Yummy food, lovely atmosphere and friendly service from Rosa, like always.

I got a naked burrito bowl. The servers seem stingy with portions and aren’t very smooth with service. The food also tasted a bit stale. Would not recommend

I come here almost every day I’m in the City because the service is efficient and the reception from staff is always warm, since they greet you with a smile. The food is fantastic and I never leave disappointed. Happy to recommend on that basis

We ate well, normal prices, quick service and a beautiful location in the heart of Leadenhall Market.

I have been a loyal customer but changed my mind when out of nowhere the portion sizes they were giving were much smaller and the majority of my meat was fat which I picked out. No response from customer service/customer contact form either. Won't be returning

Great burrito place in London to order from. The quantity of food you get for the price you pay is great in my eyes and the staff are friendly. Only downside is the network connection in the building which is awful tbh, especially when you go downstairs to order. Tried to collect points/ redeem a free burrito and I couldn't, mainly because my network was not connecting in that building. I'm aware there's free WiFi in the building, but it does not work unfortunately. Hope they fix that problem

First time here and I wasn’t so impressed with the service. Staff quite direct and not explaining options. Me and a friend had a burrito. The chicken burrito was nice.

I am not a big fan of burritos, my Mexican friend asked me to try Tortilla and it was the best burrito I had in years. I think it wasn’t just the food, the whole experience was outstanding. It’s really hard to find smiley faces in London tbh, the whole team greeted and served with all their heart. I remember one person’s name out of the team who made my experience more delightful, it was Vicki I think (a guy with lean body and black hair). Thanks a lot and I hope it reaches to the team. Hopefully will see you soon.

Very nice home. Making tacos live. The waitresses prepare it according to what you ask for. Selecting. We were satisfied. It is best to arrive around rush hour to get seats.

My burrito was tiny :( it was meant to be the vegan chilli non carne filling but it honestly felt like they missed half the fillings out! As a positive, the lady clearing tables downstairs was lovely.

If you are in City of London, love Mexican food, are a Harry Potter Fan and like amazing service... this is a must go place for you. Every pound spent is worth it. Paulina and Georgia are two of the best, super helpful and graceful hosts I had the pleasure of meeting. They understand there customers !

I recently had the absolute displeasure of visiting Tortilla in leadenhall, and I can confidently say it was one of the worst experiences of my life. The level of rudeness exhibited by one of your employees was beyond unacceptable. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with an unfriendly attitude and disdainful looks. When I asked for assistance, the employee treated me as if I was a nuisance, responding with curt, dismissive answers and rolling their eyes. The sheer arrogance and lack of basic customer service skills were astonishing. To add insult to injury, this employee continued to be rude throughout my entire visit, making snide remarks under their breath and generally making me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. She was also disgraceful towards other colleagues and I was mortified to witness human beings being treated like this. It's baffling how someone so unpleasant can be allowed to represent your business. This experience has completely soured my opinion and I will never be returning. I urge management to seriously reconsider their hiring practices and provide thorough training on basic respect and courtesy. Until then, I will be taking my business elsewhere and advising everyone I know to do the same. The woman in question was... I think a Polish woman either the manager or supervisor. Absolute disgrace. Hypertheically speaking, If this was on the streets I would have punched her in the face. Of course as a gentleman I would not hit a obnoxious woman in Real life but boy did she test my patience.
