Always come here for their burritos! So tasty and wholesome honestly. Their corn ribs are actually quite nice too. Recently I had a burrito that came out a little cold and asked if it could be reheated, but Jake offered to remake the burrito for me, which I thought was super thoughtful! The team is always nice here and give NHS discount, which is always a plus :)

Very good food. The music is terrible though (very small, poor quality speakers) which make it less enjoyable spending time there.

Great food and lovely staff. Come here whenever I’m in Bristol and it never disappoints. Love the burritos super filling and delicious, place is always clean and has a nice vibe. Highly recommend the pork burrito option!

If I could give zero stars I would, the food is genuinely so disgusting I could not finish eating. The tortilla chips have a disgusting after taste that almost tastes stale. The queso dip tastes like melted canned cheese. The burrito was so lacking in any type of flavor I wondered if I was eating Mexican food at all, could barely taste any seasoning on the chicken or salsa (I got the hottest one), not to mention the lettuce inside all looked wilted and not fresh. I beg people, if you want Mexican food, go quite literally anywhere but here, I’m sure the local chippy could do better

Agata was fantastic, and as a representative of “Tortilla “ she made me feel welcome from the moment I entered her store to the moment I left. The staff seemed enthusiastic and energised, which believe me I wish the staff I employed acted like. I will ABSOLUTELY be visiting and recommending TORTILLA to all my friends and acquaintances. Wonderful dining experience at Tortilla Cabot Circus. Agatka was very friendly and provided excellent service. The food was fresh and flavourful and halal options! Can't wait to come back!

Ordered 4 bowls: each one had significant amounts missing, were cold and mushy. Ordered the crisps and dips, they forgot the crisps. Oh was cold too.

You won't regret the Burrito (the beef is really soft and delicious) and the Quesadilla (the beef is really good too). It's really great, you have to try it... it feels like eating at a place in California, USA. extraordinary.

Went in about 7pm and the staff ignored me for about 5 minutes while they were making up orders for deliveroo. The burrito was good but expensive at 14.00 with a drink.

Amazing burritos 🌯 just keep it in the foil when you eat it or it will fall apart and cover your hand they fully pack them.

It's the worst burrito I've ever eaten in my life... haha, how can they ruin the flavor and consistency of a meal so simple to prepare?

Delivery was spot on, but food was bland and very overpriced for what it was.

Dishes were OK. But nothing special. They try to upsell extras and not offer basics, like lettuce in a taco. There is no lime or something acidic to balance the flavour. Go somewhere else if you want something closer to the authentic.

Recently I finally took the leap to try Tortilla for the first time. And I must say I am not looking back. I ordered a quesadilla and it was spectacular, certainly up there with one of my favourite ever quesadillas. I had the lovely 'Henry' serving me who gave me a run through as to how tortilla works and navigated me around the different spices and flavours Tortilla has to offer. I will be coming back very soon and hope to see the lovely staff members again. 5 stars.

Tortilla is my most favourite place. The reason is all about the quality of food. They have lots of choice of top ups and all are very healthy choices. You shouldn't compare with other places which sell only unhealthy food. Also staff are very kind. I have to mention the girl calls Upoma.She has very good customer service skills. Always polite and smiley face.I recommend tortilla to everyone who cares about their health.You wont be regret😊

I love Tortillo. It's my now go to place for fast but very delicious and healthy food. Why did I only discover this chain a few months ago?! 😅 Anyway, the Bristol chain, is no exception. Well, actually it is in the way that my experience today was uniquely exceptional, thanks for a member of staff there called Lipoma. The service is usually excellent anyway here, but today Lipoma went the extra mile and came over to me very sweetly when I was eating in there and asked if everything was to my satisfaction and if she could get me anything else. I thanked her and said I didn't want anything else, thinking that she meant a sauce or something. She then offered me some tortilla chips on the house!! Wow. When does this ever happen in a restaurant nowaways in city centres?! I obviously took Limpoma up on her offer. It's rare that you come across such kindness, politeness and generosity nowadays and it almost seemed too good to be true. It wasn't though. Thank you Lipoma,you made my afternoon! x

Wrap was soggy and cold throughout, clearly been left on the side for ages before delivery

I ordered today on uber eats. Beef bowl came without any beef. Just rice and salad.i ordered cheese and sour cream too they didn't put any. They refunded 3 pounds out of 9.5 pounds.Bad experience. Why would i pay 6 pounds for an order that was sent missing the main ingredient and i won't eat.It is your mistake you should offer a full refund or take your bowl back.The bowl look disgusting everything is mixed up and mashed.

We had a naked burrito, which was what I would consider a small portion. We spent £20 per head but still felt hungry after the food. It seems like the staff are told to limit the amount of food they put on the plate. Lovely taste just not enough

First time in Tortilla and it really was a winner. Happy with portion size and the food was tastefully different. Staff very friendly and helpful. My question is what will I try next time for there will be a next time. I haven’t even mentioned their loyalty scheme !!

order confirmation at 13:13. The food was made in around 20 min. Delivery time was around 45 min from Cabot Circus to Muller Road which is absolutely unacceptable. Food was cold of course, and the drink was no cold.

Food is good, just like any other tortilla restaurant in the chain. However, the customer service at this one is absolutely unacceptable. I went in with a friend 15 minutes before closing time (which we thought was enough time for us to get two burritos for takeaway). We were told by the staff to wait as they prepared orders for the delivery drivers, which is fair considering they got there before us. However, after we waited for over 10 minutes, it was closer to their closing time and we were subjected to constant eye rolling and sighs as we placed our order. The lady at the counter was also annoyed that I wanted to use my student ID. We won’t be returning to this restaurant again.

First time trying tortilla visited during a busy lunch hour the staff were helpful with there recommendations great that the chicken is halal, was a good experience. I liked how i could customise my meal with the various options. I opted for the burrito which had a nice spicy kick which I enjoyed would revisit.

The staff were so kind and helpful. I had only cash and they said they couldn’t accept cash but they gave me the meal on the house. They are so generous and welcoming and the atmosphere is lovely. The food is delicious and the portions are generous. I really recommend it!

Food was pretty good, however the food was late as the driver got lost. This is not his fault though he was a lovely guy. I could see him going to the wrong location but there was no way of me messaging him to tell him it was the wrong way or any way of messaging just eat. Just eat need to fix this.

So I ordered a Medium burrito bowl and and the amount they put in the bowl was so little. I told them the bowl was not even half full and they added extra beans and rice which was kind of them. However this is after they added extra beans and rice and you can still see how empty the bowl is. Waste of 10 pounds would not recommend

I ordered the large portion of Naked buritos and it just came out only half of the bowl. They just charged me for large bowl but with less portion. Felt like ripped of for £8.30
