If you want healthy meals, Tossed is the best in London, they have a lot of variety, you do not get bored with the recipes.

The quality of food from this branch has taken a nose dive in the last 6 months since i re-started ordering salads. Every time I order a salad, there's a lot of transparent (I.e. old) lettuce mixed in. I can't tell about the other ingredients as with the lettuce it's visually obvious. Today I bought a salad and it's given me diarrhoea. This is unacceptable. Will never use this branch again (and I'm not near any other branch so this might be it as far as Tossed and my business is concerned). I would also advise anyone reading this review to check all the recent reviews below. 5 star reviewers have only ever given 1 review, and that's for Tossed. Most who have reviewed multiple businesses on Google have given Tossed an average or poor review. Read into that what you will.

Ordered last night via Uber eats and it was disgusting (I don’t say that easily but this was something). The food was stone cold and hard; I almost got sick biting the chicken! Definitely not worth the money at all. All I got back when shared the review was “hope to see you back soon”. Why would I? I fail to see that, bur here my experience.

Yesterday I went to Tossed in Sheldon Square and had an incredible meal as well as feeling at home thanks to the kindness of each of the members of the work team, especially a boy named Ramaruh. Incredible and healthy food, what more could you ask for?

Really upset as I left a note "restaurant notes" in capital letters asking for them to provide cutlery and to have a nice day yet no cutlery was left and I now cant eat my salad as I am at work with no kitchen facilities. Staff need to pay attention what if the notes had allergies. at the end of the day im paying a huge amount of money and service charge for terrible service and no way to eat my food. Now I have to go out of my way (probably go to a shop and pay for cutlery ??????!!!

Had a great time here yesterday Saturday noon. The team was super welcoming, and the salad was absolutely delicious and fresh. Honestly, they should totally open up in Wembley Park.

Love it here - been coming for years, even though I don't work round here any more i still make a special effort when I'm in Paddington!

The staff are super friendly and considerate. I experienced technical difficulties with one of the machines; had to reorder & attempted to pay several times to no avail. Once the staff were made aware of the issue & time I had spent, they promptly took action to resolve it. They then put my meal on the house. I felt appreciated as a customer because my time was respected. The issue was handled with regard & professionalism. The food was fresh & prepared quickly. Highly recommend.

This is a place no doubt is one of best place for quick lunch or breakfast. They have really good healthy options. Staff Krunal is too good to serve and take care of your specific requirement. Much appreciated Krunal!

Like two pieces of halloumi, all concentrated with the chicken at the beginning of the wrap. Bottom of the wrap was veggies only. abysmal

Can you believe this, I just got back to my work and this is the state of the apple I got from Tossed hahaha. Semi mouldy, as if you can serve someone that. Never again will I go to one of these stores. They will close down 100%. Everyone in my office knows and will not go.

I bought a £5 gym meal and it was perfect! Simple and tasty - great if you want a snack (not the largest portion). They don’t really have space to sit so best on a nice day to enjoy the outside area.

The team in Sheldon square are the best team I've dealt with. The store is always clean and tidy. All staff go above and beyond to make sure the order is consistently amazing every time. Even when the store is busy, the staff make sure my order is prepared for collection. A massive thank you to all the staff at Sheldon Square. You guys make the Tossed experience great every time.

I’m so happy with my order but the last one ordered was a Mighty Mexican with extra grilled chicken, when I received I just noticed that the chicken was missing

Was waiting for my order for 15 minutes. People who ordered way after me received their orders and I was standing there waiting. And no I did not order anything complicated. It was standard item from their hot food menu that they just had to pour. The staff were just handling orders in a random manner rather than in order of the time they are placed on. Avoid if you don’t want to waste your entire lunch break waiting for your food

Extremely poor service! I was charged twice for an order. It’s been over two weeks I’m requesting them to do me a refund but they’re not bothering. Promising me it’ll be done & no action taken. Food was also awful! Never returning. I want my money back!!

This place feels like a candy shop, smells like my summer camp did, and tastes like it's straight from Tescos, which it actually may be. The lettuce container was filled right in front of me from one of those premixed bags you get in the fresh food aisle. A restaurant could at least have the decency to do this in the back room rather than show you you're overpaying. My salad was 70% this mix, 10% spinach, 10% the other indredients (of which I had 3 pieces of hallumi in total) and about 10% salt and dressing. I'm happy spending double this amount on a salad that's healthy, fresh, and personally serviced, but I won't be spending another quid here.

I love Tossed - If you are a girl looking for something healthy that tastes great this is the place for you. I wish I could get it together to make such good salads. Saves a lot of chopping at home.

I ordered a chipotle bowl that was missing right about everything. It came without avocado, tomatoes, not enough ranch. There were 2 pieces of chicken. This was such a waste of money. I asked for a refund and did not receive one. I will never be ordering from this place EVER again.

Very tight with the toppings that you pay extra for. Filled up most of the bowl with lots of lettuce and a tiny amount of everything else. Very boring to eat! Paid for double halloumi but definitely didn’t get it.

Shame, I've come here for a while, I'm on a strict diet and chose Tossed. The food was always what I ordered and tasty, but today they have got my order wrong, not added the correct ingredients or sauce, the food was bland and tastless. There was no one in the shop so I'm surprised.

5 stars because their food is quite good but most of all it's great to have reasonably healthy options for take away! A clever mix of salad, vegetables, grains and seeds can actually fill you for a while without fattening you. More expensive but also better than some of the salad options in shops and supermarkets nearby.

Really high quality food. The salads are no joke either, they come with rich mix of proteins (meats), carbs (rice, corn chips) and fat (olive oil, avocado) if you are hungry and looking for a filling meal.

I ordered from this place on deliveroo. I was eating my salad when I bit into smth hard which really hurt my tooth and also hurt the inside walls of my mouth. I pulled it out and it was a 6cm pointy splinter or piece of wood. I was so shocked of how big and dangerous it was. It i had not bit into it I would be chocking to death as we speak and trying to call emergency ambulance instead of writing this review! I expect a full refund of my order and more. This is unacceptable and I could have literally checked to death. I have left a complaint on deliveroo website and expect an response ASAP. I have taken a picture of the splinter but I can't upload it on here....

Welcoming place and fast service - a great lunchtime experience

There is a lot to love from Tossed but at the same time some areas for improvement. The level of customization is the biggest asset of Tossed. You can get hot plates, waps, smoothies and salads. For salads you get to choose the base & protein, the veggies, the dressing, the seasoning and premiums (at an additional price). There is enough choice to make carnivores, vegetarians and carnivores happy. The online ordering is fast and simple. The areas for improvement include the pricing and the customer service. Tossed is on the pricey side with the average dish between £6 and £9 with relatively small serving sizes. The service at Sheldon Square is efficient but aloof. With this location being mostly office pick-up and deliveries, the staff does not cater to actual in store customers.

I saw this shop while i was enjoying my day in sheldon square, once entered the staff was very warm and welcome. I needed help and the manager came to help me to place my order and he also told me about the promotion and loyalty points i can get once registered. I've placed my order and the manager was making sure all the items were correct and was very Friendly and great on manage his team. His name was Peppe. Highly recommend this place to have an healthy lunch and a great customer service.

Tasty salads but on the expensive side. Also some staff have very dirty fingernails and they don’t wear gloves when making the salad!!!

Food taste good, portions tiny, i ordered the large and confirmed it was the right size before I left because I assumed it was a mistake. Shake was horrible and cost a fiver. Worse than one from shops

I am so happy to have found this hidden gem in Paddington Central. Tossed offers a variety of food and customisation of ingredients is also there. I had a great experience when I went there for the first time. I had to mention the very accommodating and vibrant staff Nico who entertained and explained things so well. Lorrieta was as helpful and smiling too. They are a great team!. And of course the food was delicious!. I ordered a wrap and the portion was more than I could finish. I highly recommend this place!.

When I can't go to Holborn Viaduct, I really like to go there. The team is also super nice and Luca and Gabriella are super nice and funny! It's too bad that there's only seating when sunny but tbh you can enjoy your healthy food nearby the canal, makes it even better :)

Very good for health conscious people and lots of variety for vegetarians. The halloumi is to die for and can be added/swapped for protein in most meals. Currently have a 50% off on vegetarian meals..ending on 26th.

Good place for a salad as you can pick ingredients - just be sure to check what you get carefully. Many times I have been here and not gotten what I ordered and paid for. Super busy at lunch so a hassle to ask for corrections.

Very expensive salads, if you are looking for something tasty and healthy in the area this is your best bet. It is a shame with the price as otherwise this would be my go to lunch. You are better going next door to Sainsbury's and making your own at half the price and twice the portion.

This is a place for quick lunch and possibly breakfast. Overall I base my reviews relative to similar places in this small area. Comparatively it’s very healthy and delicious food but it’s expensive for what it is. You can get cheaper salad in nearby Sainsbury’s and hot pots in Itsu. Overall I don’t go there because it’s way too expensive for what it is. But if you’re a hungry tourist and this is only place nearby open, do pay a visited it’s still cheaper than proper restaurants or gastro pub in London centre.

Tossed is one of the many lunch options around Sheldon Square. Tossed offers both vegetarian and non-vegetarian salads and wraps. Their salads and hot pots are popular. Tossed provides an option of customising salads. I have sometimes found their salads to be a little inconsistent in taste.

I'm a veggie and found a huge meatball in my "Tomato soup". Not great. Never been back since.
