour and 15 mins - half an hour longer than time estimate. Would not recommend and won't be ordering again.

My girlfriend orders from Jade Garden a lot and I see why, I need one of these near where I live in Catford. Don't know what they put in the food but it certainly taste so much better than other Chinese takeaways. God I love food from this place, might just see if I can move in with my girlfriend for the Chinese. LOL

The food was excellent. tasted much fresher than other takeaways I have had in the past. Very good flavours, food was hot and very tasty. Will definitely be going here again. However, it did take an hour to come although the delivery man said it was a very busy evening for them.

Fantastic Local Takeaway and Restaurant, We've ordered from here multiple times and glad they are now on Just-Eat as it makes it easier to pick and choose what we want online. By far the best in West Norwood, the staff are always friendly, the food always tastes great and comes hot, delivery times are usually very good. Would recommend Hot n sour Soup, Salt and Chilli Chicken, Sweet and Sour Chicken balls, Very Tasty!. Never been let down by the food with Jade Garden and will be ordering again soon!!

First time ordering from here and was really disappointed. As I was leaving later that evening to go travelling I didn't have a chance to call them to complain in person. I ordered ribs in BBQ sauce which were deep fried and then some watery sauce thrown over them. Not great. I also had sweet and sour pork hong kong which had no pork in it and was all batter as well as a completely tasteless sauce. There wasn't even any colour to the sauce and no amount of soya sauce could make it taste any better. Egg fried rice dry. Only consolation of the meal is that it was hot and arrived in good time. All in all, probably one of the worst Chinese takeaways I have ever had and will not be ordering from here again.

Great little chinese restaurant! Food was real tasty, nice and hot, delivery only took 30 minutes and on a Friday evening thats not bad. Couldnt find the prawn crackers on their menu, so had to ask for some, girl on the phone was friendly and gave them to me on the house. Highly recommend. Might try their buffet.

En la primera impresión como un restaurante que no estaba interesado como la decoración es muy viejo y parece un poco desangelada. Pero todo esto olvidado sobre el momento en que empezamos a comer que era extremadamente rápido! Pedimos el todo lo que pueda comer menú que es de 12.50 por cabeza y el menú es su oyster! Teníamos algas, tostadas de gambas, pato hoisin y tortitas y costillas a la barbacoa. Todo era absolutamente excelente! El mejor que he probado! Para platos principales teníamos arroz frito especial que era excepcional para un plato normalmente bastante aburrida. carne de chili crujientes - una delicia y el pollo y nueces de anacardo, que era excelente, que completa la comida con tres bolas de helado. Sin duda volveremos aquí. Era absolutamente comida de calidad y un gran precio 5 si se efectúan cambios! ]]>👌
