Absolutely shocking customer service. Very rude and act like they’re doing you a favour. The portion servings are awful, similar to how other burrito chains operate. Plenty of rice but minuscule chicken and it was considered a large! And £10 for the pleasure. Don’t bother.

It was my frist time in tortilla in leadenhall market and there was a guy whose name was vk i cant fully remember. He was very fast and energetic at work . He helped us to choose our food and explained each and everthing in the menu.

There was a guy with black shirt named vk was very friendly and he is more energetic. He served us very well by explaining each and every food on the menu as i was new customer in tortila.

I came with my friends, is our first time, Aga explained very well, he put extra effort to serve us well and made sure wether we are doing our food or not, will come back soon

If you are in City of London, love Mexican food, are a Harry Potter Fan and like amazing service... this is a must go place for you. Every pound spent is worth it. Paulina and Georgia are two of the best, super helpful and graceful hosts I had the pleasure of meeting. They understand their customers !

I come here almost every day I’m in the City because the service is efficient and the reception from staff is always warm, since they greet you with a smile. The food is fantastic and I never leave disappointed. Happy to recommend on that basis

I got a naked burrito bowl. The servers seem stingy with portions and aren’t very smooth with service. The food also tasted a bit stale. Would not recommend

Great burrito place in London to order from. The quantity of food you get for the price you pay is great in my eyes and the staff are friendly. Only downside is the network connection in the building which is awful tbh, especially when you go downstairs to order. Tried to collect points/ redeem a free burrito and I couldn't, mainly because my network was not connecting in that building. I'm aware there's free WiFi in the building, but it does not work unfortunately. Hope they fix that problem

the staff was very welcoming and helpful, patient with us ordering 1st time. they also gave us extra fresh guacamole for chips, which for us was the highlight!
