Friendly service. Outdoor seating only at present. COVID-19 restrictions. Love the automated ordering system. You can view photographs of the food and nutritional information. Fast service. Not sure if they accept cash now, appears to be card only. Fresh and healthy. The gym food, protein hiits, juices, smoothies and hot food are good. I am not a fan of the salads. I had the chicken, egg and sweet potato box with broccoli. No dressing. Healthy, simple and no added extras! Perfect for a detox.

Efficient service and love the automated ordering service where you can see photographs of the food and calories. High seat communal tables and some normal tables outside. Opens till 21:00 which is useful.

Quick and easy salad to take away at lunchtime. Pretty yummy as always but the avocado was very ripe and practically became the dressing. Will definitely go back, really easy as its opposite

Just your regular salad spot, with slightly more quality ingredients than your average multi-national grocery store that offers 'make your own'. The Chicken and Pesto Salad is alright.

I love Tossed. Salads and hot food are yummy! Good selection of juices and smoothies! Always feel like I've had some goodness eating there.

Been here for lunch a few times. I've gone for the soup most of the time. I would generally say it's ok. The service provided is ok too.

I discovered Tossed in July during my 2 1/2 week stay in London. I went to the location on Clerkenwell a couple times and another one on the Holborn Viaduct. I found the service to be quick and efficient. My order was done exactly as I asked and the kale super juice is delicious!A helpful hint might be that during the last hour of the day, they have all of their pre made food (sandwiches, salads, yogurt) selling for 50% off.When I'm in London again and on the run, this will be a stop I make!

I go there almost everyday for lunch as you can have healthy and tasty food for less than £7. Much better than Pret, Eat or Vital in my opinion.

This review is for the Paddington - Sheldon Square branch.I visited Tossed on my way through Paddington. I was commuting from Reading to East London so decided to stop for breakfast. I had ordered using the app. This I do not recommend, it was very difficult to use. Also when I got to Tossed, they hadn't realised I had placed the order so it was not ready. It was quiet anyway so didn't take them long to make my breakfast - which was scrambled eggs, smoked salmon and avacado. The food was very tasty as was the smoothie, but the staff didn't do anything to make me feel specifically welcomed, though they did apologise for not having the order ready. All in all the food was great and the service was OK.

Another one of those places with a confusing ordering etiquette, plus the food itself is mildly overpriced and disappointingly bland. There really is no good reason to eat here unless you have very limited choices.

Was pleased to see a healthy option in the services. We bought two wraps and a jacket potato,Wraps had hardly any filling and jacket was cold. £18 for this little lot with one small smoothie. For this money you'd expect at least a half decadent filling.We won't be visiting them again.

The food was average; not great but certainly not amazing.The till system was a total joke - queues, shouting, orders getting mixed up. They need to sort this out immediately. How hard can it be?My review refers to the Paddington Basin Sheldon Square branch.

We went to Tossed at Westfield Stratford and ordered a Spicy Thai and a Halloumi with Roasted Vegetables. They were both tasteless. The Spicy Thai had no dressing or seasoning just dry tasteless shredded carrots, lettuce, hard noodles etc and the Halloumi salad contained burnt vegetables which were inedible and raw onion which my wife is allergic to. The staff were hopeless, on another planet and could not (or claimed not to) understand our utter disappointment. Left the meals and went elsewhere. One salad cost £7.99 the other £6.49. I estimate the cost of the food content in each was no more than 25p.

I live a few blocks from tossed and have walked by the venue hundreds of times, but never went there until a week or two ago. Since then, I popped in once a week or so to grab a quick salad or soup (try the kale soup and the mezze salad--yum!). As far as quick pre-made options go, this one of the very best options I've found in London. Lots of variety and nutrition facts displayed for their offerings. Great option if you need something quick, fresh and healthy!

Loved their salad bar, you would definitely get something you like. Half price after 4pm, good deal. Recommended for salad lovers.

We recently had a quick and light breakfast at Tossed and found this to be a nice alternative to the McDonalds and Starbucks like franchises, a place we would probably visit more often if we had a branch near our home. During our stop we tried a bacon and egg mcmuffin (£2.45) served on a wheat muffin that was pretty good (3.5 of 5) and a bagel with cream cheese (£1.45) that was fine (3 of 5). Coffee drinks were good enough as well (3 of 5). We found the appearance of their prepared salads and other foods to be good, You can actually create your own salad here as well, making this an enticing place for for a lunch stop as well, perhaps something we will try next time we are in the city. Overall, Tossed opens early and makes a nice option for breakfast. We would definitely stop for breakfast here again.
