Great food, loads of vegan options. Helpful staff.

I visited for the first time on National Burrito day. The service from staff was excellent. There was a long queue but it went quickly, a team member came out and made us feel welcome. The occasional balloon popping outside made sure we weren't snoozing in the queue! Service at the counter was friendly, professional and I received a tasty, medium burrito to take away. I'll be there again next week with a colleague. Thanks team Tortilla, you made my day.

Very friendly staff, I was addressed by Anshul and he suggested me really good dishes by understanding my tastes.

Good service and locatrd near trafalgar square and charing cross tube station is nearby happy hour discounts options are worth it and available untill 8pm Seating space available on 3 floors . Basement area has wasroom. Salsa sauce adds to the taste. Known for tacos, nachos and mainly burritos. Customise option available as per choice of ingrediants. Will suggest to add more cheese. Peaceful to eat by yourself or in groups.

Basically a rice burrito. Very stingey on the protein.

The staff was sooo rude! I asked for extra chicken and the guy behind the counter told me no because I haven't added the toppings yet. I said I would pay the extra fee and he said the tortilla is too small and it wont fit after all the toppings? I finished adding all my toppings and there was definitely room for chicken. The woman behind the counter was also super rude and clicked her tongue when I asked for a coke and when I asked for my receipt. The food wasn't bad but I won't go back because of how ride the service was.

The worst! It took ages until our food was ready. The ambiente is not existing. The Tacos were soft, the filling cold and way too spicy. But the worst is that something was terribly wrong with it. My son vomited the whole night due to the "quality" of the food. Sitting in the hotel room now after having cleaned up the mess for an hour. If I were you don't go. Don't risk it.

The selection is huge. My favorite is the burrito with almost all the side dishes and chicken and extra avocado. The avocado and hot sauce is particularly important. This is also Halal and the price is reasonable. I just think it's great.

Very good burritos that you fill to your desire (some items do have an additional £1 price) but generally you pay for a large burrito and come out with the price of large + £3 for extras. Very tasty, always very busy when ordering and best to take away. Perfect for lunches and large burritos are big enough to share - highly recommended.

The customer service has been unpleasant for our taste, as we did not understand what they were telling us, they spoke badly to us and looked at us with a bad face because we did not have good English. There were many uncleaned tables, the food was in accordance with the price.

I've been a regular customer at Tortilla Charing Cross/Trafalgar Square for ca 6 months. The service is usually fantastic and it's good value for a treat dinner after a long day - plus seally appreciate the discounts from time to time. I want to give a particular thank you to Anshul who not only found and kept some headphones I forgot, but then handed them back to me on a subsequent visit. I had given up hope of finding these and so was delighted and touched when he remembered. Thank you :-)

Really welcoming and the food is tasty. What I most appreciated was the staff, they were very warm and regularly paid attention if I needed anything. They even made a vegetarian quesadilla for me, even though it’s not on the menu. I would definitely recommend this place to any tourist around this area looking for fast and price-fair food!

Great location, wonderful staff and really affordable meal in central London. Vegan and halal options. Nice playlist, nice spot to go alone or in a small group. Do be mindful if you have mobility issues or carrying a pushchair or luggage as the dining areas are located in the basement and first floor with stair only access. All in all a hidden gem.

I went for the wrap which was decent. Portion sizes do seem a little small for the price paid, but overall delicious.

i ordered 6 tacos but they didnt have enough beef to make tacos.they gave us 3 and said we will bring the tacos to you so we sat and wait.then they forgotto bring rest of the tacos.we asked them and they realise and bring them.there is barely meat in that tacos.bad experience and bad food.☹️☹️

Very loud music which made it difficult to have a conversation or relax but the service was second to none and food was good, for a fast food joint I was very impressed.

visited here during the Blue Monday deal (evening of Jan 15) and was blown away by the level of customer service and efficiency shown by the team. Despite being busy, each team member was kind, patient and helpful. The manager and cashier in particular had great energy, noticeable smiles, and made the process smooth and us feel very welcomed. great food per usual but even better people, thank you so much!

Manager “Himanschu” did not allow me to redeem my too good to go 3 min before the schedule time with the complete restaurant empty. Very small portion and rude staff. Never again. No sense for service - I would fire the manager - no sense for “customer comes first”

Funcionários despreparados! Levei alguns amigos para experimentar o melhor burrito que comi na Inglaterra. Havia fila. Quando a fila aumentou, o staff começou a ficar desesperado, começaram a fazer com pressa sem colocar os recheios devidamente, sem falar que foram rudes no atendimento (mais rude que o normal de Londres). Recomendo caminhar um pouco até ao Tortilla do Soho onde o atendimento é impecável.

Super good food with extremely friendly staff. The caramelized chorizo is the bomb! Better than some Mexican food I’ve had in the American Southwest. The atmosphere is extremely friendly, clean, and pleasant. Will definitely come here again when we’re in the area!
