Great tasting food from a great chain of restaurants which caters for all varieties of diets. They also have more than one choice of vegetarian options which makes it an enjoyable place to visit more often than once with generous portions which are very filling.

Don’t get the vegan burrito. A few bites will make you feel ill. The strange substance which I was told is made from beans and soya tastes weird and has an awful texture. The salad and beans were fine. I’m wondering if you get it with only the rice salad and beans that would improve the taste greatly. Waste of £7

Wouldn’t even give 1 star. Food arrived cold with items missing. No way of contacting restaurant. Shocking!

Should be called Dodgy Burritos. Overpriced, flavourless and gave me a dodgy belly. AVOID!!!!

Normally I love this place, but I bit into my burrito and my chicken was pink, trying to find a way to take this further as it’s so dangerous

I am a vegetarian, I order a vegetarian burrito and there was chicken in it, this SO DISGUSTING OF THEM, I am a vegetarian for my beliefs, I don’t believe in eating meat and they have put meat in the vegetarian option. I plan to take this further, but for anyone who is thinking of eating from here, I strongly advise you not to, if they don’t respect this, then who knows how they are handling there food.

Avoid! Does not taste like the branches in London. Nothing was seasoned properly, salsa wasn’t added, veg & lettuce was cut way too big. Biggest waste of money!

Big fan of tortilla but my recent visits to this branch have been far from good. I appreciate that this is a fairly new branch however the staff are very undertrained with minimal knowledge of the menu. My past experiences have included, lack of ingredients, equipment not working (heating machine), employees not knowing how to fully ‘build’ a burrito and passive/rude customer service. I hope this review allows management to restructure and educate the team so customers can feel welcomed.
