Tossed New Providence Wharf (Canary Wharf) in Tower Hamlets

1. “No couriers nearby” for all of E16 suddenly on Uber Eats, any other area no issues, been like this for weeks. Even if 0.3 miles from store! 2. Placed an order over New Years, accepted by the store and then left waiting over 2 hours before seeing the store wasn’t even open but had not changed the app to reflect! 3. Recently made an order via Deliveroo, 25mins before closing, store closed before the order could be picked up. Why accept 25mins before if not going to fulfil? Sooooo many issues with this specific store.

Staff was helpful when I called them about the delivery but food was cold, small portion and low quality, it looks like something you can buy at Tesco for 4 pounds

Absolutely Disgusting Experience - Avoid at All Costs! I recently ordered a meal from Tossed, and it was one of the worst food experiences I've ever had. I ordered the "Mighty Mexican" and the chicken in my order was completely off, rotten, and had an unbearable smell that hit me the moment I opened the box. It was so bad that I couldn’t even bring myself to take a bite. The stench was nauseating, and it was clear that the chicken was far from fresh.This kind of negligence is unacceptable, especially when it comes to something as basic as ensuring the food is safe to eat. It’s shocking that a restaurant would serve such foul, spoiled food to customers. I’m utterly disgusted and will never be ordering from Tossed again. If you value your health and taste buds, do yourself a favour and stay far away from this place!

I had placed an order of 1 Mighty Mexican through Uber eats on 14th July and there was no dressing or spicy beans with the salad! I don’t know how am I supposed to consume dry salad. I have been trying to call you guys but there has been no response. This is absolutely pathetic service.

As a worldclass kickboxer and living in the area I have been visiting Tossed regularly for the past 5 years by myself and with my colleagues. I ave spent thousands of £ at this store. Food is great. Staff is polite. Fast and convenient service. This store has helped me achieve my high maintenance career goals and stay in the best shape of my life. Considering we are all living in London with our busy lifestyles, Tossed provides healthy food for the community which is such a rare necessity in today's world. Personally I am not sure why there has been several negative reviews on this store. I am writing my feedback based on 5 years of single store visits. Thank you for everything Tossed

Awful salad on Deliveroo, must have been sat there all day and yet grains were uncooked

Portions is small for a price service is terible , quality is bad of ingrudients not worth the price looks like nit even fresh.

Disappointing experience — had to chase my dinner delivery order for ~50 minutes. Tossed only picked up the phone after I called multiple times; the staff was quite indifferent about the delay, and said that they will get started on the order soon. I assume that if I haven’t called, they would never even start making it. Went elsewhere for dinner.

Healthy delicious quick & convenient. So much choice and the service is great. Can't understand these bad reviews, I always love visiting - thanks Tossed New Providence Wharf!

I ordered from Uber Eats and I must say their bowl had awaken every taste nerve in my mouth. The texture was similar to other bowls I had in different top places around the London but the taste was just so balanced. The level of spicyness, sourness were very balanced. Kudos for the receipt of Shawarma Powerbowl and the people who prepare it. Allergy advice: I called in to check with the manager – Rakeesh about my allergy before ordering and he was careful with it. Also told me that I can check for the allergies on their website.

Absolute rubbish, honestly one of the worst wraps I have ever had. Ordered online for pick-up, wrap was cold, bland and just smelt funny.. you'll definitely never see me there again. Yet you charge £8 for those wraps.. should be less than £1.

I wasn't blown away and when you're paying £14 for a salad, you kind of expect something a little more fabulous. Nothing to write home about, I'm afraid.

I use to order regularly from Tossed as I found their salads to be decent and filling; however, after last week, I will never be ordering again sadly. They have changed their packaging (again) where the portion sizes now are ridiculously small, and for £14 a salad, it’s just not worth the price I’m afraid. Disappointing.

Ordered a Chipotle salad through Deliveroo. My food came with long hair inside, I have a question how can such a long hair be inside and not be noticed?

Was pretty good, been ordering about 5 times a week for a year or so...However past 6 weeks they have reduced the filling by about 40% and just padding it out with leaves, which is pretty poor. Not worth it now. Be careful!

Generally it is good. But today mine was the first click and collect order and I had ordered the new pesto super grain salad and it was extremely oily and in the end there was a lot of oil at the bottom.. not at all healthy as mentioned

Ordered a chicken and avacado salad for collection. How are they serving me a CHICKEN salad without chicken? I was the third customer of the day and they weren’t even busy I was the only customer there so no idea how they mess up something so simple. I usually click & collect. The recent meal deal is a nice addition, e.g. gym box + drink + side/snack. A good way to buy an healthy quick meal--- "macro friendly" if you check their nutrition labels when ordering on the website.

I had possibly the worst salad of my life today, salmon was too salty and the salad was quite tasteless. How are they even surviving?

I ordered a click & collect, picked it up & when I got home (20minute walk) they hadn't put any meat in it despite it being a CHICKEN salad. Which means I paid like £8 for some salad leaves. Actually fuming.

Great as any Tossed. On Deliveroo, please add a possibility to exclude some ingredients or to add notes where people could write, e.g. no lemon juice.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. The girls were rude and did not have a clue about anything I asked. Lack of respect towards customers.

It was my first time ordering from this branch. Sadly my favourite Tossed shut down in Stratford. Anyway I decided to order to make my own salad and I was impressed at the fresh, tasty ingredients use to make my salad crunchy lettuce and fresh spinach. However there was slight room for improvement for me personally. I order three drinks x2 mean green and a peanut protein smoothie. The mean green smoothies were spot on. How the peanut tasted slightly water down when compared to the same drink at the Stratford branch. I was I had more of the peanut flavours coming through. Overall I would definitely order again I would probably try to request extra peanuts. Definitely worth a visit. ;)
