An absolute gem! What a London pub should be. Atmosphere, people, the two female bartenders were incredible. What a fantastic place.

I've been here many times before heading to Brick Lane for a curry. The beer is superb and the pub itself is a lovely little local. Very much worth visiting if you're in London.

Next door to the Gilbert and George Center, and is a Free house and has Fullers. Small and intimate ok to rest your legs in.

One of THE best pubs in East London - never change 🙏🏻

Super busy but you can't knock it really. Only a couple of the cask offerings were on (either run out or longer term unavailable). People were friendly and we still managed to get a seat. Almost didn't go in since the street outside was packed, but glad we did.

This is the best pub around in the Spitafields area. When you walk in, it's like going back in time. No frills, no worries, and the best pints. You'd be a fool not to stop by for a Pint!

Great local boozer. Busy on a Monday evening and full of locals and visitors alike. Good prices and choice of ale considering the location. Everyone is very friendly and the music is great.

A fantastic little boozer. Great fire. Comfy seats. A couple of rooms. Seats at the bar. A few good ales. Crisps. And the feeling that you’re genuinely in a ‘public house’. Like a sitting room for the community. Exactly as a good pub should be. Love it.

Came as down the road from work and No 18. On the Timeout list of great pubs. Pub has a history (look it up). Had 2 cask beers, well priced. Just a proper pub as they should be. Must try a salt beef sandwich next time.

Fantastic old style boozer - friendly staff and great prices too!

Atmosphere is where is its at for The Pride. Small, close, wood and warm. Got a pint for 5 pounds, which is a bonus. Tight sueeze at 5:30 on a weekday with after with the after work crowd, but there's always space outside.

Guys, Drieschner was visiting again and of course thirsty. Of course, at Pride, as we insiders call it, we downed a nice lukewarm ale. Super refreshing. The king here is of course the ambience. Pub couldn't be more honest. Only people who take their business seriously come here: destroying beer.

Lovely comfortable pub to sit in. Great beers - London Pride, Fuller's ESB. Great music from the DJ - You give me fever, Depeche Mode, loved it! No food tonight. Hope to get back here!

Nice little back street boozer just off Brick Lane. Popped in mid afternoon and there were a few locals as well as tourists there. Friendly staff

Can't be beaten. Between Saturday and Monday we spent nearly 24 solid hours in there. Enough said.

We come here every time we visit London. It's a gem. The staff are lovely. The sandwiches to die for. Pints are great, cold, reasonable and a-plenty. The music is fab. DJ is mint! Dodge the wine🤪! ( It's a boozer, not a wine bar!) Cannot WAIT to do another 24 hrs over 3 days, in here, catching up with mates who don't live in the area, but are willing to travel across London town!. We love you guys!!! 😘😘

Just an excellent little pub in a side street off Brick Lane. Great range of ales, well-kept and well-served, at good value prices that you don't often see in London. Friendly and attentive service from nice people. No braying City boys, no delusions of 'gastro pub' status. No all-day breakfasts like Wetherspoons. Just a proper pub ... Este lugar era increíble. Nuevos amigos nos trajeron aquí porque tenían "verdadera cerveza". Ubicado en un aliado trasero cerca de la calle de ladrillo, este lugar era genial. Mi amigo y yo hablamos detrás de la barra porque teníamos flores y se las ofrecimos al camarero. Incluso servimos unas cuantas cervezas mientras estábamos allí. Algunas de las mejores personas que he conocido en Londres dirigían este lugar. ¡Tienes que irte!

Been a few years since I last visited this pub. However, nothing appears to have changed & that's a good thing. Still very busy, swift service & reasonably priced Guiness. £5:50 a pint for this part of town. Excellent hostelry if you ever find yourself around Brick Lane.

Cheapest Pint in Shorditch. Really friendly atmosphere. Gave you the feel that you stepped back in time. So sooo cute. Highly recommend it 🥰❤️

One of my favourite pubs in the area mostly due to the friendly staff and atmosphere inside. Generally very popular leading to lots of spill out on to the street.

Service may be a bit slow but thats only because the bar is small. Beautifully cheap pints for the area.

Boss old school boozer. Great pub with lots of character and extremely reasonable prices for London. You can get a pint of Guinness for under a fiver, lucky to get it for that price in a lot of places in the north even nowadays. Good mix of people from locals, people working in the area and tourists. They also have cask ales and some lagers on tap.

A busy pub just off Brick Lane. Traditional with red carpet and fairly old furnishings indoors. Small bar area with old skool landlord/lady. Plenty drinking outside on the pavement. Definitely has character but not really my crowd.

A true old skool Eastend pub. Small bar, and very busy. The majority of people were standing outside chatting. Service was swift on a busy Thursday evening. It reminded me of my old local 'The Ferry House' on the Isle of Dogs' when growing up.

Super kind bartenders and a fun dive bar vibe! Lots of folks drinking outside and a good time all around. Only thing is if you’re sensitive to smells it definitely smells like dive bar lol!

Superb old school London pub. Carpets, curtains, locals and salt beef sandwiches to die for. Nothing fake about the interior, it’s like all pubs were forty or fifty years ago. Great quality real ale, staff always friendly. A little gem, a stones throw from the city.

So I pulled in here late on a Saturday night. Bartenders were fighting. Crowd out front was underage and ready to box. Inside was punters and cool younger crowd. Had a great pint and talked to a guy on mushrooms. It's a proper boozer and a traditional place. Can't say enough great things about the hospitality.
