I had an excellent experience at Tortilla thanks to Mathew! His customer service was top-notch—friendly, attentive, and efficient. He made my visit smooth and enjoyable, ensuring everything was prepared just the way I wanted. It's rare to come across such a dedicated staff member who goes above and beyond. Highly recommend Mathew for a great experience at Tortilla!

The tacos and the burrito were absolutely amazing! Especially the server Niki was extremely sweet and served me and my friends wholeheartedly! Definitely recommend this place!

Today I went here for the first time. Very impressed especially with the service. The Lady who served me was very friendly and made me feel very welcome. I had the vegan Beyond meat burrito and enchiladas. They were really good. Thank you

Just had the phatest burrito of my life here. Shout-out to Katie for doing God's work by shoving everything into it, and then rolling it to perfection. The burrito didn't break nor spill once. Great place. Only downfall is guac is £1.30 extra.

We come here once every fortnight, the staff are nothing but lovely (Mathew and katie especially). The food is amazing and so well priced, yet on top of this you can always get a discount from the app! Love love love!

Fast food mexican diner selling burritos,nachos, quesadillas and tacos. Good choice of fillings and there's plenty in even a small burrito to satisfy you. There are vegetarian and vegan options and you can get a burrito,drink and a bag of tortilla chips for £10-12 . Beware though that some choices have a step up in price and some options are extra. I chose a barbacoa ( not sure of the spelling ) beef filling which was £1 more expensive but it was very tasty. You don't get a knife and fork here,it's served like street food. There was a nice buzz to the place, staff were friendly and helpful. You can get all of it as a takeaway which seemed popular and I saw three Deliveroo drivers in the 30 minutes I was there. I would visit again and try something else.

I had the most amazing experience today at Tortilla, thanks to Matthew. He went out of his way to make sure I could get the burrito I wanted and I am so thankful. He has absolutely made my day and has given me the best service I have had in a while. Thank you so much and I will be returning.

Went in for dinner this evening, ordered a burrito and a salad bowl. Absolutely incredible service. Much care taken in regards to food hygiene and customer concerns. Asked if we have been here before and explained the process and was patient with us throughout taking our order. Changed gloves between each order and asked if we were vegan/vegetarian which made us feel very valued as customers. Lovely staff and good food! Would 100% recommended.

Tasty burrito for lunch today. As I grew up near the border of Mexico, it’s not quite as authentic as I’d like, but still damn good for the UK. And the service is excellent! The manager really cares about the business. Impressive!

I always eat here when im in canterbury, the workers are incredibly helpful with everything, including dietry needs and are just suoer friendly overal, they always make conversation and the food is always great.

The food was spectacular, the burrito and the quesadilla were brutal, and the nachos were delicious, but the best thing without a doubt was Helen's attention, what a charming person, a 10% service. We recommend the place without a doubt, a great success in this beautiful place. city!!!

Just ordered from Uber eats not what I expected ordered two large burritos expecting it to be a normal large that I always recieve turns out I get two very small burritos don’t know what I did to deserve a burrito the length of my child’s hand but there we go. We also got 3 sauces and all we filled halfway it really is just greedy

Burrito arrived quickly, but cheese and sour cream I ordered had been left out of it, which was disappointing!

I came in and was instantly welcomed to the warm atmosphere, I didn’t really know what I wanted so I asked the gentlemen behind the counter to make what ever he wants in a burrito - it was the BEST burrito I have ever had! Really good service, checked on me to see if I was happy and if there’s anything else I needed. Really good service and cannot wait to come back!

Good food, but deffo collect if you can, the open burrito arrived cold but i dont think thats anyones fault it just doesnt travel well. The quantities of toppings seemed less than when ordering instore too.

Ordered naked burritos bowl, quesadillas and burrito wrap, everything was amazing however had a horrible experience with staff (wanted to be supportive of their new staff member who recently joined), they were so confused amongst themselves. Order took ages, when it came to billing they mistakenly overcharged, they did admit it later and refunded back the amount overcharged but its been a mess and very annoying.

It has perfect taste and it was halal. I am happy about my visit

First time eating a buritto. Food was insane never eaten such a good food on the street. Service was also very friendly and asked multiple time if everting is fine and if we are happy. Also the restaurant fits very well to the food and personal. Best salsa ever eaten and also very tasty halal chicken

I came here and they were so nice, I ordered a vegeterian burrito and it was awesome! I could choose so many things in my burrito and the price was so good. The only thing is that you can only pay with card but thats the ONLY thing, they are so kind to you, you should absolutely go there!
