Very tasty food and quick service!

A handful of people in the queue, ridiculously slow service, cashier unable to process a simple refund when overcharged. Won't be back.

Delicious food at an incredibly low price. The restaurant accommodated 43 of us with a 7 minute warning and even blocked off their top floor to ensure we could all fit. They completed all 43 orders in less than 20 minutes and everyone enjoyed their meal. The service was incredibly fast and friendly, they joked and laughed with us while also serving other customers at the same time. Would highly recommend this spot for anyone who wants some good quality food at a good price!

Very slow service. The two guys serving looked bored. Food wasn't very nice. Cold and tasteless. Frozen margarita wasn't pleasant either! Wished we had gone further up the road for a slice of pizza!!

I love Tortilla but this specific branch unfortunately, had cold food and service. My meal was served cold, including the fillings, which was a real disappointment. The service was also subpar. I've had better experiences at other tortilla places in London.

Very small portions of meat given, truly embarrassing for the price(a tenner for a large burrito, which is almost all rice). Takes 20 minutes to be served.

It’s a very nice place and the food was great! As the previous reviews mentioned, it’s near Trafalgar Square. Location spot and customer service is amazing too.

First Time Trying Tortilla, Great Options and Staff

Food is delicious & loads of flavour. Could have bigger portions but i guess for what you have its good. The seating upstairs is a great hidden spot, not so much seats which is hard when its busy. Really reccomend it though.

The staff was sooo rude! I asked for extra chicken and the guy behind the counter told me no because I haven't added the toppings yet. I said I would pay the extra fee and he said the tortilla is too small and it wont fit after all the toppings? I finished adding all my toppings and there was definitely room for chicken. The woman behind the counter was also super rude and clicked her tongue when I asked for a coke and when I asked for my receipt. The food wasn't bad but I won't go back because of how rude the service was.

The coldest and least tasty tortillas. Cold sauces... you take the tray and go up or down to find a seat. Personally never again.

I rarely ever write negative reviews, but customer service here is the worst. Would give 0/5 stars. We ordered online for click and collect because we were in a hurry. Arrived 10 minutes later to pick it up, nothing was prepared. Had to stand in line and wait for another 10 mins. Would have been quicker to order in here. Their online order system apparently doesn't work, the staff member (that worked extremely slow) got his manager. Not one of the three involved staff members gave us apologies, I explained that we were in a hurry, they could not care less. Wanted then to quickly eat downstairs (staff recommended this to the client in front of us) because it's much cooler downstairs. Went downstairs, 1 of the 3 tables was entirely blocked by staff. Such awful customer treatment. Haven't been treated this badly as a customer for a long time. Food itself was okay, didn't taste like a lot and was way too cool. Cannot recommend this place and won't come back.

First, better than I expected. I have two picky eaters and they ate all of their burritos. We were hungry and for the evening past 5 pm we were able to each get a burrito with a small bag of nachos and a cup of delicious salsa for 10-12 Pounds. The entrance had four chairs to sit and eat "Bar style" but the restaurant also had the upstairs and downstairs seating. I was impressed. Thank you for the great meal, very filling.

Never been before but very friendly , food was explained in detail and the food was delicious as I don't eat bread so my bowl lunch was delicious , I loved the pineapple salsa on lettuce .my son enjoyed his hand picked fresh ingredients in his burrito .

Good service and located near trafalgar square and charing cross tube station is nearby happy hour discounts options are worth it and available untill 8pm Seating space available on 3 floors . Basement area has wasroom. Salsa sauce adds to the taste. Known for tacos, nachos and mainly burritos. Customise option available as per choice of ingrediants. Will suggest to add more cheese. Peaceful to eat by yourself or in groups.

We enjoyed our regular burrito and baked burrito here for a nice quick dinner. It is a build your own burrito kind of a place so you can pick your rice, brand, meat and sauces. We felt the combo wasn't worth it because the sides of corn ribs and queso were just ok but we enjoyed the flavours of the burritos we ordered. They have plenty of seating upstairs and downstairs and we had a nice short break here for dinner. The prices are pretty decent at around 10 pounds per combo. The closest tube station is Charing Cross and there are a ton of good eateries and shops nearby. This restaurant is close to Trafalgar Square and the many theaters of the West End.

Quick and tasty. The bathroom felt like a battlefield but it was a busy day for them so can’t really complain.

Was surprised to find such amazing Mexican food in the UK!

No cash accepted. You start at one end and then move along to add what ingredients you want, or at least think you want. Imagine Subway.....but Mexican. I prefer my chef to tell me how I should have it. You can dine in but you'll have to ascend or descend a steep staircase first. I wouldn't recommend this if you have had too many of their exceptional frozen Margheritas that they sell. They also sell Pacifico Clara beer. We drank a lot of this authentic Mexican beer when we visited Baja, Mexico. The food was ok, not exceptional. The quesadilla for example, just fell apart. Not sure they put cheese in. If they did, it wasn't much. It's ok. Wouldn't rush back, especially as my cash wasn't good enough for them.

The food was cold, unlike the drink that was t chilled and they refus to give us ice The service is very poor and they were asking rude personal questions The vibes are not cozy and the bathroom Wasnt clean I wouldnt come here again

Burritos were delicious and the XXX Hot Sauce bottle is such a great hot sauce. Only complaints are the wraps weren't folded great and were white messy, also the rice was a bit hard and unevenly distributed.

My burrito wasn't rolled properly. The sauce dripped out the back, which is why the food was not edible.

i ordered a takeaway online. i asked them to make sure they added the corn salsa they assured me they did. i get back to my office not only is the corn salsa missing but there is no lime. i paid full price for this item. very dissapointed

Worst London dining experience. Mocking and disrespectful waiters towards a group of French teenagers who would have liked some details on how the place operates. I also advise against the room upstairs: no cleaning or clearing out. To flee

A must if you are in London at Trafalgar Square. One of the best places very hospitable. And the employees Anshul and the boss are very personable. And the burritos are also a culinary highlight. Can just be recommended. It is also very cheap compared to the other restaurants. A wide range of ingredients. And it's halal. This place is a must for every burrito lover.

Even if it was pretty busy, the staff was very friendly and fast. The naked chicken burrito was a banger, the hot sauce is VERY spicy !

Affordable tasty food in central London

The food is just OK. There's nothing special about these burritos nor the quesadilla. Very bland overall, rice felt like it was minute rice out of a box, just not flavor in anything.
