The food was absolutely delicious and service was great. One complaint is that almost near to finishing my food I bit into what felt like little gritty glass bits. I cant even tell what it could be but i rubbed it against the table and it's definitely not edible. I managed to spit the biggest bit out and rinsed my mouth. Attached is a video.

The food was of poor quality. I ate a small portion and now my stomach hurts terribly. I don't recommend this place to anyone unless you want to get poisoned.

I am a regular in this place. A wholesome goodness in a bowl. As I can make and mix the salad myself, I don't feel bored easy for having the salad for my lunch every weekday. Everything is fast and practical. Clean and tasty! This one that I am having is Spinach and Supergrain for the base, smoked salmon and avocado for protein, edamame, pesto, jalapeno, sweet corn and sweet potato for the veggies, and olive oil plus lemon juice for the dressing!

I came across this gem while I was walking on baker street and craving some healthy food. I usually don't eat outside because i follow strict vegetarian diet and can't really find much, but Tossed had Create your own category which helped me choose all veggies and cheese in my salad which I loved.The salad was really tasty and i would surely recommend this place to my friends and family.

I’ve been visiting tossed at least once a working week since the very first day they opened. The food, the service and the staff are absolutely brilliant. My only Question is why there’s not a Tossed restaurant in every Brough throughout the UK. I suppose you can’t have everything. The very best service and Healthy food Options.

The team here is amazing. Food and drinks are top quality! Specifically Camila, Nero, Reyes and Miguel are amazing. Always have a smile on their face and I keep coming back to this store because of them.

The vegan chicken is completely inedible it’s like pieces of hard rubber, I ordered the Mexican bowl and the entire bowl is just nachos and rice barely any actual sustenance. Horrible quality, cheap portions. Won’t be eating here again. They should be sued for trying to pass this rubbish off as food

loved the atmosphere of the place. it was my first time in Tossed,as i am a tourist. ordered lentil dal powerbowl & the food was amazing. Great place indeed

I ordered a salad, it had mint as seasoning, while eating it I realized the chicken and cauliflower were rotten, the smell was a bit covered up by the mint. I threw it away and felt sick within 30 mins. I like supporting local businesses but unfortunately profits seem to be more important than health. Good luck.

I get my breakfast here after the gym quite regularly. The food and service is excellent and considering all breakfasts come with a free coffee it really is one of few good deals out there in central. Lunch is also good with loads of vegan options. I usually take out but sometimes sit outside in the summer. Strongly recommend

I'm usually here at least once a day for breakfast - fresh scrambled eggs, or for lunch - a salad or something from the Gym food menu. Food is great, the place is clean and the staff are efficient and cheery. Prices as good as anything similar in the area. Loyalty app also gives discounts.

It’s was delicious, hidden gem I ordered the Parmesan chicken and let me tell you something this place is a must go!!!! Excellent service by the team specially by Paola which helped me out as it was my first time visiting and her recommendation was a 5*.

I had a custom salad and it was pretty good but this place is expensive for just a basic salad. I paid about £13 for just 4 toppings. You only get the bases and dressing free, but proteins and vegetable toppings are not included, you don’t even get one included in the price so it works out poor value for money. It is mostly full of office workers getting takeouts or delivery drivers, there is some seating inside and outside. You make your order using the tablet and pay, only card accepted by the way and then you collect the order. The pros are that there is a lot if customisation, it also shows the calories and macros of everything so you know exactly what you are getting. Overall a nice salad bar, great for healthy food and macro counting. But the price is on the high side for just a salad.

The salad was very overpriced. I ordered a chicken Parmesan salad from Deliveroo and the portion, quality and taste was not better than a meal deal salad I could get for much cheaper else where. Avoid!!!

Worst salad ever!!! I ordered an Avocado Cesar Salad through Uber Eats from Tossed. It tasted bad, like rotten lettuce. Not worth the price. Not even cutlery was included in the 14£ order for the salad. How am I supposed to eat this salad???

Had a chicken Caesar avocado salad for lunch. The salad was nice (except for some leaves that were visibly gone) but I would have expected more chicken and avocado in it for the price charged. 12£ for a salad it is a bit on the expensive side considering the amount of ingredients.

Avocado looks vile. How anyone could think it acceptable to serve this brown mush to someone is beyond me.

I didn’t eat, that is the start of a review that makes my blood boil usually! But I have to say something; as a visually impaired person going into a place where people have been replaced by tablets with no customer service, no one offering help, I simply couldn’t see to order. Yes I could’ve asked for help, but sometimes you really don’t want to, if the place was packed, I understand, but it wasn’t. Shame, I was really looking forward to a salad, but it was not to be. I used to really like this place, but I think our relationship is over.

I typically love Tossed, but my last delivery has really made me question it - if this issue is confined to Baker St, then just avoid Baker St - hopefully the issue isn't systemic. I ordered a custom salad on Deliveroo. 2 main issues; 1) I requested double lettuce base (I can't eat spinach)... and received spinach. Ok, not such a big deal... However, I also requested double chicken breast. When I'd picked out all the errant spinach leaves, I was able to see how much chicken was in there... barely enough for a single portion, if that. It makes me wonder how many times in the past I've been short changed, but not noticed. With all the other pieces I'd chosen the salad came to £17.50 (I question my own choices when I saw that!) - When you consider this was far from a cheap salad, the least you should be able to expect is to not be short changed on the quantity of the ingredients you've requested. Thankfully I'll be getting a credit from Deliveroo, but be aware when ordering here!

So so upset, I have just had a vegan bowl and got through almost all of it when I had a mouthful and in it was a piece of chicken. I haven’t had meat in over 4 years this is heartbreaking and incredibly disappointing…. It’s also incredibly disgusting and poor care taken. I don’t know what else to say. The bowl was good and I would’ve come back now I’m just incredibly disappointed.

I love Tossed but after the service I just received in your store on Baker Street I doubt I’ll ever come back. I ordered on a tablet and waited. The member of staff arrived and stared at me as if I was dirt or if I had done something wrong. I understand it’s fast food but I arrived excited for the food and have now left upset.

They opened an new store few meters from the old one at Baker street. Visited first time today and I was very disappointed with the fact that the prices are now inflated 15%+ in salads. The build your own salad options now charges you individually for each ingredient, whereas before they had a flat price for up to 2 ingredients for each category. 1 week ago for a salad I was paying 8.20 now 9.70+. I don't get in what grounds they did such an increase. So the rating comes from the low(er) value / money ratio

I am very pleased with the food, great flavour, Vegan and full of protein. Price is the best, great value for a lot of good things.

Everything is fresh and clean. The staff is very nice and the prices are reasonable.

Very good food and staff. We did struggle to use the Welcome code but later the store manager made up for it. Above all the wrap and the smoothie were super tasty taking care of my all allergy free products.

Great options for lunch - tasty yet healthy and filling

Portion sizes for salads are incredibly stingy for being charged £6.99. The salad is never filled all the way and I always have to ask for more lettuce or legumes. I shouldn't have to ask when I'm paying that much.

So the beauty of this place is you make your own salad. So far so good? The reason I will never visit here again is they are rip off merchants or thieves. I added two proteins and got none. Even when I went back to the counter and raised my query with the staff they simply poured the contents into a larger bowl, pushed around the salad and said just the proteins are there simply dismissing my query. This is poor restauranteur-ship, poor management, poor training for staff this is simply somewhere to avoid. There’s many options. Why pay a premium if what you want isn’t provided ?

I LOVE the salads here. The pre designed veggie ones are delicious and much nice than I could make myself. However - PLEASE fill your large salads up properly, I have to ask for more leaves every time!!!!! Your large and medium and basically the same size which isn't really fair.

I decided to try Tossed over my usual Pret and was left extremely disappointed. I like the tablet ordering system and high level of customisation but the end product is distinctly lacking. I ordered a Chipotle Chicken Salad which seemed to consist mostly of jalapenos and measly amounts of everything else. Also, the salad was extremely poorly tossed into the box, with bits hanging outside box and clusters of ingredients in different corners. Finally, to top it all off there was a rogue edamame bean and a hard piece of jalapeno stem in my meal. Would not recommend.

I simply couldn't survive without my chipotle salad from this place! Love the hot food too with my Immune boost juice

Best place to go for a quick lunch. The tablets used for ordering food take off the pressure from ordering quickly and allow for a high level of customization. The staff are friendly and the food is of the highest quality for reasonable prices. Couldn't recommend highly enough.

I ordered the grilled chicken sweet chilli supergrain hot pot..it was amazing. My new fav place. It accommodates for my low calorie no carb diet. Love it and defo recommend it. Will be back to try out other meals on the menu.

Very expensive and leaves you hungry despite spending around £8. Constantly having chicken etc left out of salads, chaotic in there, has happened around three times. Better off going to Pret etc.

I don't know what they do to their salads here compared to other tossed but I cannot fault them. The Paddington one is awful. Would come back time and time again. Expensive but worth it without a doubt. Yummy! And fast service, even when it looks busy!

ordered twice through deliveroo, both times has come very quickly Portions are really good size and definitely value for money. Most important the food is delicious. I had salmon salad first time and hearty homous warm bowl with halloumi and piri piri chicken protein kick and i was so full up! will definitely keep ordering from these guys!

Delicious, healthy food at reasonable prices. Tossed have expanded their selection of food since I last visited a branch a couple of years ago. You can get toasties, salads, hot pots and smoothies, they also now do breakfast too. I ordered a prawn Thai curry, which was tasty and filling. The novelty of this store asides from its tongue in cheek name and their staff dressed in pink is that your order will be given a celebrities name which is definitely quite amusing as they shout out random famous people every time an order is ready. The store is bright and has a large selection of food, you can make your salad to your liking and you can also pre-order online. Their is a small seating area but the store wasn't overly crowded for a lunch time. I'd you looking for something a bit healthier but still tasty for lunch this is a good place to come.
