KFC Northwood Hills - Noel Street in Hillingdon

Me and my partner had to repeat ourselves 5 times despite saying the order 1 item at a time. The service was awful and when we was finally given our food, we had to remind her about our drinks. The cashiers name is Mahinthan, absolutely poor.

Absolutely awful. Do not waste your money. Ordered a tower buger box meal in store and it was the coldest and thinest burger I've ever had. They should not have served it so cold. The cheese was just slapped on and no where near melted. This is after having waited 7 mins aswell. I dont mind waiting if the food is going to be fresh. £10 for this is absolute robbery .

terrible place, the table on which we had to eat was not cleaned about 20 minutes ,workers still on people ,toilet was closed, chicken was not delicious, I wouldn’t advise anyone eating here until they switch staff

Paid for 2 ice cream sundaes, waited a ridiculous amount of Time and was told they don't sell those. The hot wings I ordered were tiny and tasted funny.

There was a group of delivery guys seating inside the shop and talking abusing language in loud noises and the food is not hot enough to eat as well. Don’t go there.

Very chatty staff as they were discuss among their staff rather packing the order even it’s ready . Not polite .Even When I was waiting for my collection order some driver came for washroom but they denied to use as they have to wash .

There is an employee named Akila who is not allowed to use the toilet. Another one employed there is a Sri Lankan who also speaks very rudely. There is no hygiene at all in the restaurant both of them do not work In the restaurant my order was for 42£ but nothing was given the same even a few items were missing in the order

Would never use this restaurant again. I love KFC But every time I order from this restaurant I never get what I've paid for. Today I asked for just chicken legs and thighs and received dry chicken breast and wings. Also the drink was missing. The phone number for the restaurant just ring's out so you can't even speak to staff to correct the order. It's not the first time that this situation has happened but for me today it's the last. Will never order from them again.

This is happened to us for the third time, Mishandling orders especially on weekends. We ordered a wicked variety bucket and it was missing all the hot wings and chicken strips. It is very bad. Need to improve quickly otherwise people won't come to this KFC.

Ordered online for collection . When I collected and checked the 6 PC family meal, there were only legs and thighs. When I asked, I was told there were no other pieces. This will be the first and last time I spend my money here.

Dreadful service here, no rush to serve customers. 4 staff packing delivery orders and no rush to do instore orders. Staff seem to have there backs to the front counter majority of time with no idea what is happening in restaurant. Upon giving us our order I explained I asked for a large meal. Staff member said she didn’t charge me for large. Insisted I asked for it at which point she got me another drink. I questioned if the chips was also large and she again insisted she hadn’t charged me for large I said I would pay for a large and instead she just threw a medium chips in the bag and carried on packing delivery orders. Took 55 minutes total to place order and collect for takeaway. Got home and our order is wrong with 2 items missing. Won’t be going back again in a rush!!

I when there this Sunday morning 12 of March. Unfortunately The guy attending me was a young man who most likely was training as he didn’t know what he was doing. He took my order details wrongly which is okay as he was still in his learning curve I guess. The problem with the young man is that he was very arrogant and he didn’t want to take responsibility for his mistake. Anyway I had to leave the place and make my order in Ruislip high street KFC no problem there.

My first and last time ordering from this KFC. Placed a big order with multiple items and add ons, but it wasn't that big that they couldn't get it right given how quiet they were and the number of them working. They have one job to do and that is to make sure they give the customer what they've ordered. The large fries were missing for one of the meals I ordered. I specifically asked the staff member serving if everything was in the bag and she assured me it was, so of course I took her at face value as she had already bagged the entire order in one large bag. When I got home, I realised one portion of the large fries were missing. I drove back another 10-mins (don't bother calling them, apparently the phone number on Google isn't connected to a phone), explained I had to come back for large fries they had forgotten to include in my order and showed them the receipt and the picture of the packaging I took. They insisted they had given it to me, then agreed to give me another portion, but gave me regular fries instead and nothing additional for the sheer inconvenience. I went back because we had a guest over and didn't want to cook, and it was a matter of principle, but to insinuate I'm mistaken, it wasn't like I was saying an entire meal was missing. Basic customer training like customer is king/right, clearly isn't what they preach here. On top of it, the food was a waste of money from the kids meals, the vegan burger (that doesn't come as a meal, unless you add extra), to the 2 piece variety meal and the filet box meal. Budget chicken shops that charge a fraction of this are miles better in appearance, quality, and most importantly taste. Unless you are truly desperate because no other food joints are available, I would spend your hard earned cash somewhere that has half decent food. NB. The only vegetarian option the have is the vegan burger.

Uber eats zinger burger meal. A squashed up burger with disgusting old lettuce. A measly potion of chips ..... 12 quid.

This is very possibly the worse KFC in the world, the staff are terrible and incompetent.

Never open after 21:10 even though claims 22:00 every night

Big heavy door to entre so be careful.. staff don't rush to serve customers even when there quiet and they don't seem to have enough staff on any day I have been sadly. Food flavour is classic but sadly always seems tepid in temperature even when eating in. When ordering hot wings you only seem to get the end wing piece to on each occasion of 10 that I have been. Not much local parking but it is disabled friendly if you can get through the door.. Overall one of the lest inviting branches I have visited in my time.. hopefully they get some help soon.

One of the worst KFC restaurants I've seen. I've ordered there few times bucket meal and I NEVER RECEIVED THE NUMBER OF CHICKEN PIECES I'VE PAYED FOR ☹️ you will definitely get 3-4 pieces less.

I was a bit hesitant to go here after reading all the negative reviews but I wanted to see what was so bad about this KFC and the experience I got was decent. The place was clean and spacious. Customer service was really good. The food as usual was great, KFC never disappoints. Will definitely come here again.

I thought the place would be clean, it was not! Toilets locked unfriendly staff, food was rubbish, KFC is definitely overrated and that's NORTHWOOD HILLS well it won't see my Grandson or me again, think twice before paying this place a visit, only my thoughts so I don't speak fir others!!!

The worst KFC in this part of London. Chicken was dry and aged. They’ve routinely made mistakes with our orders. Today was the last time we’ll go here. I’ll be complaining to head office also as surely they have some control over their franchisees and care about the damage being done to their brand?

Tried many times, every time worst experience . Taste feels very different. Service is also very bad. 2 times they told me they have issues with card machine.

It's a smaller KFC. Very safe as they have full time security guards in there in case there's any problems with over hype chicken children outside. Unfortunately they do not have rice boxes anymore here. I go to Ruislip instead.

If they get your order right it's OK! Sometimes you can wait 45mins to get your food as they prioritise Just Eat, Uber eats and Deliveroo!

Would not recommend. Order the vegan burger here and given the chicken burger instead. Guess they hope no one notices. Generally its probally not a good idea to order from here if you are vegetarian.

Worst chicken in 5 mile radius. The oil in fryers were changed probably 2 weeks before xmas. Chicken tasted stale and the drink (iced tea) tasted like God knows what. Flat and awful. Will not be going there or any KFC from now. There are better chicken shops along the street and I would advise everyone to give them a try.

Really poor. I made a mistake by incorrect ordering on deliveroo so phoned them to correct. No answer at all on the repeated calls. Then food comes, really poor. Not the juicy pieces of chicken I am used to. Really overcooked and yet cold. Stick to another branch in future.

Received my order the Zinger box with hot wings. The smallest wings ever and no more than 10 chips! Paid £10.98 for the order to be delivered!? You can call the restaurant. Not worth bothering with!?

Worst KFC ever. I sent my son. They gave him half the meal. I went back in and complained. I requested that they start again as the meal was now cold. They gave me the same cold meal and this time missed out the popcorn chicken. It took two members of staff before we got our complete meal and an hour lost with hungry children.😶

I love eating KFC but I wish they give a variety of chicken in the buckets. Multiple times I order a bucket of 6 or 10 piece of chicken and get 1 drumstick a few times I get none while the other pieces are dry. I'm sure everyone would feel the same.

Looks like it isnt just me that they are mistaking the orders! I waited in the queue patiently for about 5 mins as they seem to be busy with orders and when it was my turn i ordered 2 fillet tower box meals. again waited about 5 mins when my order was ready. I had asked to confirm it was tower box meals and the staff said yes.... then when i took it home and unboxed it they were both just chicken fillet burgers not Towers at all!!

Food ordered from just eat arrived 90 minutes late and stone cold. Don't think it was just eats problem but restaurant . Save your money go elsewhere.

I’m so unhappy of their service. Mostly they don’t give spoon, tissue, sauce unless we ask them. This is so disappointing. Today they put only 9 chicken pieces instead of 10., and also no tissue and no spoon for coleslaw. I don’t know where to complain but it would be so great if someone look at it. Why such a big brand not following the protocol of giving tissue, spoons, etc.

Didn't apply the eoho discount despite being on the gov website. The whole dining area was fenced off too and the food was half filled. Avoid.

The most dirtyist chicken shop you've ever seen drinks are always flat and it seems they cut the brests in half in this shop maybe they take them home. Sorry to be plain simple but it really is bad pop along to KFC Ruislip and it's 5⭐

I submitted an order on Just Eat and, instead of declining it, they just took their Just Eat page offline and ignored it. Very unprofessional.

Horrible food. The chips were soggy and hash brown in the burger was dripping oil. dirty tables and floor. Really bad experience. This is the last time I eat here.

Disappointed as usual. I don't know how they manage to do it but they always forget something from my order, this time it was two portions of chips and the gravy. Consistently poor service, unclean floors and a general lack of urgency. Sub standard for KFC as usually they are pretty good up and down the country.

1 star is to much, waited 20 mins for order, they missed out 3 strips from the 6 strips I ordered also 2 hot wings and 2 strips from the 3 piece variety meal and did not give me the 2 bbq sauces I was meant to have. I should have triple checked my bag b4 I drove home, but a very poor experience, soulless customer service.

Pretty dead, half of the area inside was fenced off, not sure why. My son didn't like it, didn't even like the fries, and he normally hovers them! I know this sounds like a funny thing to say about a fast food place, but it was lacking atmosphere haha. We and a couple of other people were the only customers.

KFC staff treat well but the location is an anti social behaviour, security always in a front door, Nuisance, rowdy,Vandalism and Street drinking peoples,Shame of Northwood hil, never change, all credits for Hilingdon Council.

It's a KFC. Service is generally neither very good nor bad. Last time I went in 20 minutes before closing, they had no chicken left and wouldn't do any more because they said it takes 20 minutes to cook. - it didn't seem to have occurred to them to put some more in the fryer earlier when they were running low. I went away disappointed and dissatisfied. The shop is in an area known for anti-social behaviour by young people, which has been the target of police action recently, but personally I have never had a problem there.

Dirty place, with loads of leftover boxes on the table, and it wasn't busy at all. The girl behind the counter couldn't be bothered to serve you, no interest whatsoever, and had no clue as to what was in the family bucket!!!. We ended up with two breast pieces and EIGHT leg pieces. Her colleague was yawning away. Never going back to k.f.c Northwood hills. This was Saturday 29th June , 9 pm, in case the manager is interested.

I arrived at 22:00 for a late night snack and instantly regretted it when I sat down with my food. The place was filthy, it completely put me off my food. There were trays of rubbish on dirty tables , and the floor needed a good clean. My chips were also very cold. I felt sick afterwards, this is a disaster waiting to happen if it hasn't already happened

If i could leave no stars I would waited over 15 mins for my 3 year old daughters meal which was given away to a customer that arrived after me. Tried to speak to the manager and he was incompetent and rude

Bad service, dry chicken, incorrect orders, constant fight's between youth gangs inside and outside, which is ignored by staff....

May be the time I visits but I always seem to get drier than normal chicken

Not enough staff quite dirty surprised it gets through the KFC QA process. Kids hanging around and messing about staff don't say anything. Needs a revamp
