Tortilla in City of London, Westminster

Had a delicious bowl of Mexican food here today! It was really tasty, and the service was exceptional! The girl who assembled the bowl was extremely friendly, as well as her colleague. And it was almost 9pm! I wish you guys all the best, and really appreciate your kindness and great food!

burrito & tres tacos, good selection of the fillings & toppings,also drinks, Just fits perfectly in the empty belly after a long day!

I have always enjoyed the burritos at Tortilla but I recently visited this branch for the first time. I was pleased to find that the food and overall experience was just as good as their other locations. However, I have to say that I found the service here to be particularly good. All of the staff were friendly and helpful, but special credit must go to Nathan. He was really helpful at answering my questions and when I told him I had quite a long journey home, he triple wrapped my burrito so that it would remain as warm as possible. He also made a recommendation for my next visit. I will definitely return to this location the next time that I fancy a burrito.

Hard to fault this place. It's well located, near trafalgar Sq, the staff are generally nice, and most importantly the food tastes great and hygiene seems of high standard (using metallic trays for the wraps instead of plastic baskets also seems smart idea). Well organised and value for money as well. Really, well done and great job to the staff. Just, fantastic. I hope to come back. Been to many tortillas and this one has probably become my favourite.

Just grabbed a quick burrito- first time trying from tortilla, but I felt extremely welcomed by the lovely team here! They were so helpful and friendly, and on top of that gave me a delicious meal this evening. Will definitely be back!!

Every single time I visit the team is lovely, welcoming and I feel taken care of. It’s one of the few places where they seem interested about delivering a good experience. I’ve got other options closer to work but I’m happy walking here every time. The loyalty card is brilliant and having a free burrito every now and then makes a difference.

This place is amazing. I went with my partner there last week. And place was very cleaned, staff was very friendly, last but not the least food was yum 🤤. Would definitely go again there and recommend to my friends and family so they can enjoy too.

Stopped here for lunch last Friday and not only the food was great but the service was amazing. Mamadou and his colleague were super kind helping with the pram and issues with our little one despite none of those things being part of tortilla. I haven't seen staff this kind and friendly anywhere else in central London so if you want to enjoy a Mexican meal and you want to experience great customer service you have to go to this particular tortilla branch. There are vegetarian and vegan options available!

Stopped here for an easy dinner after a long day of sightseeing. The employee who helped us was super friendly and walked us through the options. Ended up with a chicken burrito bowl that tasted fresh and was very reasonably priced. Impressed with the number of ingredients to choose from.

The food was amazing, and the service too. The guy working there explained to me Al the options they have. The place is great too, they have free WiFi and power outlets for charging.

Shout out to the lovely staff working at lunchtime on Saturday 23rd November, who let me go outside and download my stamp card because I was having WiFi problems and let me pay when I was ready, without rushing me, even though it was incredibly busy.

Hiee we loved the food and atmosphere, Shubham was so welcoming and friendly we loved his hospitality. Would definitely recommend 🍁 value for money ♥️

We ate at this branch today. When we arrived, there was a long queue. Firstly, I'd like to learn why I was charged £12.10 for a large burrito of £9.80 + Guacamole of £1.30? When I asked at the till directly, they said that the beef was extra £1, which was not written anywhere. Instead of cancelling the order, I just went ahead and bought it since my wife was very hungry and waiting upstairs. Secondly, when we cut it in half and started eating, we realised that the beef was not distributed throughout the wrap, so my wife didn't eat it at all. Also the first person that received my order as large didn't do anything to separate it from a medium one, so when it passed to the next person, she didn't even know whether she was preparing medium or large. That might have created some confusion.

The quesadilla and guacamole and tomatoes are so so bland and overpriced. Chipotle quesadillas are 100000x better. Saving you the time in case you wanted to test it

i usually eat from here and i love the hospitality of staff and the manager is such a nice guy. i would suggest to eat large chicken burrito with guacamole.

Delicious food at an incredibly low price. The restaurant accommodated 43 of us with a 7 minute warning and even blocked off their top floor to ensure we could all fit. They completed all 43 orders in less than 20 minutes and everyone enjoyed their meal. The service was incredibly fast and friendly, they joked and laughed with us while also serving other customers at the same time. Would highly recommend this spot for anyone who wants some good quality food at a good price!

Very slow service. The two guys serving looked bored. Food wasn't very nice. Cold and tasteless. Frozen margarita wasn't pleasant either! Wished we had gone further up the road for a slice of pizza!!

I love Tortilla but this specific branch unfortunately, had cold food and service. My meal was served cold, including the fillings, which was a real disappointment. The service was also subpar. I've had better experiences at other tortilla places in London.

Very nice place, close to London tourist attractions around Trafalgar.

Very small portions of meat given, truly embarrassing for the price(a tenner for a large burrito, which is almost all rice). Takes 20 minutes to be served.

It’s a very nice place and the food was great! As the previous reviews mentioned, it’s near Trafalgar Square. Location spot and customer service is amazing too.

First Time Trying Tortilla, Great Options and Staff

Food is delicious & loads of flavour. Could have bigger portions but i guess for what you have its good. The seating upstairs is a great hidden spot, not so much seats which is hard when its busy. Really reccomend it though.

The staff was sooo rude! I asked for extra chicken and the guy behind the counter told me no because I haven't added the toppings yet. I said I would pay the extra fee and he said the tortilla is too small and it wont fit after all the toppings? I finished adding all my toppings and there was definitely room for chicken. The woman behind the counter was also super rude and clicked her tongue when I asked for a coke and when I asked for my receipt. The food wasn't bad but I won't go back because of how rude the service was.
