The best place ever!!!! 😁 Quality of the food is amazing - much better that in other Tortilla shops!!! The place is clean - spotless!!! The team is kind, polite and helpful 🥰

Tortilla was too soggy and I was unable to it eat, which caused major embarrassment when i was on my lunch break at work, had to use a knife and fork, I will next time have the burrito without the wrap and see whether more enjoyable.

Rosa is the best in customer servuce, a real ambassador for the company.

I arrived an hour before they closed and they didn't want to serve me. The employees close before the time it says on Google Maps. I arrived at 4:00 p.m. and Google Maps said they closed at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesdays.

Staff work hard and are consistently friendly and competent! Can fault the place.

Absolutely shocking customer service. Very rude and act like they’re doing you a favour. The portion servings are awful, similar to how other burrito chains operate. Plenty of rice but minuscule chicken and it was considered a large! And £10 for the pleasure. Don’t bother.

There was a guy with black shirt named vk was very friendly and he is more energetic. He served us very well by explaining each and every food on the menu as i was new customer in tortila.

It was my frist time in tortilla in leadenhall market and there was a guy whose name was vk i cant fully remember. He was very fast and energetic at work . He helped us to choose our food and explained each and everthing in the menu.

If you are in City of London, love Mexican food, are a Harry Potter Fan and like amazing service... this is a must go place for you. Every pound spent is worth it. Paulina and Georgia are two of the best, super helpful and graceful hosts I had the pleasure of meeting. They understand their customers !

I come here almost every day I’m in the City because the service is efficient and the reception from staff is always warm, since they greet you with a smile. The food is fantastic and I never leave disappointed. Happy to recommend on that basis

I got a naked burrito bowl. The servers seem stingy with portions and aren’t very smooth with service. The food also tasted a bit stale. Would not recommend
