It wasn’t made in time to be delivered on time and then the delivery driver made multiple stops before delivering so all in all it was an hour late!

Had a bad experience last time at another branch so I came to this branch- they definitely give you way more and it fills you up. Still Very pricy but their sauces are nicer, salads are better and the place is much more quiet.

Rubbish. They got my order wrong. There was nowhere to sit and eat in, so I walked Trafalgar Square to eat, then I discovered that there was no chicken on a chicken shawarma.

Huge fan of Tossed and their salads. Can be a bit pricey but well worth it in my opinion. I opted to build my own salad with lettuce, grains, vegan chicken, pickled onions and carrot. They also have several premade salad options. Man serving was friendly and it's so nice that you can see your salad being made fresh right in front of you. Good way to get your vegetable intake, definitely recommend.

Paid nearly £10 for a make your own salad and it was half what other pre-order salads were. Asked for mixed leaves and they loaded it with iceberg lettuce! The person preparing literally counted in 5 green beans! That add on is £1 on its own! Won’t be going there again!

The store has abandoned cashier/waiting staff in favour of an infuriating iPad ordering system. I picked a Caesar salad, but was then presented with a lengthy list of questions about how I wanted the salad to be made. Did I want spinach, or lettuce, chicken etc.?Finally, I was presented with a shock that my options had added up to >£18. £18 for a salad - really? I pressed the back button and nothing happened. I left the restaurant empty handed and went to a nearby Chinese buffet instead. Crazy because I used to like Tossed. :(

Expensive place with little justification for the price in terms of service. Staff has consistently forgotten (?) items from the orders, sometimes going a full-180 (e.g. selecting extra dressing but getting less than normal dressing)

Laat time had tossed 3 years ago or so. I thought it went busted. What a nice surprise. Food still excellent, huge customization of every dish. Love it. Best healthy fast food ever. This specific place clean and efficient - just small sitting area.

I was recommended Tossed by a friend and I was not disappointed. This is a small venue with tablets to place you order on. The order system offers a good level of variety and customisation, whilst keeping the price clear throughout. I had a wrap but it was more like a burrito by the time I had finished adding items. The order it made fresh in front of you and the result was very tasty and enjoyable, I will be returning.

Unfortunately very overpriced for the salad you get unfortunately- nice to be able to customise and do it on a machine but not worth the price paid for presentation and flavour

The best takeaway salad I have found in London. Consistency seems to have been lacking in the last few months, probably due to staffing issues around the pandemic.

Wow! Finally found the perfect lunch salad shop! I'm from California where I'd happily eat salad for every meal, if it's done right. Sadly almost every salad I try in the UK is really disappointing or overpriced. I had the parmesan chicken salad and it was amazing!! Really great flavours, super fresh leaves, tasty toppings, every bite was delicious. And the price was amazing -- £4.99 !! Great value for money. Needless to say I'll be coming back for many a lunch takeaway!

Had a very tasty salad here for lunch yesterday. You order on the touchscreens on the right as you go in and pick up at the counter. There's a bench with high stools for eating-in. You can put together your own meal using the ingredients displayed on the touchscreen although for some reason egg doesn't feature as an option, although it does in the set meals. The cost of each ingredient is clearly displayed and the calorie count is given for your meal. With very tasty food and helpful, friendly staff, the only thing lacking here is a toilet.

I used to go to Tossed at least 4 times a week last year and I can see a massive difference between the portions served last year and the ones this year. Every time I go back to Tossed my bowl is half full - so paying £6.40 everyday for 3 lettuce, 2 cucumbers and half a spoon of rice is shameful. Really disappointed with this place and will surely give this feedback to colleagues and friends.

I'm obsessed with this place. I come here almost every weekday morning for breakfast (I go to the Gymbox across the street early and then get food at Tossed). I used to always get a bagel with egg whites and avocado, but eventually switched over to the Gym Junkie (scrambled eggs, chicken, avocado, rocket, and piri piri sauce). It's so good!! All of the food is delicious. And the staff are extremely warm and welcoming. I come in the morning (often right when they open at 8 am) so it is not usually very busy and there isn't a long wait. For a while, when I went to the gym later in the day, I would come here for dinner (get the Mighty Mexican if you go for dinner!!!) and there was also never a wait. The big crowd seems to come for lunch (I think I've only gone once at lunchtime), but since most of the orders are salads, there still isn't much of a wait. I'm actually amazed more people from Gymbox don't grab breakfast here. It's convenient, quick, and healthy.

used to love getting breakfast here, but i just got the avocado bagel and paid an extra £1 for tomatoes. bagel was stale, avocado was black and not care to make the item. for a £1 i got two tiny tomatoes added. very poor food and value for money :( wish i hadn't wasted my money.

It was a bit unclear how to collect my order once I'd ordered from the screens as they had a shelf with completed orders but also called out names, was tasty though!

Poor customer loyalty. I’ve been collecting stamps for a free meal for a year with you, it’s expired several months go (yeah my bad), every staff member has failed to inform me of this when getting stamps up until right now, when it was rejected. So much for loyalty. Been 6 times and get rewarded for return visits with f&@k all. Guess you don’t need by business. Safe to say I’m never eating with you again unless I get my free meal! What kind of company has a loyalty card that expires?! And if someone has been loyal enough to keep going with it just give them a free damn bowl. You’d have earned it back because you’d still have me as a customer. I’ll have to find another place now.

Great, healthy and tasty menu with both hot and cold options. The create your own hot dish option is really good - the hot food options have got a lot better, expanding the offering beyond salads. Staff are friendly, too!

Food is great, but portion sizes can vary A LOT. In my most recent visit, my portion was literally half what it normally is. I asked staff about it and they said " yes, that does look small." They poured a bunch of rice on the top, which did increase the portion, but messed up the proportions of everything. Became very rice-heavy. Used to come here a couple times a week but wont anymore. It's a shame.

Chaotic experience - do not recommend this place at lunch time. You order from an iPad at the front and then wait for your name to be called out, which is fine when not busy. But the problem is when there are too many people and no identifiable queue and they have music blaring so you can't hear your name being called. Why does the music need to be so loud? Food is okay, pretty pricey for what you get. Definitely not worth the awful experience.

Over priced salads with too much dressing on. If they are busy you might not get your order at all or your money back. Stay away if you don’t want to get ripped off.

Nice place for more healthy options. However, in the evening a lot of ingredients are out of stock, so have to be flexible with choice. But food tastes good and stuff is very friendly.

So, so bad. The servers are extremely slow and stop to chat to each other even when it's clearly busy. The server put the wrong ingredients in my house salad, and barely any dressing, and at the till I was overcharged.
