Selection of an incredible number of gins. There is a menu or you tell the bartender which flavor you prefer and you get something really good :-)

A small, inconspicuous pub with a very nice atmosphere. The drinks are nothing special and not exactly cheap. You can expect to spend over £10 here and there isn't a lot of alcohol in it - it's a shame. Nevertheless, I can recommend the pub because it is a great place to spend time with friends and there is also a large selection of card and board games.

Had some drinks and a quick bite on 2 occasions. Bartender was great, I should've found out what his name was, he was knowledgeable about the different gins. Definitely will pop back in next time I'm in town.

The perfect pub if you are looking for a quiet pint, nice beers, whiskys and great service.

I went to this pub my first night in London and had a great time. Both bartenders were very friendly and it was a nice place to hang out and get drinks. We decided to come back since we liked it the first time and this time we decided to get gin martinis instead of beer, since this was advertised as a gin house. When my brothers ordered their gin martinis the guy said he could “maybe” make one and rolled his eyes. He made them and I ordered for me and my girlfriend and I got a beer and she got a gin martini. When I told him this he said “f*ck” and rolled his eyes again and made the drink.He was expressing to customers that he did not want to do his job. Definitely ruined my second experience at this pub

The bartender got angry and rolled his eyes and said “fuuuck” when me and my friends got 4 dirty martinis. If you don’t want to bartend maybe don’t work behind a bar. Just my two cents. We are just going to finish our drinks and get the hell out of here because clearly they don’t want us here

Great little bar away from the busyness of Whitechapel, Great selection of gins.

The pub was nice, not very well taken care of. Service was really good though. Food = average.

This is the perfect pub to hire a function room. I had my birthday party here last night, the staff went above and beyond to make sure my guests had everything they could need! In the botanical hire room you get: Own fully stocked bar with a member of staff. BT proper speaker. Dart board, party lights, sofa and chair set ups and toilets just off the room. Drink prices were great- no London rip off prices and a couple of friends ordered food and said it was fantastic. Also great it’s independent! Really pleased with choosing this pub.

Came in at the weekend with some mate, the bar staff were great and chatty, new their products and we're genuinely happy you were in the pub, in a soulless area this bar is refreshing and comforting

Spent a couple of hours here on a Monday where drinks are 30% off! Great service and great range of drinks! Had a great barman but unfortunately didn't catch his name. Will definitely be returning on a Monday

The OC used to be one of the most amazing gin palaces in London. It has now changed hands and they are selling off the gin to replace with crowd friendly lager

Wow. What an excellent pub. The staff were friendly and gave great gin recommendations. Especially Aaran and Daje who went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. We will be making this a regular spot when visiting London in the future. 5* service all around!

Best gin bar that's authentic. Mr Foggs is great if you want swanky looking but if you want cosy comfort & dim lighting with fairy lights and candles, then Oliver Conquest is the place to go. It's also got a greater variety of gins than Mr Foggs (which is also a great bar).

A gin bar I dropped into with my date before dinner. The barman did a bang up job of making some great cocktails and even accommodated for a chilli negroni when he was out of chilli gin. Reasonably priced for London cocktails as well. Give it a go

Such a cute nice pub with extensive menu for all kind of variations of Negroni you could think of. Really tasty espresso martini’s too. ❤️

What a fun little spot that we found prior to our trip but also recommended by locals! We happened to walk in during trivia and I immediately wished that we had known it was happening because I do enjoy trivia. The bartender created a rhubarb and raspberry mash for my gin cocktail and it was splendid!

This bar has a great vibe and an excellent drink/gin menu for everyone. Much recommended in the area. Me and my woman came in on a Sunday while visiting London and we ran into the surprise pub quiz night, which we absolutely loved! (we were watching and they invited us to play, how cool is that?). But if you're not into games and just want a good drink, this place is also hard to beat.

He wanted his glasses back and was giving us plastic ones to go outside. This is all before their published closing time. No drinking up time! He professed he didn't want to be rude, but I can't think of anything more rude. Anyway, we just left and walked past a pub 100 yards away full of customers with full pints, happily supping up. BEWARE. Don't expect a friendly welcome here. Retreating north tomorrow. I doubt anyone up there will believe what just happened!

This spot is great for a chill solo lunch. The food is fresh but the service is quick and the shrimp tacos were BEAUTIFUL the only problem was that there wasn’t more. Ate them before I could get a photo sorry not sorry!

Had such a great evening cocktails. Amazing gins, superb po boys and tacos,11/10!!!! Best night we've had in ages would recommend hugely if your near algate or Shoreditch defo give this spot a try.

Great pub in Aldgate, near Aldgate station. Staff were great, they had lids of funky gins and the food was soooo tasty. Best beef birria tacos In London, I had tacos and my partner had shrimp po’boy. Looking for food near Spitalfield market, look no further. Will defo come back to eat and try more gins

We hired the Private room for my 50th Birthday. I would say, from the start of booking with wonderful Craig accommodating us with all was absolutely amazing. The private room is a great space, cosy.. I absolutely adore this gin pub located on Leman Street, just a stone's throw away from the underground station. My boyfriend and I visit it at least once a month, and we always have a fantastic time enjoying gin in its cozy atmosphere. What's more, they offer a wide selection of board games that you can play while enjoying your drinks. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fun time with friends and a great selection of gin.

I totally agree with you Lorna Oliver, I have never come across such a rude, obnoxious manager who has no idea how to speak to customers or workers in a respectable manner. Absolutely the worst manager of a public house I’ve ever come across! Had his poor female staff member in tears for a genuine mistake and made myself and my party extremely uncomfortable.I would avoid this establishment. Awful experience

Through the last year of living in London I have never had one bad encounter or experience at this bar. From the friendly staff, to the efficient service and delicious drinks — there are no flaws in this pub. There’s also board games and fun Sunday pub quizzes. What more could you want?

Awesome pub, good atmosphere, not too crowded even on game nights. There was a quizz going on at half-time and we had a lovely time. Good selection of gins.

Nice little bar which seems to lean more towards spirits (lots of gin, but plenty of whisky and rum aswell) and cocktails but still has beer and two ale pumps. Two TVs were showing the football when we were there. The Guinness was good and the Laine Brew Co Breaker Pale Ale was fine. There is an upstairs bar but there was a private party going on when we were there so didn't get a look.

I hired the upstairs bar for a private event for 40 people and it was perfect! Great space, great drinks, great food, reasonable prices. On top of that super friendly, helpful and relaxed people working there - couldn’t have asked for any better place to host a party. Thank you so much!

The Oliver Conquest is a rather classy pub in gentrified Leman Street that yet remains a cozy, friendly place to spend time with friends or on a date. They organize events and karaoke days and Quiz days that are fun, but I'd rather prefer it on less crowded days where I can enjoy some tea and a game of Catan, Scrabble or Chess. The staff is quite lively and friendly.

Weren't able to have the cocktails we wanted as they didn't have the ingredients. Staff wasn't able to come up with any suggestions. Maybe good if you are looking just for basic G&T

We went back to the Oliver Conquest after 3 years of last being there. It has been taken over by a new manager/owner who is doing an absolute fantastic job. He recommended 3 amazing gins for us and the service was top notch. Highly recommend anyone to go there for a several gins/pints.

Let us in last minute for the England game, friendliest staff, even gave us a free shot when England won! 10/10 recommend for customer experience

Terrible experience in this Pub. Went a few months ago, sat outside because of restrictions. The bar tender, maybe even the manager is the most miserable person I have ever encountered. They had run out of nearly all beers, he just muttered at us. He gave us no instructions on how to order and when I asked which beer he would recommend as they had run out of everything we asked for he just shrugged his shoulders. He clearly did not want to be there.... I can't remember the name of the beer we eventually ordered but I do remember it was horrible so went left after only 1 drink.

Great pub for gin lovers, and they have a limited selection of ales & lagers. No food. Friendly & helpful staff. Cosy inside & a few tables outside. Came here on a Friday evening with a friend and had a lovely evening. They had music on the background which was played just at the right level (not too loud) so that customers could still have a conversation without the need to shout.

Came here with a group of friends during social distancing regulations and they were understanding - table service and following the rules. Went on a Tuesday which was 2 for 1 on spirits so we had a blast. Fun bar staff and great selection.
